Where to Find Super Bowl Specials Around Denver | Eater Denver

"No matter the team, all football fans are invited to nurse the post-season blues and a couple of beers at the Boulder bar Rackhouse. Throw on “loser gear” and play bingo, enter a trash-talking contest, or devour the wing buffet. Free and open to the public." - Camila Navarrette

Eaten here several times. Walked over from the nearby park this time—really made me notice how important location is. Tried a new cheesy, stretchy dish, good; took some to go. Spicy Buffalo Chicken was nice too. Had two 1792 Sours, which were great. Will return—lovely atmosphere, with people celebrating an anniversary when we were there.

Wow! What a fantastic place and with awesome lake and sunset views! All the food was delicious and fresh! Fried pickles, hummus/chips/salsa, Cajun chicken pasta were very nice. The desserts were exceptional- whiskey bread pudding and chocolate cake. The views are amazing, get there before sunset to get the best view. The service was super friendly, quick and courteous. The bar drinks were super nice! Spicy Paloma, Basil Hayden Old fashioned 🥂

They pay attention to detail in service and food. Food is excellent, so are the drinks. This place is all about quality, I love it. We've been there a couple of times when it wasn't too busy, so take this following comment for what it is....... the waiters are on point and the service is faster than in many restaurants. Honestly it's pleasure to visit this location because of the quality and attention to detail on all fronts. They also Guinness on tap!

We arrived about 7:30 on a Thursday night. Greeted and seated immediately. We requested 3 Moscow mules made with @NeftVodka and they started making them within 5 minutes. The Rackhouse Burger with sweet potato fries was excellent. The brisket grilled cheese with the same fries also great. The fried pickles and jalapeno basket is a “must order” item. The remodel on this place was great. Nice patio, lots of flat screens inside to watch events. Truly very happy we stopped in. Definitely coming back.

We visited The Rackhouse last weekend and enjoyed a beautiful evening out on the patio watching the sunset over the lake. Nice breeze and great atmosphere to relax. Ordered a few drinks which were excellent. The Stuffed Shrimp were amazing and The Oklahoma Smash Burger was delicious. Enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend.

Breathtaking views and delicious eats at The Rack House! We timed our dinner perfectly for sunset, and the outdoor seating area was perfect for capturing amazing photos. The menu was tasty, and the queso was a highlight! Our server was top-notch, attentive, and made our experience even better. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, so you can choose your preferred vibe. Highly recommend for a great meal and stunning views! 🌅👌

I liked the vibe and atmosphere. The patio was nice. Lots of kids on the patio which is great for families. It's more casual than expected. I appreciate that it is a scratch kitchen. When we arrived late in the afternoon there was plenty of seating and no one to greet us. The hostess came over after a few minutes and didn't know how to do her main job, hosting and being welcoming. The waitress was brand new and did her best. The food was good but not great. I'm planning on giving it another chance. *Kids menu is only on line

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were greeted by owners Rob and Amy, who gave us a warm welcome and a tour of this hidden gem overlooking Lake Lewisville—and let me tell you, the view alone is worth the visit. Drinks hit the table fast, and after a long day podcasting at DFW distilleries, my wife ordered the “Smash That” bourbon cocktail, while I cooled off with a bold and refreshing Texas Mule. Both hit the spot. Then came the Hillview Court Bean Dip—courtesy of Rob and Amy—and it was smashing delicious. Rich, flavorful, and the perfect start to the meal. I went with a perfectly seared prime ribeye, served with fresh veggies and a crisp salad. Cooked just right, packed with flavor. My wife ordered the Thai Shrimp Tacos, and that sauce? It made them pop—a spicy-sweet punch that brought the dish to life. We closed the night with homemade cheesecake and their decadent bourbon bread pudding—a dessert pairing that could make a grown man tear up. And to finish? A pour of Eagle Rare 12 Year while the sun dipped behind the lake—a true Texas sunset, a full belly, and great company. That’s what I call an amazing night. The live music was the perfect match for the setting—local artists with a little blues in their soul, laid-back and smooth, filling the lakeside air without ever overpowering the moment. If you’re a whiskey lover like Big Chief, this place is a must—whether you’re from the DFW area or just passing through. Hands down the best bourbon bar in Dallas. – Mike “Big Chief” Hiatt The Whiskey Trip Podcast

