If you want to eat here, make a reservation. They have a variety of options for everybody. We actually did not end up eating here because all of the tables were reserved and there was only bar seating. Nice ambiance, kind of loud music which might make it difficult to have a conversation with someone that you're not seated close by. From what I saw, the portions are small.

So, we went in for brunch but ended up getting lunch. It was late morning. We could have gone either way. Anyway, we absolutely loved our experience here, everything from atmosphere, food, drinks, etc. Atza was our bartender (he is in one pic below), and he gave us perfect service. He made great drinks, answered my countless questions on the menu, had a fantastic personality for the Saturday late morning vibe, and truly made our experience so much better. We started with the pig chips, homemade, unique, and awesome. You should get those while pondering the rest of the menu. Wife and I split the wings and burger. I am a big burger guy, and it was solid (the tasty toppings made it really good), but I left the restaurant knowing that the wings somehow won the food battle. They were huge, tasty, and are now on my wing list for the city. And, the tomato soup side we got was delicious also. TV's are in house, and Atza switched it to a game that no one but me cared about for our side (Virginia football). The overall vibe of the place is awesome, whether looking to go in for drinks and fun, to watch a game, or in for a nice meal. Because I had to give Atza props, I spoke with Leslie the Manager, and she was as nice as Atza. One final important note (at least in OUR household), they just recently started being on the InKind app. If you are not on that, you should be, and this place is on the Denver list now. I highly recommend and see you there (to get the three brunch things I blew off for the burger and wings)...

Our server Sarah was great! First time in Colorado and the burger was delicious!! We also had the meat candy and the wings (not pictured because we were so excited to eat them) great experience! Try it out!! Cute space too!

Google
Great spot with a fun, creative atmosphere and a menu that balances comfort food with a modern twist. Drinks are excellent — crafted well and served quickly — and the staff keeps things upbeat without feeling rushed. The space is open, lively, and perfect for groups or casual after-work gatherings. Food comes out hot and flavorful, with plenty of options whether you’re in the mood for something light or indulgent. Service is consistent, the vibe is relaxed, and everything feels well-run. A reliable, energetic place to eat or grab drinks downtown.

Google
The food was wonderful (I wanted to order the entire menu and was incredibly happy with the items I did order) + the drinks were great! The real standout was Nick's service. I had some trouble with my initial seating and without me even getting a step away from the booth to request a new seat, he was right there to smoothly and professionally handle it and get me re-seated. He was so sweet throughout our visit, very knowledgeable, and just put the cherry on top of our evening. We will definitely be back next time we're in Denver - what a gem!

It was our first time going here and it was nice sitting outside with my friend and his dog on the patio. We had good food and enjoy ourselves.

Google
We stopped here for lunch based on its good rating while staying at a nearby hotel and I’m glad we did! The menu options are laid out in a unique way with meat-heavy options in one side and vegetarian on the other. I really enjoyed their food options, particularly The Egger, which is a simple breakfast sandwich but done to near perfection. My wife customized her order and asked for the eggs to be fried and the outcome was arguably better than the original. The cocktails were quite good, particularly the bacon Bloody Mary, which had a perfect amount of spice and plenty of garnishments. The service was friendly and punctual. The atmosphere was unexceptional but definitely had some nice touches.

Google
Food is nothing special, grease on the walls, dust on the light fixtures which are directly over the table / food. I don’t understand how this place has all these positive reviews. We were a party of seven and except for one person no one else enjoyed their brunch. Very disappointing.

