we got a reservation in the outdoor seating which is nice with live band playing until around 8pm. but we were told that we can't order bar menu in the garden but if we sit at the bar table we can order food from bar menu and restaurant menu too. which is strange doesnt make sense they are literally 5 ft away in the same courtyard. The service was good, staffs are friendly but they seem overwhelmed by the amount of customers. sometimes slow in refilling water, but overall took really good care of us. The clam lucifer is such a surprised. no wonder it's award winning, it's a chowder that i had never tasted before, it's pretty spicy with a good amount of shell on clams in it. the baguettes are toasted perfectly with good flavor to dip in the chowder. for main i had the duck confit , which is basically a duck Enchiladas with red mole on top . it's flavorful but i wish i knew its presented as enchilada. There are some really good cocktails here too. 4-6pm Tuesday to Sunday are happy hour , 15% food discount and some wine and beer special price too.

The Pink Adobe was such a special place to visit! The service was exceptionally warm and friendly, drinks were on point, and the zucchini fries were incredible. It was a Friday night and they had live jazz in the bar, which added so much to the ambiance.

Great indoor and outdoor seating. The food was excellent. The staff is polite and on top of things. Definitely worth checking out.

Won’t return - I do NOT like lying. Location: 4 Ambience: 4 Food: 2 Service: 0 First, their front desk was un-manned at 5:09. A couple before us was waiting. We waited for a little while, I then went in to look for a hostess. Shortly a woman with a ponytail, and a man with eye glasses showed up to work. Don’t believe the front desk hostess‘s claim that “that table is reserved”. 5pm on a Tuesday, the out door section is empty (inside isn’t packed either). When she sat us under the sun, I asked immediately that can we please have a table under the shade, like that one under the umbrella. “Oh that table is reserved.” When I made reservation, I only indicated outdoor, not sure they’ve a place for the dinner to indicate exactly which table. Sitting under the sun is uncomfortable, so I got up and asked one more time, for a table before a lovely tile mosaic with tiny fountain. “Oh that table is reserved.” When we about to leave, she offered the first table I pointed at. Shortly after, a couple was seated at the table before tile mosaic with tiny fountain. To be accurate, I did ask them if they’ve reserved this specific table. “No.” Why would she lie: despise Irene which is totally ok, or Chinese or people of color (I’ve experienced this a few times prior…) which is… let’s stop here. They use Riedel glasses, which is nice - seems everyone in Santa Fe uses Riedel. I’ve Frog’s Leap Sauvignon Blanc - the vineyard we visited in 2015 - it’s as usual, very good. Food - we’ve - duck: on the sweet side - Jetty Jack: like the crispy fried skin Both entries look chunky, large portion, homey, nothing ‘fine’ about it. They claim themselves as New Mexican, whichever that means, but I need to add salt and pepper to add some tastes for both entries. I grew up knowing, so did Joy Luck Club, (both book and movie) that adding soy sauce to a dish is the ultimate insult. I’ll stop here. By the time we leave, the outdoor section is only 40% occupied. I did tell to the man with glasses who’s at front also, that lying isn’t cool.

Our server, Ruby, was one of the best servers we've ever had, anywhere. Without her guidance and suggestions our meal would have been good, but not as good as it was with her help. The place is beautiful, the staff friendly and accomodating, the food exciting amd the wine choices very satisfying. Too stuffed for dessert, we ordered the sorbet to split. We spend a lot of time in Italy, so we are snobs about italian food. The sorbet was as good as any we've had in Italy. If we are ever hungry again, (haha) we will definitely eat here again.

Excellent service; best in Santa Fe. We sat inside around 5:30 pm and staff was very attentive. Recommend the Chicken Tinga Enchiladas with Christmas sauce and the Tres Leches!

Google
Pink Adobe has a lovely, quiet patio for outside dining. We went at 5:30 (yes they take reservations) so it was not too crowded and the service was excellent. Ruby our server was wonderful. We were immediately offered some BlueCorn/Pinion bread with butter that was just delicious ! For our salad we split the Beet & Arugula salad with goat cheese, pepitas & honey comb that was outstanding. My dinner choice was the Duck in mole sauce with rice that was a “stretch” for me having never had mole, but it was really good. Nice wine selection, combined with an excellent meal in a beautiful setting made for a TOP 10 evening. Highly recommend!

