The Best Cookies in Portland, Oregon | Eater Portland

"Best known for its mini pies, this bakery folds sugary cereals into its selection of Cereal Killer cookies. Fruity Pebbles and Cinnamon Toast Crunch impart a caramelized texture to wonderfully chewy cookies, while a chocolate chip cookie gets a texture level up with the addition of cornflakes. Classic chocolate chip cookies, plus a vegan and gluten-free version, are also available." - Rebecca Roland

The Best Marionberry Pies in Oregon | Eater Portland

"This tiny Portland pie cafe specializes in bite-sized pies in flavors like brown butter pecan and chocolate hazelnut. The shop’s marionberry, however, is one of its lone all-season fruit pies, topped with a lightly spiced crumble. The pie crust here is soft with gentle give, cradling a pool of thick marionberry compote. Those looking for something a little larger can order a whole pie for themselves, or opt for a baker’s dozen of marionberry mini-pies. If stopping by for breakfast, grab one of the shop’s breakfast sandwiches as an added treat." - Janey Wong

I just HAD to try some pie! I ordered the marionberry and the hazelnut chocolate pies. My son ordered the special tiramisu and shared a piece. They were all incredibly delicious. They were made even better with the most tasty vanilla iced latte! (So nice, in fact, I ordered a second, to go!) staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Google
Counter-service restaurant serving a selection of sweet and savory pies. Warm items like the Chicken Pot Pie will take about 10 minutes to heat up. Everything was good, just wish there was a little more room inside to enjoy our pies.

Google
I did a pickup order from the Pie Spot to cater desert for my wedding. People loved the pies, and they were delicious! I love that there were gluten free and vegan options, as I have guests with those allergies. They loved that even with their food restrictions, they had a selection of flavors to choose from. That said, I had a really difficult time getting a hold of them, and had to call the store several times to ask someone to respond to my emails with my questions. Additionally, there was some miscommunication as to where I would be picking up, as there are two locations, and that was frustrating to deal with.

Google
Ok, if you like crispy, flaky, buttery pie crust and no soggy bottoms, then this is the place. I love the ratio of crust to filling as well, just the right amount of both per bite 👌🏼. And even though I came later in the afternoon, the pies were as described. I had the marionberry and cherry pies and both were really good but the cherry was exquisite. Super fresh filling; the cherries were still juicy and had some bite to them. I’ve had quite a few disappointing or underwhelming experiences at other places but this is THE spot!

Google
Pie is my favorite dessert, so when my husband and I got married earlier this year, we made sure to have the Pie Spot as our dessert option for everyone. They were easy to work with and delicious to boot! My uncle was sitting next to the pies and gave everyone a pie concierge experience to help them pick the right flavor. Anything was a good choice, thank you Pie Spot!

Google
I just had the BEST pie I’ve EVER eaten in my life! It came from Pie Spot. I’ve never heard of this place until today and they did not disappoint. I had the pecan mini pie and a bite of my daughter’s raspberry both was amazing. Highly recommend either and I will be going back in the future! Wish I had taken a photo before I ate it all.

Google
Stopped in for a snack and ordered a biscuit. The person puts the biscuit on a plate and hands it to me. I turn around looking for a table and take a small bite out of the biscuit. Obviously been sitting out for a while, it's cold and hard. I ask if they could heat it up for me and they say no because it violates health code. OK, so I ask if they have any butter, they say no, we don't have any butter. No butter, not maybe even in the back, of this pie store??? No butter. The default tip option on the payment screen? 18%. Now go sit in the corner with your cold, stale biscuit. 👍👍

Google
Came at the recommendation of a waiter at neighboring Han Oak. The pies are legit; the crust is the star. But please get the breakfast sandwich (add pork)! The house Hank’s sauce made it! Really friendly counter service as well. Will be back to try the pot pies before we leave town!

