"If Alice in Wonderland’s tea party got swept up by the tornado from The Wizard of Oz and landed in Glendale, it would probably look like the Pink Door. This cozy bungalow brims with charm — think pink and green hues, lawn furniture scattered across the garden, and an antique-store-meets-fairy-tale vibe. Indoor spaces feel intimate, while the outdoor garden is relaxed and whimsical. Afternoon tea here includes an indoor Elegant High Tea ($40) or outdoor Garden High Tea ($35), both featuring scones (served with Devonshire cream and lemon curd), fruit parfaits, finger sandwiches, and sweet treats. Walk-ins are welcome, making it a perfect spot for a casual, leisurely tea session." - Mcconnell Quinn

Our server Monica was great! She was very sweet and attentive during our visit. I feel that the quality for some of the food wasn't as good as it could be however. My partner and I ordered the most basic option and got separate teas. One thing I don't like is that they put the tea leaves directly into the hot water in a tea pot, this means that you have to drink the tea quickly instead of savoring it as afternoon tea is intended, the last cup is also SUPER bitter once you get down to it. The sandwiches were really good but we were confused since we couldn't tell the difference between the tuna and the chicken salad. The desserts were hit or a miss. You could definitely tell that some of them had been sitting in a fridge for awhile before being served since they were dried out and kinda flavorless. My favorite dessert was the banana nut scone that was served, it was a flavor I'd never seen a scone come in before. Overall it was okay, just not worth the $60 for two people. Plus the inside is super crowded so I recommend sitting outside for a better experience.

Excelente lugar. Espacioso, mágico, hermoso. Su Chef la Sra. Monica (si no me equivoco) es super amable y tiene un sazón para chuparse los dedos. Gracias a todos regresaremos por más. 😉 Great atmosphere, beautiful and magical place Chef Mrs Monic is excellent and has this special touch with all and every single dish Ive order from her. She does go the extra mile to cater the most special palate. Even vegan options for us. Thank you. We’ll keep coming for more of her Special Secret menu 😉

Lovely experience. My daughter brought me for Mother’s Day. Great food and service. Wonderful staff.

Recently went for a birthday, Sunday morning crew was amazing and very accommodating! We did have some confusion with the menu but, the servers and cooks were amazing enough to explain the tea and breakfast menu thoroughly. The staff was great with singing happy birthday and making it an overall great experience! I would come again soon and recommend it for others.

BEAUTIFUL, plenty of photo opportunities. We were a large party of 10 for my little girls birthday and didn't know what to expect. The service was amazing. The women serving us were wonderful and the food was so great and very filling. Also, the cost of it all was not too high. The experience was overall a great one, I would recommend to anyone.

Google
We had a fantastic time at the pink door tea house! 🎉🎊 Our large party was well taken care of, and the food was delicious. 😋 The calm and comfortable atmosphere was perfect for enjoying a hot cup of tea. 🍵 A big thank you to the hardworking staff! We'll definitely be back!

Google
We had a lovely afternoon tea today! Monica and her team made our visit delightful. We drove two hours to have tea. I am surprised by some of the low ratings. I think it is unfair when the staff go out of their way to accommodate the customer. Even the chef checked in with us. Food and Service were great!

Google
You will enjoy this cute place. I'm glad I chose this place to have my first tea party. The cakes and tea are exquisite. They offer a variety of choices for kids and adults. Their staff was very nice and the food is memorable. Kiko provided us with exceptional service. The Chef stopped by our table, she did a wonderful job.

Yelp
My niece and I had such a wonderful time at The Pink Door Tea House! It was so incredibly cute, inside and out with plenty of places to make photo memories! The staff was so attentive as well - shoutout to Anthony, Gabby and Selene for taking care of us! We were sat at a cute little table in the back, set perfectly with ornate teacups, strainers, saucers and flatware and served three tiered dishes with soup and salad coming out first. The soup was FANTASTIC and my niece loved the sandwiches but honestly my favorite was the strawberries and chocolate scone!! It was so light and fluffy and paired perfectly with the clotted cream I had to take some home, so worth every penny and at less than $60 for the two of us an absolute steal!!

