The Real Greek - Westfield London

I have been to a number of these and it was once again a pleasant experience. We had some cold starters to share followed by the Souvlaki wrap. All the food was great. The restaurant is huge with a conservatory style area that has large open windows for the summer. Service was great though we waited a little to get seated. The price is ok but disappointing that you have to get bread separately to the dips. I feel they should be included.

Michlis did an exceptional job. Looked after us in the busy peak time and the food was excellent and delicious as always when we come to The Real Greek. I only recently discovered this restaurant chain but they managed to impress me every time.

Super happy about the healthful options and the amazing lunch deal they had! I ordered a big plate for only 10 gbp. Marios was also lovely, he made us feel comfortable and even gave us an alternative seating option to see if we'd like it better. I love how the menu has all the calories (you'd think all restaurants would have jumped on this by now...) and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I don't enjoy loud music and most places now are very noisy, but not The Real Greek, the music was set to a perfect volume. Overall, 10/10!

My husband and I decided to try out this restaurant. The food was fine. However, the service wasn’t so great. A young lady was our server, but never checked up on us to see if we wanted more drinks or anything. There was a nice server named Christian that took our order, but he wasn’t our waiter. However, we noticed he served his assigned tables well. Always checking if other customers were okay or if they needed anything else. We felt yipped. We aren’t even from Great Britain. We are Americans trying to have a good time. We would have given a hefty tip, had someone checked on us. We would have understood if they were busy, but it was very calm and easy going around 4:30 in the afternoon. You win some and you lose some.

The service here is really good! The staff are very nice and clearly care about the restaurant. I’ve been here a few times now and the food is great. There is a large menu with a lot to choose from and different set menus for different times of day. I absolutely love the chicken souvlaki wrap with Greek mustard sauce. I had the shared platter recently which was decent. However, the lamb kebab was completely inedible for me so I really can’t recommend that. The meat was so tough and chewy I simply couldn’t ingest it. The lamb meatballs were great though.

We met up with some friends. Had a great time with great food. Tried some of the recommendations and it was an amazing taste experience.

On my first experience of dining here, Unfortunately wasn't the greatest. The food took over 35mins to be served and when it did initially come it was genuinely cold to touch. At this point myself and friends had travelled all day so just wanted to eat! When asking for the bill, no staff member was available for 20mins, and when we disputed the optional service charge the staff wanted to question us when it's not compulsory. Thankfully the assistant manager apologised and assisted us immediately to rectify the discrepancies. Hopefully we can have a better experience if we decide to dine in the future once again. 🥴 Food ordered: starters pastry dish, octopus Mains: gyros wraps x 3 one veg. Hummus dip and flat Bread.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Really nice vibe. They have outdoor sitting too. Food was okay, not the best greek I have tasted but wasn’t bad either. Not sure about their set menus. We had to order more food afterwards as portions weren’t great. Staff were professional and attentive especially Chelsea and Caitlin.

Best if you are interested in smaller dishes - very good for sharing multiple dishes. Everything tasted good. The octopus was delicious but was definitely less food than you would expect. The hallumi fries were good but a little oily. The aubergine was excellent. Overall, all tasted good and service was nice.

We wanted something light and tasty for lunch while we were shopping so we decided to try The Real Greek. All the dishes were delicious, the service was good overall, and overall it was a nice experience.

No lamb. No sauce. Pork skewers sent back. Three weeks of travel, this was worst food. No Greek would eat here.

The Real Greek is up there as one of my girlfriend's favourite restaurants, so I do go there quite a lot. If you aren't familiar with the Greek menu, then let me help. The Meze dishes are similar to tapas, where you will expect to get a few smaller dishes for a meal. We often get the Filoxenia menu, which is a set menu of cold meze, hot meze, side, and starter. Our typical one would be flatbread with hummus or Tzatziki, and then I'd get chicken skewers. She'd probably get lamb of some kind and fries or something as a side. I'd usually get an extra meze to share like the halloumi fries to share. If we are going for lunch, I have become a big fan of the Souvlaki wraps. My preference is chicken with Greek mustard, which is like Dijon or mustard/mayo kinda thing. Tastes lovely. The service is usually pretty fast and friendly, with nothing to complain about. The place is quite big, with lots of tables, booths at the back, some semi-outside seating under a canopy, and so forth. Basically, it has rarely been completely full when we go.