Yelp
We love this place so much we had to move to Portland just to be near them. The pies are the perfect individual size. However, it does make you think, oh, I can have two more because they are so tiny. Kinda like the Halloween candies. You think portion control, but then you end up eating 30 pieces of candy. Be forewarned! The staff was also so nice and patient while we had such a hard time deciding. They also have cute little vintage dining area with the cutest salt and pepper shakers. The chicken pot pie is also amazing so don't just get a sweet fix. You can have a whole balanced meal here! Sweet and savory. One stop shop.

Yelp
Borderline perfect pot pie! The top crust is salty, flaky, and exactly what I want in a pot pie. The inside is a classic chicken pot pie--comforting and hearty. I was initially concerned about it having both dark and white meat, but each time I've ordered it, it's mostly white meat, which I prefer. Occasionally, the meat can be a little overcooked or chewy, but that's rare. I do wish the sauce inside was a bit thicker--it can be slightly watery for my taste. As for the mini pies, the flavor options aren't my favorite since I only really like chocolatey pies. I tried the peanut butter one, and the filling was extremely dense, and the crust was overcooked and too thick for my liking. On the other hand, the chocolate chip cookie was a pleasant surprise--crispy on the outside and gooey/slightly underbaked on the inside, just how I like it! The drink options are also great, in my opinion. Overall, The Pie Spot is definitely worth trying. Despite the minor critiques, it's still one of my favorite spots for pot pie.

Yelp
Gluten free review: We decided to walk over for a yummy dessert after dinner because we heard they had gluten free pie! Our surprise they still had some left! We had the Marion Berry and Brandy Apple Crumble. The pies were in mini little pie pans. So cute. They were 5 dollars a piece. They were both yummy. I do suggest you buy your own and no sharing! Not really a sharing size. They are about 3 or so bites (that's not a sharing size for me ). The service was wonderful and kind. They had fun decor and merch! This is definitely an area that if you were around, I would stop in and grab a pie.

Yelp
Little pies make for such a fun dessert! Came in here after an early dinner because I had a taste for something sweet. This place was perfect as they had a great selection of little pies and medium sized cookies. I enjoyed the decedent peanut butter chocolate pie. We split the cookies which were chocolate chip and Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

Yelp
Whether savory or sweet is your preference, The Pie Spot is your place for either or all. On top of incredible pies, they have amazing breakfast sandwiches. The English Muffin is unique and crispy, filled with perfectly scrambled eggs, cheese, and special sauce. The price is on point and more than reasonable for what you walk away with, a full belly and heart. We got a mushroom and gruyere pie to go. Heated it up at home and it was perfection. The crust, perfectly crisped and flaky, filled with tasty mushrooms and cheesy sauce. This was so good that I will be stopping by to pick one up to bring back home to LA where we actually have the amazing Pie Hole, it just isn't the Pie Spot. Great service, great food, and great memories that keep me longing for more.

Yelp
This place has great vibes right when you walk inside! The staff was friendly greeting me right away, along with saying hi to my dog and offering her a treat! :) I was excited to try the breakfast sandwich I saw on yelp. All of the pie options are even more exciting! Starting off classic, I ordered two egg sandwiches - one bacon and one house smash sausage. The sausage was super tasty, but heavy on fennel. If you don't like fennel - maybe steer clear. The bacon was good, but nothing to brag about. Both sandwiches had their Hank's sauce, which adds a unique taste. It reminded me a little of the mustard sauce in a Burgerville classic burger. I might order without next time. My iced latte was exceptional! For pie, I decided on the seasonal raspberry rhubarb - super tart - but delicious!! I can't wait to try more. Cheesecake options, too! Prices are reasonable and it's worth visiting.