Yelp
I was here for the first time on Valentine's Day. It was a very small / crammed space but it's to be expected since it's an older home. I really enjoyed the tea and pasta because it was delicious. My daughters liked their sandwiches also. They had a very busy day and most of the things I wanted to order weren't available. I have to go back when they aren't as busy so I can experience a more calm environment. I'm not saying it's their fault. The space was just full on Valentine's Day.

Yelp
I visited The Pink Door Tea House with a good friend for Galentine's Day. Although we did not have a reservation, we were graciously sat inside instead of outside (though outside would have been fine, it's still great to be accommodated). Our waiter was extremely kind, thoughtful, and warm during our meal. We got to enjoy a lay out of finger sandwiches, fruit scones, and a beautiful strawberry salad. The visit exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be back!

Yelp
They are a local, family owned business. Mom is the Chef & the daughter was our server. Very sweet family. Our family went to try their Afternoon Tea Menu: Classic High Tea (fresh fruit parfait, assorted finger sandwiches, white chocolate dipped strawberry, assortment of mini pastries, fresh baked sweet scone for the day served with sweet Devonshire & lemon curd, and loose leaf tea. The offer a huge selection of caffeinated and decaffeinated tea. It was a lot of food and a lot of fun since 5 of 8 of us have never been to high tea before. If you are not interested in high tea, they have another menu for breakfast, lunch or a light tea & scone action. It was very warm sitting by the door, I was sweating like crazy.

Emma N.

Yelp
This place was cute with dozens of decorated spots to take cute pictures. They even offered props to use. The tea was nice and the food/desserts were nice too. I went with a group of four, 3 of us ordered the same thing, and they brought out one tiered platter that had all of our sandwiches and desserts on. We felt like we didn't get the correct number of sandwich's, but they did give us enough desserts to try. My friend didn't like one of the teas and they switched it out for her with no issues. The staff were nice but it seemed like they may have been short some people

Ron F.

Yelp
Service was excellent. Emphasis on exotic teas and low selection of English teas. Scones were a disappointment.

Yelp
Caught up with my really good friend from college today at an adorable teahouse @thepinkdoorteahouse in @historicdowntownglendale This would be a really fun place to have a princess party for young kids or for any type of friend or family gathering. We each ordered the Elegant High Tea today and chose a pot of Jasmine with Petals Green Tea and a pot of Cinnamon Apple Black Tea. ELEGANT HIGH TEA: * Stuffed Tomato with choice of filling on a garden salad * Fresh fruit parfait * Assorted finger sandwiches (4) (cucumber & herbed butter, chicken salad with cranberry & walnuts, egg, tuna) * White chocolate dipped strawberry with milk chocolate drizzle * Assortment of mini pastries * Fresh baked sweet scone of the day served with Sweet Devonshire cream & lemon curd * Loose-leaf tea Our tea was brought out first, followed by the stuffed tomato garden salad. I chose tuna salad as my stuffing and my friend chose chicken salad. The terraced tray with pastries, yummy cherry scones and finger sandwiches were brought out next. The chef also wanted us to have two large warm & delicious blueberry scones sprinkled with white chocolate to top off the tea. We couldn't get enough of the Devonshire cream and lemon curd on our scones. Our servers were so friendly and attentive and didn't mind that we stayed for over two hours, catching up after not having seen each other for a decade! There are two gender neutral restrooms indoors, as well as plentiful free public parking areas nearby. There are several patio tables and chairs in the front yard and back patio for when the weather is cooler. Everything is decorated in a happy, colorful, vibrant manner. To add to the fun and fancy mood, the Bridgerton soundtrack was playing throughout our stay.

Yelp
This place is very spacious with indoor and outdoor seating! The decor is so cute and fits the tea party theme perfectly! I ordered the Classic High Tea and it comes with a wonderful assortment of sandwiches, pastries and a whole pot of tea! I LOVED the cucumber sandwich! The service was really nice and accommodating to making a few changes to fit our preferences! I would definitely recommend for adults and even littles who want to have a tea party!