They play traditional Greek music outside. But when you enter it's the generic American radio music. Disappointed there given that you call yourself the real Greek. Lot of tables and an open kitchen. Some large pictures of the Greek islands. They have a two course option with prosecco for £15. We just sampled some hot and cold meze. Jackfruit with mushrooms and pearl onions was just Ok, hardly any Jackfruit and just mushrooms and onions in red sauce. The chickpea pastry was very good. Thin crispy pastry, flavourful spice mix inside, very yellow from the turmeric, you don't want to drop this on your white summer pants. The cold eggplant mush with a long Greek name I forgot was my favorite, better than it sounds when I describe it. A refreshing taste. The spicy feta dip has a good spice mix to it. I'm tired of food advertised as spicy and then tasting bland. But not here. Here is where the real Greeks surprised me in a negative way. The lamb kefte was messed up - completely pink and undercooked inside. I get it should be a little pink for juicy flavor to avoid the dry meat. But this was simply put not cooked long enough. Lamb is a meat you can't just put on the grill for ten seconds and serve. So sent that back and got a new one that was so burnt black on the outside, assuming they were trying to cook it medium well, but it was still pink inside. They probably just turned up the flame. It's like the chef just started cooking lamb. You need to slow cook these things a bit so it heats through. The manager put her fingers in the meat when I showed her and said - hmmm it's the water from the feta making it pink. No I don't think that makes it ok to serve undercooked meat. I think just stick to the vegetarian options here and there are plenty of those. All meze platters are served on those tier level stands that you get at afternoon tea. I like that they leave you a full bottle of water at the table. Our waitress Gabi was very friendly and pleasant and had the perfect customer service attitude that you really want to see anywhere you go. They recommend 3-4 meze each. Prices range from 4-7 £. Pita should be included when ordering a dip and not a 3.5£ extra charge that I can put toward another meze. Samples served outside. Overall a good experience, but there is room for improvement.

The Real Greek is a Greek restaurant in Westfield London, with this place being rather close to my hotel, I made a decision to eat here after my first day in London, after a long day with lots of travel (from Manchester) and the "boring" stuff which was the main reason I visited London when I did, I wanted to try a good meal and I was drawn into The Real Greek after seeing a chef cooking outside, perhaps cooking samples, the food outside looked good and drawn a nice smell hence this place became very welcoming and exciting, however this seemed to fade quicker than Liverpool's title chances after Steven Gerrard slipped, giving the ball to Demba Ba. Away from the football talk - I decided to order a few of the small plates, I opted to try the hummus, chicken and new potatoes. The hummus tasted rather good quality, however there was too much of it, it did taste fresh and looked fresh too with chickpeas on the top for presentation, however as I'm gluten-free, they lacked anything to go with the hummus other than sticks of carrots and celery, I decided to order these but they were hard, disgusting and expensive and even made a decent hummus taste dreadful, so these basically went to waste. My chicken wasn't much better, I ordered them on some sort of kebabs, and the vegetables tasted a little slimy and not very good, presented with a lemon mayo which was interesting. Just interesting. The potatoes which were the only other thing I ordered, also were just an expensive bland mess. After dining, straight away I ended up having what I can only presume was an allergic reaction to gluten which had been in my food, as I often react straight away after eating, this made me feel like their had been something in my food which they shouldn't have been, considering gluten-free was labelled on the menu and the staff had some idea of this, that is frankly unacceptable and that is the main reason I'm giving this place a single one-star review, while also considering the gluten-free selection isn't great as it is, and the hummus was the only thing to impress me which probably was the one which made me so ill. This place has been added to my "Avoid at all costs" lists mainly down to the possibility of an allergic reaction, and the fact the service and food overall still remained poor, out of many places to eat at Westfield London, such a large shopping centre, I wouldn't advise even my worse enemy to chose this one.

