I had problems with my pass, but you guys are the best. You resolved it quickly, and my family had an amazing afternoon. The food was delicious, the service staff were super friendly, and the best part was the real sand in the pool. My baby loved it. Thanks for everything, guys.

Had a wonderful time at the pool here! Bianca was an outstanding server and the cabanas/lounge chairs are so comfy! I had no idea they had beach sand here which is great for kids. Food is pretty good too I had to lobster roll with fries. Would definitely come back.

Located at the magnificent Green Valley Ranch hotel and casino in Henderson, the Sandbar Grille offers a delightful experience by the poolside. Nestled within the stunning hotel property, this place perfectly complements the beauty of its surroundings, creating a fun and inviting atmosphere for guests and locals to enjoy. With its fabulous pool setup, the Sandbar Grille sits right at the heart of this aquatic paradise. The pool area boasts a range of amenities, including a spacious sand pool, smaller kiddy pools for the little ones, and luxurious cabanas that provide a private oasis for relaxation. The entire setting is adorned with lush greenery and vibrant flowers, creating a tropical ambiance that transports people to a tranquil getaway. We just went there for lunch this time. The restaurant welcomes both pool-goers, guests and locals who wish to savor a delightful meal in a picturesque setting. When it comes to the menu, they created a blend of fun and flavor. We tried the veggie wrap and club sandwich, both delicious. They also have a small but refreshing selection of cocktails cocktails. I ordered the strawberry skies comprised of grey goose essences strawberry & lemongrass, sparkling rosé, strawberry purée, and lemon; served frozen. Loved it Adding to the overall ambiance, they sets the mood with a fun curated music mix. The tunes create a lively and energetic atmosphere. Overall this place is a fun and yummy space to have a casual lunch while enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

NEW Pool furniture! The pool has been renovated. Locals, this year, it's $30 per adult and $10 per child for pool access. "The District" residents, it's no longer free access. You have to pay the above local prices for access. If you're looking for a pool for locals at a decent price, try the "M" casino. $10 for locals, and the pool is big and usually moderately empty on the weekdays.

I have summer babies and we’ve been having my children’s birthday parties here in the past 3 years, and it’s always a wonderful time. Cabana reservation is always quick and easy, I just call concierge. They stopped allowing cakes to be brought in from outside vendors since last year and require people to order from their bakery but honestly I don’t mind this rule at all, their cakes and cupcakes are delicious, beautiful and reasonably priced, plus they deliver to your cabana upon request so it helps a lot when it’s 100+ degrees outside, the manager of lucky penny (bakery) was so helpful with the ordering process. The staff at the pool were very pleasant and attentive as well. I only wish the pool would stay open till later, 7pm is just when the temperature is getting cooler and we would have loved to stay longer.

Nice pool deep enough for laps. Sandy beachlike area for kids. Plenty of lounge chairs. Water is temperature controlled. Servers wiil get drinks and snacks for you. A small jacuzzi is on site but the jets are not strong to really enjoy it.

Hi. I had a great time here. I went to a party here in a cabana. The service was A-1. The place is secure. They always have security walking past to make sure people are safe! It’s beautiful. I’ll be back.

Yelp
Beautiful pool and nice setting. But WOW they need to figure this out - there was no where near enough lounge chairs and you are basically baking in the sun- please get more umbrellas immediately!!! The place was packed and good luck finding a place to sit.

Yelp
Gorgeous resort vibes! The pool is deceiving and doesn't look that big at first. Once you get in, you have plenty of room to swim around. The food was decent, but the portions were mediocre for the prices. Our server was very helpful, but it was hard to find her. She covered a large area of the pool Overall great experience I just wish it was easier to order items

Yelp
A casino away from the Las Vegas strip.A lot of food choices. Great Restaurants like Bottiglia, Borracha, Hank steakhouse. Ambience is great. They have great parking for everyone.

Yelp
It was my first time checking out the GVR pool! Karonlina and Zane took care of me and their hospitality is amazing. They made me feel so welcomed.

Yelp
I came in on Friday to the Pond. My server Kassidy was absolutely wonderful. I got the wagyu burgers. They were delicious. Kaitlyn was also very helpful, she made my drinks really yummy! I've never been to the Pond before, which is the 21+ pool and I really loved it. It was super cool experience.

Yelp
Kyle and Zack, employees that we're working at the pool and now you have to make a reservation so if your local do not waste your time and come. You can't even book the reservation online it doesn't work. So no thanks to this pool.