Yelp
Ideally, I'd give the place 4.5 stars. The reservation system is a bit complicated. Wish we could do the reservation online without needing a phone call (in my case, a series of phone calls). One of my friends had called a few months earlier to make a reservation for us, and said the staff was so rude to her on the phone that she no longer wanted to go. The person I talked to was very sweet, so I have no complaints with that. The other negative point was that the friend I went with ordered the tea luncheon and didn't find out until it was time to pay that the price on the menu was incorrect and that it was actually more expensive than indicated. Wish the menu had the correct pricing, or that she had been told when she placed the order that the price had changed, so there would be no surprises at the end. Our waiter brought us the wrong tea flavor, but he let us keep it, so we were happy with that! Aside from that, it's all positives. The tea house is cozy and charming, in one of the cute little cottage houses in Glendale. Lots of tea flavors to pick from, including decaf options, and the three flavors we tried were all delicious. The food was good. Our waiter (and the entire staff I interacted with, really!) was nice. I had the Classic High Tea and it was plenty of food, both savory and sweet. Also, really love that they have a huge assortment of fancy hats you can borrow for the duration of your visit. What a neat idea!

Yelp
Food was amazing, service was exceptional, the place was beautiful and just perfect in every way!

Sonja H.

Yelp
Service was good, sandwiches were good. The dessert tier was sad and the back room had an air freshener that gave me a migraine.

Kat M.

Yelp
The set up of The Pink Door Tea House was absolutely stunning with every detail. I took my niece to a party here and the set up was adorable and even had little games around for entertainment. The tea and food was great. The service though was exceptional and Anthony was seriously the best. Honestly he provides the best service not to just get what you need but shows genuine care when checking in with you. A must book place for a party or just to have a wonderful tea date!

Yelp
What a delightful place! I took my young granddaughter for her first tea and all her expectations were exceeded, as were mine. The staff is incredible and made sure we wanted for nothing. The food was delicious and perfectly presented. The Pink Door looks rather small from the outside but the attractive interior is spacious and uncrowded. We enjoyed looking at the postcards from bygone days, the art on the walls, and all the interesting décor as well as the beautiful china. Even the background music was perfect; it provided a pleasant backdrop that didn't overwhelm conversation. This is the first year that I gave my granddaughter a memory rather than a material gift and I'm sure that she will treasure it for years to come, as will I. The Pink Door Tea House is the perfect place to spend an afternoon you won't forget.

Jessa K.

Yelp
This place is absolutely adorable and I wanted to love it. After exploring the menu a bit, I asked the server if sharing was allowed and got told absolutely no sharing was allowed. They offer a plethora of a different options but my grandmother and I weren't super hungry and since no sharing is allowed we just opted for the tea for two with scones and an extra scone added on. It felt as though they were very annoyed that we ordered little. The chef came up to the table and asked if we wanted anything more but I kept assuring her it was ok. We had already put in our order for tea and scones so maybe if she had come before. I heard the chef ask the server when they put order in our "JUST SCONES? THATS IT?" One of the servers were very friendly but the other one made me feel rushed and like he just wanted to get us out and flip the table. I like the thought put into it but I probably won't be back because the employees made me feel guilty I didn't spend more money.

Yelp
We had a very nice birthday tea party this morning. Our server, Anthony, took amazing care of us with his friendly, attentive service. He even took some group pictures of us before we left. Cute venue and the food was delicious. Even had mimosas for the moms! It was a chilly morning so they lit the propane heaters in the backyard where we were seated. I would recommend for any little girls dream party.

Joy G.

Yelp
We had a wonderful time celebrating a birthday here. Our server Michael was such a pleasure. We had a guest that has a tree nut allergy and there was no issue with modifying the menu items for that person...in fact the chef herself came out to make sure everything was good. The house itself was so cute and decorated nicely. They even had a private Barbie collection on display.

Janai S.

