The Pharmacy Burger Parlor

I do travel for work and so I hit a lot of different places for solid craft burgers. Before I get to the burger, the IPA I had was the Bearded Iris Homestyle IPA. It was AWESOME! I try a lot of local IPAs and this was perfectly blended with the hopiness but also light and smooth. Try it!! Okay. Burger. I had the White Oak Cheddar BBQ Burger. The burger was lukewarm, there was no BBQ on it, and the taste was bland. I always order a side of BBQ with my fries. This place had a Coco-Cola based BBQ sauce interesting right? So bad. Flavor was non-existent. Fries were average. I would only stop here again for the Bearded Iris.

I had the white oak burger. It had good taste and meat was juicy and tender. The bun was fresh and soft. The tater tots were crispy and fresh. Service was great and always had my drink refilled.

This place is dishonest. I sat down for a quick Bloody Mary and a small bite. It’s order by only QR code. That’s fine. I ordered an $18 Bloody Mary (normal airport pricing) and a kids plain cheeseburger $7 because I wasn’t very hungry. Food and drink came out with zero mention of any issue. When I went to pay, the system wouldn’t let me. After refreshing, I saw beer cheese and biscuits added to my bill … items I never ordered. When I asked the bartender, he said that because I’m an adult who ordered a kid item, they secretly increase the price by adding random food to “match” a regular burger. I would’ve just ordered the regular burger with all the toppings or whatever rather than the plain kids one and being forced to pay for random items I didn’t get. Super weird and bad experience.

I had a decent breakfast here. I didn't want to wait in the long long line for Chick-fil-A so I grabbed Brea from here. I got a a side scrambled eggs and sausage. Food was fine. Nothing special but for airport food I was happily impressed. Service was friendly and they refilled my coffee with me having to ask. I would eat here again. They were a bit slow to get the food out though so not a great choice if you're going na rush

Good burger but not as quality as the other Pharmacy location. Still a good option for the airport!

I’ve been to the Pharmacy Burger in the past, never had breakfast there yet. This location bares its name; yet I’m not sure it lived up to its reputation. The staff was nice, my bloody mary was great, the food was average. And the price. Well, it is an airport.

What a great place to get a morning breakfast treat, and I like the loaded breakfast tots with beer cheese, pico, lime crema, and cage-free egg. Delicious! It's a great time for any adult beverage and watch 2 TVs. Some high tops at a bar that faces the center area, some accessible tables with a quieter area for private tables, all accessible. Just what the doctor ordered at the Pharmacy. All wheel chair access. Wheel chair access restroom in central airport area. No airport music but this locale offers medium volume Christmas music.

Like many places around the country, the airport Pharmacy simply does not compare to the original restaurant. The bun on my burger was so rock hard that the whole burger fell apart when I tried to cut it because I could barely get the knife through, and the fries were just not the same. A burger, fries, and Diet Coke were $29 with tip; I would recommend eating elsewhere as I would’ve enjoyed a fast food burger just as much.

We've been coming to The Pharmacy a couple times a year since we moved here more than a decade ago. An awesome atmosphere and terrific food with a good selection of beers and drinks. Recently we took a couple of out of town friends with whom we were stationed in Germany together. The Pharmacy brought memories of eating and drinking at German bier gartens and skiing trips with its own take. Gotta say the staff was much more welcoming than some places - probably because my German is nicht so gute. But The Pharmacy is wunderbar and I highly recommend!

Was surprised how good the burger was. Service was okay. Our waitress kept pushing the alcohol. We kept saying no. After we ordered we never saw her again until she brought the bill. Never came to refill our coke. Very loud but that is expected in an airport.

This was delicious and exactly what I needed during my layover! I was able to immediately sit down at the bar and they served me immediately. The food came out so quickly. It was delicious and I really enjoyed my time here. A great quick stop at the Nashville airport.