Yelp
I was in town for a concert and the Padres were playing their wild card game 3 so I came to the closest place shown as a sports bar on Yelp. Disappointed the sound wasn't on but the subtitles were so I could still follow the game Really friendly bartenders. Helped by Sam. She was so fun and personable that I sat at the bar again when I returned the following day. Progressive happy hour 3 - 4 pm $3 off drinks dollar less until 6 pm. Happy Hour - all small plate appetizers are 20% I ordered the Elderflower-Rita. It was a stronger than I expected. Really delicious. Very happy with the selection. Bacon Brussel sprouts could have been fantastic but I was left unimpressed as I could not taste any maple or bacon. It was as if both were forgotten. All I tasted were sunflower seeds and saltiness. The texture was nice and the brussel sprout were crispy. I gave up after eating about a third. The smoked brisket dip was amazing. Everything about it was memorable as I love caramelized onions and mushrooms. The aus jus was flavorful and hot while the brisket was cooked perfectly. The french fries were crispy with just a little seasoning on to add to the crunch. I loved it so much that I came back the following day and ordered the same entree. On the second day, I skipped the appetizer and got a dessert -- key lime cheesecake. The key lime is only on the top glaze, not within the entire cheesecake. It was nice, cold and rich. The size is not conducive for sharing unless the second person only wants a bite. I had no problem eating it by myself. Great eclectic mix of music. Very similar to Alt Nation on Sirius XM. Phantogram, The Neighbourhood, Cage the Elephant, Walk the Moon, Portugal the Man, Twenty One Pilots and Foster The People. If this place was in San Diego, I would most definitely be a regular. Highly recommend!

Yelp
This is a really convenient and nice spot right by Coors Field. We came in a large group and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Do note most tables have high chairs, they also have some booths. Their menu was extensive; it had lots of vegetarian options, which was helpful. We ordered a variety of entrees and everything was good. The Baja fish tacos were great, came in three, the fish tasted fresh and loved the sauce on top. BBQ mac n cheese was excellent; huge portion and super creamy. The veggie stir fry was a surprising hit, loved the ample amount of vegetables, though it was on the saltier side. The brisket poutine was a great appetizer, super flavorful, devoured immediately. Overall a great meal with great service. We recommend this spot!

Yelp
Super cute spot close to Coors Field and other downtown attractions. Nice high ceilings, open space, and a cute patio with an indoor/outdoor bar. Weekends feature a special brunch menu with both breakfast and lunch options. I absolutely loved the menu setup with a split of meat dishes and vegetarian dishes on separate halves of the menu. Easy to mix and match from both sides! They were also VERY good about my friends gluten allergy -- not only super knowledgeable about the menu (which was also clearly marked with dietary restrictions) but also about what swaps they could do to make a dish amazing and still GF! Staff was absolutely amazing and really took care of us! Highly recommend!!

Yelp
Solid dinner spot for our first night in Denver! And the menu does this fun thing where the left side is meaty, and the right side is vegan/vegetarian and pescatarian. Items marked VG are vegan! We ordered the following: - Vegan Brussels Sprouts https://bit.ly/4lYf2Dv - Crispy Artichokes https://bit.ly/4meIJ3r - Truffled Gnocchi http://bit.ly/4meIENb The Brussels sprouts were cooked perfectly al dente and I thought the carrot "bacon" bits were innovative. The portion size for the artichokes was minimal, but this dish had the tastiest green goddess sauce. Yum! The gnocchi flavor was smoky indeed. I couldn't really taste truffle, but I liked the generous amount of mushrooms and the crispy-fried sage garnish. I enjoyed the PPMS Marg made with jalapeno-infused tequila, passion fruit, mint, orange, lemon, lime, and Tajin on the rim. Loved the spicy kick! https://bit.ly/3JGKoRA The atmosphere is modern and down-to-earth. The staff is friendly. Service is great. Loved our dinner!

Yelp
The food here is honestly very good. This is my second time eating here and I am always impressed. The cheeseburger with a gluten free bun is exactly what I look for in a burger. Love that their gluten free bun is so tasty, soft and not grainy at all. The service is always top tier. Everyone that works there is friendly. The style and layout of the place is great for anytime of day. Love that they have an indoor outdoor bar too.

