I love pfunky griddle, and you just can't convince me otherwise. Yes, you make your own food. No, it's not against the point of going out... it's an EXPERIENCE. You come here to have fun, and you leave happy! Just make sure to go online and add yourself to the waitlist ahead of time because there will ALWAYS be a LONG wait time, especially on weekends. They have a small area to wait inside, but just be prepared for that.
You cook pretty much everything yourself on the griddle at your table, besides a few select sides (like the meat).
We often get the Joey, which gives you all you can say pancakes with 2 toppings, 2 sides, and a choice of meat.
Buttermilk All-You-Can-Eat Pancakes: 10/10 - This is where it's AT!! The batter is absolutely delicious, and they just keep bringing more until you're done. You absolutely get the bang for your buck, and I honestly love getting extra toppings even if it costs extra because it adds so much flavor. I've tried the pancakes with m&ms, chocolate chips, oreo, Nutella, and peanut butter, and all of it is good. It's super fun to make and flip them yourself, and you can make them exactly how you like them!!
Bacon: I didn't try because I'm not a bacon person but my boyfriend said it was better than the average restaurant bacon. You don't cook this yourself.
Hash Browns: They take a while to cook, but here's a tip-Add extra butter to the griddle before and it helps a LOT.
(Heads up for any Canadians like me, their maple syrup isn't real.)