Google
Use the reservation system to make a reservation ahead of time Highly recommended. Beautiful setting veranda seating with a fantastic menu, handcrafted cocktails with a creative flair, live music. Food was flavorful and unique, it was clear that ingredients for hand selected beautifully plated and well prepared. Service was quick, informed about the menu and selection of items on the menu as well as how they were made and worked well as a team to serve guests. If this is not on your bucket list when you come to Santa Fe it needs to be. It is both a culinary and artistic experience.

Yelp
We celebrated our 11 year anniversary at The Pink Adobe in Santa Fe and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, the service and atmosphere were impeccable. The cozy fireplace added a magical touch to the evening and every dish we had was absolutely delicious, crafted with care and bursting with flavor. But what truly sets this place apart, is not just the food and ambiance, but the incredible integrity and kindness of the staff. After our amazing dinner when we got home my girlfriend realized she had lost her gold necklace, a deeply sentimental gift from a dear friend. She was heartbroken. We immediately called the restaurant!and while they initially said they hadn't found it, they promised to follow up. Feeling proactive, we retraced our steps from the hotel to the restaurant. Upon arriving back at The Pink Adobe, we were met by two incredible staff members twin brothers who had provided outstanding service earlier. When I inquired one more time about the necklace, one of them said, "Oh my gosh, you're the guy who called! Yes, I found it!" He handed it back to us with such sincerity and kindness. This act of honesty and generosity left us speechless. They could have easily kept it, but instead, they went above and beyond to do the right thing. Not only did The Pink Adobe provide an unforgettable dining experience, but they also reminded us of the goodness in people. We're forever grateful for their honesty, warmth, and hospitality. Thank you for making our anniversary so special. we can't wait to return!

Yelp
Well my expectations was set super high for this place and I'm sad it didn't to what I was suppose to expect. A lady on the slopes today was going on about how amazing it was when she came 2 years ago and my husband was beyond obessed with this place from 2 years ago and it just felt short. Service was ok the waiter was dealing with 7 tables in a private room with no fire set up like the main room. He was super nice but he was just pulled in a million directions. We got the chicken stew aka chicken tortilla soup minus the tortilla. Not as "stewy" as it states it a soup. Broth based. Husband got the Plato Mexicano it wasn't anything like what he got 2 years ago but it was fabulous. If u don't like any spicy do not get the chile part of the dish it's pretty spicy. I loved it but spouse didn't. Ok so super out of left field my kiddos mac and cheese was FANTASTIC! I took the tortillas from my dish and dipped it in his meal and omg it was amazing. Get the kiddie mac and cheese it's homemade cheese sauce and it's filling and delicious. Dessert we got the apple pie and scoop of chocolate ice cream but came vanilla bean instead. Dessert is fantastic eat dessert first in my opinion. The apple pie is open faced with a huge scoop of ice cream. Overall my food wasn't the best and service was a bit short but the hostess was amazing and the wait staff helping the server were outstanding. The atmosphere and the setting is the best part of this experience. History all over the walls and rooms. Brilliant!!

Yelp
Been awhile since our last visit to The Pink Adobe Still a charming restaurant, well staffed and ready to tempt your senses. But not until 5pm....doors are locked until then. Menu has changed somewhat, still serving enchiladas, rellenos and carne asada but with a different Santa Fe/New Mexican flare...leaning more Mexico with Mole...kinda Everything was delicious. Plato Mexicano was terrific from start to finish Grilled Salmon And stuffed Relleno with Calabacitas were both great All were a "take" on Mexican food, definitely not expected Crab cake...yep delicious Pinion cornbread delivered warm with butter...loved it Pink Adobe is doing it right yet very different than the usual Santa Fe fare....all enjoyed Hours: 5-9. Parking: do your best Definitely cozy dining at its best with multiple kiva fireplaces going during winter months Doesn't get much better than this.

