What a beautiful place! Ambiance was dark and sexy, food was amazing…pricey, but worth it! And our server Alissa was just perfect! They were so kind when I let them know we were running late for our reservation, they pushed it back with no problem. I went with a group of ladies so we got a little bit of everything! The bread they started us off with didn’t have any business being that damn good!! I had the burger and fries with asparagus, asparagus was a bit thick for my liking but the table loved it. Burger and fries were amazing! We got Salmon, prime rib, mashed potatoes, lobster bisque, lobster risotto and some other things I can’t remember, oh and the sweet Brussels sprouts….muah chefs kiss! Everything was delicious. There wasn’t one complaint at our table! 10 out of 10, would recommend! I’m definitely making my husband take us here soon!

Google
Food, service and atmosphere were all amazing! Staff is very attentive and welcoming. I definitely recommend the seafood tower as a starter. King crab, lobster, oysters and shrimp were well worth it. Great cuts of steak and the drinks were on point. Perfect place for a date night or special occasion. 5 stars across the board!

I came tonight to celebrate my birthday. I’ve been here a few times prior to this and we’ve always had a great experience. The service is amazing and the food is delicious. I wish the oysters were bigger in size. The scallops were really good. The jumbo crab cake was delicious because there was not much filler it was all lump crab. The broccolini were cooked perfect. We got the truffle Mac and added lobsters to it. It was good but I don’t it’s worth $44 for a side. If I were to get it again I think I would skip the lobster add-on the Chilean sea bass was amazing perfectly cooked and the prime rib was a huge portion good for sharing. My husband and friend shared the full size and still end up taking 1/3 of it home. I really like the crème brûlée because it was not overly sweet. I would highly recommend this restaurant

Google
Larry (Manager), thank you for everything. This is our second time here. Tonight, the food and service was tremendous. The specialty drinks were spot on (Spritzer and Manhattan). The appetizers were really good (East And West Coast Oysters), house salad, and a Crab Cake (that was all crabmeat) and very tasty. The entries consisted of a 8oz Filtet Mignon, and a 16oz New York Strip steak. The sides were Truffle Mac & Cheese, along with loaded Broccoli Mac & Cheese. Tonight's dessert with chocolate Godiva cake along with cappuccinos.

Google
Highly recommend! My husband & i decided on a whim to go here for our anniversary. Phenomenal is really the only word I can think of! The food was excellent! The service was stellar!

Google
Our dining experience was elevated thanks to the exemplary service provided by our server, Joy. Due to dietary restrictions and preferences, we made a few specific requests, which Joy communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. When the food was delivered by another team member and did not reflect the requested modifications, Joy took it upon herself to personally assist the kitchen in preparing the dishes correctly. Her swift and thoughtful intervention transformed what could have been an ordinary experience into an exceptional one. Joy’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine dedication to guest satisfaction left a lasting impression.

Google
The Prime Rib is a pleasure to enter. McKenna greets you by name, shows you to your table and makes sure you are comfortable there. Kamal and Juan (the Dynamic Duo) immediately are at your side to welcome you. Brendan, Larry, and Sarah also make sure the diners are satisfied w/ the table, etc. Everyone has a smile. I like to start with a Caesar or the Wedge salad, depending on how hungry I am. Wedge is great to share too! My favorite steak is the rib eye w/ mushroom; always the perfect medium with a little crispy outside. The crabcakes are my other go to, full of crabmeat and flavorful. Pick a side, any side...all good and go with everything. And if you're lucky, Chef Justin, will stop by and check on his handiwork. There is music and good cocktails (or a Shirley Temple). Overall, a great meal and atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Google
Wish I could remember the bartenders name. So kind, uplifting and an amazing mixologist! She just had a baby and she’s going to Puerto Rico for her birthday this month 3/2025. Highly recommend the clams casino stuffed with lump crab meat.

Yelp
What an amazing treat inside of LIVE Casino in Philly. We came here for a birthday dinner and i was NOT disappointed. Hubby had a steak which he enjoyed. I had the Prime burger and wow! so stinking good. Who knew a burger can taste so good. It was huge so I had it for lunch too. The sides were so tasty. Fries yum! Lobster risotto - my favorite 5 Cheese mac and cheese - very good. Classic mashed was good I added a side of scallops and that was also amazing I loved the box of knives - You pick one to use .. such a cool touch. Customer Service was top notch I'll be back!