Yelp
We stopped by The Pig & The Sprout before heading to a baseball game and had a tasty meal here! We started off with the Brussels Sprouts and it came perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. There was also a very generous portion of bacon on top. I got the mushroom tacos and added pork belly and my husband got the Bourdain sandwich. I enjoyed my taco however, I thought the mushrooms would be a shiitake or oyster mushroom type or round/flatter type. They seemed to be a baby Bella type, which I don't mind, however, these made it a little difficult to eat the whole taco. I took a bite of the taco and then a bunch of the mushrooms rolled down the front of my shirt and splattered my pants. The Bourdain sandwich - a tasty pork and cheese sandwich. Yum. Overall, the meal was decent here and we would return if we were in the area. One thing to note - there was a giant hole in the last restroom above the sink that was a bit scary looking.

Yelp
Came here because it was pet friendly and we were driving through town visiting family. They sat us on the patio with our dog and the waitress also brought us a bowl of water for him. For a weekend the service was quick given it was busy inside. I had the brisket eggs benedict and my partner had the hot wings for brunch. The food was a good amount no left overs for us which was fine since we were driving long distance. Prices are a bit on the high side given it is located downtown. We also had to pay to park at a near by garage which was expensive. I wish they did some parking validation or coupon since there are not many options for street parking in the area. Overall we would visit again to try other items from the menu or happy hour if timing was right when we visit town again.

Yelp
David was attentive & gave recommendations. We sat at the outside bar area. Nice selection of beers. My fav was the Mexican lager. My cocktail was good but the beer was better. Happy hour specials. Didn't try their food. If I'm back in town, I'd stop in again.

Yelp
Was far more than expected. First off, Nick, our waiter was perfect. Very attentive but not too attentive (if you know what I mean). The dip sandwich is the bomb! Can't go wrong with that. Everything else was reported delicious. Loved the music too. A nice and cozy restaurant that is really fantastic.

Yelp
This restaurant is located at the corner of Chestnut Pl and 19th Street. There is metered parking nearby. I came here for a late lunch, arriving around 1PM. Nobody was at the host/hostess desk. I waited to be seated as the sign instructed. I made eye contact with the bartender and he came over to ask me what I wanted. Kinda odd. I told him I would like to dine in. He took me to a booth and handed me menus. My server brought out a cup of ice water and left me to peruse the menu. She came back and asked if I'd been in before and I said, "No." She explained that the left side of the menu had the meat (Pork, Beef, & Chicken) options and the right side had the Vegan, Vegetarian, Veggie, & Pescatarian options. She was helpful & made sure I was doing ok throughout. I decided to get the Meat Candy. It was the best thing I ate here! The Meat Candy is a sweet & spicy glazed Pork Belly. It was amazing! I wanted to try the Grilled & Smoked Chicken Wings with a Leopard 7th Reaper (hot) Sauce. Although the wings were a teensy bit spicy, I'm not sure I got the right thing. My dipping sauce was Ranch. I would not get these Chicken Wings again because they were super dry inside and out. I don't mind the outside being dry, but having all the juices completely cooked out from the chicken meat was a huge "fowl" in my book! So disappointing! Lastly, I can't just eat meats. I needed some veggies, so I asked if I could get a side of them. They offer a Side of Chef's Veggies for $3. I was a happy camper. They had a little bit of seasoning on them. I would definitely get the Meat Candy again perhaps try the Sweet Corn Beignets, Loaded Deviled Eggs from the meat side, and maybe a dessert.

