I just love the ceviche here but pq they charge you chips separate $18 for cevise plate plus $4 if you want chips kind expensive magi loco is good nice ppl you can taste it. Let see if is good like before i spend around $60 ask for a cup of ice they want charge more sorry i will not come again got so expensive . After tastes ceviche y agua chile flavor ok. But is most cucumber puro pepino y vegetales. Muy poco camarón y pescado. Por $18 debería estar mejor servido suerte !

The staff was very nice and patient as there was a small language barrier. I was happy to see that they had the propitious ice cream. I also got some elotes which was delicious. They have so many options that can choose from. Love the decor inside.

Horrible ceviche and the crazy apple looks NOTHING like the picture. Where’s the candy? I paid almost $60 for this disappointing food. The ceviche tastes OLD AND DRY!!! I ordered from DoorDash.

Tried the fresas con crema, and Dubai strawberries and they were so good I definitely recommend!! The fruit was fresh and very good. The chamoy candy is also really really good, this was my first time going and they gave me samples when I came in.

Just popped in for the first time on a whim, after a vaccine appt at the Walgreens next door, and I am immediately obsessed. I've been to plenty of fruterias in town but this feels like a hidden gem. Staff member who handled my order was kind and helped me narrow down the extensive menu. I got a strawberry milk agua fresca and an elote with hot fries - filling, decadent, and exactly what I needed after a stressful day at work. I will most definitely be back.

Overall everything was delicious a lot of options to choose from, quality of food & taste match the pictures definitely worth the drive. Customer service is GREAT from the moment you step in everyone is so nice & very helpful explaining menu items. Definitely would come back to try different items.

Tacos were the highlight of the meal. Ordered birria ramen, asada fries and a few other things. The funnel cake left much to be desired extremely dry with minimal fruit garnish Asked for birria buldak noodles but wasnt told birria cant be added to those so we got elote noodles which left much to be desired the sour cream was overwhelming The tapatio birria ramen was quite delicious. While waiting on our other order of birria ramen it seemed like the server was trying to have me and my guest leave due to it being crowded. Couldnt finish food started to make me nauseous. Would i recommend yes will i come back. I dont think so

We love it here. Service is great - they’re always sampling things to try, which is very appreciated as their menu is expansive. Flavor is never lacking and we always leave stuffed.

The perfect combo of salty sweet and sour! I loved the gummy worms and it was the perfect amount of chamoy. - The elote was great! My mom can't really eat spicy so she just got a plain elote but it was solid and the portion is huge! They actually have really large portions for larger groups. They also have really large Hello Kitty drinks I honestly didn't see until after I ordered but I'm definitely coming back to try more!

You know that food you see on instagram or tiktok that looks fantastic but you go and the service isn't good and the food doesn't taste good? Well, this isn't one of those places. Everything we tried here tasted and looked amazing. The menu is huge so there's something for everyone. I dream about this place whenever I get a salty or sweet craving because this place would satisfy whatever craving! Please go, get something sweet and salty, and then go again the next week.

This place was featured on my Instagram and I just knew I had to come here. As a Hello Kitty fan of course I wanted to try the Hello Kitty Drink. I had a Vanilla milkshake with whipped cream, sprinkles, topped off with a Hello Kitty Marshmallow, in a Hello Kitty cup, this was so good. To eat I had the ceviche and a hot Cheeto Elote. Everything tasted fantastic. They also have all kinds of different cool cups for sale. The aesthetics of this place are 10/10 and the staff was super friendly. If you are in the area check them out.

Got here and tried everything! So much to choose from! Staff are great and run a tight ship! Very efficient, very busy and you'll see why! WORTH IT! Tried the barria tacos, candied pickles and other delicacies, cerviche and of course, the various alcoholic fruit drinks they have! You have to go to believe it! It's so much to choose from you'll have to make repeated trips. Located in a strip mall with limited seating but they do offer outdoor seating if you want to dine in.

This place was super cute on the inside. It was extremely crowded with a 15 to 30 minute wait. The lady at the front was nice but behind the register it looked like a health code hazard. The food was tasty. Will definitely be back and try more things.