Yelp
We have ordered "to go" orders before but first time dining in the restaurant. We started with the cauliflower and pickle/jalepeno appetizers. Both were well seasoned and great on taste (didn't get a picture. I ordered the protein plate with salmon. It came with squash side with rice. FIavor was there, cooked just right. Derek was our server and was on point for everything. Ask for him if you visit. The restaurant is family friendly, not too crowded for a Sunday night but really felt like home. Bar was stocked with a lot of bourbon and whiskey (my favorite).

Yelp
We always enjoy coming here when we're in town. The service has always been really good and the views can't be beat. They do have happy hour, typically from 4 to 7 most days. Because we were having dinner during this time. I took advantage of a buffalo trace old-fashioned ($10). For my entrée, I opted for the Monte Cristo with a side Caesar salad. The salad was nice and fresh and was not overly dressed. The Montecristo was fried perfectly. I really enjoyed my meal.

Yelp
Sat at the bar, service was awesome Location is awesome too Blue moon draft 9$ tall Had mid day beer with snacks, not the best ... Loaded Cheese fries $9 not the best cheese fries I have had. More sour cream fries barely any cheese. Caesar salad wasn't Ceaser dressing more like an Italian dressing that was disappointing. Great atmosphere and people. Will come back and try another time.

Yelp
Got to stop by here for a late night weekday day date night and it was perfect. I wish I got the name of our waitress, but she was so great! She had awesome recommendations, was so easy to talk to, and just overall a great human being to interact with. We shared the fried jalapeños and pickles (YUM), the meatloaf, and the bread pudding. The appetizer was much larger than we anticipated, so even for two people sharing be mindful that it's a lot of food. The meatloaf comes with two generous sides, and for my first time trying meatloaf it didn't disappoint. The star of the show was truly the bread pudding. 6 stars, and by far the best bread pudding I've ever had! Perfect flavors (we are big bread pudding fans and get it anywhere that has it on their menu) and I'm coming Back here just for dessert!

Yelp
Really wanted to like this place. I was excited about the reviews on Yelp and the food looked good. My husband and I were in town for our anniversary and gave it a try. Let's start with the view from the patio, it was amazing. We ate inside but had a view. The patio by the way looked great, they had the misting fans and a great view. The drinks and food, however, was a let down. I ordered the tropical paradise my husband ordered the buffalo old fashion. My drink was ok but my husband thought his was the worse he has had; he gets one at every resturant we eat at. Then there was the food. My husband had the chicken fried steak with potatoes and mac & cheese. While the steak was big it was not well seasoned. The mac wasnt cheesy and the potatoes while of only had a hint of the garlic they were supposed to have. I ordered a smash burger with cheddar and bacon. The veggies on the burger were fresh and crisp, and overall wasnt a bad burger just pretty bland. However, it was a good size and very filling I just wish they wld have added at least salt and pepper to the patties.

Yelp
This place is such a gem! We drive by here all the time but was so pleased when we actually had dinner here. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. On Fridays they have live music. I ended up having a little birthday dinner here and everyone loved it! Surrounded my good company, friendly service, live music and a sunset overlooking the lake -- simply amazing! (See attached pictures for said sunset and patio lol)

Yelp
The Rackhouse nailed it. The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor -- definitely worth loosening the belt for. The service was quick and friendly, even with a packed house. Ambiance has that cozy-but-lively bar vibe, with TVs and music that make it feel fun without being overwhelming. Perfect spot for hanging out with friends and grabbing a great me