Yelp
Best oysters I ever had? Quite possibly. Started with a dozen oysters, they will ask you what kind you want which is nice that you can customize your order. Half of our oysters were the type that are very large, and these were my absolute favorite. The other half were smaller, also good, but I preferred the larger oysters. The waiter tried to get us to order the 4oz Wagyu and I got the vibe he was just trying to have us run up a huge bill as they were pricing the Waygu at $135 for 4oz. We split the burger instead as I was not that hungry and also, we were not up versus the casino at this point in time. Burger was very good; after adding bacon this bad boy did come in just shy of forty dollars though, if you can't tell yet this place is quite pricey. I was glad we came here, and I can definitely see myself coming back here another time to sample more of their menu. As always people SYOY!!!

Yelp
We had the best experience at the Prime Rib! The staff was amazing and so hospitable, particularly our bar friends Chantae, Ramaie, and Sianni (I apologize for probably butchering the spelling). They took such great care of us! They have such an impressive wine list, and the food was absolutely delicious (and huge portions)! Thank you again for a great night :)

Yelp
The food here was pretty amazing. I had the Mac and cheese and it was so creamy. Probably the best I've ever had. I also had the crab cakes- amazing as well. Such big chunks of crab. I didn't dine in but the place was very nice. Looks very cozy and the staff seemed very attentive. I hope to go back one day.

Yelp
First time going to The Prime Rib for date night. It was amazing!! The vibe was great, complete with a live singer. The waiters were super nice and quick with service. The food was amazing. I wasn't a big fan of the oysters but my boyfriend seemed to like them. With each course, the food kept getting better and better. It's definitely pricey here but worth it! Will definitely be going back.

Marlyn C.

Yelp
The food, atmosphere, and service are incredible. It is a little pricey, but worth every penny!

Yelp
Syani was behind the bar and made my night exceptional! I had the pan seared salmon which was delicious. Compliments to the chef! I didn't have to wait long for drinks or service, the bartenders were amazing. The staffs attitude set the mood for my night... so pleasant. I will definitely be back. Thank you Syani.

Yelp
My experience here was a mixed bag. We started off with the calamari and two cocktails. My sidecar was delicious. The calamari was pretty much perfect: Fried golden, seasoned, with a flavorful sauce that covered the bottom of the serving platter that was a nice surprise. For dinner I had the special, which was mahi mahi over mashed potatoes, topped with shrimp and a beurre blanc sauce. The sauce was perfection, the shrimp were good, the fish and mashed potatoes were just average for me. We also had a side of truffle Mac and cheese, it was the most disappointing part of our dinner. No flavor whatsoever. I finished with the crème brûlée which was a solid 9/10. It was an okay experience but at this price point I expect more consistency throughout the menu. Ambiance was dark and romantic. Service was good.

Yelp
We had a great time for dinner tonight. The space is very romantic and dark setting. They have a lot of dishes on their menu like tons of steak options and even fish. I settled for the salmon and it was delicious. I tried my friend's sea bass and it was even more delicious and very hot! Wonderful presentation too. Had a good evening!

Yelp
Amazing service as always!! Thank you Michelle and Amanda for taking care of our group! See you next time!

Yelp
First time had breakfast at the Prime Rib since not all locations offer breakfast. This Philadelphia location inside Live casino offers a much brighter interior style, given it is newer of course & main entrance located right by the hotel check in and elevators. Staff were friendly and very efficient when come to taking orders and bring anything additional you need. Breakfast menu is very simple, a - one - pager, but has all the essentials. & Delicious.

Savannah M.

Yelp
Every time I come to Live! casino I have to stop in at The Prime Rib. Service is top tier but also is the food/drinks! Brandon was my bartender this time around & he was so pleasurable to be around & made amazing drinks! Can't wait to stop by next time.
google avatar

Yelp
We had a king cut medium rare, broccolini and French onion soup and they were 5/5 stars. Service was stop notched as always as well ambience. However, we came for the prime rib and they do not disappoint. They cook it perfectly and tender juicy and not over seasoned. We had the prime rib in dc and Baltimore before and this place lives up to its name.

David T.

Yelp
Food is amazing. Always is. Service tonight was rough. Server must have gone on break. We got one drink - was never asked again. Had to go to the bar to get it. Never saw the server again until it was time to go. We had to box our own food too. Not even an ask to do it. Subpar for one of my favorite spots.