La Piña Loca is a great place for snacky snacks in East Dallas, like crazy, over the top snacks. I came across their Instagram page with their towers of nachos, elotes and funnel cakes with toppings as far as the eye can see. We were craving something sweet so I decided to sneak off to grab us a fun treat. I got a cookies and cream funnel cake that was as big as a large pizza and a manzana loca which is an apple that's been sliced and topped with chamoy, tajín (a chili and lime seasoning) and lots of different candies and also comes in a full, round cake pan. This is definitely a novelty place and great for sharing a crazy snack with friends but make no mistake, it's all pure junk food. The shop is small but they're constantly busy. The staff is sweet and more than happy to answer questions but the treats aren't made for taking on the go so it was a task getting them home.

It's a cool, good food spot to come and hangout with family or friends. So much food and drinks to choose from. Highly recommended.

Lemme tell ya a little story about a lady's first trip to a Fruteria. First. I'll be honest I've been having a bad day(s). Leaving Walgreens I saw the logo and thought I'd get a treat- but a healthy one. I shop at El Rancho and I love the agua frescas. Specifically the coco (coconut). I pictured a cup, a lid, a straw, and refreshing white coconut loveliness to chill my angst. But what happened was... I asked for the agua de coco. She said they hadn't made any that day, but would I like to try the piña colada. I know a piña colada is coconut milk and pineapple juice- and I assumed they didn't add rum to it. Had. No. idea... if you already know what happened- don't spoil it for the others!) She says it's $12. (Me: !??!!!!!!). But ok it's a small business... it's fresh made... I just want to get my healthy refreshment and go home. But what had happened was... she points to a picture and says "it looks like that". It looks like a shake. I'm like... uhhh "no whipped cream please". She looked at me like I'd started speaking Russian WHILE my head came off. Seriously. "No whipped cream!? You don't want the chocolate either??!". Now. For calm people who have regular existences without lots of things screwing up in one week would have seen a red flag. But me, like the red flag on a bad man: I giggled and said 'um ok, just make it regular". it took FOREVER. I'm sitting on a bar stool waiting for something I'm imagining is juice, being poured into a cup, with, for who knows why but maybe it's good, whipped cream on top.. They called my named and there was an entire frikking pineapple sittin on paper, in a foil pie plate. I seriously ... I was like... excuse me? Um? This mine? They said yep... I said I didn't think it would fit in my cup holder. I just got awkward from there. (Nah. I spelled that right. #neurodiversity). I picked it up.. turned around in a circle, not knowing what to do with something that looked like a verdammt(German word mom used, possibly my nickname) floral arrangement, topped with whipped cream. My brain short-circuited. How did she not know I wanted an agua Fresca in a cup.., and think I needed this... thingie thing? Then the spiraling began. I didn't want whipped cream... now I'm staring down a 4" tall blob of it. Do I.. just... knock it off and let it slide down the side of the WHOLE ENTIRE PINEAPPLE? Is that why it's on a tray? Should this only be ordered by three or more people and shouldn't it be on fire? I really, again- just... not having a great day(s). I sat it down at a table.., and tasted it. Ok so yes there's coconut in it and that's tasty. Took a couple more sips... getting anxious because I want to be home... soooo I uhhhh? Walked... out with it? To my car? I did... think about dumping off that top of whipped cream ... into the parking lot... but I don't do that kinda thing. Leaving the entire thing in the parking lot was a thought that crossed my mind. But. It is a lovely piece of fruit... and I paid $12 plus a tip.., soooo I. Put it... in a Walgreens bag... and held the top of it ... all the way home. The thought of dairy on top of fruit was really getting to me. Sticky. No like. Confused. Brought it into the house, using some hazmat techniques. By now this sticky thing in the bag was antagonizing me, on purpose. After deconstructing it I am still confused about what I bought. I call the first number google shows me. Is there ice cream in this??? I have chocolate ice cream in my freezer. I'll never put pineapple in it. . No answer. Called the 'Google number' no answer. I grabbed the tongs. It's too sticky to touch. I cannot bring myself to touch it. I find the core is still in it. In reaction to my attempt to remove it with my kitchen tongs, it fought back. Sticky white ice cream coconut mystery fluff sprayed spots on my kitchen counter, ceiling, and floor. Pretty sure it's in my hair. It's still sitting there. Over there. In the kitchen. On the counter. I will either find a way to pour the liquid into a glass so I can drink it with my pinky in the air, or kill it with fire. So anyhoo; place looks cute. Decor and atmosphere is perfect. The fruit cocktails she gave me samples of were mind-blowingly good. I'll bet if you know what to order this will become your favorite treat place. If you didn't like my review you'll hate the rest of my stand up routine about pineapple desserts. Happy fruiting, y'all. ********************************* Ohhhh noooo!!! The above was for fun. Much later I actually DID pour it into a cup, put the pineapple rings in a bowl and was having it for 'dinner' (I'm single! I do what I want!) anyway- I thought there were slices of coconut in it. I pulled one out and realized it was PLASTIC! Seriously. Ironically- I wanted it IN a plastic cup so I could take it with me, but I got part of one in pieces inside my drink instead. The 'review' reaction above this had 4 stars. I've changed it to one because of this.