What a disappointment. Our server was exceptionally rude and inattentive. The food was marginal at best. I wold not recommend.

We worked up an appetite after an evening of wandering about the Shepard's Bush Westfields. After walking through the food court and not seeing anything that we fancied, We made our way down to the Five Guys where we up a little flyer next to the directory with a listing of all the dining establishments. We decided to stroll on through the south terrace to make a selection. As we scouted the terrace we came upon The Real Greek, where there was a gentleman manning the bbq grill out doors making sausages and gave out tasty samples. While going over the menu we spotted a few winners to try, the Dukkah Chicken, Grilled Octopus and Lamb Meatballs. The staff was very friendly and we were seated quickly. For a Friday night around 8-9Pm, the place was surprisingly only at 35-45% capacity. The host noticed we had the flyer from the mall and mentioned that the "coupon" inside only applied to the a la carte menu; as he left we flipped through the flyer and found a 25% off coupon. I would recommend checking out the dining flyer in the mall in case there happens to be a decent coupon matching your dining disposition . We ordered a number of meze plates that arrived on a tower; of which the clear winner was the deliciously tender grilled octopus, the Dukkah chicken wings, lamb meatballs and couscous were also terrific. I thought the grilled Halloumi was a bit on the salty side for my tastes; and felt that £4.75 for an order of Tzatziki was quite expensive for a bit of a dip/sauce. Lastly, I didn't enjoy the chicken gyros, finding them to be dry and overcooked; I'd give it a miss. All in all without drinks I'd rate the meal a 3.5, as I thought the majority of items were quite tasty and I'd return for the grilled octopus and chicken wings. In order of preference: Grilled octopus £7.50 Dukkah chicken wings £5.00 Tonias Couscous Salad £4.00 Lamb meatballs £6.50 Greek flatbread £2.75 Grilled Halloumi £5.00 Baklava £4.25 Tzatziki £4.75 Chicken Gyro £6.25

Today I tried the newish? £10 menu, which was perfect as I have been once before and the bill can rack up. Love the food. Had flatbread, Houmous, lamb kefte and new potatoes with a glass of Makedonikos rose wine. This wine is a must try! We sat in the outside conservatory area which was heated. The atmosphere was cosy and I was able to have a conversation with my friend.

Really enjoyed our post-cinema dinner here. I hadn't had greek in SUCH a long time I had nearly forgotten what it tastes like (which is DELICIOUS). The restaurant is quite big, with a long counter and most tables scattered between indoor and outdoor, with enough space for everyone to move. It was really busy so a bit too loud for my taste, but that didn't impact the positive experience. It has a barbecue corner on the outside right at the entrance where they prepare all (I presume?) the grill items from the menu. You pick a number of small plates that get then delivered in one of those multi-level trays (...is there a name for them? I HAVE NO IDEA!) for everyone to share. We were two quite hungry people so we ordered 6 and were left wanting for more (so we ordered two more). Our favourite were the lamb cutlets and the watermelon & feta salad, but honestly we liked everything (calamari, aubergines, grilled halloumi, flatbread etc.). I've had a glass oft their strawberry wine (I forget the name) which had such a stunning colour, and I couldn't skip their lemonade either - not disappointed. So for a total of 8 dishes to share, 2 servings of flatbread, 1 appetizer and 3 drinks we paid about £60, which I reckon was fair. The service was also impeccable and fast so kudos! Great place to go to for a quick and fun dinner with your family, not a place if you're looking to have an intimate dinner or any conversation at all due to the noise (maybe when it's emptier?) but if you're happy just sitting and enjoy very good food, as we were, you'll love it.