Yelp
The Pig & The Sprout is a neat little place to visit if you have people in your party that are not always keen on eating meat; one of the coolest things I noticed right off the bat is that their menu is divided between meat and vegetarian dishes. One of my sisters rarely eats meat, so this was a pleasant surprise for us when we stopped in. To get it out of the way early, I vehemently despise parking in downtown Denver in general, and I know I'm not alone in that, so just a reminder to keep that in mind when and if you pay this place a visit. We visited on a weekday evening around the middle of your typical happy hour time. We were sat at a table outside pretty quickly and the young lady helping us was extremely friendly from the get go. We were only planning to share a handful of small dishes and get a couple of drinks to catch up to take advantage of the diverse menu and not fill ourselves to the brim with big entrees. It also allowed us to space out our dishes to keep them all hot and fresh when they came to the table. We started with the wings and the artichoke spears - the latter came as a recommendation and I'll tell you that they were not disappointing. The wings were coated in the hottest sauce they had available, which was very tasty. The food came out pretty quickly and presentation was nice. My sister and I both thought that these two starters were super yummy. We got the poutine fries next, which honestly blew the artichoke and wings out of the water lol. The bow was piping hot and everything tasted super freshly made and was very flavorful. For the price of the dish, the portion was fairly substantial. Last were the corn beignets... first time I've ever had these and they were bomb. Perfect temperature and presentation, excellent consistency, delicious flavor... I have nothing bad to say about these bad boys. Overall this was a super pleasant experience and we left with full bellies and smiles. I can't say I'd venture to downtown Denver frequently to stop by, but if and when I find myself in the area it's definitely going to be an option on my list!

Yelp
The pig and sprout has done an amazing job at offering an inclusive menu for those with dietary preferences such as vegetarian or gluten free. They also have a really nice non alcoholic beverage selection including a super tasty N.A. champagne. I adored the jalapeño tamales, and the portion is perfect for a meal or an app for multiple people. I did really like the stir fry, however it was quite salty. I would recommend asking for lighter on the soy sauce, or adding a little sweetness to the sauce. Even so, I'll definitely be back!!

Yelp
I was looking for a cool spot in Denver for a lunch after driving back from Breckenridge and came across this place near our hotel. The brisket poutine sold me and my friend and I decided to split it along with a healthier option of the grilled chicken caesar wrap. Both were good choices! I love that this menu has a good balance of meat and veggie options so everyone can find something to their liking.

Yelp
Would definitely recommend if you're in the downtown area! Lots of options for vegetarians. We got two entrées, two appetizers, and two drinks for $95- great deal!! The fried artichoke small plate was amazing, give me 10. The broccoli was good too with the whipped feta but for me, the raisins were unnecessary. In hindsight, we should've gotten the brussels sprouts, we were debating between them. My boyfriend got the half rack of ribs and it was a big portion, the cornbread is delicious. I would love to take a loaf home of that. The meat on the ribs fell off the bone, and the coleslaw is light and refreshing. I got the Baja fish tacos, and the flavor was fantastic. super crispy fish, and great toppings. Our waitress was attentive and helpful!

Yelp
We took our out of town guests to The Pig & The Sprout last night. We've never been before and we did have a vegetarian with us, so we wanted to try something different than Mexican and Italian. We started with 3 appetizers the meat candy, sweet corn beignets, and the crispy cheese curds. All of them were delicious and got us excited about our dinner. Unfortunately we all thought our dinner was just ok and not living up to the tastiness of our appetizers. The ribs were smothered with bbq sauce, but the smothered was burnt on. I did get sauce on the side and that was very good. Then the rest of the party got fish n chips, the stir fry with tofu and the bourdain. Everyone one said their meals was just ok. I did ask if they would go back again and they said yes, but maybe just have appetizers and drinks. Service : our waiter was really good and was very friendly. Our food came out at a nice pace and watching the other servers they were always moving around and not just sitting and talking to each other. Overall I would give it 3.5 stars, but due to no option rounded up to 4 stars.

Yelp
Restaurant was across the street from our hotel. We stopped in for a late dinner on a Thursday night. Decent crowd of people inside when we arrived. Friendly waitress. Good size booths, dimly lit. Coors light in a can could have been colder. My date loved the corn beignets. The bacon candy had a little tang to it. Healthy serving of Brussel sprouts. All of our food was tasty. Decent selection of draft beers. If we return to Denver & stay at the same hotel, I would return to the Pig & Sprout

Yelp
Landed in Denver and had one night to grab dinner! After being turned away from one of my fave restaurants, we landed here absolutely starving. We were warmly greeted and dove right into the menu! Great drinks and food and service. Standouts were the Elder-lower Rita (whoa, this was seriously one of the best drinks I've ever had!) deviled eggs, brussel sprouts and grilled cheese. I'd definitely go back and recommend a stop in here to anyone!