Lady in the front was a sweet lady. Place is cute. I ended up ordering their nachos which had fajita and a corn. I asked for no sour cream on nachos and they still included it. I went during my lunch break so I left it like that because I had to get to work. Nachos hardly had nacho cheese and fajita was very chewy. I didn't enjoy it much. I actually ended throwing it away. I was willing to give this place another try but after seeing how rudely the owner responds to negative feedback I have decided not to. As a business owner our customers are our lively hood. We won't always be perfect but that doesn't mean we can just go off on our customers when they express how their experience was. It's very unprofessional. It's disappointing.

Always come for the Elote Chorreado with Carne Asada!! It's the best!! Service is great as well!

I go to this spot a lot , SUPER OVERPRICED, I get it it's over the top treats or whatever but if the fruit isn't even good IT ISNT WORTH IT I got mango loco and the mango was GREEN AND HARD, the lady infront was super nice, she spoke to her manager and they didn't want to do anything about it, seemed like all they care about is MONEY only , as a bussiness owner myself I will always do anything on my end to keep my customers happy , the customer is always right. We didn't even want the money back we were fine with switching it even for a drink but no. The hot Cheeto elote was alright , but again I've tried better for at a better reasonable price And I wanted to support this small business since I have one as well but money to them seems more important, never coming here again.

The elote don't have any flavor my daughter can do it better the Piña colada xl is a small in a pineapple sales for $15 no worth it I spend $90 worsts $90 I ever spend if don't believe me go and try it oh don't have A/c is hot another thing I saw is long nails is antigenic or not good to handle food again don't believe go

The staff we've encountered at the restaurant have been great though.*** I really wanted to like this place, but it's been a bd experience both times we went. The staff is fantastic, which is the only reason I'm rating 3 stars instead of 2. We received a kind greeting immediately upon walking in at both visits. On our 1st visit they offered samples. The menu has no descriptions. A few items don't have prices listed at all (not even prior to inflation prices). They were out of funnel cakes on our 1st visit. They were out of every ice cream flavor except one on our 2nd visit. Since it's a fruiteria I incorrectly assumed the strawberry funnel cake would be topped with fresh strawberries. The menu has no descriptions. It came topped with strawberry compote (the cooked pancake syrup style with cooked fruit). It also had that gross spray can whipped cream. All of the toppings went straight to the trash. It's very overpriced. On our recent visit we paid $34 before tip for a cup of strawberries & cream, a strawberry funnel cake, and a med. container of candy. They strawberry cup and funnel cake were large, but I'd rather have a single serving size at a reasonable price. The place is tiny, but cute. The foods are pretty. It's great for Instagram posts if you order the right things.

What can I say I love living in East Dallas and the reason is for gems like these sprinkled throughout our neighborhood! The Elotes is to die for and Let's not talk about the variety of funnel cakes ! Who's gonna put on 10 Lbs eating here is me, the ladies are wonderful especially Betty!!! Come here soon

Found out about this place on IG. Right in my neighborhood! Anyway, I'd been craving a snow cone for a week or so. I bought the cherry/pineapple snow cone. The ice of the snow cone isn't really how I like it. I like ice like snow. But that mango drink is BOMB! So delicious! I will visit this spot again and try something else. Oh, shoutout to Beatrice/Betty for the excellent customer service. I noticed everyone had their mask and gloves on.