Danielle K.

Yelp
The pool and environment are wonderful, but the service falls short. On multiple visits, I've noticed servers overlooking guests, forgetting orders, or taking a very long time to deliver items. Guests shouldn't have to repeatedly signal staff just to receive basic service. I hope management will consider improving training so the service matches the setting. Aside from that, the food is good! The birds think so too.

Yelp
Great for families. My child loves playing g in the sand and you can bring toys. 20 for adult 10 for child.

Yelp
Their warmed pool and bubbly hot tub are open this March 2023. (Other big hotel pools are still closed!) Josephine took such great care of us. Security swipes our room key and Josephine grabbed our towels and escorted us to where we wanted to relax. She even placed the towel on the recliner for us, so sweet. They have upped their service, food, drink and cleanliness level here. Fully staffed here. Lots of professional lifeguards. Menu has expanded. Dole whips are here. (Add rum for that extra Ooomph!) Very clean. Lots of security guards. Servers make the rounds in good time.

Yelp
Green Valley Casino (GVC), celebrated July 4th, with a spectacular fireworks show at the pool area lighting up the sky's with colorful patterns and loud booms. It was a great show that was heavily attended and was definitely worth it. There was ample seating and available open space for large groups and families. This event occurs ever year at GVC.

Yelp
Today at The Pool at GVR they offered a vinyasa yoga class at 10am for free. It will be every Saturday this month. Times may vary depending on the heat. The check in process was pretty quick. I arrived 30 minutes prior to get a good spot . To my surprise it was an amazing turnout. I'm glad I came a little early. They ask that you bring your own yoga mat, but if you forgot it they gladly provided one for you. They even offered ice cold drinks and water for free upon arrival and when the class was finished. After the yoga class your welcome to use The Adult pool at no Extra charge. You must be 21+. I didn't take advantage of the pool access today, but I definitely will next time! The instructor was great. She had a calming voice and gave a really good class. I left feeling energized, relaxed, and ready to start my Saturday. The scenery while doing the yoga was beautiful and very serene. You could hear the birds chirping, the palm trees swaying and the light sounds of the music. I can't wait to take this Yoga class next Saturday. Thank you GVR for doing things like this within in our community :) Love it!!!

Yelp
First time I visited was really nice and I was excited to return. My friends visit from out of town and pool days are always the first choice of activities. First visit rented a daybed and just had to meet food and beverage minimum which was a great deal. Service was amazing and aside from the pigeons attacking everyone's food, it was really a fun time. Fast forward to this visit a couple weekends ago, to a less than stellar experience. First the policy of food and beverage minimum has been eliminated and all reservations for daybeds/cabanas are a separate rental fee. That's not as good of a deal but I would understand if the service matched the price you pay. We reserved a day bed again and upon arrival we were not greeted by anyone for 40 minutes after being brought to the bed. One server finally stopped by and said she was "helping our server". She helped to put a drink order in. Another 30 mins go by... still waiting on drinks. Finally flagged someone down to ask about drinks and our server and was told "she's still getting clocked in". Eventually the drinks come and are brought by Kayla? Who says she was helping our server. She ended up helping her several more times. Eventually, our server shows up about 2 hours into our visit. She says hi I'm your server. Never gave her name to introduce herself. She took drink orders and then ten minutes later returned to say she had to ask again because she forgot and didn't have a pen to write them down... we asked her several times about the included fruit plate that we never received. Hours and hours and multiple drink orders later it came after asking Kayla. Why it took so long for the kitchen to prepare a fruit plate is beyond me. Mind you our arrival time was 11 AM. Another drink order taken and drinks were wrong. Kayla to the rescue again to figure it out. I really regret not having cash to tip her for the assistance. Aside from the terrible service, the hot tubs were overridden with children to the point adults couldn't even get in and enjoy. All staff just walked past this and said nothing despite the signs saying kids should be in longer than 12 minutes at a time. Parents watched this and gave their kids food eating nachos while hanging out of the hot tub... gross. Again staff didn't stop them from eating in the pool. There's also so much staff in every other position except servers. I could see other patrons getting visibly upset about lack of service. I would not return to this location ever again. Bill was around $550 and that's the only time I learned our servers name, KASSIDY. Not worth it considering the non-existent service. I hope they make changes for the better. Sad because I love supporting the off strip properties as a local but not when the experience isn't up to par.