Yelp
What a great gem for lunch with a lake view! Beautiful ambiance, light, bright, and did I mention the peaceful lake view? The lunch menu had something for everyone and even gluten-free options. The portion sizes were generous and a great value. They also had an unexpected bonus - complimentary Blue Moon special tasting today to round out our meal. Our server was super-attentive with ice tea and water refills, and checked in regularly with us and patiently helped recommend the most popular appetizers for us to choose from. We had the fried pickles and jalapenos with three dipping sauces and could not finish it all between the two of us. The shrimp salad had lots of shrimp and beautifully presented. Sorry I forgot to take a photo of it. The chicken fried chicken was juicy and the jalapeno cream sauce was delicious. The side of mashed potatoes was also yummy and a nice lighter, flavorful change from traditional lumpy gravy usually served at other restaurants. The Nashville rub hot wings were large-sized and tender. The side of fresh celery and ranch went well with it. Thank you, JT, for the tour of the upstairs private room with attached bar and private patio which is an ideal space to rent for parties and meetings with the crystal chandeliers, big screen from 4 large screens mounted together, and a wall of glass fold up doors for an indoor-outdoor feel to admire the lake. We are looking forward to planning a birthday or anniversary party or group meeting or social event there. Can't wait to come back for dinner for the live music and sunset views too!

Yelp
I recently visited with my family on a Sunday for dinner. There was no wait to be seated. They had a couple large parties so it was pretty loud in there. They have a wonderful patio but we couldn't sit out there because it's planned to rain. We had a great server. She was new but still very helpful & had good knowledge of the menu. My meal could've come with pasta or potatoes & she made the perfect recommendation. I was glad I went with the pasta. We got nachos for an appetizer. They were good but not enough for a table of 6. Everyone loved their food. I tried the French fries too & would probably go back just for them. We didn't order drinks but the drink menu looked really good! My only menu suggestion would be an update on the desserts. They weren't overly interesting. I don't live close so I probably won't go often but I do look forward to going back in the future, especially on a good day to sit on the patio. I would recommend checking out The Rackhouse!

Yelp
Went here today with my Family. Manager Josh needs more training. 1) he forgot to bring out condiments after being asked repeatedly 2) did not provide refills for tables without a male guest present 3) did not engage in conversation with tables without a male guest 4) did not greet or thank parties without a male guest present I am seeing a pattern here. Shameful.

Yelp
We checked out The Rackhouse a second time after a disappointing first visit. To our surprise, we were delighted with the food options, live music, service, and management. We went on a Saturday when they had a guitarist/singer perform. He was amazing. Sadly, there weren't many people on the patio supporting him. Check The Rackhouse out on a Friday or Saturday evening for live music and a great view of the lake. There are space heaters propped along the tables to keep you warm this winter. We tried Berry Me Please, Fried Pickles and Jalapeños, Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Ribeye, and Sloppy Sundae. Hands down, the Fried Pickles and Jalapeños were the best item of the night. Second would be the Sloppy Sundae. The Ribeye didn't have enough marbling so it was a bit tough. My husband really enjoyed the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Make sure you get it with the sauce so it's not too dry. The staff is great and the general manager and store manager are awesome. We'll be back!

