Where to Find Food and Drink Deals During the Nationals’ World Series Run | Eater DC

"I order the gin “7th Inning Stretch” cocktail, which features the Nationals’ logo spelled in foam, book a $75-per-person cabinet room to watch the game with Maryland crab cakes and ginger-flavored popcorn available, or splurge on an overnight package with transport, a beer bucket, and a park-approved backpack of baseball treats." - Tierney Plumb

I walked in the building was nice and clean Mr.Will Allen greeted me and offered me something to drink and a pastry invited me to sit down gave me the option to say whether I want a balcony or without a balcony he was so pleasant and kind and friendly and showed me the apartment stepped out. Let me take pictures and videos explaining me how to process went. I really appreciate that The halls was nice and clean everyone was gentle and pleasant. A housekeeping services was nice. I definitely will love to be a tenant and I felt safe I’m pleased with everything thanks.

I am considering relocating to the area for new job and decided to check out the Quill on a whim quiet late in the day as a walk-in. I was unsure if I would get a tour without a scheduled appointment but Will Leonard Allen Jr. was so enthusiatic and excited to take me and my aunt on an extended tour throughout the building. He was informative, funny, and overall awesome. I was absolutely impressed by everything this apartment complex had to offer. The lobby area and amenities are incredible. The whole building is well kept, the gated parking garage is very easy accessible from the street yet incredibly secure and safe. The rooms were fantastic. I am very excited to join The Quill. Having amazing people like Will at these apartment complexes helps distinguish the Quill from the rest! Thanks again Will! Hope to make the Quill my new home!

Had an amazing tour today with Will! The units are beautiful and I will be signing my lease shortly. The amenities and everything was great. Can’t wait to move in !

I recently toured the area last week and the complex looked great. All the common areas really had a nice cozy feel to it. Also the gym has a squat rack and a stair master which is rare! Simone showed me around, answered all my questions, and made it a great tour. The rooftop area gives a pretty great view of the city skyline. The picture won't do it justice, trust me. I toured four models and they were all obviously very well done with great features and touches. I would suggest touring now since they'll have open units to show and you can see different models up close and not just from the website's blue prints. I ended up applying for a model I didn't consider online but once I saw it in person, it was just right for what I need.

Took my tour from Will Leonard throughout the premises. He was very professional and courteous and informative about the significance of the housing market space. Highly recommend checking out the community if you are looking for a new place to move out in Baltimore.

I have now been a resident of The Quil for a little over a month and I am in love with not just my unit but the staff. Will in particular went above and beyond with my move in process. I had a very untraditional move and he ensured I had a smooth transition. The leasing office staff can make or break a tenants living experience and I must say Will is an amazing asset to the Quil!

The secretary Will is absolutely wonderful! He’s very professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond to help residents with any questions or issues. His quick responses and positive attitude make moving here a breeze. It’s rare to find someone so organized and genuinely caring —he truly keeps the place running smoothly!

Beautiful building, unrivaled amenities, great staff. I toured a month ago, Marion and Simone were awesome. Very quiet building, rare for new construction, neighborhood is sleepy, casual. Great Gym, Pool, Outdoor Space, interior space, business center, game room you want to play in, lounge areas you actually want to lounge in. Rooftop barbeque, with 3 lounge spaces and 2 TVs plus 360 degree views of Baltimore which is a shockingly pretty skyline. One negative is McComas, the closest access to 95 is like driving in Beirut, but that's on BMore not the building.

Yelp
The apartment that I am renting is expensive (around $3,800). However, it has issues with drain flies, roaches, centipedes, and spiders. The worst thing is that management does not do anything in order to solve the issue. They are only interested in collecting the monthly rent and not providing a good service. I would not recommended it at all. The worst apartment I have ever lived in!