Yelp
Absolutely loved our dinner here. We made reservations for New Year's Day and our meal was excellent. We even scored a table next to the fireplace...always my favorite. The staff was attentive, even tough they were probably exhausted from the holiday crowd. Reservations are a must here, and it's worth the wait. My partner had the Poulet Morango and I had the Madre Corn Bisque [chile, mezcal crema, basil pesto, popcorn] and Pink Adobe salad [garden salad]. The entire meal was delicious. The corn bisque was a great melding of flavors, creamy and just warm enough. I will definitely order this again! We wrapped up dinner with the delicious apple pie. When leaving, we were surprised to see a man take out his phone, turn the flashlight on, pull a chair away from the wall and begin scanning the floor. When we asked him why, he explained that the place is cleaned well every evening, but by morning there is dirt and fresh footprints on thw floor, particularly by this one table. Several ghost stories followed and a appreciation for the history of the place. I can't wait to return! I hope it's chilly out and that we get to sit by the fireplace again. And I also hope there are more ghost stories to go with thw terrific meals served here. 5 stars on all levels.

Yelp
The Pink Adobe bar room is called The Dragon Room and has been recently remodeled. I don't know what the room was like before the remodel. Currently, the room surrounds guests with a warm, southwest atmosphere that is charming. The manager, Raymond, pointed out that the same paintings and decor items that have been in The Red Dragon since the beginning are still on display. The bar has about eight comfy stools and about 12 low-top tables. We came for the "social hour" from 5 to 7 pm, offering a 15% discount and $2 off beer. The cocktail menu even offers 4 zero alcohol cocktail options. I enjoyed the one with prickly pear. It was tasty and refreshing. My visit was on a Saturday and a guitarist added to the ambiance with not-too-loud entertainment. The Pink Adobe bar room is called The Dragon Room and has been recently remodeled. My visit was on a Saturday and a guitarist added to the ambiance with not-too-loud entertainment. The small menu has delicious options. Our bowl of shishito peppers was big. Certainly sharable. They were cooked perfectly with two sauces. Not a hot one in the many I ate. The Caesar dressing has a light flavor of white anchovies, dressed perfectly with a slightly charred romaine rib that was a flavorful addition to the chopped lettuce. The double burger my sweetie ordered came deconstructed in a brioche bun. Medium doneness is the way to go for this burger. He said it was delish. After reading about the iconic apple pie on the dining room menu we had to try it. Arriving on a bubbling hot skillet the pie is topped with a Big scoop of vanilla ice cream. The combination of flavors, apple, raisins, nuts, rum are a party in your mouth. Defiantly worth saving room for. The wait staff in the Dragon Room are efficient and attentive even to a busy dining room.

Yelp
The food, atmosphere on the patio as well as the service were all excellent! The server was gracious and helpful. We had the heirloom tomato salad, chili rellano and the shrimp louisianne, all 3 dishes were exceptional. This comes as no surprise, as Santa Fe is a popular destination for those who enjoy art, history and fine dining. There are many dining choices in Santa Fe, however the Pink Adobe is one place you should definitely put on your restaurant list when you're in town.

Yelp
This was a nice place. This restaurant is owned by The Inn of the Five Graces. I think that explains a little bit about the pricing. I agree it is expensive. That's why I didn't give it a 5 star review because I'm not sure it's worth the price but the food is good and we had good service. I got the Enchilada Bar ($22) and my wife got the Grilled Salmon ($38). We also got the Chips and Salsa with Queso ($20). I was disappointed with the portion size for what we paid. Way too much for what you get. I would not recommend getting it. Save the $20. Lastly I got a Habenerita ($16). It's a margarita with Habanero. They might say it's not too spicy but it's pretty spicy. If you're not good with spice, better to choose a different one. I think if I had it to do over again, I'd save the $36 and not get the drink and chips. Food wise I really liked my enchiladas. Probably the best value on the menu. My wife liked her salmon as well. It was just a little pricey. Service wise we were served by one of the bartenders and he was very nice so we had no problems there. Parking wise, it's downtown Santa Fe so it's always gonna be a bit of a challenge but you already know that if you're in that area.

Yelp
New Years Eve. Cozy table for 6. Wonderful ambiance. We could hear each other! The food was fantastic. Lamb, beef Wellington, Plato Mexicano, corn bisque! Cesar salad was delicious but a bit small. Yet it was chilled and fresh. Desserts were divine- best was the raspberry tres leche. Best of all beside the service, was that we were not rushed! I plan to make rez for NYE 2015! Thank you, Pink!