My family and I had lunch here today, after many years of passing by this place and thinking we needed to try it. Let's just say that I still wish I hadn't tried it. Service: This place is a madhouse. The Real Greek is totally understaffed and everything is a struggle. Trying to order, time to get the food, trying to get the check...so frustrating. Food: If the food was good I could deal with the service. But the food is quite terrible. The shrimp was rubbery and not cleaned (saw the telltale black stuff, so gross), the Greek salad is tasteless and a giant disappointment, the lamb was dry, the fries too greasy...the only good thing was the flatbread but I'm sure that is purchased and not made in-house. Overall: I would NOT recommend this place at all. The Southern Terrace at Westfield has amazing places and this is NOT one of them. Avoid it like the plague.

We were a little hungry at Westfield but wanted to make most of good weather abd not stay inside, but also wanted to have something not too expensive nor too unhealthy so decided to try the Real Greek. We were on the open terrace which was actuallt super warm. Not the nicesr environment but not too bad either. Prices were decent but food really wasnt that great. We decided to share one of the two peoples menu and added a couple more dishes. Menu was really average with the meat sishes being very dry. Granted greek food tends to be somewhat dry but this was a little too much. Grilled octopus was definitely nicest dish but octopus was cooked slightly too long so slightly too chewy... Overall, was alright lunch but definitlt wont be heading there again - that specific restaurant in Westfiled but any of the other branches actually.

The second Real Greek I've visited in London, and yet once again, I left feeling disappointed. Wait staff was slower than the standard London service. Hot meze came out cold, and the overall cost is not what you are getting.

After wandering up and down the avenue of various restaurants in Westfield, my family and I decided on The Real Greek on account of a lovely gentlemen outside cooking sausage on the barbecue which smelt AMAZING. I mean, who wouldn't follow the smell of a delicious barbecue into a restaurant, right? There is a surprisingly large vegan section to this menu (I'm not vegan, but worth noting!), and also a lot on offer in terms of dishes and mezze. As we went at lunchtime, we had the lunchtime special offer (£8.50 each for a generous lunch, right next to a shopping centre, is quite impressive): my mother had kefte with tzatziki, salad, saffron rice and flatbread, whereas my brother and I each had souvlaki (mine had loukaniko, the same sausage from the barbecue, and my brother's was chicken) plus a Greek salad. Bargain. Regarding the food, the loukaniko was absolutely as delicious as the barbecue smell had suggested, and the souvlaki bread was lightly charred on the outside in a way that made the bread taste smoky and delicious and comforting all in one. However, the tzatziki (I nicked a bit from my mother - sorry, mum!) was incredibly bland and entirely unseasoned, and I was a bit disappointed with the salads: the chunks of vegetable were pretty large with just a slab of feta on top, which meant that you had to break up and mix in the salad yourself (near impossible, believe me I tried) else you ended up with a mouthful of plain tomato, followed by so much feta in your mouth your liver shrivelled. The olives were also a bit under-ripe in that jarred kind of way, which I wouldn't care about in a bar, but for Greek food? Seems a bit of an oversight. The service was also a little slow, but incredibly friendly from start to finish. I'd say this place does perfectly OK food, and has perfectly OK service, but it's not something I'd go out of my way for. I don't think it does Greek food justice, but if you're looking for something adequately pleasant and cheapish to fill you up, it does the job pretty well.

The Real Greek should really be renamed The Real Rip-Off. I'm a staunch believer in the theory that Tapas style food was invented purely for the purpose of ripping off customers. Small portions, all of varying temperatures, and all for the princely sum of £5+ each. Slow service, pretty much zero atmosphere. And all in all a big fat shame. Me no likey. Me think you will not like. Therefore, don't bother. Adieu.

I had been so far disappointed with every dining experience while I was in London and this was unfortunately no exception. After being seated we waited for a menu. Then we waited for bread. Then we waited for our waiter to come back. Then we waited 45 minutes to get our food. There were about 20 people in the whole restaurant and at least 5 waiters. I don't get it. I know Europeans aren't in a rush but that is ridiculous. I'm just glad I had a netbook with me. And the food of course had no flavor. Fail.

There's a reason why people shouldnt have expectations- probably why I dont. So the one time I think- O greek! must be amazing. *Game show buzzer* Boy was I wrong. The meat dishes were probably a amalgamation of the same meat with different labels. Ordering a souvlaki (the core essence) of greek food....turned out to be burititos wrapped in paper. Did they microwave it?! Im so disappointed...no opa!

