Where to Eat Out During Ramadan Around Chicago | Eater Chicago

"The Port of Piri Piri is a Portuguese-inspired restaurant chain known for its secret piri piri sauce. The main attraction is the chicken, offered with eight levels of spiciness, from plain to extra hot, but there’s also hummus, falafel, salads, and lamb chops, among other options. There are eight other locations in the suburbs." - Tasmiha Khan

Google
All my cousins rave about Port of Peri Peri, and after my second or third time there, I can see why they love it. It’s a solid spot! What I really like is that you can customize your spice level—they’ve got a few ranges, from lemon herb to hot. I went with “hot” this time, and wow, it was way too spicy for me. But if you’re into spicy food, you’ll love it. If not, the milder options are still flavorful. I got the veggie burger, and it was actually really delicious! It’s not your typical veggie burger with cheese and condiments—it’s unique, and I’d definitely order it again. We also tried their fries, which were great, especially with all the sauces they have. Honestly, the sauces are a game-changer—they make everything taste better. We also got their salad, which was just okay, but again, once you add the sauces, it’s a lot better. The place itself is very casual—not fancy at all—but it’s clean and does the job. If you’re craving something with unique, bold flavors and customizable spice levels, I’d definitely recommend checking it out. I’ll for sure be back!

Had an amazing experience, peri peri is top notch and a must try. Best thing is it’s economical and budgeted. Found this hidden gym while craving for halal peri peri chicken.

Google
Port of Peri Peri offers a delightful culinary experience centered around grilled chicken. Their extremely flavorful peri peri seasoning adds a unique zest to every bite, making each dish a savory delight. I personally love the full bird with mild sauces. The pita bread is fresh and the fries are amazing because they season is so well with the spices. With a relaxed atmosphere and friendly service, it's the perfect spot for a casual and satisfying meal!

Google
Ports of Peri Peri is hands down one of my favorite places to eat! Their flavorful, perfectly grilled chicken, wings, and breast are always cooked to perfection, packed with just the right amount of spice. And let’s not forget the wing with rice—absolutely delicious! The peri peri sauces take everything to the next level, whether you like it mild or extra hot.

Google
I ate at Port of Peri Peri, and it was really good! The chicken was juicy, full of flavor, and had the perfect spice. They have different sauces, so you can choose how spicy you want it. The staff was kind and made sure everything was right. The restaurant was clean and had a nice vibe. I will definitely come back and tell my friends about it!

Google

I was very pleased with the food it tasted amazing, I went with a friend around 12am we ordered the family style dish with 4 baked chicken pieces, rice, cole slaw and 2 drinks which was incredible great price too

Yelp
Food was delicious! My husband had the half chicken dinner and it was huge portions for such a decent price. I had a mild chicken wrap which was also so tasty and delicious! The flavors were bright and savory. Service was super kind and patient. Ambiance was very casual, plenty of indoor seating.

Yelp
We were looking for a dinner place after playing pickleball newrby and found this place that says open till 4am. Their chicken tastes really good. We ordered a whole chicken with lemon herb sauce. Sides are the yellow rice and corn. The chicken is cery tasty and juicy. If u dip it with the garlic sauce that is in the bottle, it taste even better. The service is just OK. I'm not really impressed with the place since there are dirty dishes on the table when we came and let it stayed there for a long time. They should consider changing the plates and utensils since they look dirty. But anyway, Im still giving 5 stars for the food.

Yelp
On an evening where I just wanted to lounge and watch the Tennessee Volunteers vs Ohio State Buckeyes college football game without driving anywhere, I ordered from The Port of Peri Peri online via yelp with Grubhub delivery. At the time, The Port of Peri Peri was listed #66 as I searched for good food within a radius of me in the Skokie area via yelp. On the menu, I was drawn to veggie delights options, the Peri Peri Beyond Burger, and the Veg Burger. Out of the two, I ended up ordering the Peri Peri Beyond Burger (Plain) along with Regular fries, and a Fanta orange soft drink. It took twenty-two minutes from the time my order was acknowledged by Grubhub to the arrival of it at my hotel. A shout out to the Grubhub delivery driver, Kashif for making that happen in that reasonable time, as well as contacting me rather than leaving it in the lobby with no contact whatsoever. And Kashif did not leave the lobby until confirming that it was me grabbing the bag which I cannot thank him so much for. My mouth salivated as I ripped open up the bag with my order inside and smelled a wonderful barbecue smell, which happened to be the sauce on the Beyond Burger. Oh God, I confess! I have no self-control when it comes to anything barbecue! There, I said it, tehehe. I could not help but moan in-between bites of the beyond burger as I devoured it within minutes, * chef's kiss *. And as like the Peri Peri Beyond Burger, the Regular fries were good; they were presented fresh-cut, and slightly seasoned. Being that I had a great ordering experience, I would surely order from The Port of Peri Peri again when visiting the Skokie area. ~ Live every moment ~ Thomas G