Yelp
Stopped in for a quick lunch and was very pleased with the experience! We did metered parking nearby and for a Saturday afternoon, it was super easy to find a spot. This was a big plus as I'm the type of person who googles the parking situation before going places due to some driving anxiety. We were seated promptly after entering - it was 2ish o'clock so they offered us brunch menus, but we opted to wait 20 minutes for their dinner menus. While we waited, we ordered and ate their bacon brussel sprout appetizer which was AMAZING! It comes with a maple vinaigrette that makes the entire dish. For a drink, I tried their Dave Crush and while I didn't mind the taste, I wouldn't order it again. It comes in a very skinny tall glass and for the $12 price tag, I didn't think it was worth the cost. For my main entree, I tried their carnitas tacos, which is a plate of 3 pork filled tacos with Leopards Emerald Slime Sauce (basically a spicy green sauce,) onion, and cilantro. The sauce is SPICY so I was happy to have chosen to get it on the side. To go with the tacos, I ordered a side sauce of the maple vinaigrette to dip them in, which helped level out the spiciness. They have 4 private stall style bathrooms in the far right corner. Relatively clean and one is baby friendly, including a changing table. The bathrooms are gender neutral. Overall, I will be coming back to try more things on their menu! Services was friendly, food is delicious, and the overall feel of the restaurant itself is great.

Yelp
Absolutely loved brunch at the pig and the sport! Food and drinks were delicious and service was great! Food came out shortly after we ordered! A good amount of seating is available, may want to make a reservation though! Parking is street parking or you can pay to park at a nearby garage!

Yelp
I worked in restaurants for years. And while that was a long time ago, I'm the guy that gives the server, the kitchen and the establishment the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps to a fault. So, I offer this review from the perspective of the ultimate restaurant apologist: it was "how-is-this-place-still-open?" bad. Service was slow and intermittently attentive. Might have only been one server, but still we occasionally wondered where he had disappeared to. The order took forever and then it came out piecemeal. Sure, I've been places where the kitchen can't reasonably time dishes -- usually there's a warning on the menu or from the server so that when one dish comes out it's expected that there may be a delay. In this case, there was no discernible reason why one came out. And after a fairly decent pause two and three appeared. And after a while the fourth came out. Curiously, the food didn't match the menu. Well, I suppose in a general way in did. But when one orders "grilled cheese" if mayonnaise or some other "very special sauce" is added, typically it's noted. Gives the patron who perhaps doesn't care for mayo to ask for it on the side. Not here. Oh, no. A similar logic could hold true for jalapeños. You know, perhaps mention that they're part of the cornbread. But let's get back to the grilled cheese. Perhaps don't use the word "grilled" since that might lead the unsuspecting patron to believe they are getting a hot sandwich when that's not what they are getting. Otherwise, the other food was just bad. Bland taste. Overcooked or underdone. And for sure overpriced. It was like a test to see how far the average diner will go before complaining. One day, hopefully, we will look back on this dinner (which wasn't for a special event, but still one we looked forward to) and laugh about how bad it was. In fact, this experience will live on in our family. At our next, inevitable mediocre meal, we can say, "well, at least it wasn't as bad as the Pig and Sprout." And then we will wonder aloud if it's even still open.

Yelp
Sadly, I was disappointed with brunch here. There is a good vibe here and nice layout. I like that the bar is a large open window/wall into the patio. I was disappointed with my food. I ordered the fried chicken and waffles. The waffle was not the good crispy waffle you expect at brunch. The fried chicken tasted like it was a frozen chicken nugget. The bacon was thick cut and good. The service was friendly and prompt. The food came out almost too fast. It was surprising. I would come back here for drinks but I would be hesitant on coming back food.