Yelp
A clean and good mix of children, young, middle aged and some retired patrons enjoying the pool and the drinks here. There is a bar way back in. Private cabana and dipping pools way to the right. They do key and bag checks (no outside food or drinks). Beautiful servers.
google avatar

Yelp
Rented a cabana here for my sisters birthday. The rental was $450 (we split between multiple people) food and drink are not included in rental (like at the M pool). We did receive some complimentary food if you arrive before 11am! And waters in the fridge. Cabana was spacious and had misters inside! There's are two private lounge chairs in front and a nice wading pool along the length of the cabana area so you don't have to swim with the general public guests. The attendants were attentive and stopped by pretty frequently to see if we needed drinks or food.

Yelp
This pool is so awesome!! It's clean and fun. Not too many people. The beach is not made from sand so it's not all murky. I think they use Little Rock's, but they're not sticky and it's nice. You can eat and drink here they have waitresses that walk around in bikinis. The chicken strips are seriously the best I've ever had anywhere! Next time I go to Vegas I'm definitely coming here.

Yelp
Well as Nevada slowly opens the casinos, the pools followed. Green Valley Ranch Casino has always had a nice resort and a really nice pool area. It's still the same - albeit with COVID-19 distancing. The pool area was still busy, actually it was nice that the distancing has made it not so crowded. Unfortunately the cocktail wait staff was either short handed or too busy. We ended up going to the bar and getting our own drinks. Otherwise it was a very good experience!

Yelp
I got a cabana here for my bday celebration & it was awesome!! Great service from all the cabana hosts & the aesthetic of the cabanas is super cute!!!

Yelp
Had a great time laying out by this gorgeous pool. Wanted a nice relaxing day to just to soak up the sun, while reading the latest cosmo, and writing my goals/affirmations down in my journal. GVR pool not only provided that for me today, but my server Thomas also gave me magnificent service. He was amazing! He constantly checked on me, gave me great recommendations on the menu, and he was such a respectful gentleman. :) If you're looking for a nonalcoholic beverage to enjoy pool side, I highly recommend their iced tea with lemon. It was so refreshing and helped keep me cool while laying out in this Vegas heat. This time we tried their shrimp cocktail... it was pricey but the shrimps were honestly some of the most fresh and flavorful shrimps I've had. They were chilled to perfection and just such a delightful treat. The sweet potato fries were the perfect blend of salty and sweet! They actually paired well with the shrimp to our surprise! The pool waters temperature was perfect, they keep it cleaned and sanitized, and they have plenty of security/ life guards to monitor for safety! Next time I look forward to trying their fruit plate and mahi mahi tacos :p

Yelp
Best place to rent a cabana. Everything was outstanding- food - drinks- pool- and customer service.

Isabella N.

Yelp
If I could give this highly unprofessional establishment a 0 star review I would. I used to love this place, but my most recent visit left a horrendous taste in my mouth. As I was having what I assumed would be a great time, I overheard the life guards talking disgustingly about my family and I. The things that were said were vile and honestly some of the most shocking things I have ever heard. One of the guards specifically, I believed her name was Alexa was at the front of it all. Horrible things were said about or looks and bodies and eventually security was sent over by the guards. I strongly believe that if this "employee" stays employed, that this establishment value's horrendous ethics and morals and would rather employ troglodytes as employees rather than actual professionals. I hope everyone there has the day they deserve.

Madelynn H.

Yelp
We got a cabana at the adult pool. The service was great and the wood and drinks were delicious, but the music was putting everyone to sleep. The DJ wasn't able to take requests or play upbeat music, despite multiple people asking and complaining about it. After speaking with management and the DJ, it sounds like he's not allowed to play any other music. The experience would have been so much for fun if they had better music that people want to sing and hang out to.

Yelp
They for sure staffed correctly. I cant even begin to explain the hospitable environment at the pool in GVR. So far everyone from the gentlemen who checks your bag at the pool entry, to the ladies at the towel house, to the cocktail servers everyone is really friendly. Its my families local to go spot fir a poolside getaway!

Yelp
Me and my kids got a Cabana here for Spring Break. We loved the cabana and it is a great cabana area for kids. I would highly recommend.

Chad C.