Yelp
What an amazing surprise! This unique spot has been right under my nose for the 4 years I've lived in the area. The sauces are incredible and the quality of the ingredients is impressive. A brilliant blend of Indian and Middle Eastern foods. The staff is friendly and patient. Can't wait to go back!

Steven K.

Yelp
Reading the reviews of this place it's either people are really impressed or the chicken is undercooked. That falls on who ever is over seeing the final product. I had the Sizzler and it was wonderfully flavored, cooked and the entire staff were so happy to be working and taking my order. Positive experience after midnight.

Yelp
I wouldn't recommend, I ordered my usual vegan order and the chili sauce was so watery and not like the sauce in other restaurants (I've tried all of the ones in Illinois and this location is down !!

Sal C.

Yelp
RAW. I ordered the 1/4 chicken because there was a promotion going on and instantly regretted it. The chicken was raw and I was not given a refund. I took pictures with the receipt as proof.

Marc B.

Yelp
Good food but not great. Sit down when it should be counter service. Staff were very nice. Took a long time for food to arrive.

K M.

Yelp
Chicken is very tasty and moist! Worth the trip because it's better than I could make at home (I tried the lemon and herb flavor this time). I believe it would reheat well for leftovers but we shared between two people. I liked the sides as well. The fries are short, chunky, and cute. I also liked the corn.

Shane M.

Yelp
Late night spot I think they're open til like 4am on Uber eats. Honestly the wings are fire. The extra spicy is actually kinda hot, and the wings are nicely charred and cooked well

Yelp
Chicken can be juicy or dry. I find it inconsistent on the quality. First time I came here for the half chicken(white meat). It was the juiciest grilled white meat, with the fries being crispy and well season. Then I came a year later, the quality sadly died on me. Gotten a whole chicken (dark meat) with cassava fries! It's like a different restaurant in a bad way. I guess you can call the cassava fries crispy but it would be more accurate to call it dry. So was the chicken as well. There wasn't enough sauce to help it from dehydrating in my mouth. The reason I don't come here often is that the price is a little high for my budget. I would treat this as an infrequent treat yourself meal, but the quality does blow my mine like the first time. I would easily ignore this place.

Sam K.

Yelp
Got carry out last week including chicken and rice bowl, couscous salad and panner strips. Chicken was dreadfully overcooked, very tough and not warm. Rice was undercooked, hard and also not warm. Paneer strips had no flavor and just tasted like the grill marks on them. Order was accurate and ready on time, just not particularly good.

Yelp
A delicious veggie lunch special! my mouth is burning, my eyes are crying and I'm so happy. Just the spice I love and super fresh. inventive sides. But be warned, don't ask for spice unless you're ready for spice!
google avatar

Joani O.

Yelp
Very good chicken! Love that you can choose your heat. And we love the garlic sauce. My daughter likes the chicken and rice bowl while hubby and I get the signature chicken. They have a number of sides, none of which we're crazy about. The flame grilled corn on cob is my fave but they have rice, fries, cassava fries, etc. Last time we went I tried the Quinoa salad for a change and I loved it! I added chicken for protein and my daughter and I split a side order of falafel. She thought they were the best we've had! We are fans.
google avatar

Samira H.

Yelp
I had laryngitis and could barely speak and the staff here was SO amazing they made sure to have everything ready to go for me as soon as I came to pick it up. I called in my order, 1 burger and 1 falafel wrap and I told them I'd be there in 20 min. My advice: call them as soon as you are about to get in your car, they are fast! I got there and saw their cheesecake dessert so I asked for two, just the plain cheesecake and the peanut butter chocolate one and I have to say, the peanut butter chocolate one is the best! So two dessert and two orders was less than $20. They are halal too, so that's a plus! Overall, I would definitely come back here, good food but even better service.

Yelp
I've definitely enjoyed many other Porto's locations and have had great experiences there, but this particular location always seems to disappoint me. I've tried different things on the menu and yet I still feel it doesn't live up to the Porto's standard. The food is either undercooked or flavorless and little to no spice, even when you ask for it. The staff are great and incredibly kind and that's why I feel they can make a big improvement here. I really want this place to excel and it definitely can, but changes need to be made. I hope in the future they can improve upon what makes Porto's great and prove me wrong with my two stars.