Yelp
I was recently looking for a restaurant with private seating for a small (13 person) family Christmas gathering, including dinner and a White Elephant gift exchange. I submitted the request form on The Rackhouse's website and immediately received a canned response that they were working on another event, also providing some more things to consider - things like menu selection and things like that. I actually appreciated this email and its contents, even if it was an auto reply! The private room upstairs sounded great but was really too big for our small group - we wouldn't order enough to reach the minimum spend but now I want to find a larger part and use that space! Amy quickly reached out to me to discuss my request. After a couple emails she called me to answer any questions and nail down any details. There is a room just off of the main dining room that they use for a semi-private space. There are a couple ways that the room can be arranged based on wants and needs. Amy was very accommodating, even thinking to include an extra table for the gifts so we don't have to fit everything on the dinner tables. My husband and I decided to have dinner there to see if the food would be something the others ("picky eaters") would like before pulling the trigger and booking the space. We had dinner the next night and afterwards I immediately booked the space! Turns out there will be a couple of parties in that space at the same time but Amy assured me that will not be an issue. We are so excited to introduce our families to something new! We met JT, the manager on duty, and discussed room setup with him for a bit as well. When we asked about the menu he said that the Buffalo Chicken Dip appetizer was his favorite appetizer - maybe of all time - so we began with that. It was very flavorful without being too spicy to enjoy. We both loved it!! We chose the naan bread to go with the dip. Chips are the other option. I also ordered one of their Summer Cocktails, the "Berry Me Please." It consisted of Bacardi, Simple Syrup, Fresh Lime Juice, Black Raspberry Liquor, Blackberries and Mint. Since it was in the Summer menu I'm not sure if it is still available but if it is - get it!! Yum!! A restaurant owner/chef we know told us once that his test of a new restaurant is the cheeseburger. He said that if they mess up a cheeseburger that they are less likely to do other things well. Rich has taken this to heart and he ordered the Rackhouse Smash Burger. He thought it was great - it is definitely on my list of things to try! The fries were very tasty as well. I ordered the Baked Stuffed Shrimp. There were 5 good sized shrimp with quite a bit of stuffing. Both the shrimp and the stuffing were outstanding! The shrimp wasn't overcooked at all and stood up to the delicious stuffing. This will be included as I build my rotation of meals I like for sure. The dish comes with yellow rice pilaf and sautéed veggies. I substituted mac & cheese for the rice and kept the veggies. If I have any less positive feedback at all, it is that in my opinion, the veggies were a little overcooked. I prefer a bit of crunch - or at least a "bite" to them that was lacking. Instead, they were a bit mushy. I might try them once more to see if this was a one time experience or if it is just how they cook them, in which case I'll simply substitute something else going forward. No dessert for us this trip - we both had hearty sized to go boxes and couldn't handle another bite! As we ate, we could hear JT visiting the other tables, asking how things were and conversing about how the diners had heard about The Rackhouse. That is always good to see and hear - it shows me the restaurant family cares about the opinions and feedback from the guests. Finally, I have to say that Amy was wonderful to work with!! The Rackhouse is locally owned and she and her husband are a couple of the owners. Amy gave me a little history of the building's past (dive bar) and also said to try and time our visits to see the sunset. One entire side of the restaurant is garage doors and the sunset is supposed to be really amazing. Unfortunately for us, we went on a cloudy day so there was no sunset to be seen (but be sure to check out the sunset photos others have posted on Yelp!) but we did move the time of our party up a bit in the hope that the skies will be clear that day. We are both looking forward to enjoying the food and experience either the family. Fingers crossed for clear skies but even if we don't have them I think the food and overall environment are good enough to stand on their own!

Yelp
Upon arrival we were met by a host ? "impersonal girl(big) " who said ALL PATIO seating was for 6 and there was no places for "just two". We almost left because she was rude but Bailey saved the day and was awesome! The food was great also! Remove the host and you've really got something there.

Yelp
My Girlfriend and I made two visits since they opened. The first visit they were busy and the outside was full so we sat inside. The second visit we requested and got the outside as it was not as busy when we went during the week. We also got live music when we were seated outside and it was a little loud to hear each other talk. However, if you were going to hear the live music then it isn't an issue. The server was very attentive and helpful on the first visit BUT the food came out very slow and the stuffed shrimp was cold so not great. The second visit the service was not as attentive for ordering and refills on drinks but the food did come out promptly after ordering. My girlfriend loves a good gin and tonic and she ordered the house gin. We didn't ask what the house gin is and assumed a more generic brand. The Rackhouse is fancy and the house gin is Aviation. She is not a fan of Aviation as it is very heavy on the elderberry and very fruity shall we say. So if you are more a fan of say Tanqueray you should be sure to ask specifically and not get the house that is Aviation. For the first visit i had the Ribeye. The steak was really good as well as the mashed potatoes. The only complaint was it was a very small serving of the mashed potatoes as a side and the steak as well for the price. Potatoes are cheap so could have been a second scoop. The side salad was very good and i really like the croutons. The Stuffed shrimp was stated to be really good all the way around except for coming out cold. The bread pudding was good and the sauce on it was very good. And was a solid dessert all the way around. On the second trip I had the Country Fried Steak with the Jalapeño Gravy and did the Mac and cheese with bacon. The gravy was very interesting with a little spice to it but not hot. The country fried steak was solid but not the best or worst i have ever had so it is a good choice if you like Country Fried steak. The Mac and Cheese was the same but you can never go wrong with bacon on anything. The outside patio is great so if looking for a good outdoor venue they should be on the top of the list. The food is very good as well so you should come try them.