Yelp
I spent nearly $1000 dollars at the pool, but they closed it for "WIND". Everyone tries to bring a lawsuit against any big company. Watch the weather report folks. After speaking with the front desk Manger, Alex, he said "I have no control over that. Did you charge it to the room?" I said "no... I paid cash..." So... if I had charged it to the room he would have been able to comp it... but because we paid cash, we got an apology and sent on our way. Just a tip for you guys getting ready to celebrate a holiday or a birthday at GVR Pool... If the "wind" blows, they don't care how much money you're spending there, because they are avoiding a lawsuit from some one getting hit by a stray plastic cup, or a dangerous napkin with the words "Green Valley Ranch" in it... GVR is a wonderful place to visit, but my experience was ridiculous. Watch the weather report folks

Yelp
This review is for the pool (4 stars) and then Sandbar Grill food and drinks (5 stars)We are locals and enjoy paying the $20/day rate just to come and enjoy the plush chairs and elegant pool. The kids $10/entry love the sandy beach and shallow ledges where they can just lounge and play. This is such a wonderful off strip resort. The pool is relatively small in relation to the mega huge size of the Casino. There is only one hot tub which is also surprisingly small for this massive pool space. The pool is elegant and always well maintained, nice temperature. I've come in 75 degree weather and 108 degrees and the water has always been nice. The food is bomb! Probably the best poolside food on the planet. I am a poolside eating fiend, I've done all the major MGM, Mandalay, Wynn, Encore resorts in town and beyond. The food here is so delicious and gourmet. They have your typical selections, nachos, chicken fingers but they are beyond gourmet. The chicken fingers are tender inside and the breading is flakey and light almost like tempura. The nachos are delightfully gourmet. The steak is grilled, topped with black beans and grilled corn. Amazing. We also got chicken nachos which had a molé seasoning. They offer yummy fruit smoothies for the kiddos, and for cocktails brought to you poolside the prices are pretty reasonable.

Yelp
Great place to relax, many seating and big pool, also good with kids. They have beach with sand, look like real beach, kids having fun all days long there! :) They serve drinks and towels. Everything you need! Peace and sunny!

Yelp
My family and I came here on Sunday and were so lucky to have gotten a cabana! Our cocktail server Chris was super attentive and made sure we all had what we needed. The cabana was spacious and came with a tv, bottles of water, a comfy couch, and privacy if we needed any. The best part about being in your own cabana is that you have a private pool separate from everyone else in the main pool. It's much more relaxing. I really did appreciate that the families with children were separate from those of us who don't have any. Don't get me wrong I love kids but when I want to have a cocktail and float it's nice to do that in a separate pool. I highly recommend ordering the cucumber breeze with the effen cucumber vodka. It's simple not to sweet and a perfect way to cool off in the summer!

Debra K.

Yelp
It was awesome! Total relaxation beautiful salt water pool with sand entry. Lounges chairs were very comfortable and supplied with unlimited towels. Private cabanas with their own small pools and bars. We can't wait to go back when in town. The staff was accommodating and friendly .