"Get out of the way." Well, yes thank you, but where do I put that darned baby chair when it is a 4 top? Certainly at the end where there is space when you didn't take any seats away? Then you snatched the chair away and literally threw it at the bar. Not very calm are you, Mr. Manager? And...the meal continued to descend into a complete farce. We waited for over 25 minutes for what should be a quick meal, only for me to discovered (when I was walking the drool monster) that there is a MOUNTAIN of food sat up on hot plate ready to go. All the staff from the waitresses to the "manager person" were rushing around like headless chickens looking extremely bothered and bewildered. Oh well, I'll be quiet and continue to wait for my tap water then. The hummus was extremely dry (I wonder why?), the Tabolleh was lacking in veg and herbs (whatever was there was wilted), the taramasalata was way to creamy (though the mother and sister liked it), the chicken was charred to "perfection" if perfect equated charcoal and the chips were cold. Thank god the crispy spinach puffs, grilled halloumi sticks and bread were edible or else we'd have starved. We looked forlornly at Wahaca, wishing I didn't have a tummy ache and we weren't being adventurous and didn't subject ourselves to the tragedy known as... The Real Greek.

I love Greek food and had always wanted to go to one of this chain, but I was highly disappointed. I do know what meze style dining means, and that dishes are small and you generally share a number of them. However, the menu was confusing and had other dishes separate to the list of hot and cold mezes whose prices and calorie counts seemed to suggest they were larger dishes. They were not, they were meze sized. The souvlaki was nice but not huge and not worth £6-7. All in all the food was average and horribly overpriced. I admire restaurants that publish their nutritional information, however the Real Greek's dishes are so shamefully unhealthy it might have been better for them to keep their calorie counts hidden!

The food here is amazing, especially their hummus! Also their customer service is top notch. Lovely people here.

The Real Greek in Westfield is one of a small chain of restaurants in London that offer reasonable food, decent service, in very nicely presented surroundings. It's an 'upmarket' chain, if you will - the decor is classy. Food at the Real Greek is distinctly mediocre and most would agree it's above the average price point for what it is. The menu is exactly what you would expect from a classic Greek restaurant (your standard meze, souvlaki, etc.) plus the obligatory addition of things like cocktails and kid's meals. I suppose you are paying for the location a little; if you were to take a 7 minute walk to Vine Leaves Taverna - an infinitely more charming (if kitsch) family-run Greek restaurant that has been around for many more years - you'd find slightly better food at far better prices. I find the restaurant to be too impersonal and hence I won't go there. The branch off Marylebone High Street is far lovelier and the prices seem to fit the location a little more there. It's a more intimate restaurant. Really the only reason you would visit this restaurant is if you specifically fancied Greek food whilst at Westfield Shopping Centre, and you didn't want to walk anywhere else to get it.

My husband and I were on holidays in London visiting family and found ourselves wandering around the Westfield Shopping Centre to do some shopping. (On a side note, that place is amazing!) We decided to have dinner there since they have so many restaurants there. After browsing, we picked "The Real Greek" and went in. The staff were friendly and the service was quick, I was very impressed considering it was a Friday night and the place was busy enough. The food was good. The flatbread we ordered for an appetizer was warm and the olive oil it came with was really delicious. We ordered a meal to share, the "souvlaki for 2" dish. It came with two wraps of each variety of the souvlaki: lamb, chicken and halloumi. Each of them was good, but we both thought the chicken was the best. I was less impressed by the halloumi than my husband was. Everything about the wraps overall was well put together, from the bread, to the meat, to the tzatziki sauce. Nothing exceptional but nothing terrible either. I would recommend this place. It was pretty good Greek food, and at a decent price. It's worth giving a try.

A huge menu of meze dishes (both hot and cold), ideal if you want to try lots of different things or share dishes! Everything is freshly made and wonderfully presented. Vegetarian and vegan items are indicated and the menu even tells you the calories in each dish! Definitely a place I will visit again in the future!