Yelp
What a fun place, when coming to PDX everything is a vibe, and this was a vibe. Small pies to tickle any sweet tooth. It was great to try a variety and share with our family. Partner and I were killing time, waiting to go have lunch so we thought, let's get a little sample to keep us from getting hangry. Savory pies, sweet pies, and cookies. And of course there was coffee. Everything was tasty, not overly sweet, the pies were brought o our family, they enjoyed and wanted to visit the spot too! We shared a mushroom Gruyère pot pie, very tasty, had a lot of mushrooms and the crust was nice and flaky, it held its own. I had the banana pudding with sea salt crème and caramel, while my partner had the s'mores pie. So delicious. I needed an extra kick to my energy, and they make their macchiato the real way, that I like, espresso shot had a nice flavor with the right amount of milk. Small seating area that sat us comfortably, really enjoyed this as the starter to our PDX food tour. Will definitely come back again.

Yelp
Great "spot" to grab a personal pie treat. Perfect size for one person to enjoy. Found street parking around the corner on the triangular section of this area. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere and neighborhood, and the gentleman was super friendly. Tried the marionberry since it's special for OR and I was the tourist back in June 2023. Brown butter pecan, and smores for the kid. I am not a pie expert since I mostly love the crust of the pie, more than the fillings. All the pies had great crusts, so I enjoyed it for sure. Flavorwise the brown butter pecan was my favorite, since I am not much a fan of fruit pies. But the marionberry was still good. Even with the thick crust, I think I need even more crust to filling ration, but I don't think they make pies with more crust than these, lol.

Yelp
My fist time at a Portland favorite! I mostly don't understand the hype around pie spot. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches (vegetarian and bacon). It was like a step up from a McMuffin-not bad but nothing particularly special. Maybe the hand-pies are a better order here. Service was fast and everyone was nice. The vibe of the restaurant was okay as well. I'd come back to try a different item but it wouldn't be my go-to for a breakfast sandwich.

Yelp
What are cute placed to be able to come and get your sweet fix on. I was looking for a place to satisfy my sweet tooth and found this little charm. The lady at the register was super nice and helpful on helping me. Find good choices. I ended up getting the strawberry cheesecake and, the pecan along with the peanut butter chocolate was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend anybody coming here to get a quick bit of deliciousness

Yelp
The BEST cherry pie! It doesn't have that fake candy flavored that some cherry pies have. It's true Northwest cherry pie filling and it's absolutely delicious. Not to mention the best pie crust in town. I just wish cherry pie were on their year-round menu!

Yelp
Stopped by for some baked goodies to pack along on hikes and found an irresistible assortment of sweet and savory delights. Among them, the Banana Cream Pie stood out as a creamy, perfectly balanced delight, while the flawlessly executed Apple Crumble Pie. Perfect for pie enthusiasts seeking individual-sized treats, The Pie Spot is highly recommended.

Yelp
I was very impressed with this pie shop, I love what they do and the joy they find in creating a great product. I tried more things than my body really needed, but what the hell, you only go around once.. * Key Lime Pie ~ ( B+) (I'm kinda a key lime snob) * Banana Cream Pie ~( A ) not overly sweet and very savory (must try) * My Favorite Item was the Hatch Chili Quiche (A+) (Must Have ) this is pure gold, I would get this every time. If you love quiche, you'll LOVE This. * Service ~ ( A ) Kind, funny and welcoming All & All ; Quiche will bring me back for sure, the service is warm, welcoming, nice and knowledgeable.

Yelp
Came here to try their breakfast sandwich and I added bacon and sausage. I really enjoyed it. Can't go wrong with a nice breakfast sandwich. I enjoyed the sauce they used in it and the fluffiness of the English muffin was perfect. Service was good, person who took my order was sweet. I would say a little pricey only because it's $7 for the sandwich which is just eggs and cheese and you have to pay for any add ons, but I enjoyed my sandwich. I would come back! It was clean and quiet on a weekday.

Yelp
I've eaten Pie Spot pies at least four different occasions. It's a me issue where I don't take photos. I look at the bakery case, make my selections and then inhale the pies, realizing halfway through I don't have pics. The banana cream pie with salted caramel is light and not overly sweet. The marionberry has the perfect level of sweet and tart. Key lime hits the spot. Don't sleep on the cookies either with their marshmallowy goodness. I will take pics next time!! The staff is always friendly. there are small cafe tables inside and two picnic tables outside. I love this place, what can I say?