Stopped by the Pharmacy Burger for "quick" bite on Friday, February 14, 2025 at 6:30 am before my flight. There were hardly any diners at this time so I thought it would be convenient to get some food here instead of the more busier places. I sorely realized why a breakfast place was empty at a busy airport and immediately regret my decision in valuing my time over food quality with the Pharmacy. The wait for 2 orders of chicken biscuit with tots and a fruit cup was 20 minutes, which honestly doesn't sound bad. But considering there were no customers, it felt longer. When the food finally came out, it didn't even look appetizing. The buttermilk biscuits were so crumbly and the chicken were not crispy, as if they were prepared in a microwave. The whole thing looked like it came out of a school cafeteria instead of a renowned restaurant. Based on the quality of the food, I do not think it was worth it. You can probably get better quality for cheaper at places like chick fil-a. I hate overpaying for food that I can't enjoy, and this is what happened. Service is what you expect from an airport food vendor. Everyone is in a rush. It was nice that they asked if we needed any condiments and packed plenty of napkins.

Well my YELPies... traveling makes the tummy rumble. My layover in Nashville had me thinking "Burger and Fries". The burger was good.. not fantastic but, good. The service was interesting.. she seemed to disappear and we were left needing things so we managed to get the attention of the bartender and got what we needed from the bar. Pharmacy Burger is a cute little spot in the airport that seems to be quick and easy. Not much to write home about but, did its job. Can you tell? YELPies.. I wouldn't say run but, it's good so try it if you're in Nashville Intnl Airport.

I travel through the Nashville airport several times a month and love trying the different restaurants. On this flight I had an extra couple of hours so decided to have a sit down meal. I sat at the bar with Nicholas and he was the perfect example of a great bartender. Very observant of patrons flight times and quick to take care of everyone. The bar has plenty of TV's inside and was comfortable. They even have outlets at the bar to plug in your phones and charge. I opted for the white oak burger that comes with the homemade oca-Cola BBQ sauce, smoked bbq onions, provolone, Gifford's bacon, crispy onion straws, pickle. Wow! Seems like a lot but sounded really good and I was hungry. The service was pretty quick for the airport and it looked as good as I was hoping for. I had the tots instead of fries. That burger was amazing ! The cook was perfect on the patty, the buns were just right and not too thick, bacon was awesome and that Coca Cola sauce is very good! Loved my lunch and will try something different next time!

We were pleasantly greeted as we looked at the menu. I was glad to see muffin options and my dining partner spotted loaded tots. We sat right away and ordered our food. Staff speaks very good English not sure what the other review was referring to. I opted to get the muffin breakfast sandwich with bacon instead of sausage which they happily agreed to do. Food came out fresh and hot within normal cooking time. The pico de gallo and crema were clearly fresh made. Offer to refill drinks and check on our satisfaction were both timely. Excellent service and food here. First time in Nashville Airport I highly recommend. Clean and bright well kept place with full bar options as well.

It's airport food, so I didn't expect much, as I've never had great experiences with airport dining. The burgers were a decent size but lacked flavor. On the positive side, the waitress was friendly and attentive, regularly checking in on my party of six. Overall, it was an acceptable experience for what it was

The ambiance has an old burger parlor feel. I got the white oak bbq burger, but subbed bleu cheese in for provolone. It was a delicious burger and the beer I had was wonderful as well. The service was great as well. I'd go back.

Service was slow. Cheeseburger is a bland burger. Tots were either overdone or dumped in and reheated in the fryer. Free soda refills which is good for an airport

Quick stop to grab a bite before my flight. Basic set up for an airport restaurant. Get in and get out. Service was quick and pleasant. We grabbed a seat and were presented a menu within 30 seconds or so. Decided on their chipotle burger with a bean and corn cold salad. The burger was absolutely delicious and hit the spot. The cold salad was a bit of a disappointment while the fries at the table next to me looked like the better option. Food came out in a timely manner leaving me plenty of time to get to my gate

Stopped by since it's my friend's favorite burger in Nashville. She recommended the OG with tots - the burger was fine, nothing too stand out. The tots was perfectly crispy. I sat at the bar, which has outlets which is a must for an airport meal!

While our server was working diligently to ensure good service, he could not withstand the lack of support he apparently had in the kitchen. When we finally received our burgers (no special orders here as we only had 35 minutes to order and eat) the tots were undercooked and the fries were 40 minutes past prime. The burgers were ok. The ambiance is restaurant/airport.... Casual.