Yelp
Stopped by for an early dinner and even though my sandwich was delicious, the wings and burger unfortunately was not. The decor has a nice modern hip vibe. They had an outdoor seating bar area available great for sitting outside while watching the game and grabbing a drink. Our server was the bartender. She was very nice but kind of forgot about us since we needed refills on our waters for a while. The grilled and smoked wings taste like they were reheated from some over night wings as the meat was super dense lacked flavor and was barely room temperature. The smoked brisket dip was delicious. They give you a side of dipping sauce that's super flavorful. The mushrooms were fresh and loaded on. The meat melted with the grilled onions and cheese. The fries were also fresh and crispy. I would suggest this sandwich! My friend ordered the drive through burger. He said it was very ordinary and boring and he would not order it in the future. Overall, the ambiance was great, the bartender was very friendly but forgot about us, the smoked brisket dip was delicious and the rest was very hit or miss.

Yelp
I would really love to give Pig & Sprout 5 stars. It has been my favorite brunch and dinner food near Union. The patio and upstairs are an absolute vibe. It also has excellent variety of food on a compact menu that can feed even those with the strictest diets. The one issue I've ran into on the 10+ times I have been here has been service. When it's good - it is okay, when it's bad - you question walking out. It is hard. I recommend this place to everyone, but at the same time have to warn them about the service. Will I continue to recommend this place to everyone I know? 100% Will I continue to come here? 100% If the service steps up, I will update this and call everyone I know and tell them to go to The Pig & The Sprout ASAP

Yelp
Food is absolutely disgusting. Never coming back. Can't believe people actually visit this spot. We are guilty ourselves, not knowing what we were in for.

Yelp
After coming out from a backpacking trip we wanted something that's satisfying and relatively healthy-ish and good! It was by choice that we ended up here cos it's been awhile! Great choice! We had the ff: LETTUCE WRAPS (5) braised pork belly, carrot, cucumber, beansprouts, crispy rice noodle, ssam sauce. GRILLED CHICKEN CAESAR WRAP greens, marinated tomato, bacon, parmesan. Both are so good! But I love the overall crunch factor overall from the noodles, the sprouts and the fresh lettuce and of course the pork belly from the Lettuce wrap! Yummy! The beer Cart Driver doesn't taste like beer but mango! It's so yummy for non beer drinkers ! It's still 4+ % AVB! This business opened 7 years ago but was conceived over a decade before that. Almost didn't happen cos friends of the owner thought it was too pub like sounding! I'm thankful the owner went ahead!

Yelp
I've been here twice now and I haven't been disappointed yet! The coffee is always spot on, the staff is friendly and welcoming. Both sides of the menu (pig or sprout) have delicious options. I want to keep coming back until I've tried it all!

Yelp
Wonderful service and food, great spot for a quick brunch. We split the brisket Benedict and burger, both were delicious!

Yelp
We walked to this restaurant from our hotel while visiting Denver to catch a baseball game . We sat at the bar and the service was great . The bartender suggested some popular entrees and ordered red wine and mimosa to pair . The decor is really cute . It's definitely worth to check out when visiting Denver

Yelp
Stopped by for an early dinner after a Rockies game at a friend's recommendation and didn't come away disappointed! The decor is library chic, the service was friendly enough, and the menu is perfect for groups eating with vegans/vegetarians and carnivores alike. I opted for the pig in the orchard sandwich, which came with a gorgeous apple butter that still has a hint of barbecue. I was also interested in the green chili poutine but wasn't hungry enough for an appetizer; as a compromise, I was able to order a side of green chili and dip both my fries and sandwich in them. The chili was perfect with just a bit of a kick behind it. My partner ordered a half slab of the nice rack and while he really enjoyed the ribs, the cornbread really shined on the dish. The slaw on both my sandwich and as his side was vinegar-based, but in an interesting twist had several spices that gave it an orange appearance and a little extra tang and spice. Not sure how I feel about it. You can tell the chef here has really taken the time to develop some complex flavors. This isn't your basic BBQ.

Yelp
My boyfriend took me here last night for my birthday dinner. My expectations were low, but let me tell you I definitely left a happy girl. Everything I put in my mouth was delicious. I really can't think of one bad thing to say about this place. I loved it so much I texted my friend before I even left the restaurant to make plans to come back next week.

