Update: So I have been living in the rails apartment for a couple of months now and I must say they have one of the best customer service I have seen. When I reported that my heater was in my studio apartment acting up, they responded immediately. Ajay, the facility manager, was outstanding, friendly, professional, and very proactive. The maintenance team quickly tried to fix the issue, but when it persisted, Ajay made the call to move me right away because he didn’t want me sleeping in a cold room during winter.
They went above and beyond to find an immediate solution based on availability, and I really appreciated how flexible and resident-focused they were throughout the whole situation. That level of care and customer service is rare. Highly recommend!
I had such a smooth move-in experience at The Rails Apartments thanks to Ajay, the leasing officer. He was super helpful, patient, and kind throughout the whole process. He explained every step clearly and really guided me through it. I told him I needed to move in quickly and he was absolutely on it, while being professional, efficient, and attentive. On top of that, the apartment itself is so nice and comfy, and it was kept in top-notch condition for my move-in. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