Dorothy T.

Yelp
Fantastic service given by Brandon and Larry on Mothers Day . Food was outstanding .Make sure to try their seafood tower and the 32 oz . Rib eye !Live Piano music played by our seats added that special touch . Be sure to dine here with your loved one or ones .

Yelp
We made a reservation for Father's Day. I love that parking is a no brainer. You just use the casino parking and there is not charge. This restaurant in spacious a is furnished exactly how you would expect a steakhouse to be. For me the tables for two are huge and I had to raise my voice to talk to my husband. Service was slow and not very attentive. There were several times that we had to flag down another server to get service. We ordered, lobster bisque and calamari for appetizer, these both were really good. For our entrees we order the 34 day aged steak, Chilean sea bass, sautéed spinach and scalloped potato. All of the food we found to be just okay. For me there were no flavors that stood out. Especially the steak which is an $85 steak. The sea bass had a good crust but still no real flavor. The sauce on the bottom of the plate was the best part. The potatoes were the least favorite. They were dry and lacked flavor. We also had creme brûlée and gelato for dessert. Again the creme brûlée looked the part but was not very good. The caramel gelato was good. I will say that this meal was not worth $363. This amount included our tip. I probably would not return here. I kind felt like I let the dad in my life down

Jennie W.

Yelp
Michelle and Amanda were our servers and they were amazing. We had a large group and they were helped us with suggestions and providing excellent service. 10/10 would eat here again

Zach F.

Yelp
The staff, Michelle B. and Amanda were wonderful. They accommodated our big group and served us quickly, accurately, while checking on us throughout.

Yelp
Love love love! The steak, the drinks and our amazing server, Ed! We can't wait to go back! Love the vibe! We are always treated like VIP's!! Thanks again to Ed! And did I mention the chocolate cake dessert is an over the top delight with the hot fudge sauce!!!!

Yelp
Blah, it was fine. Came here last week and sat in the dining room. Started with a cocktail off their list and the wedge salad. The person joining me had the lobster bisque and a Caesar salad. The wedge salad wasn't great, the lettuce was kind of wilted and sad looking. Next I ordered the 14 ounce ribeye cooked rare. It was ok, but lacked something in flavor which I can't pinpoint. We shared a few sides of mashed potatoes, steamed asparagus, etc and a bottle of wine. Ended the meal with espresso martinis and chefs selection of dessert which consisted of a cannoli, carrot cake, and something else. It was a fine meal, but I wouldn't return unless I was trapped at the casino. Overall, not worth my $25 Uber ride from city center. Try Steak 48 instead, it's great, you'll pay slightly more but have a better experience.

Yelp
The Prime Rib has a romantic atmosphere for two with a decadent variety of prime cut steaks. The crab cakes are stuffed with buttery, delicious crab meat.
google avatar

Dolores A.

Yelp
The service was not up to par on our visit this time. We felt a little forgotten and then when my order was messed up, that confirml. Seems our waitress had other things in her mind, but our food was delicious as usual. My salad was spot on and his beet salad although good, was lacking on the main event...beets. Ask for extra beets if you want this salad. My crab cakes were excellent, loaded with lump crabs! The ribeye steak was seasoned to perfection and very juicy tender! Cheesecake & complimentary birthday cake for me, completed our meal!

Yelp
We have dined at the prime rib more than a dozen times over the years that Live casino has been open in Philadelphia, and it is our go to place for everything from drinks at the bar, light appetizers, to dining for formal events, and spending special occasions with the best of friends, our New Years Eve celebration there this past year was insane!!! The food is out of this world, recently I just went there this past week, and had the most amazing filet mignon with a blue cheese crumble and enjoyed an espresso martini. It melted in my mouth. It was absolutely an experience like none other. The service as always is top notch, and we always enjoy having the manager come by to chat for a few minutes and check in on our experience. Nothing but the best here.

Yelp
Went for the lucky 8 happy hour. The prime rib sliders were my favorite and so good we doubled up on the order. The truffle fries , oysters , and the chef special ( blackened fish with pineapple salsa) did not disappoint ! The bar area was laid back and comfortable where the other side of the restaurant was a bit more upscale. I will visit again for happy hour or for the regular dinner menu. A great date night atmosphere !
google avatar

Zuleika A.