We came here for the first time by recommendation of one of our kids! The place was very easy to find and decorated really nice. Very large selection of all types of desserts. The staff was very friendly and our family had a really good time coming here. The bad side was music was blaring way too loud or a peaceful sit down. Bars across the front of the store made the business seem as if it was in an unsafe neighborhood.

Ridiculous that they dont take discover.. girl looked at me crazy because the card declined and she was rude about it good thing i had another source of money. Discover customer service said a lot of small shops dont take it because of fees they charge.. Food was good and loved the nachos.

Everything looked so good it was hard to decide so I tried a little bit of their most popular things on the menu. I would definitely come back for the tostadas, they were so good, the ceviche was flavorful. Added a hint of lime and some hot sauce The mango raspa was better than expected. The fruit tasted fresh and the ice cream or whatever was at the bottom made it even better. Only reason I did give it 4/5 was bc it's Cash only. But hopefully that changes soon.

This place was incredible. The variety of candy, cakes, drinks, and munchies was unbelievable. Needless to say we ordered way more than we could finish. The banana pudding funnel cake is now my favorite dessert in Dallas. The staff was so welcoming and walked us through the menu as they offered samples to help us decide what we wanted. Definitely check this place out!

Awesome place for dessert. Though, I would appreciate a picture menu. I recommend getting the Knockout. I couldn't find it on the menu but I found it on the wall. XD

EVERYTHING we had was delicious!! 40 minute drive in pretty heavy traffic and 100% worth it.

The food is very delicious, I really loved the samples we were given before ordering what we wanted. We ordered the Sandia Loca and a Fruity Pebbles funnel cake along with a snow cone, agua de sandia and carne asada fries. I didn't get a picture of the fries ! I would give 5 stars, but there were a couple things that made me and my boyfriend a bit upset with the service. The older lady was nice, however, she forgot to charge us two items after writing it down on her notepad and we had to pay twice, once at the beginning and then right before we left because I still wanted my pica candy I initially asked for. The wait wasn't the best considering the fact that it was only me and my bf inside since the other people before us had already left. She told us there was a new girl and that's why the service was slow, however, I would've preferred to hear that the lady was training her and that the food would take a bit longer, but it would be a good outcome. I understand the wait, but I could tell the girl was doing her best trying to get out our orders. We didn't mind waiting all that much especially since it was our first time we didn't know what to expect. I wish I had tipped the girl, but I didn't have cash on me. Another thing was that since my sandia was a bit over the top for me personally I would've preferred it in a better container but the lady explained how there were no other containers and that's how it came to be, but I still would've preferred a bit of a alternative because I couldn't finish it and wanted to take it home without spilling juices. Other than that, the food was amazing and I'd come again but I just hope the service improves a bit because I enjoyed the food.

This is my favorite munchies place in all of Dallas!! Their snacks are always super delicious plus they are so cute. The location is also super cute inside, very nicely decorated. The amazing staff is a plus as well!

We have been twice since we wash clothes next door. Both times have been busy, like line to the door busy since it's small, but they get the food out in a very reasonable time. We loved the Oreo funnel cake and we have tried the watermelon, mango, cucumber lime, and pineapple agua frescas. You can taste their freshness. My favorites were the watermelon or cucumber, but they were all delicious. The lady that was at the register both times was so sweet and remembered me a week later when I came back in. She is also very good about sampling stuff like the agua frescas or the cold fruit salads they keep in the display case. She was also cleaning the tables as people cleared out. This was a very cute date spot. One major caveat to mention was this place was cash only! That is important to pick up before you visit. Otherwise it's a very good snack shop. The have all the staples. Rusas, Hot Cheetos with cheese, fries, fresas con crema, ice cream, snow cones and a lot of other delicious snacks.

Best snack place for your cravings ! 10 out of 10 recommend this place if you haven't tried it you should definitely stop by !won't regret it

This place is ok, the staff kinda ignores you at first I waited maybe a good 7-10 min and they were jus chit chatting..... mangonadas are ok I ask little Chile and got a whole lot more than expected plus mango has no flavor.