Yelp
Love this place! The food is always great and the staff is friendly. Bonus view of the lake!

Yelp
The Rackhouse was a pleasant surprise. Although family friendly it has a very clean upscale bar like atmosphere, with nice views of the lake and a nice patio for warm weather. Plenty of Tvs to view sporting events. Wait staff was friendly. The biggest surprise was the food. I got the chicken fried steak. It was truly TEXAS SIZED. Tender flavorful and Huge. Will definitely be back. Congrats on revamping this Colony restaurant.

Yelp
The food seemed like it was frozen then heated up. The waiter seemed young and new so I don't blame her but she recommended some things that weren't good. Overall I just wouldn't come back. Nice views from outside but patio seating is booked up for large parties it seems so you really can't even see a view from outside.
google avatar

Sheena L.

Yelp
First time here since they changed into this new spot and it's definitely much better than whatever restaurant it was before. The atmosphere is great and staff is wonderful! Our waitress was really nice and so was the bartender. We actually got pretty full on the buffalo chicken dip so we had some left overs but food was good. Really loved the dip! We'll be coming back.

Yelp
This is such a cool place It doesn't look like much from the parking lot We pulled up midday midweek We opted to eat on the patio as the weather was beautiful The view of the lake is surprisingly breathtaking We had a great waiter but forgot her name My friend is gluten free and she went back to check on menu items. She was able to advise her on menu items that were gluten free. It was a really nice meal. I def will like to visit again at night on one of their live music nights.

Yelp
We went back last night, many months after our first visit, and had a much better experience. They now have a kids meal - score! The kids burger was huge for the price. They don't have a printed menu so it's either verbal or you have to hunt around on the website. I wish they had a coloring sheet kids menu. The spicy chicken sandwich was phenomenal. The nachos were good/different. The fried pickle/jalapenos were so crunchy and served with 3 different sauces. We were seated upstairs which has a nice quiet vibe with 1 giant TV and 2 smaller ones. Waitress was attentive and friendly. Glad to have come back!

Yelp
Came here for brunch one Saturday and was able to sit out on the covered patio with a beautiful view of Lewisville lake. The drinks were strong (got a Bloody Mary). Food was decent (got the chicken fried steak). The potatoes were a little dry but not complaining here. lol. Our server was so very sweet and helpful. She made our visit very pleasant!

Yelp
I wish I had taken pictures of our drinks because they were delicious. This is a great place to sit on the patio and enjoy the scenery this summer with great cocktails and delicious food. The service was awesome and the food was quick!

Yelp
We really enjoyed this place! The waiter and the manager were very polite and friendly! The food was very flavorful and the ambiance was pretty cool! We will definitely be back!

Yelp
Just want to start off by saying I'm really looking forward to coming back. The building was a restaurant in the past but seems to have been redone. The building style itself is different than any other and front door is on the far right of the building which is a different but I really liked the ambience inside. Felt rustic modern, if that's a thing. We sat at the bar which I uncharacteristically chose. I'm a bit wider and the chairs fit me great and most importantly, there was a foot rest so you don't have to tuck your feet under your chairs. Not sure why this is so hard for bars to figure out but Rackhouse nailed it. I had the Black Forrest jam sandwich. It was EXCELLENT, great flavors, bread was toasted perfectly and it came out really hot and fresh. Honestly the star of the dinner was the fries. You can't find double fried fries worth a dang in DFW and these were perfect. If everything else was terrible you'd still come for the fries. That's the good part. The wife had the tenders and fries. You can see in the pic that they looked terribly overdone. And they were in fact not hot and pretty dry. They tasted as though the fry oil was not properly rotated. Older oil adds a specific taste which can be masked with sauces, but not plain breaded tenders. Unfortunately her fries were so cold they had to be sent back. Totally the opposite of mine but they made it right w fresh ones. Should have said something about the tenders but 1 complaint is enough . The bartender, whose name I didn't catch was great, friendly, informative, attentive even while busy. Couldn't ask for better service. Next time will likely get the 'Powerhouse plate' with salmon. One went by and it looked bububububomb.