Yelp
I took my boyfriend here for his birthday after we attended the Philadelphia 76's game at the Wells Fargo centre which is right across the Live Casino, which is there the Prime Rib is located in. Tostart off for the appetiser we ordered the seared scallops which were fantastic! Probably our favourite food item of the night! For our entrees, I ordered the 5oz filet mignon with the lobster tail and my boyfriend got the Kanas City dry aged 34oz steak and we both shared the 5 cheese truffle Mac and cheese! Really good food, amazing service!l and a lovely ambiance!
google avatar

Yelp
Brianna was our server and she was super personable and very knowledgeable! The food and service was amazing.
google avatar

Alison R.

Yelp
This was our second visit this year and I was accompanied by my daughter and fiancee. As we had previously, the dinner was great. What most surprised me was the exceptional service. Our server was Kaylin. When our first course was removed the manager Larry immediately came over noticing we did not eat a significant amount of our calamari appetizer. There was nothing wrong but not to my companions taste. We did not even complain and they were on it immediately. Larry was pleasant and on top of things!! I would give them a ten for service.

Peaches C.

Yelp
Excellent service Chante and Niya are Ah Mazing! The food was just perfect I had a Cesar salad delicious rolls and a Prime burger!
google avatar

Yelp
Much better service at the bar. Don't eat in the bar area the servers are all over the place and some of them are ignorant!

Yelp
Had a wonderful diner, Brianna is amazing and provided great service! Looking forward to coming back !

Yelp
My husband and myself came here for happy hour on Thursday night and I wasn't impressed at. The waiter who made our drinks put the ice into our glass with his bare hands. I didn't want to cause any problems so I let it slide and prayed I didn't get sick after drinking my drink. While I sitting there I observed him touching his cellphone and he also shook another customer hand. I never once saw him wash his hands. He went back to making drinks right after that. We also order oysters they were ok and my husband ordered the prime ribs sliders.

Nick R.

Yelp
A few of my friends and I recently visited the Prime Rib for an annual holiday dinner and had an amazing experience. The service was excellent from the second we were seated. Everyone from the hostesses to the servers and managers made us feel welcomed and checked in on us multiple times through our dinner. We ordered cocktails and had appetizers, all of which were amazing but I highly recommend the scallops and lamb chops which were cooked to perfection. I ordered a bone-in ribeye which was cooked perfectly to the temperature requested. Certainly will come back again!

Yelp
Great service excellent staff presentation is on point. The burger at the steakhouse is great

Yelp
My mother and I were visiting from California and wanted to try a new restaurant and we happened to stumble across this restaurant and we definitely picked the right spot! The food was absolutely delicious but nothing could beat the service we got from our server Marco. He was so nice and very attentive, making sure we were completely satisfied with everything. The ambiance was very nice. I definitely would recommend coming here! Thank you for making this dinner a great experience Marco!

Yelp
Every time I tried to make dinnertime reservations last-minute, the Prime Rib was always already booked; so this is definitely one of those restaurants that books up with reservations quickly on the weekends. We went on a Saturday night, and I was overall impressed with the service and food. We had a great waitress who gave us recommendations on cocktails and made us aware of the specials. The cocktails - the Apple Crisp and another that I can't quite remember the name of (it had raspberry syrup in it), were absolutely delicious. Probably the best drinks I've had in the city in quite a while. And made with top-shelf alcohol too! For appetizers, we had one of the specials: crispy calamari. Most of the pieces were really tender and the batter was excellent. It has a tartness to it that hit the right note with the sauce that accompanies it. I also had the lobster bisque which tasted superb. There were little pieces of lobster in it, which was unexpected. It had a nice, rich, creamy taste. For an entree I had 2 crab cakes and my husband and I split some garlicky mashed potatoes. The crab cakes were nice and seared, but by that point I was stuffed so I really only finished one. The complimentary bread before dinner could fill you alone Definitely try the one with raisins in it. My hubby had the ribeye steak and was equally impressed. I know my crab cakes actually tasted better heated up the next day. Or maybe I appreciated the flavors more the next day. Either way I'd love to dine here again; maybe for a special occasion. It is not a restaurant we could easily afford to go to often, but I'd love to check out their happy hour.

