DO NOT MOVE HERE! If I could give it 0 stars I would.
From the moment we went to pick up our keys and the assistant manager was 20 min late to let us into the office to get them I knew this was going to be a long year. The condition of our unit upon move in was awful. We had placed about 15-20 work orders in our first week of living there due to hot water issues, bathroom fixtures being outdated, moldy residue left in the tubs from previous tenants, doors off the hinges, etc.
The staff here are the most incompetent and unprofessional group of people I have ever dealt with. I could probably count on one hand how many times someone would respond to emails in a timely manner or pick up the phone. There are only two people in the office so if one of them isn't there, expect the office to be closed for hours on end during their office hours.
The cherry on top of it all was when we had a water leak that took their maintenance staff 3 months to fully repair which then caused our utilities bill to be extremely high. Of course they didn't make this an easy process when trying to resolve this. No matter how much documentation and notifying we provided, we still ended up having to pay more than we should've.
Be ready for them to have some sort of excuse or comeback to any problem you bring up to them. That's about the only thing they're good at doing.
There also isn't a set in stone parking policy so have fun when other people park in front of your unit, big trucks park illegally behind people's parked cars, and cars with expired tags using your spots!!
Btw there is definitely some sort of mold issue with these units and they should probably just be torn down at this rate. The AC units they have will tell you the humidity in your unit, and at one point ours reached over 70%.
I'm sure I'll get some sort of automated response or apology from them but nothing they say can take away from the fact that this is the most HORRIBLE place I've ever lived at.