Denise L.

Yelp
Beautiful restaurant, fine food, excellent staff. The best was the Christmas carolers between 5-6 PM!

Angel B.

Yelp
Roxana was not professional at all we asked for extra bread she never came she stayed standing around with a manager talking instead of serving her tables we waited for refills and needed more chile for our meal. Worst service ever will not be returning.

Yelp
Great property and we came back with friends and the service was slow and we had to remind them to bring us their great bread and our server was not able to make it easy for us as he was probably covering too many tables My friend was unhappy

Yelp
Wonderful #datenight with my husband It was our first time here and we have been wanting to try it forever. It is so beautiful and historic. The food was amazing and the team Ray and Fernando took good care of us. Can't wait to go back

Yelp
Liked: the Caesar salad was particularly good with nice anchovy flavor, and House made croutons. The French onion soup was given a strong thumbs up by my wife. Although the soup had good flavor, she was disappointed at the lack of cheese running over the sides. The churros were delicious. Disliked: the shrimp huarache was very mediocre with one large shrimp and four small to medium shrimp and almost no flavor at all. A huge disappointment at $26. One of the assistant waiters whisked away our churros and the accompanying sauces before we were finished. Never asked us if we were done. The atmosphere was pleasant enough. There is a huge patio outdoors with live music. We were somewhat tempted to sit there, but there were two large tables of more than 20 people. We weren't sure if this was some type of wedding party or family reunion, but we opted to eat inside. We were leaning toward a four star review after the salad and soup, but our subsequent disappointments brought things down to a three star.

Yelp
I enjoyed every bit of my dining experience at The Pink Adobe! It was the best meal we had in Santa Fe, and it was the best meal I have had personally in years. The manager was so nice and told us some history on the place which added to the fun. Ruby our server was great and so sweet. The corn soup was BEYOND!! The ambiance was perfect and felt very romantic with my hubby. I can't wait to go back when we visit next! Yum!

Erica Y.

Yelp
Disappointing. I have been going here since I was a child for over 30 years. The portion sizes keep getting smaller and smaller for the same price. We were charged $4 for some extra chips for our queso. We were seated in a space that was a part of the Five Graces which does not have the same ambiance as the original Pink space and it was freezing! Even the wait staff was wearing winter coats inside. So disappointing for one of our longtime favorite places.
google avatar

Maryanne G.

Yelp
Everything was fantastic! Ruby, our server, was fabulous. Fun and professional. We got lucky and enjoyed dinner on a Tuesday night when they had some lovely live music. Favorites at the table included many items off the night's specials menu -- fish was outstanding!

David A.

Yelp
Ambience is nice, intimate. Food was nothing to write home about, for the price point I wish the either flavor or quality of food would've been better. I had the New York strip it was underwhelming and the dish was rather one note. Service was outstanding though.

GeorgeAnne E.

Yelp
We had three couples travel from Texas and Colorado and chose this great restaurant for dinner. We are so glad we did! It was the most charming, delicious, and well staffed dining experience! Melvin was super welcoming and accommodating in the Dragon room bar and then we thoroughly enjoyed having Rubia as our server! . The Shishitos, blue corn bread, Caesar salad, goat cheese salad , shrimp dishes and Mexican plate - all amazing presentation and flavors. Exceptional evening all around. We'll be back. Apologies -Our picture has no food. We cleaned our plates and closed the place down:)

Yelp
We had a marvelous dinner at the Pink Adobe. We were seated in the courtyard, which has a lovely ambiance. Our server, Roxana, was efficient and attentive and gave great menu recommendations. The only thing affecting the ambiance was a rather loud buzzing noise, likely an air conditioner or some sort of refrigeration unit. Piping in a bit of music might help cover that. The food was sensational. The seafood enchiladas, smothered in a green chili lobster bisque were heavenly. The French onion soup was delightful with a touch of sweetness. The tomato stack with goat cheese had a great balance of flavors and everything was fresh. It was a wonderful meal in a gorgeous setting.

