Had a flying visit to this shop. The staff were friendly and the bikes were fabulous

Recently took my bicycle in for a service. My chain was probably the worst they have ever seen, but they were polite enough not to say anything. They did a great job with the servicing. Thank you to Tristan. You are top banana. My bike feels new and I'm flying around London now. One thing I'd highlight is that they cleaned my bike and fixed the bell of their own volition, that is to say, without being asked. That went above and beyond what I was expecting and was very considerate and a classic sign of excellent service. Thank you to the trio of chaps I met when collecting my bike.

Called in today to get the tyres pumped up on a clients buggy. The staff member who helped me was extremely polite, professional and helpful. He stopped what he was doing to correct the buggy and get me on my way. The level of service was brilliant. Thank you again

My journey with the Andy and the team in Pinarello (London) started a year ago when after a really detailed bike fit, I placed an order for a Dogma F. Global supply issues meant that the frame set delivery was delayed twice (and had to abandon the original SRAM groupset for shimano) but throughout the whole process, Andy always kept me updated. Just when I was about to give up, the order finally came through and I couldn’t be happier with the bike and in the first instance, the professionalism and friendliness of the team including Declan. They are just so knowledgeable, no question was too stupid and they were incredibly generous with thier time and advice. The finished bike is just beautiful and though the delay in delivery could not be helped by the London team, I am so glad that I waited. Right to the end, the attention to detail (Tristan the mechanic is ace) and the finishing by Andy in accordance with the year old bike fit was brilliant. Patience was rewarded in the end and I couldn’t be happier. Brill team

Regents street’s Pinarello store is the most incredible bicycle store I have ever seen. The perfect complement for the amazing bikes that Pinarello build. This store incapsulates the essence of Pinarello with absolute Souplesse. Curatorial perfection! On entering Pinarello Regent Street I was greeted with a smile by a lovely gent, Joe Deacon. He was excited to introduce me to the gallery like interior and keen to give me a tour and answer any questions I had. The tour ended at the rear of the store with Tris. Tris is the most incredible workshop technician. With knowledge bursting from every crevice I could tell my pride and joy would be safe in his hands. I left with not only a bike that has never ridden better but also with a smile and satisfaction that I have found a family for life. Long live Pinarello regent street- forever Souplesse. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Recently collected my bike after placing an order in August. I'm very happy with the service I received. My appreciation to Tim who handled my order and requests, and Andy who did the bike fit and handover yesterday. The entire process was very efficient and professional. Andy took the measurements and made the necessary adjustments. The overall experience was exceptionally positive. I would recommend Pinerallo Store in London to friends and family.

I am a cycling fun, so I know some details about the Pinarello bikes. Thanks to this shop, I’ve never seen so many beautiful Pina bikes before! For me, this shop is more of a Pina exhibition hall than a bike shop. People seems to resent the staff in other comments. I couldn’t understand why. If you are about to spend 2-5k on a bike, you have to do your homework before visiting the shop. If you are well prepared, you will surely have questions and do not have to wait for them to come to you. Okay I see. The staff may need to be more enthusiastic about their job, promoting this Italian brand to people who are not familiar with it at all.

Yelp
As an amateur cyclist, I happened to walk by this new-ish (open since June '15) Pinarello flagship store in Piccadilly - what can I say! Breathtaking bikes on display at price tags equally staggering! Lots of smaller cycle accessories are also for sale - at more reasonable prices. There are lots of brochures for cycling events around Europe, and tablets for more information on each bike. As a fan of cycling over cars, it was good to see a bike show room take iver some prime real estate much like a fancy car showroom (think Tesla). Some bikes' prices are definitely within the range of a decent road bike - something to work towards. A must see for any bike enthusiast. Staff are friendly and are willing to help if necessary.