Yelp
This place is disgusting, I found hair in our food again for the 3rd time. I wish this was the only issue with the place, they're so over priced at 13 for a bowl of rice and tenders that are undercooked & has hard rice. We called in and complained but they refused to do anything about the issues we have with the food or the service. In fact they gave us an attitude on the matter. If you're gonna charge a premium don't have hair in your food, don't charge for the only sauce that makes your food taste edible and last but not least.. don't even think about giving someone an attitude that you've wronged.

Sue R.

Yelp
I'm really so upset about this restaurant. I don't know what's worse the food or the service it's really a horrible situation here. They don't appreciate the people who come here they make us feel like we're honored to be waited on them. I wouldn't eat here. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Yelp
Love Port of Peri Peri in Bolingbrook, so I took my wife to the one in Skokie. We both got the chicken and rice bowl. The food came out in a plastic plate, not a bowl. The chicken was very dry, but had a grill taste to the chicken, which was a plus. The rice was clearly microwaved. It was very dry and bland. Very different dining experience from Bolingbrook. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

Joshua L.

Yelp
The food is solid but the food combination might be too far from each other peri peri chicken with the long grained rice is an interesting combination, I don't know if I can recommend, 80% of the soft drinks aren't available in the machine and there's this loud blaring noise coming from who knows where

Yelp
Short story: Rude staff; if you do order, do not order through their website Long story: I ordered delivery on their website instead of through DoorDash or Grubhub - I always try to order in the manner that the restaurant would prefer. The restaurant hadn't opened yet but there is an option to order ahead of time for a window after they open. I received an email confirmation from DoorDash, who I guess the restaurant uses to fulfill online orders, that they received the order and had processed payment. When the order didn't come, I called the restaurant and they didn't have any record of the order. The person on the phone talked over me loudly and wouldn't let me complete a sentence to tell them what had happened. I told them to stop interrupting me and listen to what I was saying. (Then for the rest of the conversation, he kept saying "Are you finished? Can I talk now?" in a condescending manner. Yes, if I have stopped talking and ask a question, that is a good time to speak; not shouting interruptions 5 words into my sentence.) After I explained, they said it must be a problem with the delivery company and to contact them. I contacted DoorDash and they said it was assigned to someone but that the restaurant hadn't confirmed the order, and when they called the restaurant, it was not in their system. DoorDash received notification of the order through Peri-Peri's website, but their own website did not inform the store of the order. I canceled and ordered from somewhere else. I've ordered their food before and liked it, but it's not worth it. Plenty of restaurants in and around Chicago.

Oscar R.

Yelp
Amazing flavor if you're looking for spicy and hot chicken. Their spicy sauce is really good. We always ordered ahead, and our order always aquarate to our request. Tables are always available if you decide to eat there. Quite and calm environment to enjoy your dinner.

Yelp
Recently I was in Skokie at a nearby Jamaican restaurant that I frequent. Being curious as to what was new on the area, I saw that there was Porto's Peri-Peri. Wondering if it was anything like Nando's Peri-Peri, I decided to give it a try. I ordered a quarter chicken, dark meat, and I had it spicy. They got that right. The spiced rice was very reminiscent of Indian basmati rice with a hint of cayenne pepper. I had grilled corn on the cob and had it plain rather than flavoured with any of their rubs. That was good, also. The service seems slightly scrambled. The cashier took my order and forgot the rice and corn on the cob. When I realized the bill was so cheap, I ordered the two missing dishes so that I could indulge them with the chicken. I shall have to return to see if there is consistency in the food and service, albeit any improvements in the latter. I would like to feature the restaurant on my food blog.

Yelp
Came on a Saturday with my friend Jim. We ate outside and had chicken and some sides. Meh. Nothing to write home about!

Yelp
Food is definitely in the high 4's.. Wait time is in the 2's..well over 45mins.. And be prepared for a couple iterations to get your right order.. ;)

Yelp
Visited today with a friend for dinner. Dinner was excellent, but my mind is stuck on something more important: Is this business charging more sales tax than they are supposed to by law? I don't care about the pennies, but I do believe in ethics and principles. At most, my total should have been $17.46. Why is it more? Does this happen to every customer that visits this establishment? Sub total: $15.84. Tax:$1.94. Total: $17.78. (See receipt for breakdown). Will update review if owner / operator replies with a proper explanation.