Yelp
on vacation in Sante Fe and this place was highly recommended. I have to say this was the best food we had the entire time we were here. I would have given 5 stars but they put a server on his first solo shift with apparently wry little training. He didn't know the menu or drinks well and an elderly couple that came in just after us were all but ignored. we finally stepped in as the manager passed by and let him know they had been sitting for a very long time with only waters. the manager took care of them immediately. They also had some staff out sick so they were short handed. we know this sometimes happens and the hostess did say hey we are better than what you all experienced tonight. my food was amazing as was my husbands. he got a different drink than he ordered as did I but we did not send them back. we were so impressed by the amazing food and atmosphere that we would definitely go back and try again! we were impressed with the managers fast response after finding out that the servers section was kind of falling apart but I do feel it was his responsibility not to overwhelm the new server with that much responsibility when he clearly wasn't ready. please go to this restaurant though! i'm sure this was an isolated incident and again- best food we had the entire trip!

Yelp
Food to cost ratio not equitable. Service sooooooo slow. Not enough staff. Big bill, average food. Too expensive but nice patio.

Yelp
I visited this extremely romantic restaurant in 2021 while on a girls trip--and I remembered the courtyard, fountains, string lights, trees, mosaics, and food combining to create the perfect aesthetic and peaceful dining spot. So, when my husband and I decided to honeymoon in Santa Fe, I knew I wanted to return and enjoy it with him. We easily booked a reservation for last night via Resy on Pink Adobe's website. Super convenient! Unfortunately, I started to feel poorly while getting ready for dinner--my stomach has been unpredictable in the last month due to wedding stress. We decided to give it a shot anyway, as I'd been so looking forward to coming. So, I took some medicine and we headed over. It was a Sunday night, but the dining rooms were still bustling and filled with golden light. We opted for the patio--which is normally so full, but I suppose folks wanted to be inside on a chilly night. We are from Texas, so we welcome the chill! And the staff immediately turned on a lovely heater for us next to our table and offered to bring me a blanket if I was cold. Amanda came to take our order and when I explained my tumultuous stomach, she not only gave recommendations for light options on the menu--she and the rest of the staff went above and beyond for us to make sure I could enjoy this first dinner on our honeymoon. They brought me ginger ale and the Gypsy stew (with chicken) was so soothing, flavorful, and just plain delicious. My husband ordered the Shrimp Lousianne and loved it! Amanda and the others were attentive and checked on us frequently, eager to make our dinner more enjoyable. Unfortunately, I was only able to savor a few bites before I told my husband I needed to go home to rest. Amanda packed all the food for us with the check and even brewed me a hot chamomile tea to sip before we left. I just can't thank them enough for being so sweet and accommodating. We agreed we would try to dine there again before the end of our trip when I'm feeling better. You have to try this place--the food, ambiance, and especially the service is just unparalleled!

Yelp
Just no, except maybe for the outdoor seating with trees reaching to the sky, or the charming small dining rooms with very nice art. Have a drink. Enjoy the outdoors. Leave happy! We started at the associated bar next door, The Dragon Bar, & missed happy hour by 2 minutes because of sitting there waiting for service, but our fault for arriving 5 minutes before it ended. We found out we could order dinner and it sounded unusual so decided to try it. I ordered a chili relleno stuffed with walnuts, Montrachet, and jack cheese, top with red chili and pomegranate seeds. The chili tasted pickled, or a bit sour. It was a strange combination of flavors that clashed. And it was swamped by the beans, posole, and rice. My husband's enchiladas, cheese and chicken, were salty and ordinary. These dishes were priced at $24 and $22 respectively. Nope. Nope. Nope. Never again.

Jason C.

Yelp
The atmosphere was charming, it seemed cleaner than previous visits. The server was indifferent, and rushed. The hostesses were very welcoming and warm. The Caesar dressing was devoid of lemon, garlic or anchovy flavor, disappointing. The Bordelaise sauce on the beef filet was sugary, with no hint of red wine flavor--very odd. The exterior of the potato was rock hard, appearing to have been reheated one too many times. The apple pie was very good, but maybe not $16.00 a slice good.