Yelp
Today at work, our office admin brought in some hand pies from The Pie Spot to celebrate April birthdays and it made me reminisce to my wedding reception last July! Instead of a wedding cake, we chose to order a variety of hand pies from here and it was a HIT! I realized I haven't shared any photos of how the spread turned out and wanted to show off the delicious desserts we were so lucky to get to serve at the party! I would highly recommend The Pie Spot if you're wanting to do something similar! The process to select our flavors and quantities was super easy, the price was more than affordable, and we couldn't have expected a better result! We picked up the pies and brought them to our venue on the day of the reception, they traveled well and leftovers stayed delicious for days. Photos were taken by our photographer @howieephotography but that's a whole separate glowing review. Check these guys out for your next event 100/10 recommend!!

Yelp
Service was efficient and super friendly. I just picked up five Marionberry pie spots for after dinner. They were so delicious! Everyone loved them!!

Yelp
Came here with a friend a few months back and have been craving it ever since. All their sweets are delicious, the breakfast sandwiches are amazing. I didn't get a coffee this time, but I did last time and it was good too. The person at the window is kind, gave a good recommendation for coffee last time (and a hand pie this time) and very friendly! It's a small little spot, parking is sparse unless you get there early, but welcome to portland. Otherwise it's outdoor benches, trash available, looks like other food spots around them but I've never seen anything open. Relatively quiet area, family friendly, pet friendly too!

Yelp
Dropped by for some thank you gifts for the two families that hosted me a few weekends ago and the staff was beyond amazing at helping me select the perfect little pies to bring to each one of them. Being a banana fanatic myself, I had to try the banana cream with salted caramel. The only downfall was that the crust was full of ginger and I'm not too big of a ginger fan. Others that they tried were the key lime, blueberry ginger, marionberry, lemon vanilla bean and toasted coconut creme. I would have loved to try the savory pies as I am more of a savory fan, but I was honestly too full from my last delicious meal Portland offered me that I stuck with just the sweets! I will surely recommend this place and I hope to visit again!

Yelp
We tried the mushroom gruyere pie and smore pie, and both were delicious. We liked the flaky pastry, rich sauce, and especially the big chunks of mushroom in the savory pie. The smore pie was exactly how you'd imagine it, filled with lots of marshmallow and chocolate, with a perfect toast on top.

Paulina R.

Yelp
I've been a returning costumer for a little while now, not only for the gruyere pie which is delicious, but also because they had a pretty good matcha. I'm not sure if they've changed their brand but this week when I went in and ordered my matcha I was handed a cup of milk with just the slightest green tint, at first I thought this was an issue of not having powder, so I went up and asked if I could get some more. the lady that was working was very kind and gave me an extra scoop, which is why I think it is the brand and not some other issue, because with two scoops of matcha my drink was still only tinted green and tasted of straight up milk. I attached a picture below of the matcha with two scoops, though the picture looks a lot greener than it did in person.

Yelp
Popped in over the weekend and picked up some pies and cookies. The cookies were good but the pies? Exceptional! The pecan pie was just enough gooeyness full of pecans and the crust was one of the best bakery crusts we've had. The college kid had rave reviews of the s'mores pie- (by "rave" I mean a full on text with an exclamation point!) Shop was adorable, service was fantastic. Thank you Pie Spot! We'll be return customers!
google avatar

Yelp
Stopped by on our way back from beach and it was just what we needed to cool off. Got a banana mini pie spot with a side scoop of vanilla ice cream.
google avatar

Jody L.

Yelp
We got 6 little pies to go. The smore, lemon, pecan, marionberry and banana cream. The crusts are the same in all the pies, croissant like. I was hoping they had different crusts for each flavor. They were good.
google avatar

Austin C.

Yelp
Always a great sweet treat! I'd strongly recommend the Pie Shake with the Banana Cream w/ Salted Caramel!
google avatar

Jane H.