I always stop here for a bite if in this terminal and flying out in the morning. I can order food that aligns with how I diet and they happily accommodate and without any extra BNA service charge gouge. The property is always clean and there's a good mix of counter and table seating.

I do not get the bad reviews of this place. I had a lot of time to kill before my flight and instead of getting my usual turkey sandwich from the newsstand places, I saw a Pharmacy posing as a hamburger joint and had to try it. I sidled up to the counter and took a seat. They had a place to rest your feet (again, a plus in my book). I had a Coke Zero, and the White Oak BBQ Burger and subbed out the provolone for goat cheese with tots (and of course, I got rid of the onions - blech!) Holy cow! This was one heck of a juicy burger, The bacon was crispy and the Coca Cola BBQ sauce was tangy and good. And the tots were perfectly crispy but not too much as that seriously messes up the tots. The "Pharmacist"/server/bartender made small talk as she set up the liquor bottles behind the counter to display to passersby. Just a great burger place located at the Nashville International Airport (BNA), however, they do have a couple of locations in and around Nashville. It's definitely worth a try (either at the airport or one of their other locations) and I'm telling you that you will not be disappointed. They have chicken sandwiches, brats, sausages, kids meals, vegetarian/vegan options, beer, wine, cocktails, and a great place to sit and people watch waiting fr your flight.

I needed a quick meal before I boarded my flight. The white oak bbq burger hit the spot. I loved the option to have tater tots. The service was a little confusing when I ordered take out. I think they were under staffed. But the burger was yummy!

Couldn't order to go. Not enough people working there and no tables. They need help. Oh well.

Sooo yummy I always order the black bean burger delicious. The cutest garden outside and drinks are 10/10

I don't know why ratings are so low, I think this place is great! The decor is fun. The service was very attentive, polite and around just enough. The burger tasted good. I wouldn't say it's small but the patty isn't on large side. Perfectly reasonable size, just noticed it wasn't one of those huge chunks of meat. The tater tots though, amazing! Get them! Alcohol is served as well.

I was so excited to see we have added more food options to BNA and may have let out a slight squeal when I saw the pharmacy was now here! This is one of my favorite burger places in Nashville! I tried a new burger today and it is definitely my new go to! It was called the chipotle slap and it was absolutely phenomenal! Their fries are super fresh and the service was quick and very friendly. We had a nice booth in the very back and hung there for a few hours and drank some beer. My husband really liked the bearded iris pilsner which is exclusive here. Give this place a try!

Airport food is usually overpriced and the quality not so good. This is my first time at The Pharmacy Burger Parlor. A hamburger with cheese and a choice of side was $12, which I felt was reasonable priced. Tater tots were one of the side options and they were exceptional and a generous portion. The burger itself was good. The wine selection was small but there were good choices at reasonable prices. I narrowed it down to two and told Nicholas, the server, that I wanted the one that had been opened the shortest length of time. He opened a new bottle and it was very enjoyable. The service by Nicholas was outstanding. I had over two hours to kills between flights and he never made me feel rushed as I enjoyed wine after my meal.

Attentive and quick service in a fast paced environment, before catching our flight. Fresh burgers and fries that hit the spot after a few days in Nashville. Unfortunately, breakfast is not served all day (ends at 9:30am) and milkshakes are not a menu option. However the cheeseburger, farm burger and the white oak bbq burger are all solid options. The waitress recommended the farm burger for those asking about breakfast items and the white oak as the best burger option. Quick meal before or after your next BNA flight near concourse B. Plates were cleared before pictures could be taken.

I don't normally eat a burger, but there were no many options for me at the airport so I decided to give a try. The restaurant wasn't too busy and service was great and a burger the waiter recommended was actually very good :) I chose black bean with corn for my side and it was great as well. I noticed there were a lot of 1 star review and wonder if it is something to do with service during the busy hour. Well at least I did had a great burger and I would not mind trying again in future

After waiting 45 minutes for our food, in the airport, knowing we had a to go order to make a boarding time, they got half of the orders wrong and missed half of a burger that included an egg and bacon in their farm burger. Well we stood there. The restaurant was packed, but we didn't see many food orders get delivered. One woman finally just gave up and left after they gave her the wrong meal after 45 minutes of waiting. If you're in a hurry, and you don't have time to ask them to fix an order. I highly recommend skipping this place.

