The Pickled Beet Miami Personal Chef

My husband I have been using Pickled Beet for 6 months, and we absolutely love it! I have tried other meals plan, and they do not compare in terms of food quality, taste, and the option to eat what you want. Pickled Beet makes healthy eating easy and fun. We are always excited to see our proposed menus and to receive our deliveries. Gia & Chef Jason are super accommodating of all requests and have even done "healthier versions" of things we have/love in restaurants. Prepping the food is super simple and fits into our busy lifestyle. Highly recommend!

The Pickled Beet has been a God-send for me and all my digestive issues. As someone with a multitude of food sensitivities, finding food that I could safely eat was challenging. The Pickled Beet prepares dishes that not only steer clear of all my problem foods, but is also delicious. I love that they use organic ingredients as well. One month ago I began an elimination diet (which is super hard to do), and I can not say enough about how helpful it has been having a personal chef to navigate all this!

The entire Pickled Beet team and their service have been a game-changer for our weekly meals. Because the meals are extremely customized to our tastes, general proportions of macros, and dietary preferences, we get to enjoy a wide variety of options while knowing we're eating correctly for our bodies and lifestyle. Everything is easy to prepare so even when it's an extremely busy week, we can rest a bit easier knowing our meals are under control. We've been using their services for nearly two years now.

Elizabeth Willard and the Pickled Beet are AMAZING! Total game changer. I found out that I have a gluten sensitivity and overnight, I had to rethink everything I eat. It is so time consuming and overwhelming to read labels and try to figure out what I can and cannot eat. Luckily, my doctor referred me to Liz. Not only is she an excellent personal chef generally, but she also specializes in specialty diets. She can work with your doctor to cook meal for you that help your body to thrive! Most importantly, the food is DELICIOUS!! It's also very organized and easy to prepare. It is saving me tons of time. It is also so fun to eat such a wide variety of dishes and desserts! The Pickled Beet is a terrific personal chef/catering service. I have had them cater for my family for the last three years and I highly recommend them. They have long lists of dishes they make to give you ideas, or you can choose anything you want and they will prepare it. They are excellent at cooking for food allergies, low salt and gluten free diets. The food is highest quality, extremely fresh and they deliver twice a week, in insulated bags that they provide just for me. Entrees and sides come in separate containers, family style with clear reheating instructions. All I do is decide what meal I want and heat it up, mainly in the oven, occasionally in a sauce pan. I love their fresh snapper with herb butter, turkey meatloaf with gravy, sliced steak with grilled onions, salmon with honey mustard, roasted pork chops with mushrooms and our all time favorite - shrimp burgers with oven fries and crispy kale chips. So many others. I have recommended them to my friends who also enjoy their food. It costs about the same per-person as eating at a nice restaurant. The Pickled Beet is wonderful. They are a great solution when you want to outsource the time and effort that goes into planning and preparing healthy meals. You can tell them your dietary goals, and they will even adhere to a given amount of daily calories. The meals are delicious and varied. My favorites are the Italian dishes! Before the meals are prepared, you are able to comment on the menu ahead of time and request changes. Chef Elizabeth provides a great service that simply makes sense for my household.