Yelp
My friend and I were visiting Portland for the weekend and on our last day we decided to end it with something sweet. We ordered the pecan pie and the smores pie. I'm not huge on sweets so these were perfect mini sizes! They were delicious and a great pairing with hot tea.
google avatar

Liz P.

Yelp
I came with a small group and we each ordered something savory and then everyone got at least one of the little sweet pies too. We ate there and it was comfortable and cute. The workers were nice to us and laughed at our corny jokes. The roast green chili quiche was perfectly spicy and flavorful. I got the raspberry rhubarb pie and it was exciting to try that instead of the standard strawberry rhubarb, which is always good of course, but nice to try something different. My friends said the key lime was really good but everyone seemed to like peanut butter chocolate the best.
google avatar

Michelle V.

Yelp
If you're looking for a quick dessert place after dinner but can't commit to a whole pie, you need to visit the Pie Spot! This is a hidden gem for great quality pies. I'd highly recommend the Marionberry Pie with Whip. The whip makes a big difference. The marionberry is perfectly sweet and tart and the pie crust is super buttery
google avatar

Bennette I.

Yelp
We had dinner at neighboring Han Oak and decided to grab a sweet treat after dinner. You guys, this little pie spot is FIRE! I purchased the banana with salted caramel, coconut cream, peanut butter chocolate, rhubarb, and s'mores pies. Two people can easily share and I highly recommend as you can try more flavors. My favorite was the banana, so creamy and flavorful with just the right amount of sweetness. The crust is beyond flaky! Plus it just looks decadent. In order of likes, s'mores, coconut cream, peanut butter chocolate and rhubarb. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I will need to go back to try a savory one like the chicken pot pie!
google avatar

Kylie C.

Yelp
I love the size of their mini pies! They may seem small but they're actually pretty filling. I tried the marionberry pie and the s'mores pie. The s'mores was soooo good and the perfect amount of sweetness (you'd think it would be overly sweet but it was amazing). There was a chocolate interior with roasted marshmallows on top. The marionberry pie was pretty good it was a really chunky filling and not very sweet. I also tried their marionberry pie shake on another occasion which I didn't really care for. It didn't really have much taste to me and was really runny. Parking isn't too bad we found street parking pretty easily.
google avatar

Jenny T.

Yelp
Oh how I love The Pie Spot. My friends and I came here on a Saturday afternoon for a snack and some pies. We each got one savory pie and one sweet pie to enjoy. I got the peanut butter chocolate pie and the mushroom pot pie. The mushroom pot pie was absolutely amazing. I still think about it all the time. I cannot wait to go back to Portland just to have another one. The crust was perfect and the insides were delicious and so creamy. The peanut butter chocolate pie was also delicious. I love peanut butter and chocolate together. I would definitely order this one again. If you're in the area, you need to stop by. It is definitely worth it to check it out.

Yelp
Take note: 8/22/22 Currently you order at the window and can grab a picnic bench outside. No shade or bathrooms at the moment, but worth going. ... We went searching for some Marionberry Pies and we found this place online! They had the cutest and tastiest personal pies in the world! They had a bunch of choices, but we picked the Marionberry pies, pecan pie, chocolate hazelnut pie and banana cream pie! They were all so good. Marionberry pie was thankfully not on the sweet side. If you like raspberry and blueberry pie - you will love this one! Pecan and chocolate hazelnut pie was on the much sweeter side for me as it had that thick syrup layer like they normally do. I could only have a bite until it was too much for me. It's good and for those that love that kind - like my husband- he devoured it! Lol Banana cream pie must be my favorite!!! Fluffy scoop that wasn't entirely too sweet! The crust was so perfectly flaky too! For an additional cost, you can add a scoop of ice cream and whip cream (do it!!!) We also ordered the CEREAL KILLER COOKIE (fruity pebble) and that was so damn good! Crispy thin cookies that were so chewy on the inside! YUM!!! There were 2 others you could get as well - corn flake-chocolate chip and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Their service was friendly and so quick!. Personal pies $5, it might seem high, but I support places like this and don't eat pies often. ------ The Pie Spot bakes everything at their location so you know it's fresh! Come for the savory pies too!!! The mushroom pie sounded so good. Also their breakfast sandwiches sound amazing! House-made English Muffins won me over. I'll have to try these next!
google avatar

Jeff N.