Yelp
My family are regulars to the cabana section of the pool. We've been renting 2-3 cabanas here for special occasions every summer for five summers. Unfortunately our last experience was extremely disappointing. The positives: -When you rent a cabana, you have access to a semi private pool area, only open to other cabana guests. This makes it easier to keep an eye on kids and a little more private than swimming in the main pool and it's the primary reason we keep coming back. -The food is great. The Mediterranean bento box, nachos and chicken fingers are a few family favorites but we've never had anything we didn't like. -For the most part, the staff is friendly, efficient and accommodating. Denyel in the cabana area is a favorite! She always has a smile on her face and checks back frequently. Now for the not so good news. -Based on what we heard from staff at our latest visit, it sounds like there may be new manager(s) who are implementing "new policies". -For example, we always bring in a few sealed bottles of water. We were most recently there 2 months prior on Memorial Day weekend and this policy was not enforced. However this time, the security staff that checks your bags upon entrance made us throw away all our brand new bottles of sealed water. Stating that it's a new policy and although they don't agree with it, their manager is enforcing it. Both the female and male security guard stated that filtered water is available upon request. The frustrating thing about this new policy is that I had heard some water parks were being stricter about what you can bring in so I actually called the pool twice the day before with no answer and checked the website to see if anything had changed since our last visit. Not a word on the website about this. I had told all of our cabana guests to bring sealed water so in total our group had to throw away over $30 of bottled water that we had just purchased, including water to make formula bottles for my infant and my pregnant sisters water. It was 108 degrees when we arrived at the pool, so it didn't kick off our day in a great way. -The second disappointing incident came in when my 65 year old dad hid a few seashells in the sand area, which he has done for his grandchildren at least 15 times over 5 years and again did it less than 2 months ago. He draws a circle in the sand and buried the shells and the kids dig them out and they love it! It's a family tradition. He's always so considerate, he checks each shell to make sure it's not sharp and hides it in the circled area as not to disturb any other guests. Mind you this time, no one else was using the beach area because the sand was blazing hot. He buried the shells as he always does and a male security office starts yelling at him in front of the kids and other guests. Yelling. "I'm shutting this beach down. You can't do this! This is a hazard!" I walk over and ask him to lower his voice in front of my children for one it's inappropriate, let's talk this out and 2 you're ruining a birthday party and a surprise tradition my family has had for 5 years. He keeps yelling. Again, I ask him to calm down and stop yelling and he says "Ma'am, it's because of my ear piece, do you have an ear piece?" So I said , well then you need to take out the ear piece and have a conversation or get someone to come over and talk to us that doesn't have an ear piece. He says he called for a manager and he's shutting down the beach. The kids can't dig for shells. So we're standing there upset, the kids are so confused and disappointed wondering why their Papa is being yelled at... we stand there for at least 5 minutes in the blazing heat, no manager. I walk over to the check-in area which is directly facing us and where this is all going down, just a few feet away and there's a man standing there in a polo shirt looking at his phone. I ask, how much longer is it going to be to talk to a manager and he says, I'm a manager and no one told me anyone wanted to speak to me. Lovely. I proceed to explain what happened and he says it's a hazard because the shells may break, so I say, fine let the kids dig the shells out and we'll never do it again. No, no we're shutting the beach down. The whole thing ruined what was supposed to be a fun surprise experience for the kids and birthday boy. He had no interest in hearing us out that this was something we weren't aware of since we've done it at least 15 times. Had no desire in trying to save the experience for us or apologize for the awful behavior of the security guard. Did not care one bit about customer service or our special occasions or the fact that we're regulars to spending so much money on cabanas. This "policy" is not on any sign nor on the website. Hopefully this is an isolated incident and others will have a better experience. Steer clear of the male security guard and manager. Customer service is non-existent.

Yelp
First time staying at GVR. We are find or Red Rock and anticipated this experience to be similarly great. The pool is different than red rock with more children than I'd expect. I'm not anti child but I'd like to see more parental supervision to cut back on running and splashing. Pool is smaller than red rock. Love the lounge chair options though. Sun. No sun. Misters. All well thought out. Decent priced beverages and food. Very friendly service including security guards.

Yelp
Great service. Our server went above & beyond! She was so busy and yet she remained positive and friendly all day. People were in a great mood and happy to be in the pool. During these tough times of the pandemic - relaxing inThe pool with a fabulous poolside lunch refreshing cocktail was the best remedy for a fabulous weekend.

Yelp
Decided to get a hotel room off strip and I'm so glad we did . This place has a nicer quiet ambiance . Great rooms , decent food . And good customer service. It's way more chill here than hustle and bustle of vegas strip . Highly recommend!!

Sandra M.

Yelp
The pool was fine. The service lacking...very slow for a Tuesday and they seemed fully staffed. The " life guards" most of them I witnessed on their phones(texting) trying to be secretive, but yet it was obvious. One was I. The shade with sunglasses on and when not texting he was asleep. I would not recommend especially if you bring your children. These "life guards " definitely need supervision or to be fired.

Yelp
This review is for Winter at the Terrace. It doesn't have its own page. My friend reserved a fire put table for 4 from 8:00p-10:00p. We didn't get seated until 15 minutes later. Our waitress, Connie came by in about 5 minutes to take our drink and food order. This is where it gets bad. Our smores kits arrived in about 10 minutes. This kit needs way more napkins and metal sticks, because a piece of mine broke off in my marshmallow without my knowledge and I tried biting into it, thinking it was a pretzel. Never occurred to me it was the stick. I could've choked on that! Our drinks took a good 30-40 minutes to get to us, to the point my friend's didn't even want theirs anymore. Another girl and I ordered ice water, which she then brought me bottled water saying that's all they had. I was about to tell her to take it back, I'm not about to pay for water. Because our drinks took so long, she comped my water and the first round the others ordered. We had to remind Connie that someone else ordered water too and we asked for a standing heater to brought to us, that wasn't being used; which we had to remind her twice of this too. My friend who made the reservation noticed that the party who came in after us, got their drinks right away, while we were still waiting on ours. So blame can't be put solely on the bartender. While it was nice of the waiter and manager to comp our first round of drinks and my smores packet, you can't overlook everything else. This is why I'm giving this place a 2.