This was a very very sad chicken biscuit with cheese for brunch. The breading fell right off the chicken and the patty was a little gross. The biscuit wasn't all that special either. The one redeeming part that made me not give it 2 stars are that the tots are absolutely great and the perfect crunch. The honey was also delicious honey.

The service is horrible. English is very poor. They are slow and talking to each other and texting. It's a party for the servers. Burgers are not like the ones in original location. Burgers are well done, dry and no flavor. Go to Shake Shack for the best burger at the Nashville airport.

Stopped by to get a bite to eat. No one greeting I asked how to order to go the staff member upon entering pointed at the bar. I walked uk to the bar register the waitress looked at me and kept packi up the food. I then moved closer to the bar and I asked for a menu she then proceeds to tell me yeah it's on the side of the register. I won't spending my money at an establishment where I can't be properly treated.

This airport location just opened up. The waiter Tony really made the experience, super friendly and attentive! They do offer a vegan option, the Black Bean burger, the manager shared with me that the mayo in the aioli is vegan as well! Yay!

The best thing about this restaurant is that it is very east to forget that you're deep within BNA airport, somewhere in the A/B Atrium. If you aren't sitting on the outside railing looking out, you will quickly find yourself drawn in by the easy country music from the last twenty years, the bright lighting, and the decent decor. There are even charge spots at each table for people to use! The service is great too- my order was taken quickly and brought out, my water was constantly topped off, and they even gave me a small courtesy side cup of the Coca~Cola BBQ sauce to try with my fries. Of course, the reason anyone goes anywhere to eat is to, well, eat. Unfortunately, it is here that "The Pharmacy Burger Parlor" falls short. I ordered the White Oak BBQ Burger with my choice of side: french fries. The fries are fine, and there was a generous helping of them. They were not string or thick cut fries, but a respectable in between that was flavored well. The Coca~Cola BBQ sauce was watery thin, but the Coke flavor cut through the BBQ flavor well. The burger itself was the real disappointment. You can see the accompanying photographs, but the patty was surprisingly thin for the food price, and I didn't get much of a standout flavor from the overall BBQ burger. I was hoping for something BBQ and rich with flavor from the bacon and cheese and Coke BBQ sauce...but none of it really came through. And unfortunately, with the super thin patty, I ended up still being hungry after I ate. And that's the problem: everything except the burger at "The Pharmacy Burger Parlor" is great. And it is that single shortcoming that earned this place the rating it has.

Food not what it is in other location- bland and cheap. Fries and meat are not the same. We came here expecting the same food from the food hall. You also over charged as prices do not match what's on the menu and my son swears he won't return. We live in Nashville. We are not visitors.

The food was okay. Nick, our server, made the experience great. We grabbed a bite before our flight, and the service was quick. When we arrived, there was a short wait to get seated, but besides that, everything else went smoothly. I ordered the cheesecake, my partner ordered the farm burger, and I got fries and chicken tender for my kid. Everyone liked their food. I will recommend it if you're looking for a place to grab a quick bite.

Great food! We were looking for somewhere close to the Opry, and the pharmacy delivered. The drinks were tasty and the burgers, kielbasa, and sides were all great! The service was excellent too, especially on such a busy Saturday night.