Yelp
Visited twice this week! Perfect personal size pies. They cover all day parts, breakfast, lunch and dinner! Our first visit was for Marion berry, s'mores and banana cream. Next visit was chicken pot pies, s'mores, Marion berry, caramel pecan and banana cream. We enjoyed them all!! Great friendly service. On street parking is challenging. Small dining room. Worth a visit!
google avatar

Tori H.

Yelp
These pies are so delicious, the pie crust is chewy and flaky with delicious fillings! I recommend Brandy Apple pie if you like a spiced cinnamon apple! The marionberry is the perfect twist of sweet and tart. If you're in the mood for something savory, I recommend the English muffin sandwich, there muffins are homemade and flavorful! If you are a cookie lover and want the perfect ratio of chewy you need to try the Cereal Killer cookies! Personal opinion they are priced so cheap for how yummy they are, I could eat these everyday!

Yelp
What an adorable little walk up spot in Portland! This wasn't too far from my Airbnb, so I decided to stroll down there and check it out. Love the mural on the side of the building, but loved the pies even more. I got two of the personal pies: key lime and S'mores. I ate the key lime on the spot and about died. The crust is flakey and definitely homemade. I make my own pie crust and this totally tasted like mine. The filling was tart and sweet and delicious. When I got back later that evening, I had the S'mores pie. Holy crap was it good too! The marshmallow on top was toasted and there was a chocolate filling underneath. I don't know which one I liked better, but I do know that if I hadn't been scared TSA would make me throw these out if I tried to carry them on a plane, I would have brought a box back to Indiana with me. You must go here if you find yourself in Portland!

Yelp
This has become my go to spot for a quick bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Bonus points for cookies for my puppy.

Kahlia C.

Yelp
the chai is delicious ! nice and spicy and the breakfast sandwich is bomb. get the marion berry pie and warm it up in the oven when you get home!!
google avatar

Yelp
The mushroom pot pie was revelatory. Flaky crust, rich and savory filling, and the perfect size for one. It can be hard to find a good vegetarian pot pie, so we really appreciated this! The banana cream pie was also good, and I took a brown butter pecan for the road. Nice staff as well.

Yelp
Back in the Bay Area, there have been a good amount of pie shops to go to or drive by that had amazing pies (not talking about pizza lol). So it came naturally for us to look for a pie when we have been too lazy to cook something and don't want to make a lot of a mess in the kitchen. And a pie is a perfect item to do so. So I was happy to find the pie shop a couple of blocks from us. They have a stable like a chicken pot pie with some selections of sweets and quiches. We didn't have a sweet pie but I had a cinnamon roll. The surprise winner was the light jalapeño quiche. What a treat perfectly cooked even after reheating just delicious. The chicken pot pie was good nothing really special but I appreciate that they make it without mushrooms Hubby who loves mushrooms enjoyed the mushroom gruyere pie. The cinnamon roll was decent was made with a bit different kind of dough so not as soft as I like it but the crispy dough brought something else to it so I'm totally fine, especially since they didn't kill it with too much icing. So taste wise all five stars! The size is personal or how I would call it a handful of pie. It's not a lot but tbh for most people, one pie might be enough. But just to be sure that you are not left hungry go for an extra slice of quiche or take a third pie to share. The star I took away was based on the service part: it's a window pickup so you expect people to pick it up and we did it started to rain we went in and out. When we arrived home three pies were sitting all look almost the same but of course, they had different hole settings on which you normally would identify the pies. But there was no explanation of what is what and no reheating instructions (we did it with 325 degrees at 15min - made the quiche warm and still juicy and all the pies crispy and hot). Back in the bay both of our pie shops had always a handwritten explanation on the boxes (1-hole veggie, 2-hole chicken, etc..) and some note about to reheat when we had it for takeout. This could be made to a stamp or a label etc doesn't need to be written all the time but was always a very personal touch. And you always knew what pie was going to whom. Other than that we will be back next time I'll need to try one of the fruity sweet pies.