Yelp
Name has changed, service hasn't... I think that's all that has to be said, leaving your meal Distasteful

Yelp
The food is good. A little inconsistent but typically good. The issue is delivery. They use a variety of services , but without actually going in they really are cheap with the sauces. For example for two chicken plates and a veggie plate, and they sent three sauces total with DoorDash. I called them , and they said "sorry." An actual good owner would have brought the sauces to me. Instead they just hung up. So beware when placing delivery and maybe even to go. They will gyp you with the sauces.

Yelp
The Good The place offers a halal menu for those with dietary restrictions with outside meat. The Better They do a lot of carry-out business. Came in on a Friday night and there was plenty of seating. The Best The food is flavorful. The menu offers the flexibility to build your own meals at the spice level and add-ones you prefer. Ordered the all for one platter with a side of rice. The chicken was very tender and flavorful and was complimented by the rice very well. Must have with the white sauce they offer as it does pack a lot of heat. Knocked off one star- Be prepared to WAIT. It took 45 mins for our meal to be served and we only ordered for two people. Considering this place is set up more like a semi-fast food venue (casual seating, you place your order at the checkout counter, soda dispenser etc) you would expect the food to be prepared quicker. Also considering it wasn't very busy when we arrived the wait was not justified. I would suggest ordering ahead of time if you don't want to wait and know what you want.

Yelp
Port of Peri Peri wing sauce is delicious. The location by UIC on Taylor street makes it perfect every time, I cannot say the same for the location in Skokie. I placed an order online for some wings and rice for pickup. There were 2 young guys working this shift, I was greeted by both, customer service seemed fine. This is during the COVID-19 pandemic, the cook had his mask on to cover the mouth, not the nose, and the guy at the register didn't wear a mask. Both guys casually talking to each other while handing me my food. The wings barely had any sauce and I got french fries instead of rice. I would make my own Peri Peri wings before coming to this location again. I just needed a quick bite for lunch. Pick up a bottle of Peri Peri sauce at your local market (my local Fresh Farms have it), throw some wings in the air fryer, it's great.

Hira B.

Yelp
The food here is pretty good, but the service is awful. Every time I have been here I been met with indifference and disdain. The employees never greet you or take your order politely. A lot of the times you can hear the employees complaining about one thing or another. There is clearly no concept of customer service or teamwork here, which is why the food takes forever to prepare. If the owner is reading this, let me offer you a bit of advice: Hire new employees or retrain them Make the ambiance friendlier Make the employees pick up the phones Do some teamwork exercises It's really not that complicated. It would be a shame to lose this restaurant because no one could be bothered to care.

Rohail M.

Yelp
The Port of Peri Peri is one of my favorite spots in the northern Chicagoland area. I recently had their new beef ribs entree and was delighted at the flavor and quantity given. I will most definitely be returning soon!

Naduu B.

Yelp
This is our consistently reliable chicken spot. The food is good for a quick week night meal. Not cheap or pricy. Somewhere in the middle. We are lucky to have it so close by!
google avatar

Yumna I.

Yelp
I hate to give this place one star but the service here is so awful. They never pick up their phone and let me emphasize on the NEVER. the wait for food is always over an hour & sometimes they even forget your order. It's kind of sad because the food is so delicious but y'all really gotta do something about that service.
google avatar

FARUKH H.

Yelp
Did a take out and boy do I wish I had spent my money somewhere else. The rice were dry and fries were ice cold. I called them to see if they can replace the fries, but I was told all fries get cold in the delivery process. I live five minutes away. Place is expensive and portions are small.
google avatar

Maham K.

Yelp
If I could leave 0 stars for this place, I would. They take over 30 minutes to make one sandwich, they always give you a time frame and go 10 minutes over, they never pick up the phone when you can to order in advance. The food is average and clearly not freshly prepared. The sides are pre-frozen: esp the steamed veggies and corn. I went into the restaurant once after trying to call in advance for pick up and the manager said they are ignoring customer phone calls because it's too busy...there were only two other people ahead of us. It's ridiculous. It ran so much better under previous management/ownership. Went down hill after the new people took over. Worst customer service ever.

S. R.

Yelp
Walked in to get one order of fries. They told me they are not selling one order, I have to buy two. Never been to a business that refuses to sell food unless you get a certain order quantity. Will never eat here again.