Yelp
I loved the idea of this place more than the actual experience. It is an actual tea house, quaint and filled with gaudy decorations that only a grandmother could love. It was actually perfect. We sat in the "princess room" with our little ones and they thought it was nice. However, it was honestly hard to get comfortable. The chairs were hard and even one of the 5 year olds had to sit on her jacket in order for her legs to not hurt. There were other tables with banquettes that may have been more comfortable, but not having sat in one, I'll never know. The server was nice, but overall the service was very slow. The food looked pretty, but the quality wasn't there for me. Even the scones (which should be the highlight of tea) were dry and served with only a tiny bit of lemon curd. It was a cute thing to do with the kids, but we probably won't return.

Alyssa W.

Yelp
Went for Mother's Day tea. The reservation process was a bit frustrating, as the times available on the website were not the actual availability. I was never told about a deposit and when I called to confirm my reservation, she made it seem like it was my fault. The tea house is very cute and the decor is great. It's really snug inside. The menu that was advertised was not what was served. The scones were different and some of the desserts were different. I have dietary restrictions that they seemed to not be able to comprehend so I did not get some or the sandwiches or desserts and they did not equally compensate. The servers were all very nice, the only thing that got annoying after awhile was them apologizing every single time they would come up to the table. I think they took way more reservations than they could handle in their allotted time. The reservation was for 1.5 hours. We didn't get seated until 20 minutes after the start of our reservation and were still told we had to be out by the 1.5 hours so they could get ready for the next wave of guests....we didn't even have our food when they told us this. The ambiance was off since all the servers seemed rushed. The owner went room by room and thanked everyone for their patience and said she did her best while simultaneously telling everyone to be out for the next wave. I would not return for a holiday or special event since they couldn't seem to handle it but I would go back just for regular high tea when it's not as busy.

Holly And Jordan D.

Yelp
We had a great time visiting today! Anthony was a wonderful, attentive waiter and so very nice! It's always a pleasure to leave tips for great personality and service. He's very deserving! Food was wonderful and servings were more than ample! We will be back

Jamiee W.

Yelp
I wish I could give a nicer review, but being honest this was a HUGE letdown. Never been to a restaurant charging $40 a place that has folding chairs! The sandwiches on the 3 tier were very odd. Chicken salad with sweet pickles and walnuts on rye was offensive. The other sandwiches had barely any filling. The chocolate covered strawberries tasted like they used chocolate bark not decent chocolate The cake was Dunkin hinz- truly you couldn't make a cake from scratch? Finally the scones- so dense and dry and crumbly. Tasted very commercial, not fresh. Our wait person came by when we were done with our 3 tier to ask if she brought us the parfait. We said no. When it was brought to us, it was commercial yogurt in a plastic sample bowl with commercial whipped cream flattened on top. I have been to tea many times. If you ask for a new pot of tea, they bring you new tea. Nope, not here. They put hot water in your existing tea pot and existing tea. Our wait person was completely confused and needs training. I wanted you to love this place but honestly it misses the mark too many times.

Adrienne D.

Yelp
The food was great. The decorations were adorable! It was a little odd for me to have a young guy in blue jeans, serving me tea. But overall, it was lovely. My niece had an amazing time! As silly as it sounds, if he had been dressed up like an English butler, that would have been absolutely amazing!

Erica C.

Yelp
Absolutely loved our experience here!! They have tons of fancy hats and places to pick to sit down and enjoy your tea. Our waiter was AMAZING! He truly made the experience something special and is 100% the reason we will definitely be back. Bonus the food is delicious and tea is yummy!

Tina H.

Yelp
Took our granddaughters here just for a Sunday afternoon luncheon. Inside the little house was quaintly set up with tea sets at each table and a bit of charm. Of course, granddaughters loved it! The servers were friendly and personable. The only thing I would recommend would be for them to do an overhaul on the front entry as it needs a some of work! But overall the experience for my granddaughters was a fun and delightful time. I tip my hat.(which they had available for all) off to the commendable staff, the experience, truly brought a smile to our faces.

Noor A.