Yelp
The Pink Adobe lives! Confirmed sighting of the Dragon Room monkey, very attentive staff and excellent food. Our waiter looked just like David P. on CBS Sunday Morning (yes, I know, very random). I was worried when it was taken over by the Inn of the Five Graces and that everything would change but old faithful staples are on the menu, and the decor/upgrades are on trend with the ownership which is an excellent hotel (only used the day spa but property is cool). My favorite French onion soup remains unchanged. Hopefully the Dragon Room will be open the next time I am in town.

Yelp
This place was my FAVORITE restaurant I went to during my trip to Santa Fe. Definitely make your reservation for the patio- the ambiance is unmatched. We all agreed the Plato Mexicano was the ultimate best dish. The carne asada and Chile relleno was soooooooooooo delicious!!!!! Raymond (manager I think) told us all about the history of the restaurant and pointed us in the right direction for our wine selection. Make sure you come here!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yelp
While visiting New Mexico, I went to The Pink Adobe to celebrate my boyfriends birthday and had high expectations after hearing such great things but it was unfortunately a HUGE let down! We were sat at a great table and we felt like we were going to have a great romantic night, but inside we heard nothing. There was no music playing...actually not nothing, we could here the clambering of pots and pans in the kitchen throughout our whole meal. We ordered drinks that were essentially just mixers and a cup of ice. They were flavorful but lacking alcohol. We then got the Caesar salad and paid and extra $10 for chicken which had MAYBE one shred of cold, grilled chicken and the the salad was equivalent to the bags you get at grocery store... We also got the whole artichoke. It said it came "chilled" but it was boarderline frozen and impossible to eat. Finally, we got the special tuna. It came on uncooked rice, rock hard carrots, and the chewiest tuna ever for a nice $38. Not all restauraunts are great, and unfortunately you have to try them to figure these things out. Bummer because it put a huge damper on our special night. Would not recommend this spot!

Yelp
This was my first time dinning with pink adobe and I have to say I had higher hopes for this place.. We were trying to celebrate an anniversary and I can tell you it wasn't very rememberable. The ambiance and romance was taken away with the fact that it was so crowded with tables. We orders the lamb and the steak both medium. Although the lamb was cooked great the stake was still way under cooked. The server was great! Sad to say I probably won't come back and pay this much to be shoved in a Crowded space..

Yelp
We had reservations at 8. But came at 530 to enjoy the happy hour. It was sooooo good that we ate at the bar. Oh my god the best drinks and eats that we have had in a city that we have visited many times over the years. Hats off to Jesus and hector They made new drinks. Specialty drinks and the best drinks ever. Not to mention perfect service and attentiveness. We had the onion soup. The clams and shrimp in red chile I sauce which Jesus recommended The lamb chops with polenta. It was fantastic. Do not miss the dragon bar. It is special. It was comfortable and we were made to feel like family. We often came to the old pink adobe and it was great but the drinks and food are far superior.

Yelp
The food is good but very small servings for the money. Ambiance is nice. Waiter was great.

Yelp
I have always wanted to dine here so when I returned to Santa Fe I made a reservation for my first night . I sat in the patio. Glorious food and service.

Yelp
Went to the eternal Dragon Room for drinks and bar food. Drinks were classic, great service, timeless funky Santa Fe charm and good bar food. Unique. Always have a great time there.

Yelp
I had dinner here just recently. Boy, it was not the same as when I had been there before. Why did you do to the entry way? There is no room for guests to wait to be seated. When I went to the Pink before, the steak was twice the size and there was a mountain of green chili and mushrooms on top of the steak, which was delicious. There were sides, clearly and with good portions on the plate. This time, after a bit of a wait to even put our order in, the steak was half the size and there was 1/4 of the mushrooms and green chili on top. I asked for my steak to be medium after talking with my server about not wanting rare or red, but pink, and talking over how steaks are cooked at the Pink. What I got was red, and raw. It looked like the cook put the steak on the heat, flipped it, and then put it only plate all in one minute. It didn't even have time to release any blood yet as it was that raw inside... Gross! So I had to send it back to get pink, and when it came back NONE of the chili and mushrooms were on top of the steak anymore. What the heck??? Since I had waited so long for just my steak, I gave up on the green chilis and mushrooms and just ate my steak. Sadly, I could barely tell there was a vegetable, though it mentioned one in the menu. There's were maybe two bites of vegetable. And the potato, don't get me started on the potato. What kind of dead, bland potato was that??? Hard on the outside and bland on the inside. Oh Pink Adobe, you used to be my favorite place in Sante Fe, and now I wouldn't even recommend you. Why, when you used to be sooo good? I should have taken the approx. $150 it cost me to get dinner for two and just thrown it down the drain. And then I thought it was over. But noooo, I got a message from the company that I made my reservation with the next day and they asked why I hadn't kept my reservation. Oh, you mean the Pink Adobe didn't even realize I HAD been there, even though I clearly said to the hostess twice when I arrived that I had a reservation (and gave my name)? Don't go here, go somewhere else...