Yelp
Love the rooms/services here. Got hungry at 9pm, so I ordered room service over the phone. Items were delivered within 30 min. Nothing missing, everything was hot and ready to be eaten. Two queen bed room was very spacious and I spent most of my day in a long/deep tub. Spa services are easy to book and I would love to book a spa suite for a special occasion in the future.

Yelp
I have no idea why this place does not have more good ratings. Came here for a long weekend for a friend's wedding in the area, and WOW - Meghan was the most amazing waitress ever. She gave us white table cloth service and we felt like famous people being treated to her amazing care, attention, and kindness. She legit was the nicest waitress i have ever met. we got one of the Cabana things- and everything from the pools, to the music, to the impossible burger were great! would come back in a heart beat! i miss henderson!

Yelp
Called yesterday to inquire about reserving a cabana in two weeks. They told us there were plenty of open cabanas and invited us to come pick one out. Went this morning and met Brie at the bar. She set us up with the cabana of our choice 2 weeks from today. She confirmed that we were all set. After we told our guests the location, we received a voicemail from Vanessa saying that we aren't booked any more and the only area available was 21+. Not sure why they kept telling us there was availability, confirmed our reservation, and then canceled after we sent out invites. One star for wasting our time. Never returning.

Yelp
You know what , this is my to go place just to lay out . Gets me a bucket of corona and a quick dip. Refreshing! Not a place to actually do laps but a place to hang out for a bit. It use to be where locals can come in for free but things have changed for the last couple of years. Now its a big 20 if your not a guest. But if you can spare a little but sure 20 is not that tight either. Besides we can spend that 20 elsewhere quicker than 4 hours that you'd be hanging out here right? So shed that dough and dip in !!!!! Happy swimming!

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised after arriving at the GVR pool today with one of my long time friends. This pool has many great memories for us from back in the day. I wasn't sure what to expect because of COVID, but it was as great as it could possibly be under the circumstances. First, we were greeted by a man upon entering the pool area. He was very welcoming and kind. My friend and I were very impressed by his demeanor. Then, we went to the towel station and were given 2 towels each. We were able to find a good seating area with an umbrella right by the pool. The service all around was very friendly. The food and drinks were good too. I also loved the ambiance of the pool area because it made it seem upscale. People were practicing social distancing and wearing masks all around. I will definitely return here again soon.

Yelp
Service for pool side tables and chairs is atrociously bad. Last call ends at 4:30 even though pool closes at 6. Hire the staff you need to keep operating. Literally no person was running the front towel booth for a entire hour and people needed to be walked to the back bar in order to pay for things. It's busy and there are tons of people here with a lot of money, I really don't understand how you're understaffed or gross negligence of care towards the amount of money you could be capitalizing on. Really is a shame. Also I asked for water 4 times to the same server and never ever got a single drop, server was Ana :) pls fire her.

Yelp
Love the pool! But when you order food they let it sit at your table without covering it and crowd will walk over your food. Gross lol had them make me a new plate. Please figure out a way to cover food. It's expensive enough already. You guys can afford to get some type of plate cover ‍

Yelp
Here's my complaint: their GM, Bob Finch. We were here for a funeral and they have a winter wonderland in their pool area. The kids were running around closely. Their photobooth was next to the pool so we were taking pictures and suddenly this guy comes barking at us "Hey watch your kid! Are you even watching your kid?! They cannot be so close to the pool cause we don't have a life guard." OK... so I walk to get the mom and he comes back seconds later all up in my face: "I'm gonna ask you to leave the resort if you can't watch your kid. I don't care if he swims!" Wow? Can he be more unprofessional? I asked for his name and as we exit the resort he hands me his filthy card: "So you get my name right" as if he's untouchable. Douchebag move. I don't care who you are, you simply don't treat guests with such manners. He could've asked us nicely instead of abruptly approaching me and threatening us to kick us from the hotel. He deserves to get fired. I don't recommend this resort if anyone can get this complaint escalated. I have 5 people here who witnessed it. Rude. Unprofessional. He should not work in hospitality with an attitude like that. I hope the President, CEO or Board of Directors sees this note.

Yelp
Did they just take away the pool passes ? We went to purchase them at the coffee shop and they told us they don't sell them on weekends however, we always use to go Saturday's so what's going on ? The pool didn't even look busy pretty sad they are loosing money and loyal local customers ‍ Very disappointing especially since we drove up there... just to be denied service. And I have cabana reservation for next week ... now I'm debating if they deserve my business anymore.