Yelp
This is such a wonderful hidden gem!! It was our first time and we loved it. The whole place is so cute, the price was amazing for what you get, and the food was so filling! We loved the sandwiches, salad, and pastries. The staff was absolutely incredible, seriously the best customer service we've ever received. All the employees were SO kind, attentive, and accommodating. Unfortunately I didn't get everyone's names but I do remember one was Anthony and he was a great guy, everyone was seriously amazing!! We'll definitely be back!

Chauncey H.

Yelp
Adorable place for tea parties :) very quaint, lots of scenery set up throughout the property for taking photos. Lots of umbrellas, hats, and gloves provided for tea party and for taking photos. Lots of tea sets and things for sale throughout the property inside and out. Looks like an older home converted into a tea house so lots of different rooms for different sizes parties and settings. The chefs kitchen is open for you to peek into. Loved that though they don't offer dairy free options they were able to switch some of my sandwiches around. Really wish there would be a tea house to offer dairy free items but I know with the creams and things for scones it goes against tea lol Everyone was so friendly and helpful from beginning to end. We had a party of 10 on our trip and everyone had a fun time.

Ma. Teresa N.

Yelp
This was THE BEST experience having tea. The chef was great at accommodating an allergy and provided us with different options. The flavors of teas we chose were delicious, with the best one being the pumpkin creme brulee, vanilla black, white peach, and cactus fruit. The ambiance is so quaint and beautiful, a perfect place for tea with tour little ones or, in my case, my my adult daughter and family. Tea settings are gorgeous, and I love that they don't match. Thank you to the servers and chefs, everything was delicious.

Luna G.

Yelp
I am in my 20s and came with my tias and it was truly my favorite stop on my trip to Arizona. It was very calm and cutesy. Excellent service and recommendations on the teas. The serves and chef were very sweet. They have little hats to dress up in. The pastries were delicious specially the cream puff. Overall great experience!!!

Ginny P.

Yelp
My group was here yesterday. We really enjoyed the food and the ambience. It was a great experience. Thank you, Chef Monica!

Yelp
Celebrated my grandmother's birthday I found this place by chance when I was searching for a place to host my grandmothers birthday. This place is in an older, totally adorable house. Every room in the house was decorated floor to ceiling in bright, flower, or tea related items. Tea cups, pots, plates, tiny figures, artwork was everywhere. It was quirky yet felt like we were in our own world. Once you are seated the servers will give you the menus. They do offer different tiers if you would like just snacks or the full experience. My party and I did the full experience which included the following: -Fruit parfait: to start us off they handed us a small strawberry vanilla parfait. It is hand made fresh. -stuffed tomato salad: you got to choose what type of salad to have in your tomato and I chose chicken salad. Then they have a house made strawberry vinaigrette which was so light and refreshing and added to the salad rather than over power it. - the three tiered plate - The bottom tier: they had four sandwiches which were big for tea but I didn't mind it at all! They had chicken salad, tuna salad, egg salad, and cucumber. They were good and they didn't skip out on the filling -The middle tier: the desserts were surprisingly not overly sweet. They had baklava, strawberry flan, biscotti custard, white chocolate covered strawberry, and a macaroon. -The top tier: the SCONES ARE THE BEST THING WE ATE! My family and I love bread desserts and scones are one of our favorites. These did not disappoint! They had a great crust and were warm and soft inside. The white chocolate and strawberry were the perfect duo. We loved them so much that we bought extra to take home! Honestly the only thing that I did notice was that the staff was never in a rush. Thus they did not rush us and we were able to talk and enjoy the decorations. I won't say this is English style but it was still fantastic and made with love! I will definitely be coming back!

Darlene T.

Yelp
My friend and I were in Arizona taking care of some family business. We had a quiet day and decided to find a tea room. OMG. Did we ever! The Pink Door is absolutely charming, from its decor to the wonderful people who work there. My friend and I had the tea lunch, a delicious assortment of sandwiches, sweets, and a wonderful broccoli cheddar soup. And I HAVE to mention the scones. They were fresh out of the oven. Cherry-cranberry-white chocolate. Now I've had tea all over the world, including the Ritz in London. Not only was the tea itself comparable, but the scones were BETTER. You've gotta try this place. You can thank me later.