Yelp
Had SO much fun here a few years back brought my besties back for margs and dinner on the beautiful patio. Love this place!!! Nohemi is a bomb waitress, and the food is fantastic! Dragon room bar is a hoot too. You just gotta go....

Yelp
Dragon room-- chips, queso and salsa very small--about 3oz each for $20.00!! And served in a chip, so half of it was inaccessible. Margaritas were good. Tacos passable. Service terrible. Not worth the trip unless something changes. Is it under new management again?

Yelp
So, so very disappointed! When making reservations, I informed the restaurant that this was our 58th anniversary and that we had eaten there on our wedding night in 1966. I asked for a special table. Never received an acknowledgement of our special day. Squished into a two-top in the middle of restaurant where servers had to pass by on all four sides of us in a very restricted space this was awful. It is not a place to go for a celebration.

Yelp
The food, the ambiance, the experience. The chips trio corn bread meals amazing and the service second to none. It is so nice to see in post Covid that classy and well known has not changed. The restaurant was so amazing and good.

Yelp
The menu selection was good, and the food was fresh and flavorful. I was sure to save some room for churros and a coffee cocktail. I left full and happy. Rubia and team worked seamlessly making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves.

Yelp
We had an absolutely wonderful meal! Just awesome flavors. The portions were generous. The locale was charming, the staff so welcoming and our primary server, Roxanna, was a treasure. The atmosphere was relaxed and congenial. Our very high expectations for a great meal were just blown away!

Yelp
We had a late reservation and were running late so callled and they were great and fine with us being a little late. When we arrived, we were greeted by the manager, who was so very nice and attentive. The patio is gorgeous. All twinkling lights and umbrellas. We started with the chip trio which was so good. I ended up having the shrimp, basically an open faced taco. We also had a plate of enchiladas. I asked the manager to recommend a wine for me and the one he chose was exquisite and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Our waitress was Roxanna she was attentive and knowledgeable. Overall loved this classic gem of a restaurant and cannot wait to return and recommend.

Yelp
Ray Mendez, the assistant manager was amazing, as was our server, Roxana!!! By far, one of the top restaurants that we've visited. All dishes at our table as perfect! So was the champagne and deserts!

Yelp
Charming ambiance, excellent service! Food was very good. I had the pork tenderloin mole and my husband had the chile relleno, both good. But we loved the beet and burrata salad!

Yelp
Don't go here for service. They can't get anything right. Legalization of pot has clearly made its mark. Ask for sweetener for your tea, they got none. Have to ask the management to get around the stupidity of the staff. God bless. Shortened life here Alejandra. From your reply I will go further. I don't like the smell of pot coming from anyone serving me food. That's the disrespectful aspect. From your lack of respect from your customer I will make a proper call and will bring this to a close. The review though strong was appropriate. I didn't go into details to show respect.

Yelp
Charming, intimate room with impressive food and great staff. Dined as part of Restaurant Week--so happy we selected The Pink Adobe. So, so good! Had the bison short ribs and the chicken. Mushroom soup was one of the most amazing things we've ever eaten. Thank you!!!

Yelp
Enjoyed a great dinner with family! Zucchini fries & beet salad were delicious. The service was really good! All of the employees seemed to be happy to be there & it showed! The atmosphere was great! We were seated in a private dining area with a fireplace.

Yelp
I wish I could give six stars! My husband and I came across this place while exploring Santa Fe and it was our favorite part of the trip. The service was excellent and kind. The food was simply wonderful. They had a lot of options for gluten free food. The only downside, if you could call it one, was we were sat right next to another couple in a relatively quiet room. Add to your Santa Fe bucket list!
