This ravishing butchery is a sheer display of farm to fork concept that presents bountiful selection of meats and offers great food options as it doubled up as a bistro (service is excellent too).
Bring out the inner primal in you, if you are meat lovers and indulgence yourself with Czech Aberdeen bred prime cuts that have been aged for at least 45 - 60 days. Explore their selection of charcuteries, from smoked turkey legs to dried sausages.
When you are there, be sure to order the succulent and tasty pulled pork burger or their signature meat loaf burger that are so good that you probably might just order more to savor. By the way, they serve draft beers too (wines are available as well). Truly a happy meal indeed that is fit for anyone hungry.

We bought their 45 days dry aged Czech Aberdeen Cattle T-Bone Steak and we cooked it medium rare. The steak itself it is nicely aged and the flavors comes through pleasantly. The beefiness can be taste from both the sirloin and tenderloin with each sides offering different characteristics. Sirloin side of the T-bone, gives off a nice blue cheese flavor on the sirloin fats, which acts as a good flavors. The tenderloin side, was simply soft and tender. Definitely a brilliant cut, if you are eyeing for a nice steak dinner for a perfect date night.