Kelly S.

Yelp
Such a cute place! Had several rooms and an incredible outdoor area both in front and back. We had a larger party and did not feel rushed or cramped. We spent time taking photos and opening a few gifts and the staff and owner were so friendly. Parking was easy just one business down or across the street with a crosswalk/light. Highly recommend.

Monica H.

Yelp
Great place for an event employee events bday showers bridal showers or even just to drink a cup of tea and a scone is also recommended

Rebekah N.

Yelp
Such a cute atmosphere. Perfect for the mommy/daughter date I just took my little girl on. She loved it! Will definitely be coming back!

Yelp
I was so disappointed with the experience we just had for Mother's Day. We made a reservation online weeks ago and then got a call saying the time we picked wasn't available, despite the website saying it was available. When we talked to someone to confirm she tried to say they were sold out for Mother's Day even though we already had a reservation. She rudely brought up lack of deposit when no one told us about it in the first place. Took care of the deposit. Also noted two allergies in our party. Get there today and there is a line out the door with zero direction as to what to do. When we finally got inside and seated, we were 15 minutes into the 90 minute allowed time. I understand it's a holiday so we were patient. We were checked on multiple times but every single server said sorry for the wait over and over, which got annoying. The tea was lacking flavor and tasted burnt. We were asked multiple times if our party was seated or if we were waiting for anyone, from several servers. We told them about the allergies in our party, and they still served us food with the allergies we noted. They also didn't replace all the food with something else to accommodate the allergy. The food was not good and not fresh. The pictures of the regular menu look way better than what we were served today. The owner came into our room at one point and basically said to everyone that she tried her best but the wait time was hard to accommodate as they were full. Rightfully so, but that's the whole point of running a restaurant. She was rude and basically said sorry you had to wait but you need to leave cause the next rush comes at 3. We spent $170 for 4 people. The waiters hustled and were very nice, but overall a very terrible experience.

Courtney H.

Yelp
You are paying for an experience and it was so worth it. I took my five yo here for her birthday and we just had so much fun. We dressed up. They take reservations, they have indoor and outdoor seating. They have plenty of props and hats and seats to take photos in and outdoors. The sandwiches and tea was amazing! The deserts were yummy although a few were a hit and miss for my 5 yo. This is a must to bring family and friends. I think little little kids might not enjoy it especially with the fine china and the seating. Will be coming back with more guests !

Cindy C.

Yelp
Wow, what a fun place to have tea with friends. They have luncheon tea meal which was perfect for me. It came with 4 mini sandwiches, soup or salad, scone, chocolate covered strawberry and a small pot of tea. They had long list of caffeinated and decaf tea choices. Their sandwiches were delicious. Their tuna salad one was my favorite. My salad was also fresh and the dressing was so yummy. Others who had their soups said it was delicious too. The scones was also spot on. It came with 2 spreads and it was fun to eat. Everything was perfect. Monica who served us was so attentive and helpful. Enjoy! Highly recommend.

Anita S.

Yelp
My sisters and I had a great time recently celebrating a birthday and Mother's Day. The sandwiches and scones were delicious! The service couldn't have been better! We will be back for sure!

Kristen C.

Yelp
Super cute and fun girls day. Food was tasty and service was good. The tea selections were excellent!

Adelaide L.

Yelp
What a fun place! Even though I didn't eat the sandwiches or dessert because of dietary restrictions, everything looked amazing. I was able to enjoy the salad and it was very tasty. I was very impressed with the tea, especially the green tea with notes of strawberry and kiwi. Most of all we received the best customer service from Anthony! He was courteous, entertaining, and always on top of his game. I would go back again just to have Anthony as my waiter.

Donna H.

Yelp
Outstanding service by Anthony, and the food prepared by the chef was excellent (sorry I can't remember her name...Monica?). This place is adorable. Please item another one in Oro Valley near Tucson.

Laura S.