Visited here for the first time, also the first time I had ever been to a Real Greek. I will definitely return! It's kind of a La Tasca style place, with tapas type food, but it's Greek. We selected one of the set menus to share for 2. Food is brought on 3 tiered serving stands and it looks and tastes really authentic. Loved the decor of the restaurant, service was great, food was delicious and prices were reasonable. Oh and they accept Tesco vouchers. Brilliant.

Average Greek. Worth a one off visit to appreciate how real good Greek food is! Nice enough food but not great and defiantly not worth the price.

The Fake Greek Absolutely horrible food.Ordered 2 pitta bread sandwiches and had 5 small mini pieces of chicken and just a smell of Tzatziki and with some disgusting frozen chips.Believe or not it cost me £7.25 for this rubbish and still had the fire alarm going off twice.I wish we had to evacuate the place.Nothing like the real Greek food.

Went there this weekend, quite late on Saturday. It was my second time there. The first time was pretty good and I was impressed. I love how the dishes are served in towered plates - kinda like how they serve sandwiches and cakes when you go out for tea at a hotel. It's really cute and helps space-wise when you order so many little dishes. The flat bread comes warm and tastes fresh and with tzatziki it's amazing - they may actually have been the best part of the meal. Oh and the cod starters are awesome and I say that whilst I don't normally enjoy fish and chips... The chicken skewers and halloumi skewers are quite good too - so I recommend those. I did feel that possibly there was a lack of waiters and that may be why it was sometimes difficult to get someone's attention. Also one of my friend's orders was quite late in getting to the table. When a waiter did come to the table they were very friendly, but obviously felt a bit stretched. And that is the only reason I haven't given 5 stars. I would come again.

Came here for dinner with a friend, knew it was a chain restaurant but still found the atmosphere to be really nice. Dim lights, candles, a bit romantic actually! We got a nice bottle of Makedonikos white wine, which was pretty inexpensive and kept cold by our table. We shared the Peloponnese Platter, which consists of 8 dishes. You get to chose between 2 options for each dish, so it's like "hummus or tzatziki" and "chicken skewer or halloumi skewer," etc. We chose hummus, flatbread, giant beans in tomato sauce, dolmades, halloumi skewer, lamb kefte, Greek salad, and new potatoes. Because we're fatties, we also got a bowl of olives and the prawns with feta. Phew! You basically have to get the flatbread, since the meal doesn't come with pita. It's warm and crisp, and goes well with everything. The hummus was a little gritty for my taste, but not too bad. The white beans were one of my favorite parts of the meal - so nice and firm, really great flavor from the tomato sauce...the kind of dish that sounds really dull but ends up being fantastic. Dolmades were good, a pretty standard version of the vine leaves stuffed with rice and tomatoes - they are meatless here. I loved the halloumi skewer, both cheese and veggies had a nice little char on them, like they'd just come off of a grill. Lamb kefte was average, it was just a big patty that I had to cut in half so we could share it. Didn't seem to have a lot going on. Greek salad was okay too, guess tomatoes are out of season so what can you do - and it was more tomatoes than anything else but there were a few cucumbers and peppers hiding in there. Nice feta on top. The prawns didn't do much for me, very tough and I didn't like the flavor of the sauce too much. The new potatoes were simple, but well-cooked and served nice and hot. I think the food here is hit or miss, but the hits were really nice and the misses weren't awful. £30 for two to share that big platter is a great deal. We were very full! I don't the way they serve the food here, on tiered plates like you're getting afternoon tea. Well, honestly, i like the way it looks, but sometimes the tiered plates block your view across the table of your dining partner, and they can be hard to eat from - our Greek salad was so high up on the tier I couldn't see it! I'm sure they do it because people share so many dishes, and the tables are small, they don't want to crowd the tables with food. If you come here, definitely share everything just to try more dishes. And don't miss the white beans and the halloumi skewers, they were the best of the bunch in my opinion.

