Great tavern to stop and have some drinks. Sky Very friendly and Beautiful. You should know that the bartender is a Beautiful Lady in a bikini. So the views are scenic. The beers are Ice Cold and the drink selection is large.

A neat little bar with that classic bar feel. Staff are nice, but little bit dissapointed at the prices. Almost 50$ for 2 single shots of non well whiskey, not including tip... can buy a whole bottle for that.

Bartenders only serve me one drink and never ask me if I want other drink while waiting at the table and I even sat at the bar waiting for 20mins, they just walked by like if I wasn’t there and the bar was not busy… bad service at this place wouldn’t recommend it 👎🏼

Update. 2-12-23 Visited with friends on Saturday, February 11th, 2023 around 11:30 PM. Again, we dropped in to play pool while my friends had beers. Employees and other patrons there were just as nice and friendly as last time. I've been to many bars and one of the things that impressed my about this place was how clean the restroom was. Way cleaner than any bar I've ever been in. Keep up the great work. You earned five stars this time for being above and beyond any other bar I've been to. ------ Visited with friends on 10-21-22 around 11:30 PM. We searched Google to find a place with pool tables near us and this location popped up. The Pump Room has four pool tables and just one of them was in use. The pool tables were in good condition.

Great dive bar. The tender..I think her name was Autumn was very skilled, welcoming and patient. My order wasn't a standard drink and she made sure I was happy with it. Definitely will be back as I live very close. Thanks pump room🤟

I always knew what type of bar this was, but never cared to check it out despite passing by it all the time. Finally got around to checking it out recently and will definitely keep this place in rotation now! It's a little on the smaller side, but it certainly has that neighborhood bar vibe. It's divey but nothing wrong with that since I personally enjoy dive bars... Usually anyway. The reason why I'm a fan now is because the drinks are fairly priced! I ordered a couple of Tito's and soda water for me and the homie and when I got the tab I was shocked in a good way. Another big plus is their jukebox and its catalog of music. I listen to "electronic dance music" almost exclusively. I'm using that term as a catch-all for all the EDM subgenres even though I absolutely loathe that term. *Hops off of my high horse* Anyway, I plugged in a few of the bigger artists I assumed would be on there and surprise surprise, they had some decent artists/tracks to choose from! Touch Tunes seems to be the main jukebox at most bars, but Ami has a much better selection of music to choose from, at least for someone like me who doesn't listen to mainstream. Couple downsides. Not that I'm any good at pool (I'm downright awful), but it gets a little awkward when you need to hit the ball where people are sitting. Also with dive bar territory comes dive bar restrooms... Absolutely vile. Someone threw up in the sink when I was there last time and the whole restroom stunk of vomit. Come on bro. You really couldn't make it to the toilet which was like, what, 1 foot away from the sink? Some rookie type shit. I will definitely be back at some point, just trying to chill on the drinking for a little while!

I love the pump room , this place has been here for a long time and for good reason , it's a nice place to get a drink and enjoy yourself with fellow citizens. I've been in here may times and have had a great time here drinking some cold beers and enjoying the people and the service which is always fast and friendly.

Good bar to relax for a few hours and watch some sports games. The bartenderettes here are pretty and cool vibes.

++ You can just tell this place is absolutely well managed. + The beer are iced cold and there's a large selection of liquor and seltzer. Big shout out that they do carry Miller High Life, that I usually got Michelada with and it just tastes delicious. + There is no food just chips; yet you can order some light food to eat here and there's sometimes a taco stand at night. + The bartenders are all babe and friendly. Follow their instagram to know which girl is working that day. Tips: sit at the bar where you can see the lower mirror and thank me later! + Close to the freeway so I usually stop by here to avoid traffic hours. + Great atmosphere to you can watch football, play pool or just have couple beers and bomb the Jukebox with your music(nobody know). ** And girls need drinks too! Guys are focused on the bikini bartenders so girls won't feel creeped out here. -- There used to be a super hot manager working on Thursday morning shift that I had to visit from time to time. Try to get his number but he was just iced cold like the beer he served. His smile was warm though. Sadly he's not there anymore.

The pump room ROCKS! They have all the delicious beers that you want and the staff is top notch. Very friendly and just real, not like the other types of bars in their genre.