Yelp
This place is super cute and full of ambiance, and I would give the Pink Door 5 stars for the ambiance and charm. HOWEVER, the service needs help. The food needs a serious overhaul, and the tea we had was less than tasteless (Pink Door blend and Decaf Blueberry). I honestly have better tea in my cupboard at home. The $30 plates served to our party of 17 were plentiful but lacked flavor, freshness, and quality. The parfait tasted like the yogurt came straight out of a store container of a low-end brand. The cannoli shell was overcooked, and the "homemade" cream was overly sweet. The supposed "fresh made" scones were more of an oversized soft bake cookie and tasted nothing like a traditional scone. I expected more from the Pink Door and was greatly disappointed, too bad so sad.

Jill B.

Yelp
Fun place for a birthday party or a girls get together. Food is tasty and it's a fun atmosphere. Strawberry spinach salad, scones and more. Of course a very large selection of wonderful tea. Service was good, they didn't rush us at all so we sat and visited, ate and celebrated a birthday in a very relaxing and fun way. Love that it's owned locally. We'll definitely go back.

Ashlee K.

Yelp
This place is hands down one of my favorite places for noon tea. Their lunch deal is incredible and the atmosphere is so cute. The staff is so sweet and always make sure their customer is taken care of. They have a regular in me!

Rachel M.

Yelp
My daughter and I absolutely adore The Pink Door Tea House. The atmosphere is beautiful. It has a wonderful victorian tea style decor with many opportunities to take photos together. We highly recommend the "Garden High Tea". We love their assorted options for tea pairings. Every item is prepared fresh and the broccoli cheese soup is AMAZING! Our server Valerie was wonderful and an absolute doll. We can't wait to come back again soon.

Tom O.

Yelp
The place looks beautiful so they make a great first impression. The tea selection seems endless and are tasty so you shouldn't have any prob finding something you'll enjoy and the food is pretty good also. A couple of issues that cause me to down grade this place: #1) there is zero ADA compliance here so if you have someone in a wheel chair tough luck. I will post a picture so you can see. I had to wheel my mother to the back of the place where a worker opened a double door to let us in. This caused a customer to get up and move her chair out of the way so we could get in as her table was right against the door. How poorly thought out can you get? When my wife arrived and alerted the host that we had a wheelchair he said "oh, did you TELL US when you made the reservation you had someone in a wheelchair"? I heard this and I thought are these people stupid or something? #2) The service is average at best. I never got water although I asked for it, we had to get up twice and walk to the front for simple things like the spoon we'd asked for, tea refills, extra boxes when we were leaving. I probably won't go back.

Yelp
First time hear. For sure the last. A few notes - The cook in the open kitchen should wash her hands after coughing into them. Yuk!! I had the Luncheon tea and my husband had the Classic high Tea. Dirty tablecloth so they moved our table. Odd floral display that covered our whole two seat table so I asked it be moved. I have had a lot of British Tea (two months in the UK with tea everyday) and clotted cream, and this was not clotted cream. More likely whipped cream. The lemon curd was runny but flavor was okay. The scone was not traditional British scone , more of an American scone. My husband likes the sandwiches and soup. He enjoyed a few of the dessert bites. He did not ever receive his Fruit Parfait though. I want to find a Tea room I love but this is not it. I wish for small business to succeed but this one does need to step it up.

Yelp
Highly recommend! We had the best time! Everything is just way too cute and Anthony had the best service! Will be coming back soon for sure! I tried the new tea with orange that he recommended and it was soooooooo good (and honestly I really don't like orange)

Yelp
This was my first time going to a tea house and I was not disappointed. I have nothing to compare it to, but the tea was delicious along with the food and the atmosphere is amazing. It is a little pricy, but you are paying for the experience more so than the food. I definitely recommend this place.

Yelp
My sister was visiting from Oregon, and I thought this would be a fun get together with our mother. The gluten free option made this possible. The food was delicious. The macaroons were delightful. The tea variety was superb. The scones were awesome and served with yummy lemon curd and Devonshire cream. My mom was happy with the ability to enjoy the afternoon tea with gluten free options. Anthony was our server. He provided absolutely terrific service. His personality was just what was needed to make the experience go from nice to amazing. I'm looking forward to going back again.