Yelp
Really cool concept with half the menu for veggie lovers and the other half for carnivores. I was excited to have brunch here and overall, I left feeling the experience was a bit disappointing. Service was slow (but friendly!) despite not being busy, and the food (I got the salmon benedict) was subpar and actually left me feeling ill the rest of the day. The ambiance was chill, the interior is very modern, and loved the open concept bar. I'd come back for a drink or dinner, but brunch just wasn't it. Womp womp.

Yelp
Somehow I manage to visit The Pig & The Sprout once a year on average. This latest time was when I arrived an hour early because of a miscommunication with my friends. Their reservation confirmation didn't include the local time zone, and I missed that part of the screenshot. Anyways, parking is still reasonable around this part of town. After a little standoffishness from the hostess because the whole party wasn't present, I was shown to a booth where I enjoyed a cocktail while waiting. Several staff members didn't seem to keen on me being there alone. Eventually my friends showed up, and it was fine in the end. It's not like it was busy, or even half full, throughout the evening. I've had several items from their menu before. The layout (pig vs. sprout) is still convenient. I got the Buffalo Hot Wings, which were only okay. The meat was a little undercooked, and the flavor wasn't particularly memorable. I've had a few okay experiences here, and the charm of the restaurant has worn off, I suppose. Not feeling very welcome anymore.

Yelp
Dropped after flying in to Denver. Cool place, friendly staff. We had a beer and a Bacon Bloddy Mary...highly recommend. Pork tamales were perfect and the Chicken Sando were delicious and hit the spot.

Yelp
Went to pig and sprout for brunch when visiting Denver given all the hype around it. It's a cute brunch spot with indoor and outdoor seating. The service is quick and the staff is super nice and gave us recommendations on things to do around the area! I ordered the roasted red pepper Benny which came with a fried green tomato, poached egg, avacado, and a mixed green salad on the side. The salad was super refreshing and tangy. It went really well with the eggs! The combination of fried tomatoes with eggs was really good but was lacking a bit of flavor in my opinion. I used hot sauce with every bite to make up for the flavor profile. We also got an order of their donut holes (not pictured) which were super yummy!! They came with a chocolate sauce to dip into! Absolutely delicious! If I were to go back, I would try the breakfast burrito or a grilled cheese instead. My friends tried those options and loved them!

Yelp
The minute we walked in, Leslie asked us if she could help us. She was so gentle and so professional we ended up taking a bunch of bottles with us for half off Wednesday. It wasn't even that we wanted to stay and linger but the ambience, the mood, everything was amazing! I can't recommend this place enough. Angelina was also amazing. I have not had the food, but I'm sure it's great.

Yelp
Was so hungry and staying at the hotel nearby when I decided to stop by. The Pig & Sprout's menu is separated into two categories: pig (meat dishes) and sprout (vegetarian dishes). I ordered the truffle gnocchi which did not have meat but had mushrooms, truffle oil, and other herbs that produced a really interestingly fragrant dish. Eating this whole plate by myself was a bit too much for me; the flavors were really rich. I would definitely order this to share. My friends got a half rack of wet ribs and a dip sandwich. The corn bread with the ribs was sooooo good. Definitely recommend the corn bread. Service here was fine.

Yelp
Came here on a weekend visit to Denver and decided to try this spot out for brunch after walking past it. We had a group of 9 with no reservation, and were seated quickly with only a short wait. I ordered the breakfast burrito with bacon. The burrito was huge, but it was unfortunately too salty that it was hard to finish. For drinks, I ordered a michelada, which was also huge. It was spicy and very refreshing. Our waitress also mistakenly brought us a beer that we didn't order, so she took it off our bill and let us have it anyway. The service here was great and the drinks were good, but unfortunately my food was too salty.