Yelp
What a wonderful surprise. After being vacant for several years, the space has been totally renovated and upgraded. The food was delicious. I was originally all set for the Philly but when the waiter told me about jalapeño cream soup I just had to try that. The brisket grilled cheese was toasted perfectly and paired well with the dipping sauce. They have an extensive drink menu with lots of local bourbons and a $30 Old Fashioned that sounds decadent. I think I'll stick to the Happy Hour wine... Live Music on the patio Friday & Saturday nights. I could see Drake Milligan playing in his old stomping grounds to a sold out crowd. The view of the lake at sunset must be amazing I can't wait to come back and explore the rest of the menu
google avatar

David L.

Yelp
Saw this place opened recently and decided to stop by to check it out. Apparently it's only been open for 2 weeks and is still soft opening. Could've fooled me as the menu was large and place was getting some decent traffic!! Ambiance was modern feeling. Very open and cool large outdoor patio. Great view of the lake at sunset and really beautiful. I heard they'll have the 2nd floor open soon... View must be amazing there. Service at the beginning was a bit meh as I don't think we had a waiter/waitress. Flagged down one of them and she was super apologetic and sure took great care of us through the rest of the meal. Food: this is where I felt mixed. Expensive for what it was + Fried cheese was the highlight. Perfect crisp and cheese pulls = Rackhouse salad with salmon was good, but again pricey for what it was - Ribeye was very tender... But almost too soft as I think they over sous vide it. Actually lost the marbling and was almost stringy. Seasoning was a bit light as well. = Sangria was good Overall, cool place with a lot of potential. I'll probably come back for the appetizers but skip the mains.

Lesley C.

Yelp
The restaurant was super cute! Our server was ok. Not as attentive as I would have anticipated. The food was ok. Not good enough for us to go back or recommend. The meals did not deliver as the description listed. The sandwiches that I saw on other tables looked better than the meals we all had.

Tiffany S.

Yelp
This place is on our regular rotation. We have yet to have anything that isn't good. The spicy chicken sandwich is incredible, and unexpectedly, they have the best quesadilla I have ever had. Sooo good. The bean dip and buffalo chicken dip have a bit too much cream cheese for my taste, and I like cream cheese, but that's purely personal preference. If I could eat nuts I would devour the carrot cake but everyone I've brought there loves it. Beautiful sunsets, great live music, delicious food. Really cannot go wrong.
google avatar

Yelp
the philly cheesesteak.. WOW!! immaculate, delicious, decadent, and special. order it if you go. also get it with the sweet potato fries! listen, i'm not a sweet potato person AT ALL but i absolutely devoured those fries. the staff was amazing, so welcoming, funny, and personable. and the ambience? top notch. absolutely love the balcony view overlooking the lake. i WILL be coming back. very soon

Yelp
This restaurant is awesome!!!! The food is delicious... the menu has tons of options.. and their prices are incredibly reasonable. They had some fantastic lunch options for $10! Service was attentive and gave us some great suggestions too.We will be back!

Yelp
Wow! Absolutely loved this place! Food and drinks were great! They have a beautiful patio and live music! The staff was amazing! Can't wait till they open their roof top! Go check them out! 10/10!

Yelp
I love this place , sure it's loud as shit on a Saturday but the food , attentive service and live music make up For it. Every appetizer I've had is 10/10 . The spicy chicken sandwich delicious , chicken tenders 10/0, chicken fried chicken 10/10, buffalo chicks dip 10/10 , fried pickles 10/10. Drinks 10/10 I love this place so much I'm coming for my birthday

Yelp
This is my 2nd time here and everything I've ordered was great! From the employees to the food and the environment/ambiance, I dig this place.
google avatar

Yelp
They have a great selection of bourbon, and the bartender was very friendly. I had a side of grilled shrimp. It was not on the menu, but they accommodated my request. The decor is very inviting. I will definitely stop in again.

Cathleen S.

Yelp
Lunch selections included breakfast foods- nice! Portions were very large- easily twice what you'd get for the same money elsewhere for some entrees. Every entree was tasty: tacos, chicken fried steak, and guac toast. Bread pudding sauce was served boiling but I was warned. Bread pudding was very average. Waitstaff was sparse and inexperienced, but supplemented by management. Would return.
google avatar

Toi T.

