The Quill by Alta

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of touring this property and we loved it, from the location to the amenities! We toured on a weekday and it was very quiet, and we had the chance to also see the residents actually move around, and also use the different amenities. I think this is a great place for anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful and relaxing environment especially if you also work from home. In addition, I’d like to say a huge thank you to Will, he was kind and took the time to show us around the building and answered all of our questions! He’s excellent.

I just moved in, and I have to say it's nice living in a place that accomodates it's residents so well rather than the other way around. Everything is really well thought out. I can focus on my career and goals without planning around any inconveniences related to my living situation. The building is extremely impressive, everything is super clean, and I dont hear my neighbors very often. The amenities make the place feel like a resort. It was a pleasure meeting with Nicole and Will. They are very kind and professional, and I didn't have any questions they couldn't answer. They are definitely on top of things.

I’ve toured a lot of apartments in MD over the past few months and then I went to the Fells Point area, and toured The Quill by Alta. The Quill by Alta is easily one of the best I have seen. The building is beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with amenities that truly feel elevated rather than just “standard.” Will and Deja made the entire experience exceptional. They were welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right apartment. Their energy and professionalism set the tone for the whole tour. Huge shoutout as well to the maintenance team—during the tour they friendly, and they clearly take pride in keeping the property in top shape. The Quill by Alta stands out because the people running it make you feel taken care of from day one. Highly recommend! Looking forward to January 2026 when I am able to move in.

I am considering relocating to the area for new job and decided to check out the Quill on a whim quiet late in the day as a walk-in. I was unsure if I would get a tour without a scheduled appointment but Will Leonard Allen Jr. was so enthusiatic and excited to take me and my aunt on an extended tour throughout the building. He was informative, funny, and overall awesome. I was absolutely impressed by everything this apartment complex had to offer. The lobby area and amenities are incredible. The whole building is well kept, the gated parking garage is very easy accessible from the street yet incredibly secure and safe. The rooms were fantastic. I am very excited to join The Quill. Having amazing people like Will at these apartment complexes helps distinguish the Quill from the rest! Thanks again Will! Hope to make the Quill my new home!

William at The Quill by Alta has been amazing from start to finish. From our first visit and home tour through the entire move-in process, he was friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about his job. He worked closely with us through each step, making everything smooth and stress-free. The community itself has great amenities, easy access, and very clean, well-maintained common areas. So far, living here has been a great experience with a welcoming and comfortable feel.

Had an amazing tour today with Will! The units are beautiful and I will be signing my lease shortly. The amenities and everything was great. Can’t wait to move in !

Will Allen was beyond helpful and heard what we were looking for and knew exactly which layout to show us! He took his time explaining all parts of the building even if it was something that we wouldn’t use just to make sure he covers his ground and that we are aware. He took care of all our concerns and radiated positive energy making us even more comfortable with the thought of moving here. A beautiful complex with amazing management. Thank you Will!

Will is an outstanding leasing professional and made the entire process smooth, professional, and stress-free. From the very first interaction, he was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right place. He took the time to answer every question thoroughly, explained all options clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. His concern for clients, professionalism, and friendly demeanor truly set him apart. He even offered me a bottle of water twice, which says a lot about the kind of cool, thoughtful person he is. The apartment that I am renting is expensive (around $3,800). However, it has issues with drain flies, roaches, centipedes, and spiders. The worst thing is that management does not do anything in order to solve the issue. They are only interested in collecting the monthly rent and not providing a good service. I would not recommended it at all. The worst apartment I have ever lived in!