I can't thank Joe at The Pump Room enough for going above and beyond to help me when I thought I lost my wedding ring. I was sure I took it off while shooting pool, but he took the time to sit down with me and go through multiple camera angles. Together, we confirmed that I had the ring on the entire time and left the bar with it. This level of care and effort was so reassuring and ultimately helped me narrow down where I last had it, leading to me finding it. Incredible customer service and kindness--I'll definitely be back. Thank you again!

OVERCHARGED! They lied saying we didn't tip enough and to "never come back!" ENTITLED to say 30% tip is not enough! Maybe the tip wasn't enough because they purposely overcharged. I know how much we drank. This isn't Vegas!!! Exorbitant prices for such a dump! We also heard them chasing other guys into the parking lot too. Skip this place!

Drinks are good the bartenders are even better! Mandy was so hot/fun/sexy/cool. I will definitely be back for another Shirley temple.

Was looking up pool and billiards in Orange area and this place came up so I said let's try it. Worst mistake. The girls last night 3/29/24 was the worst bartenders to ever step behind the bar. Instead of seeing if we wanted drinks they was to worried about whatever social media they was on. I had to ask her three times for a shot and I finally got it (smh). They kept hugging and talking to people they knew. At least they had the Dodger game on, but overall I'm not going back!

The food and drinks are pretty good. The service is good. The vibes are cool. Overall, I like it here.

I am originally from San Diego and recently moved to the Tustin area. In search of bars, I came across this gem one day while searching through yelp. I will admit that I was hesitant at first due to some of the reviews I read on here. However, I am glad that I gave this place a shot. Let me start off by saying that the lovely ladies bartending here have been amazing every time I come here. Respect them, and they will respect you. Don't be a creep. The beers here are ICE cold, just the way a beer should be at any good bar. They do play sports here on the TV and they also have music you can play through their touch tunes juke box. They do not serve food here but so sell small bags of kettle chips. However, they are open to letting you order food to be delivered there long as you clean up after yourself. Overall, I have fallen in love with this bar. I have and will always recommend this bar to anyone who is looking for a bar they can relax at.

Great hole in the wall bar. Stiff drinks and if you take care of the bartenders, they'll take care of you. Been here since a few years back. Jayme is awesome! So is Melanie, Chandra, Sona. Great job ladies! Oh, free popcorn! And you can also bring your own food (clean after yourself). They have 3 bar size pool tables. Touchstones jukebox, a bunch of TVs. Full liquor license. Mostly chill people so if you're looking for your frat bar, nope, this isn't it. Come with good vibes, stumble your way out with a smile.

It's a basic sports bar. Mostly only men with the only eye candy being the bartenders. No food here, just drinks.

For the record, I would like to declare that it was not my decision to come here. My group and I were nearby at the Block for Happy Hour. A part of the group wanted to play Pool, a part of the group wanted to drink more and even if they did not admit it, a part of the group wanted eye candy. I was in it for the cheap 50cent pool and the booze. The Pump Room has a decent bar, a few TV screens, 3 pool tables (50 cents/game) and FRESH POPCORN!! The complimentary fresh popcorn was probably the most exciting thing for me here. I had my own popcorn basket. The workers were so incredibly nice so my popcorn was getting refilled with fresh buttery delicious popcorn all night long. This is pretty smart since the buttery salted popcorn makes you thirsty and then you want to drink more. The drinks are not too impressive. Our Adios ($11/each) were on the weak side. The pool tables are pretty old, but what do you expect for 50cent pool. I think it is good enough for those of us who are not professionals. My group seemed to have a good time. This is definitely not somewhere I would come alone or anything, but I felt pretty safe with 6 guys to guard me. I came for the cheap 50cent pool and the booze, but I would come back for that incredibly buttery fresh popcorn. Mhmmmm... popcornnnnn... **insert emoji with heart eyes here**

Wow! Enough said! This place is the epitome of a dive sports bar. It's dark, dank, and the bar staff is out of this world. It's a good thing I don't live nearby. This place makes paychecks disappear.

Been wanting to visit this spot for years. Happy I finally made it, and am definitely planning on coming back. Came in on a Wednesday night, while it was not totally packed but still fairly busy. Carli was the only bartender working that night, and she made sure everyone in the whole bar was taken care of. All the patrons seemed like they were having a fun, chill time. As a Pump Room newbie, Carli made me feel welcome, not to mention mixed up a few great Tom Collins drinks! Next time I'd like to bring a friend and play some pool. Don't hesitate to give this place a try. I can see why it's an OC classic!