Yelp
This was my first time visiting Skokie location- I'm a regular customer of all their other locations. I always order the same item, whether its from their Lombard location, Schaumburg, Buffalo Grove, or Romeoville. Im a regular who's been ordering at least once per week since 2017 from many of their locations. I've been so ridiculously consistent that their staff members tend to recognize me & know me across multiple locations I mentioned. I happened to be in Skokie area and as mentioned previously this was my first time visiting this specific location. I ordered the same thing I always get, paneer wrap. My order was placed through Ubereats app as a take-out on September 20th 2021 @ 7:50PM. So I drove 20minutes to pick it up from the Skokie location, then drove 20minutes back home. After getting back home and after unwrapping my paneer wrap, I was seriously horrified. I wasnt sure if this was a prank or if the employees who made this Paneer Wrap were actually serious. The portion of this Paneer wrap was SOOO ridiculously small that it was literally wrapped like a square diaper, instead of their standard wrap across all their locations, which comes out looking similar to a burrito. The paneer was also freezing cold, as if it was never ever warmed up. Overall, it was completely inedible. 40minutes of my time went to waste along with my money and gas. The wrapping was absolutely horrible and the temperature was completely cold. So I immediately called the store directly explaining the situation that I order this item all the time, at least once per week, from all these other locations for many years now, but the person on the phone started interrupting me and insisting "THIS IS WHAT THE PANEER WRAP IS BY PORT OF PERI PERI, THATS OUR STANDARD PANEER WRAP." It was literally wrapped as a square diaper and completely cold, just totally inedible. The guy on the phone was shouting over me, had absolutely no customer service skills, so I figured this is all pointless waste of time and I just hung up. I've attached pictures how the paneer wrap looked on the inside - extremely small. Unfortunately I didn't get a picture at the time of how ridiculously it was wrapped but it was wrapped as a square, literally looked like a diaper. I also attached a picture of how it typically looks when I get it from any other location - it always comes FULL and wrapped like a burrito, not a square diaper. The correct Paneer Wrap I attached here is from Buffalo Grove location where they always consistently do a great job. Also, it typically always comes hot, not freezing cold. Unfortunately I have to give one star for Skokie location. I strongly believe ownership needs to seriously look into this location and whether re-train their employees on both, customer service & food, or hire someone else. I reached out to ubereats support first before posting this review. Below I attached a picture of the ubereats response. "PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PORTIONS AND SIZES ARE DETERMINED BY THE MERCHANT." - same answer they pretty much gave me when I called the location directly immediately after finding this. Just an advice, but maybe the merchant should keep their portions and sizes consistent across all their locations- how come it's always consistent with Buffalo Grove, Lombard, Schaumburg, and Romeoville, but this one in Skokie is suddenly extremely different - x3 smaller than their regular wraps + wrapped *completely* different + FREEZING COLD ? One thing for sure , I am never coming back to this location ever again. I would appreciate a refund but Im sure they wont, considering its been two weeks already.

Yelp
If you want to give your taste buds a wake up call this is the place to go. Piero's is a fast casual restaurant that's menu is centered around the African Peri Peri chili. All the food is fresh grilled and custom spiced to the heat level you desire, from a mild lemon and herb to extra hot. Mild even tingles your tastebuds as peri-peri chilis are very spicy but flavorful too. They were out of chicken tenders when we came for lunch so most of the menu wasn't available. My daughter had a chicken leg and thigh and I had the vegetarian burger. I wasn't sure how spicy to order it so a guy at counter grabbed a little plate put some of the sauce on it with a few fries and let me try out the medium. Glad I did since my heat tolerance isn't very high and I wanted to taste the veggie burger so I downgraded to mild. Medium probably would have been fine but for first time. The mild was nice - not just hot but flavorful. My daughters chicken leg and thigh didn't have a lot of meat on it so she was a bit disappointed. My veggie burger was surprisingly moist and on a very nice ciabatta like bun. It was large and filling. My daughter who makes fun of my recent trend of eating more vegetarian food finished the last third of the burger. Try the peri and garlic sauces to help balance out the heat and cool your tastebuds. They are good on the nice fresh thick French fries. I'd come back for the veggie burger.... And hope they have the chicken tenders so can try some of the other options as well.

Johnathan C.

