I'm thrilled to have found this store for all of my wine & spirit needs, the store carries a very large variety of choices to suit everyone that walks in. I typically stop in once a week or so to pick up a few items. I'll tell you this, you will never find another store that is more organized and the cleanliness is off the charts. the one thing that really stands out about Pride is the staff!! Mike and Wells in particular are so friendly and will always help you out with any questions you may have. I will not shop anywhere but Pride in St. Charles going forward. All the best you guys!!

Do not do a good job of getting rid of stock. An example being in the winter you can often still find summer beers. Wish the selection was better, more like a grocery store level of choice. However, the beer they have on tap to try is always interesting and unique. It's a weird juxtaposition that the tap selections are so varied and unique, but the bottle selection so blah.

Always interested in having a new place to buy craft beer. They have a nice selection, but stay away from the mix a six selection. I was excited to see it and bought six beers I hadn't tried before. I drink a lot of hoppy beers and can tell when they are old. I knew these were old right away. I confirmed it with the date on the bottom of a Hop Crisis by 21st Amendment. "Enjoy by 10/20/16". I bought the beer on 2/10/17. Shame on me I should have checked, but also shame on a retailer for dumping old product. I like the store, so I'll give it another chance, but will be checking dates.

Having stopped here many times, I liked this place as a semi limited version of Binnys. I'm a big fan of craft beer and the shops that don't gouge customers for in demand beers get much more of my business. So this past weekend I was looking for a beer that had just been released, so I walked in and looked around a bit. I stopped at the register to ask if they had any, they said they did but you had to have 500 loyalty points in order to buy it. They refused to sell it to me, so I went to Binnys and grabbed on off the floor and went on my merry way. Needless to say, the "pride" has lost a customer, whether it's fuel, food, or beer.

I offered to buy serveral bottles here in order to earn over their 500 pt system to be able to buy allocated bourbon from the back. The person working checked with the manager who then changed what he said they had in back and said only eagle rare and some other common bourbon that's always on the shelf at any store is what's allocated. So obviously my money wasn't good enough for them or I wasn't "in" with their store to get the bourbon they are saving for other people. Go else where

If you're an early morning riser or simply finding your way back home, this might be your place. Get ready for a 7AM wake-up call. Yep, they open early and really don't care if you're coming or going. The inviting doors open automatically and lure you in. Stroll around with a mini shopping cart and pick your poison. Plenty of Beer Options to choose from, 'Good Beer, Bad Beer & Cheap Beer. Not to mention, Warm Beer, Cold Beer & Craft Beer'. Some bad elevator music is the only thing missing.