Yelp
The Pie Spot is my dream come true. As someone who likes to try a variety without commitment to a whole dessert, The Pie Spot is perfect with its mini pies. They are honestly the perfect size for every meal or snack. I'm aligned with other yelpers here, the quality of their offerings and their service are great. We ordered the individual-sized mushroom -guryere pot pie, mini lemon vanilla bean, blueberry ginger, and key lime and they ALL delivered! Balanced fillings with flaky and tender golden, brown crusts. I'm honestly inspired and wish there was a location like this at home in CA.

Yelp
We love their breakfast sandwiches!! Breakfast sandwiches were D E L I C I O U S!!! I ordered a Veggie Patty breakfast sandwich, it came with egg, cheese, and their sauce on an English muffins. YUMM! We also ordered two mini pies. Both were delicious but I would say the Marionberry is the way to go. Definitely recommend if you're visiting Portland!

Yelp
A cute little hole in the wall selling miniature pies that still is good enough for 1-2 people! I love banana cream pie so I'm glad they had banana cream with salted caramel. Although the salted caramel on top AND on the bottom of the crust was a little bit overkill. Also wish there was pieces of banana in the pie. But overall, cute place to try some sweet or savory pies.

Yelp
This is an amazing pie shot, they have a wide selection of individual sized pies. I ordered the Key Lime and Marion Berry pies, both flavors were exceptional. I am not usually a big fan of Key Lime pie, but their version of the pie had a perfect balance of savory and sweet. If you enjoy pie, The Pie Spot is a perfect choice.

Yelp
We had a really disappointing experience at this pie place. The staff member who served us was incredibly rude and made us feel like we were a bother. On top of that, the pies we ordered were old and cold. Definitely not what we were expecting and won't be coming back.

Yelp
Pie is my favorite dessert, so when my husband and I got married earlier this year, we made sure to have the Pie Spot as our dessert option for everyone. They were easy to work with and delicious to boot! My uncle was sitting next to the pies and gave everyone a pie concierge experience to help them pick the right flavor. Anything was a good choice, thank you Pie Spot!

Yelp
We tried 4 different small sweet pies and they were all excellent! We also tried a savory and it was perfect as well. The workers seemed happy to help and our order was out quickly (We didn't require anything to be heated up though) We really recommend the Banana Cream and the S'mores.

Yelp
So we got the sweet potato and the chocolate hazelnut. Both on point and delicious. My son got the s'more milkshake and said it was delicious too. The customer service is amazing.

Yelp
Delicious pies! We got two savory pies and two sweet pies to go. The chicken pot pie was my favorite but the mushroom Gruyère was delicious as well - both worked very well when heated up at home. On the sweet side, we got a lemon vanilla pie I think as well as a raspberry rhubarb. Both were delicious. The standout characteristic about this place is that their crust is delicious and you really can't go wrong, no matter what you choose! They're also conveniently located in the Tropicale/Friendship Kitchen triangle block off of Glisan, Sandy and NE 24th so you can mix and match drinks and food from all these wonderful places!

Yelp
Got two pies and they were so darn good I forgot to take pictures! I tried the hazelnut chocolate on the recommendation of the super friendly and knowledgeable cashier- it was awesome - perfect balance of flavor with a delightful crust - crisp and flakey. I also got the sweet corn pie with a marscapone (?) topping. Definitely different and scrumptious- the balance between the two flavors perfectly complimented each other. Great assortment of pies and combinations. Coming back for the blueberry ginger one next week!!