Yelp
This place is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the French dip and the trout. You should definitely start with poutine with brisket. Pretty sure there isn't a bad thing on the menu but you can order here. If you're lucky you'll get Nick as your server. That guy is a ninja and really knows how to give some great customer service. The hostess was also very friendly. The environment is very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend you check this place out and give Nick a hug for us when you see him. Much love, cheers

Yelp
The atmosphere inside this place was nice. The decorations and vibe were fun. Our waitress was really good. Thought it was cool the menu is split for meat eaters "the pig" and vegetarians "the sprout." Had the veggie omelette. Large and filling but thought the ratio of fixings to egg was off, but overall, it was tasty. Had a side of bacon that was pretty good. Subbed fruit as the potatoes were not gluten free. The fruit was horrible so I would not go for that option. I didn't end up eating any of it after the first bite. Didn't look all that fresh and had some sort of sugary lime coating to it that did not taste good. Maybe some of their other stuff is better but I thought the vibe of the place was better than the food itself.

Yelp
Very very cool spot. Indoor and outdoor seating with this cool indoor outdoor bar during nice weather. Staff was all incredible and so nice- there was very little judgment when I tried multiple different wine choices from their awesome drinks menu LOL :). The food choices were varied and flavor was great. We tried the pork belly and brisket poutine appetizers as well as the bordain sandwich and the grilled cheese with pork belly sandwich. It was all amazing.

Yelp
This has to be one of my husband's favorite brunch spots in Denver. The food was divine. It's a cute little diner with a little bit of a sports bar aspect. They have their own homemade hot sauce, and the service was amazing. Everybody was super patient and super nice. We would definitely go back for dinner.

Yelp
Staff were attentive and pleasant. Parking was easy which is always key. Interior is clean and approachable. Best item on menu are the fries. Little thicker, but so fluffy. I would go back for a beer and fries. I got the mortadella sandwich and it was ok - reminded me of bar food.

Yelp
Checked out this spot for a Timeleft event. The drinks and cuisine was on point, especially the deviled eggs. I never skip those. The sauce for the brisket sandwich was fire, and pro-tip get there early to find parking. There are not many options around. I'll definitely be back, and there ton's of bar hopping around it! From one fat kid to another, add it to your list!

Yelp
Yesterday I joined an afternoon food tour in the RHINO district and didn't think I'd be hungry for dinner. But I was wrong. Fortunately, this restaurant was conveniently located just across the street from my hotel, so I decided to give it a try. I opted for a late dinner and ordered the smoked brisket dip, which is similar to a French dip but with a twist--brisket instead of roast beef, served with a side of fries. Let me tell you, it was the best dip sandwich I've ever had! The smoked brisket was tender, flavorful, and perfectly complemented by the fresh, plump mushrooms and caramelized onions. The au jus dipping sauce was abundant and packed with flavor, while the soft bread was the perfect vessel for all that deliciousness. The fries were a delightful surprise--crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and cooked to perfection. Although I'm only in Denver for a few days, I'm already planning when I can return to this restaurant for another round of that incredible sandwich. It's a must-have before I leave!

Yelp
We entered around 7:00 PM on Thursday night and the restaurant was a little busy - there was no host so we took a seat at the bar and Lesly was a wonderful bartender - offering quick friendly service. The food was very tasty and came out quickly. We ordered 3 small plates and a dessert that filled the two of us up. The brussel sprouts were crispy and the sauce for the artichoke hearts was very flavorful. They have a nice selection of non-alcoholic drinks - the Gruvi Dry Secco was a great deal - we got two glasses out of our bottle(s). They also make a mock mint apple martini that was very minty and tasty. Pig & Sprout offered a quick low key tasty bite that set us off in the right direction for the night.

Yelp
I went here with a friend about a week ago. Our server was great, and really fast! The food was okay but honestly nothing special. I got the pulled pork sandwich and while it did come with an insane amount of pork, I found it salty and lacking flavor. The tomato soup I had, however, was really good. My friend got the veggie pad Thai and said that didn't have much flavor either. I do love that they have both vegetarian and omnivore options because it's really hard to find places that do both those things well!