Nick our server was extremely kind and patient, he had all the right things to say and great timing. Definitely is phenomenal at his food service jobs as a server and a host! The service and timing on food was impeccable! The food was delicious though we didn't order much. I didn't get a chance to get many photos. They offer N/A here as well! It's a quaint lil spot to grab a quick bite.

waited almost an hour for a burger and fries, they brought out 5 other orders that came into the bar after me. lame service don't recommend

Arrived to this place at 9:45m during a very busy Monday June 19, 2023. I was told they were done serving breakfast. Who stops serving breakfast at 9:30? There was a heavy set woman working there who then says to me "well we start breakfast at 4am". First of all very rude. Second there are no flights at 4am. I fly extensively. No one wants burger at 9:30. As I walked away she made a snarky comment to her colleague. I moved onto another restaurant as ALL others were still serving breakfast. I witnessed others walk away too after learning there was no breakfast. I think the owners need to realize there are people waiting 20 minutes in line to get breakfast at the other places while this place had maybe 1 or 2 tables and very rude staff.

Food is decent but service is awful. And don't stop if you're in a hurry. Only 8-10 customers and took an hour to get a burger

It's new so I would say give it some time. Stopped in before a flight for breakfast and they stop serving b fast at 9:30- seems Linda early. We're out of a few things on the menu. The burgers were clearly pre cooked at heated up. Medium ? Not even close. Bean salad was excellent. Maybe will try in The future as the downtown location is waaaay better. If you are the owner or manager here this is a sad representation of your brand.

Food was good but the service was rude. Wasn't allowed to sit down and wait for our food, was told we would get kicked out of seat because they want to make money even though we just spent money. I understand the hustle but have never been told that at an airport bar or restaurant.

The food was decent. I enjoyed my cheeseburger. French fries were ok but I didn't get any ketchup with it. The service was very slow unfortunately so I wish I had gotten my food to go. I sat at the bar where Nicholas was my server. He was very nice and he apologized for not being so attentive as he was very busy attending both the bar and everywhere else. Might I add he is very cute!!

I ordered the grilled jalapeño burger this is how they sent it out LOL no char not even cut up it was just pure laziness to me considering it was just cheese and jalapeños (got everything else on the side) let's just say the onion was the only thing I tasted no reason for them to be HUGE chunks and I had to spread them out cause we're just pulled in the middle

We had been to The Pharmacy in Nashville, Tn. and enjoyed it very much so when we saw this in the airport we said why not. The burger was great liked we hoped it would be and our server was well trained and kind. You normally would question airport food but no worries here. Plenty of comfortable seating and wait time was not as issue. Invited to stay as long as we wanted and even asked if we were pressed for time on our flight.

The food is great! Fabulous! Wonderful! I can't say enough. Get the tots. Get the BBQ burger. Get the farm burger. Get the turkey burger. Get the pharmacy burger. Get all of it! You won't regret it. The root beer is blast! The service was great. Our server was busy but not stressed. The place is a cross between an old fashioned soda shoppe and a bar mixed with a great burger joint. I intend on going back and want to try the phosphates next time. They sound yummy.

One of the best breakfasts we've ever had. Eggs, bacon, and tots cooked perfectly. Sausage patties are hand-made and delicious! A must! Biscuits melt in your mouth! Side of fruit was BIG and fresh, with a nice mix of fruits! Really weren't expecting much for airport food, but wow!!

Good for an airport restaurant. Breakfast burrito for me and classic breakfast for HB. Hot coffee served in paper cups so easy to take with you. Fikirte was an efficient and friendly server, managing to handle many tables with a smile.

They stop serving breakfast at.....wait for it.....0930. 930 am. I'm not kidding. No I don't want a burger at 9:33 in the morning. Bye.

This place is a joke. Watched two people leave after food took over 30 minutes. I'm the airport every week and tried to order something that all the sudden today is not an option but is on the side menu. Server told me 'she's everywhere so if I'm not ready she needs to go'. Cut me off while speaking multiple times. Go somewhere else. I know it's airport food/service but this is exceptionally bad.

Burger was ok, kind of a preformed patty - I'm not a fan of that, but the taste was pretty good. They were out of "pink lemonade vodka" and bacon. They list drinks made with this vodka and their signature burger contains bacon, so... kind of unfortunate. Waitress was sweet, but we had no silverware, napkins, etc. Had to kind of chase those down. Waitress tried to clear my plate while I was still eating, um, no please. Drinks were good. Ambiance, idk, they stuck us in a back corner. So that gets them 3.5 stars. I think there's probably better airport options at BNA.
