My favorite coffee spot in New Malden! The house waffle w fresh fruits was fantastic.🤤 I really love the food&dessert here and the coffee itself is amazing. The baristas are always friendly and smiling, which makes the place feel so welcoming and comfortable!

I went there for lunch, ordered the chicken Caesar salad, I would never order again, ingredient were not fresh, olives from the can, and chicken was of poor quality too. For drink , I ordered vanilla matcha, matcha tastes good itself however overall the drink was too sweet. Reading the reviews about the honey bread, I was keen to order it. However, it was too sweet, tasteless, there’s no honey in it just sweetness , and the cream on top was from a whipped cream spray. Too expensive for what it is.

Outstanding place to have coffee serving Monmouth. Nice vibes with background jazz music. Primarily indoor seating with a couple of tables and chairs outside on the main High Street. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a high-quality cup of coffee.

We love this coffee stop. Every visit is a treat—from the warm, inviting atmosphere to the consistently excellent coffee, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the menu. It’s clear they care about quality and customer experience. Go and check it out!

I forgot to take pictures of the food we ordered 🙈 I like the caesar salad 🥗 and smoothie. The highlight is the green tea snow ice which is fluffy and the red bean paste is made with high quality beans. Service is quick and friendly. Overall a very pleasant dining experience.

My new favourite coffee shop in New Malden. The staff was kind, the service was fast and the honey Bread was the sweet treat we needed to go with our coffee, which also was of good quality. Couldn't recommend this place enough. Will definitely be back again!

The service in this café is shockingly unprofessional. I came in, bought a £3.50 tea specifically to sit down for a few minutes and eat the food I had just purchased from Waitrose nearby. I was quietly minding my own business when the waitress approached me in a rude, abrupt and completely tactless manner. She didn’t say “excuse me” or explain anything politely — she simply snapped “You can’t eat it here” in a very disrespectful tone while I was literally chewing. The way she spoke to me was humiliating and completely unnecessary. If a place has rules about outside food, the staff should communicate them politely and with basic courtesy. This waitress clearly lacks both training and respect for customers. As someone who paid for a drink and wasn’t disturbing anyone, I found this behaviour unacceptable. This experience ruined my visit completely, and I will not be returning. If management cares about customer service, they seriously need to retrain their staff on how to speak to people.