Yelp
Recently came too The Prime Rib for a gathering with a friend, the staff was vary friendly and accommodating and the food was very delicious as well. The atmosphere inside is very elegant which is really nice for a special night out, my only issue was when a server came to are table to ask if we were done which I was under the impression that they were going to take the empty plates but instead they took all the plates and didn't offer if i wanted to take the rest for my food with me although I was full still felt like they should had offer that instead for throwing out especially for how expensive this establishment is.

Yelp
I haven't written a review in quite a while, but I have to chime in here because the stars given absolutely do not match the taste, service, quality, ambiance, and overall experience we had here for date night. Everything was a solid five stars.... The 'Nirvana Blush' cocktail with Ketel One Botanical Grapefruit & Rose vodka, St. Germaine liqueur, pear eau de vie, Chambord, fresh lemon, Fever Tree club soda was perfectly balanced, not at all "perfume-y" like I was afraid of, and went hand in hand with some seafood. It was light, fruity, and while I didn't taste the alcohol, later I came to find it was DEFINITELY in there. The bread basket, which came out immediately following cocktails was delicious...soft creamy butter to spread onto a Parker House roll, baguette, and raisin roll was an indication of what was to come. The small seafood tower was stellar!! Two lobster tails, two king crab legs, four jumbo shrimp cocktails, and half a dozen oysters, from a location from which I had never heard. This is definitely large enough for a meal but also a killer way to kick everything off! They rotate regularly and feature $1 a piece plus $10 champagne flights on Wednesdays from 4:30-6:30! Hubs went for the burger, which he loved and we split the creamed spinach and four-cheese Mac, which were both amazing. Service was impeccable and the vibes were everything I was looking for when envisioning a sexy but not stuffy romantic date night. The place is STUNNING!!! You're going to want to keep this on your radar before or after games, concerts, and events at the sports complex. You can park here for $40, then walk right over. It's closest to Citizen Bank Park. I can't wait to return. Everything was fabulous!! Perfect, in fact!

Wanda J.

Yelp
I really enjoy coming to Live Casino I can't wait to get into the prime rib The rooms are decorated so peacefully and quiet. The light is low but you can see everything. The tables are made up nice and at night time it really comes alive even more. For the last 3 weeks I have been having breakfast I wish at the prime rib. Usually I see Matt And Joy Carmen They are a pleasure to see anytime I come in for breakfast. They both are very attentive to what I need because I'm a little disabled. Not only that we enjoy talking to one another. I would like to commend the whole breakfast team at prime rib and the managers, And the entire breakfast crew at the prime rib for dinner time I went in Christmas Eve to treat myself to dinner and I would like to recommend Cameron, Casey shante and Brendan the manager. There were a number of things that I mentioned to Brendan and he took care of them right away. I definitely felt like a VIP customer. I'm so happy that I met these people because I didn't know them from before except Cameron I had seen him around breakfast here and there but that particular night he made sure that I was okay I had a couple bags but he made sure that he walked me to the bathroom. He waited for me and then walked me towards the front. I thought that was so awesome going above and beyond for your customers and believe it or not I did need to help but I didn't want to ask anybody to help me so I could see that his face and his words was sincere. The people at the prom rib are awesome

Yelp
I made a reservation, two months before we were due to eat here, for two people, at Prime Rib for 7.30 on Saturday evening to celebrate my husband's birthday. We arrived a couple of hours earlier so we could enjoy the casino. At 7.20 we arrived at Prime Rib to check in for our reservation, there were several parties waiting to be seated. They all got seated and myself and my husband were left waiting. Finally, the maitre'd came to speak to us and told us it would be at least a 20 minute wait before we could be seated. Obviously, we protested with her, stating we had a 7.30 reservation. She asked if we wanted to speak with a manager, which we did. The manager arrived and told us it would be a 30 minute wait as the party they were hoping to leave (so we could be seated) had only just received their entrees - so we knew then that a 30 minute wait was optimistic at best. This was absolutely unacceptable. At this point, we decided to cut our losses and walk away. The birthday dinner I'd planned for my husband, that we were both looking forward to, was absolutely ruined. Genuinely, I can't recall a time where I have ever been so poorly treated by anyone in the hospitality industry. Whilst we stood outside, waiting to be seated, the wait staff admitted several people. I advise everyone to AVOID this restaurant. AVOID, and spend your money in one of the many amazing restaurants that Philadelphia has to offer.

Yelp
The service was outstanding I didn't have reservations, and I still have the best seat in the house , I recommend anything on the menu is delicious! You won't be disappointed!