Nice location to my house. The service is top notch, girls are certainly attentive. The fellow patrons also make for a great visit. I was new to the area and searched pool tables, was unaware what a bikini or dive bar was. Who doesn't like too look at a pretty girl whilst having a few drinks. No complaints other than wish I found sooner.

Been a year since i've been here. One night after a long day of work. I head about this bar from a friend so i came & had a couple beers. Great bar! Great service! It was a slow night i think... oh but the bartender girl was cool tho! She's really fast & efficient! I believe her name is Kendra?? Yaa.. she's a really good worker & fast. Efficient in other words! Excellent!

Came here on fight night because it was the only night place I could find that was open and free entry , during covid. I live in LA and drove about 45 mins to get there. It was sooooooo crazy packed there wasn't even standing room and not a single person (except me) was wearing a mask. I wish there was a pandemic because it seemed like it would've been fun. I left as soon as I got there because of the crowd....

Not sure what to rate as this is my first time here. However, as soon as I wakes in I was met with a weird smell. Best I can describe it would be wet dog, forgotten wet clothes, feet and rear end. Other than that the bartender was quick to serve a beer. The vibe seems chill. Kind of place to wind down after a work day.

One of my favorite place to come for a drink. Angelica is awesome and is in top of her game. Normally come on Saturdays. She sees us and knows what we want. I really like all the variety of sports they have and everywhere there's a tv. Also I like how the female restroom is always clean. No to mention they have good popcorn. Please thank Angelica for being such a kick ass on Saturdays! She makes sure everyone is taken care of

Im Michael I have gone here for several months to get drinks. usually the service is friendly if a bit slow sometimes. the girls are always very nice. tonight I went there in a workout tank and when I sat down this guy behind the bar told me I needed a shirt with full coverage. I had to laugh because I had worn it there before several times with no incident and yet tonight it was a problem. a place that has girls in skimpy bikinis somehow has an issue because my shirt was too small. maybe they thought it somehow distracted from the girls idk but it kind of soured my experience. anyways that was my two cents.

I walked in and I've been sitting here now for 15 minutes, nobody has acknowledged me even though I've gestured for a drink. Complete waste of time and a drive....stuck up chicks behind the bar! Horrible service! Highly don't recommend!!!

While the concept sounded fun we all were highly disappointed by how rude the staff was. We came here after a convention with a group of 6 people and were ready to kick-off the evening here and spend a quite a lot. We got quickly turned down by the waitresses attitude and not even caring about clients and us, instead they were more worried about taking care about their hair. We got 1 drink each and quickly left right after.

Love this place. Great vibes and perfect to watch a game or race while playing billiards.

This is definitely a dive bar, but it's still one that I (as a female) feel comfortable going to. There's a mix of young and old people here but everyone is always nice (no stupid drama or fighting) the bar back Sean is always moving and busting his ass to get whatever people need (toilet paper, seat covers, chairs, ice, glasses...) he's super nice and helpful. And Melanie was our bartender tonight and she not only remembered our drinks (yeah I know that's what they're supposed to do) but she checks in, makes sure everyone is having fun and just enjoys working. I love the mix of people the mix of fun. And great music!! Yes yes the people that come here pick the music but tonight they picked a mix of oldies, rap, country & laid back enjoy it all type of music. Thank you!!! Went back to the pump room to play pool with my lovely husband and our friends and had another amazing time!! The "bar back"/"bouncer" Jimmy was absolutely amazing! He helped everyone

Man. This guy tonight was a hero. This group of stolen valor keyboard warriors came in here with some OBVIOUSLY fake credentials. The bouncer was so on top of it. He asked these fakers what their job was and they had no clue. They gave him an obscure city as a response to what their MOS was. For civilians, MOS is a military occupational specialty which should be something like avionics specialist or bulk fuel specialist. These dudes had no answer. They were also obviously 15. As a veteran, this is the spot. Also, order at least 3 chuck Norris shots from Andrea.

I wish there more bars like this. Great environment and the drinks are stern, but fair.
