"The Plant will keep everyone happy for lunch. Sandwiches, smoothies, salads, quinoa bowls - the good-for-you gang’s all here. And the gang is organic. The FiDi location has lots of seats inside or a professional to-go operation if your lunch break is more of a lunch sprint. The dino kale salad, chicken avocado sandwich, and Full Belly Bowl are our favorites." - Taylor Abrams

Nice and clean restaurant with heavy reclaimed wood style (which I love). The restaurant itself was built to be the most eco friendly one in California. Beautiful outdoor seating with wonderful views overlooking the water. One thing I'd like to see more of are their vegan options. They had a few but I feel that there should be a lot more options and styles to choose from as far as vegan goes. Staff was decent and the food was not bad. Very expensive place in my opinion but the drinks were very good. Highlights: Great cocktails, fresh juices and beautiful views!

A great, healthy eating option alongside the water in San Francisco! While with my family for the Holidays, we drove in to San Francisco and we had lunch here, since they are all vegan. I'm not vegan, but I still loved it, so this place is a great option for both vegans and non-vegans. The food is all very healthy and fresh looking, and has a delicious, rich taste! My smoothie I ordered was incredible, one of the best I've ever had. So soft and creamy! I couldn't get enough of it! The sandwich was delicious as well. Mine had meat in it, but they have several vegan options for sandwiches and they all taste amazing. Being right by the water, you have a lovely view through the window, and the entrance is very modern and clean looking with sleek hardwood floors. I loved the look, feel, and especially the taste of the food! A must when at the Embarcadero.

The service wasn't great and the restaurant wasn't clean. The food was so bland but tasted of something funky, like slimy and just not good at all. I would not come back here unless someone insisted it got better.

The setting on the waterfront is very pleasant, especially on a sunny day. The service is very friendly. And the food is good, but the bar is set so high in SF that it is not stellar. I recently had a thin crust pizza with asparagus and a few thin slivers of potato and cheese. No complaints. I would visit here again on a sunny afternoon if I were in the area.

Great food, very healthy and creative options, pretty small restaurant but they were able to accommodate a large group of us last minute. They have a full bar, which is great, but the problem with ordering a drink that wasn't on the menu, I didn't know the price. I think I had two champagne cocktails for $30+, I wasn't expecting it to be so pricey so just be prepared. The other thing I didn't like is that the restroom is a public restroom in the building next door.... beautiful views though, its right on the water!

Very nice place with a cool terasse on the water. The service was also excellent. I was giving 4 stars because The excellent persimmon salad was a bit small for 12$. But then after letting the waiter know about my concern he brought a free raw raspberry cheese cake... That is great service!! The rest of our tables food was also very tasty. There are great choices for vegetarians, vegans and carnivores. Eating time will be about 1h30 for a table of 4 unless you really take your time. The food got server quickly. This is a cozy place (we were there with our 1 yo son). I highly recommend it and would definitely go back!

This is a beautiful place for brunch, lunch or dinner. Fresh, organic and vegan options on their varied menu. The wine list includes some organic and biodynamic wines which is not seen often. The juices and cocktails are great. This is a great place to take friends who are in town or if you are just down at the waterfront. They also have take out items at their kitchen directly across from the restaurant.

My wife and I enjoyed a tasty breakfast here. Their fresh juices are a must try--great flavors and so invigorating. I had the breakfast burrito and my wife had the egg sausage bagel. My burrito was just perfectly balanced and flavorful. It came with a salad which was surprising for a breakfast plate but good. The bagel looked a little light on the eggs but my wife enjoyed it. I was perfectly filled up. Best *healthy* breakfast I had during my trip to San Francisco.