Yelp
Anniversary weekend, so a special night out at Prime and Live! hotel. Food was very good, and Brianna went out of her way to make it even more so. Little sparkly cake to celebrate!

Yelp
Stopped in for an after dinner drink and dessert. Had the Mixed Berry Cobbler with Vanilla Ice Cream and some Woodford Reserve on the rocks. The cobbler was excellent - warm, well portioned (big enough for two, but manageable for one), perfect texture, and just the right amount of sweetness. The cold vanilla ice cream was a great addition. As for the atmosphere, it's extremely lively. There is live music, tons of patrons (some of whom can get quite rowdy), and the sound of gambling or sports betting is always present. So, if you are looking for a quite or peaceful meal, this is not the place for you. Bottom line - great desserts, good service, atmosphere not for the faint of heart. Recommend.

Yelp
I really like the ambiance and decor of this steakhouse. I wish it was located elsewhere (old location?) I have been a few times on date nights with the wife and really liked their mushroom soup, prime burger and various cuts of their signature steaks.

Shannon E.

Yelp
let me start off by saying I neverrrr leave reviews, but after our dinner tonight, I have to. me and my husband sat at the bar. the bartender, Mike, was awesome. I can't say enough good things about him. The food was exceptional. one of the best steaks I've ever had (the filet Rossini), as well as the lobster. We will definitely be back!!

Yelp
Prime Rib is PERFECTION! I dined at the Rittenhouse location years ago (which has since closed), but I like the Live! Casino location even better. While it definitely is considered upscale dining, it still embodies a down to earth vibe with very friendly staff (Nicole was a phenomenal server) and there are no off-putting restrictions nor dress code like silly Steak 48. Nice pick for date night, but it also has plenty of group dining space (even a private dining area that seats 24 people). SPECIAL DEAL! Be sure to dine Wednesdays 4:30-6:30pm to take advantage of the $1 oysters & $10 wine flight deal (includes Chandon, Veuve & Karanika) which is great because one glass of Prosecco is $11 already. ALL of our menu selections were SUPER SATISFYING: Broiled Salmon, Macadamia-Crusted Chilean Sea Bass, Creamed Spinach & Scalloped Potato Pave. I def have to dine here again because the Truffle Mac & Cheese, Lobster Bisque & Scallops are calling my name. Lol. And the sweetest gesture (pun intended): Our server Nicole surprised us with Mixed Berry Cobbler which was right on time, as we were celebrating my late grandfather's birthday (the universe really be knowing...oh and I told ya she treated us very well so ask for Nicole)! Free parking, however if Live! Casino is charging due to a sports event then no worries, Prime Rib will validate. Kudos to Live! for including Prime Rib as a featured restaurant because they're sure to draw a lot of business!

Yelp
The Prime Rib is a great place for a very nice dinner whether you are playing at The Live Casino or not a gambling person at all! The restaurant offers a classic steakhouse ambiance with exceptional service! Great for date night! What do I recommend? The restaurant's signature namesake Prime Rib w/ some mashed potatoes!

Yelp
I love the atmosphere of this place and the food for the most part was excellent. The $125. bone-in ribeye my husband ordered had great flavor, but was quite chewy. The reason for this lower star review is because the server, Juan, was overly persistent with his up-sell demeanor. It was annoying and frustrating. In fact, up to the very last moment, he pushed and pushed. For example, he asked in the end if we wanted more water and we all declined, but he brought out an additional bottle of sparkling water and tacked on another $8. on the bill. We had finished eating and already had our coffee and dessert. Throughout the meal, he asked me at least 3 times if I wanted a second drink, not only asking but pretty much telling me I needed another one. He suggested a $30. glass of wine for my son because it was his birthday, then repeatedly asked him to have another. His food suggestions were all the most expensive ones on the menu. I was so upset, I ordered the burger. Everyone else followed his lead, because the pressure was heavy! Be advised, order what you want and let this server know you will call him if you need something else. We were a party of 4 and our bill came very close to $700. No comps were used. What could have been a more enjoyable, celebratory dinner was slightly ruined because of his up-selling. It was that much. Perhaps more training is needed? Or, is that the goal of training to up-sell, up-sell, up-sell.

Yelp
Loved the oyster $1 special from 4:30pm to 6:30pm on Wednesdays. Also during this time had $10 champagne flights!
