Stopped by The Polo Club Apartments today and had the chance to speak to Amanda, the community manager. She was super friendly, professional, and easy to talk with. You can tell she really cares about her community and her team. Always great connecting with people who take pride in what they do, appreciate the warm welcome! Ryan AJ Employment Services

The staff at Polo Club is great. Amanada has helped me out and took her time explaining things to be which I appreciate. I visited shortly after the big storms and the property looked very well kept. I was impressed being I visited other properties and they still had some damage. This place is definitely worth the visit and a good place to live.

truly scrumptious

they illegally allowed us to apply for an apartment that wasn’t available and illegally refused a full refund. did i mention they broke the law? edit: after great persistence and patience, the refund did come through eventually, quite a while back actually. i’m still upset at how difficult they made it, but at least they don’t have my money lol. idk if it’s possible to un break the law but i consider the matter resolved so

My main issue is with the people who live at this complex. I don't feel safe walking my dog at night. The police have been in the complex multiple times and we've only been here a couple of weeks. The place smells of pot frequently and the kids are never supervised. The windows are quite thin as well so outside noise is easily heard. There was a lot of damage in my unit when we moved in. Kinda feels neglected and run down, which is disappointing for the price. My suggestion to you if you are interested in this complex, would be to come and visit a few times at night throughout the week. Parking is difficult, and a covered spot is not included in your rent. Walk around and see if you like what you see. Here's a fun update! Because people are not picking up after their dogs, the complex is threatening to either up at the pet rent or establish a no-pet policy entirely. See email below. Living here is truly hell and we are trying so hard to raise the funds to break the lease. To up their ratings, employees post five star reviews. I liked you Cassandra 😑

Lexi helped us get our apartment here! when we first moved in there was a few things wrong with the appliances but Maiwalk fixed all of it within a few days, thats really the only issue we had here, other than that so far everything has been good and it's peacefull here, all the ladies at the office are so nice :)

Lexi, Amanda, and Victoria in the office are very personable and for any questions or concerns I’ve ever had. They’ve always worked with me on them to make payments easier or any other issue may have the best solution out with me. My maintenance orders have been dealt with in timely manners, I really enjoy living here. It’s very clean. And the neighbors are very good neighbors. End it is conveniently located to just about everything I need but more importantly, the red Mountain 202 is conveniently located nearby I 4 1/2 to the Polo club five stars would be if they had better parking

This place used to be amazing but since current management has taken over, it has become more like section 8 housing. My apartment wasn't able to be viewed until the day before move in, I got there as the carpet guy was installing new, WET , carpet. The carpet stayed wet for 4 days. The night I moved in, I noticed roaches in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. I lived here for 2 months (that's how long it took to find another place) and during this time roaches were crawling on the walls, ceiling, hiding in the fireplace, and coming out of the air vents. I didn't unpack a single thing and my 4 kids and I lived out of storage bins. It was a living hell! There is little to no communication between management and maintenance, in fact I still had numerous repairs that hadn't been done by the time I left. My surrounding neighbors also had roaches and some on the other side left bc they had bed bugs. Everything seems nice up front but if you stop by the back playground and ask around, you'll definitely hear how it really is living there. As far as positives go , they let me out of my lease with no fees and Cassandra and Anthony are pretty friendly.

I would not recommend this place the women in office aren’t up front with you about the process of getting apartment , They expect 100 deposit and 50 dollar application fee and won’t give your deposit back if you cancel your application , Also not truthful about the specials so don’t waste your money