My only regret is that I didn't try this place sooner. The restaurant was large, and the atmosphere was cosy, dim lights etc. The staff was very friendly and the wait for the food was short which I found excellent. We ordered the "Tonia's Filoxenia", which was a Sharing platter that basically consisted of most the things in the menu. Everything was delicious, I especially liked the grilled aubergine with garlic tomato sauce. Would definitely visit again.

A lunch deal persuaded me to try this restaurant in Westfield, but quickly realised this place is more about appearance than it is about their food. When we showed up, they declined the voucher because they claimed that this location doesn't do the deal (which is weird because I found it in the Westfield website), so they gave us another deal to try. Since we were already there we decided to give it a try. In the beginning the new deal looked good... for £12 you get two appetisers and main. We ordered the fried octopus, the halloumi, and the chicken main. But when the food came to our table, everything was served in such small portions, it was almost a joke! Please improve those portions, because it really did dampen on the great ambience and service.

Disgusting. After arriving in London for a short holiday, I was craving Greek cuisine. This place had spotty service, and nearly inedible food. I had ordered the souvlaki platter (I believe that is what they referred to it as), and I could not even chew the lamb kabob due to its extrememly "rubbery" texture. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Stylish food, with a wide range of meats and mezes to choose from. Service was quick, and the food was good, if a tad pricey.

Do I have to give a star? This place which lies along the pedestrian street beside the Westfield mall is HORRIBLE. I rate things on a price/quality ratio, and this place is worse than McDonalds, even though the price is times 20. I'm pretty sure that the lamb that they used for the tiny $10 kebab was actually rubber dipped in lamb seasoning. The tabouleh tasted like oatmeal, containing mainly grain and very little fresh vegetables. The tatziki was probably lamb semen, or something similar. The waitresses were polite, but daft and utterly slow.

Nice food but its not as tasty as other greek places i have been too.

First time I ate at The Real Greek was three years ago in Spitalfields east London, needless to say I did not give the place a second chance since as I felt the food was way below average and over priced. I found myself starving at wesfields on a lunch break and I decided to give the Real Greek one more shot as the patio as crowded and it was a beautiful day. I am so happy I have them a second chance as this time has made me a fan. The company must be undernew management or new chefs as I was very surprised, I will be going back again and again. I had the set lunch for £10, and it was so filling. I had the Tzatziki and Htipiti cold meze with Greek flat bread to start. Both the Tzatziki and Htipti dip was amazing, one of the best ive had. For the mains I ordered the Nikos Meatballs and chargrilled chicken wings. Wow, I couldnt get enough of the Chargrilled chicken wings, so much flavour and so juicy. The nikos meatballs where very tasty too but I would choose the Chicken wings over the meatballs for sure. I will be going back to the Real Greek in Westfield. Very happy I gave this place another chance.

This is one of the nice restaurnats in the Southern terrace in Westfield, the idea of it (as the other reviewers said) is to have a number of little mezzes to make up a whole meal and they suggest that each one have 4-5 of them. The idea is nice, and they make a nice selection of mezzes that are similar to that in a middle eastern restaurant. but after trying it for the first time it doesn't feel so good, and for some reason I never get full. One nice touch is the calories count, for the ultimate guilty mezze try the fried white bait (something similar to sardines only alot smaller) which has around 1000 Calories, but tastes nice. The service is usually okay, although the last time I was there we had the whole order at one go, so we had to race through the food to eat the hot mezzes before they get cold. Their Kataifi and Baklava are among the worst that I have tried (they taste as if you were eating cinnamon in a sweet syrup) but thier chocolate mousse cake is fantastic. For a good meal with dessert expect to pay around 20-25£.

Worst hummus I have eaten. Poor texture and no taste. The lamb was also chewy. Bad food that is fairly expensive.

Went over the weekend the food was quite good and it has a nice atmosphere. Would recommend.

Steer well clear of the place. The food was dry and salty, but I have been up all night with my son who has been sick since returning home for eating here. It is only what I mentioned my experience to a friend who had also been severly sick after eating here! I would never frequent this chain again!