Yelp
Came here around end of January/February. They have a great lunch special. Everything I had was tasty. Food came out together for our large party. Service was good. I enjoyed the fries they did not taste frozen.Tacos had a good flavor, not spicy but seasoned. The bread pudding was really good especially with the sauce.

Donna H.

Yelp
The ambiance was nice. We sat outside with a very nice view. Great having the overhead tarps and fans on a hot day. Great selection of beers. The menu was huge! Everyone ordered different items. The opinion of the food amongst us (7 adults) was just so so. Everyone thought the food was OVER salted, especially the fries!! Some items like just steamed vegetables were spicy, why? One sandwich had burnt bread! It would be awesome if the management and chefs took these notes to heart and made some tweaks in their food! They need to taste and look at what they're sending out! There's too many competitors out there but we would like to give them another chance. Every dollar is valuable these days, so it's got to be good! Wish you the best!

Yelp
Love the view and the food and service were great! Will definitely return. Their patio is the perfect place to enjoy a lazy afternoon or drinks with friends.

Yelp
We actually thought this was a BBQ rib joint from the name but guess joke was on us. However, we stayed for the nice lake view and their chicken fried chicken wasn't bad.

Yelp
Wife and I decided to stop in and try the new ish restaurant in The colony. Wow what a good decision the service was excellent, the food was tasty and the views were spectacular. I want to especially call out the spicy fried chicken sandwich. It had great flavor and was messy in the best way.

Yelp
I love this place so much , I moved to the colony and this has quickly become my favorite date night restaurant. All the servers are great. Ally is our favorite. I can say all of the food is made with love and 10/10 on chicken tenders, chicken fried chicken, the buffalo chicken sandwich, buffalo Chicken dip, fried pickles and jalepenos. The drinks are amazing . They have live music on weekends and I'm coming back to celebrate my birthday. Can't say enough good about this place

Yelp
Try the lunch smash burger and chicken fried chicken with sweet potato fries or mashed potato's. Guinness on tap, 22oz glasses. Big screen TVs. What more could you ask for? Check it out.

Yelp
The cheese steak is good but lacking when compared to I'd call a real Philly sandwich. It also lacks meat. The fried pickles/ jalapeño were good but the jalapeños were very mild and tasteless. I'd have preferred just the pickles. Our waitress was awesome and made the experience nice. My wife had the nachos if you can call them that. It was chips with tons of sauce of a few types squirted all over it. But it lacked cheese. I mean you had to look for the cheese seriously. This place is a meh. If nothing is open I'd go ahead but I'm definitely not making a trip just to go there.

Yelp
New to the Colony area and this place has become one of my favorites! The live music and views create for a fantastic ambiance and the food and drinks are delicious! This will definitely be a weekly spot for me.

Yelp
First time to try this place. Since the weather is looking better we wanted a patio happy hour after the long week. This place is gorgeous! I enjoyed some wine and she loved the sangria. The chili and bean dip were both great choices. I really enjoyed all of it, but the bill did not reflect happy hour pricing. The waiter quickly made it right, but it did not sit well with me. I hope it was an honest mistake but not sure why the POS would have both prices during happy hour. I'll be back and see if it happens again.

Yelp
Atmosphere is great. The design of this place is super cute and modern. With some umbrellas or shade options the patio will be a delight. Kudos to the designer. Nice to have a patio with a view. That said, it's understandable that the wait staff and food have room to improve, they opened recently. I totally understand training and getting better everyday... I hope the food improves significantly. I couldn't recommend any of the dishes we got. The wait staff told us during every interaction not to expect much bc they were training and newly opened. The top shelf / namesake margarita we got was undeniably terrible, which is disappointing for a place that looks like they should be proud of their cocktails. I'd stick to poured drinks like wine or beer and get food elsewhere.

Yelp
We visited on a nice Friday evening, opting for the patio with heaters and live music. The entertainment was great; not too over-bearing and the song selections appropriate for the ambiance. The food was solid. We ordered the meatloaf, fried pickles, and venison chili. The portions are hearty so we easily shared our meal with some leftovers to spare. The service was prompt and attentive. We gladly recommend to anyone seeking a great meal in a laid back environment.