Yelp
I heard some good stuff about this place and finally decided to buy stuff. I got the rice bowl and some chicken platter. The rice bowl was $10 and the portion was so small. No rice, 4 tenders it was not filling at all. The chicken platter I had to throw out cause it smelled of rotten chicken. Overall I hated the experience. The rice bowl was good but very little portion size. $30 gone down the drain with not so good food

Yelp
This is the first time I've been to this place since it went by the name Fogo's Peri-Peri chicken...the notable difference beside the name now being-Porto's Peri-Peri, the more abundant seating options, and obviously faster service! Food was alright if not slightly better than the last time I've been here...Unfortunately portion is small especially side of fries and chicken wings/drumsticks...As far as dips, you gotta get the garlic dip which was really good! We tried the Porto's Peri-Peri 20 pc Fogo's wings 1/2 flavored lemon & herb and hot, and chicken & rice bowl.
google avatar

MoMo K.

Yelp
New owner, new name, new hours. Maybe they have better service now? Maybe the long waits are gone? Everything on the inside is still the same. I just called. They still serve halal chicken. So I'm guessing the old Fogo's owner invested into this restaurant, established it, and then sold it and made bank. I am very picky and I would just rate this place average (3 stars) but my mom absolutely loved it (5 stars) so I went with 4 stars. The cashiers/chefs are very kind and patient. FYI: for all you sanitary people, they make everything in front of you. They use something that looks like a paint brush to rub their special sauce all over the chicken. Apparently, the origin of their special sauce is from East Coast Africa. The story is on their wall.... But yeah, their sauce is unique. Also, you can make it super duper spicy. But just be careful, because if you can't handle it, the chicken won't taste good. Their is plenty of seating inside, everyone who came in took it for carry out. Parking is fairly easy on the streets. I was surprised it wasn't extremely crowded though on a Sunday night.

Yelp
Let me just tell you that I've had this place many times before and always loved it, but I didn't realize the true value if it UNTIL I went to London and had peri peri chicken at one of the original locations of Nando's, which is also halal. Nando's sauces are good, no doubt, but Porto's flavors are out of this world. As far as the flavors of sauces go, I will say I'm not crazy about lemon pepper or bbq flavors in general, so while I have tried those here, it's really all about the original Peri Peri sauce. These sauces come in Mild, Medium, or Hot. All of them are flavorful, so choose based on how much you can handle. Medium is perfect for me, spicy but not where your sniffling like crazy. I also love their sides. My favorite is the peri cassava fries, which are really crispy, and sprinkled with peri salt. Corn and rice are great also. I do want to comment on the service. While I have had previous experiences of not so great service (somewhat rude people at the front desk, getting one part of my meal before the other, etc), today was great and I have a feeling they are paying attention to this piece. I have never had an issue with service at their other location in Schaumburg, so I expect that they will keep thia one at the same standard. Either way I would not knock off a star based on service. The food is way too good and deserves 5 stars for that.

Yelp
Wow, the Chicken and sauce was really good! Would like to give his place a higher rating, but there was just an unpleasant scent and the floor was sticky where we were sitting. Kind of Jill's the overall experience for me. I suggest you try it out and I will as well again. The Chicken was really good and I suggest the platter.

Yelp
Went to try this place for the first time yesterday with my boyfriend. It seems that this place is maybe under new management from what it used to be before, so there seemed to be a few minor kinks still needing to be worked out. Pros: -Vegetarian options! (The bf and I always have issues with finding places to eat because he's a vegetarian and I'm a carnivore. Usually hard to find filling vegetarian options, but we were surprised at how large the veggie burger was! A+ ) -GARLIC SAUCE. If I weren't trying to be somewhat health conscious, I would have gotten another one. Soooooo good though. Sauces were a bit watery, but it was perfect to drizzle over my wrap -Chicken wrap in spinach tortilla was SO good. We got mild, but it was still crazy spicy...someone who seemed to be the owner or manager came over to us asking if it was too hot (I was sweating, but it was too good to not bare through the heat) -Fries were listed as waffle fries, but they came out as just regular ones, but they were REALLY GOOD. I'm picky about my fries, but these were definitely 10/10. -Employees were nice. The cashier girl and manager/owner(?) both came around checking up on customers and asking if everything was okay -Meal was super filling and felt healthy rather than something I would be regretting for the next week Cons: -Chicken is the specialty, so non-chicken-enjoyers will probably not find other options here (which is no problem for me because I really only eat chicken) -Not the hugest fan of the mason jar glasses for drinks, but that's more opinion than an actual problem -Seems to be a lack of garbage can in the vicinity haha (will chalk that up to the newness of the place though)

Yelp
Amjed should work at a place that does have anything to do with customer service OR learn how to fulfill orders after charging the customer.
