The Recovery Room

Great experience. Have been putting my body through two daily workouts that has got my body beat up and pushing its limits. Jeffrey was very knowledgeable and explained all the benefits of their services and I decided to sign up for a monthly package. Tried the cryo chamber and cold spot treatment that helped with all the pain my body had. Recommend 100%, can’t go wrong.

I went in for the full body cryo treatment for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. 5 minutes after I was done I could already feel the benefits from the machine. Jade was amazing and helped me through the whole process and made it a great experience. I highly recommend to anyone who’s interested and I will be back again.

I just wanted to leave this review because of the amazing service I received after touring the gym and noticing the recovery room. I was greeted by a lovely girl named Dana and she explained to me all the benefits of every service and even let me try one and walked me through it. She was very knowledgeable and attentive and gave me the best experience. I will be returning to try every other service available!

I have an ACL tear and on my way out of gym after a session in pain decided to ask about cryotherapy. Jay was super helpful and informative. He did isolated cryotherapy on the knee and also put me in the chamber for three minutes. My body feels calm and at ease. My knee felt slightly better already just walking out the pain wasn’t as constant. I definitely look forward to more sessions and to check out all the other forms of therapy they offer. Highly recommend to anyone not just with pains but that wants to restore and rebuild body faster and more efficiently.

Got the lymphatic roller and normatec treatments today. The treatments here are all very legit and the prices are fair in an era of shameless price gouging. Dana, the person who assisted me was very personable and knowledgeable. She made the experience easy and effective.

I wish I found this place sooner!! I was feeling super run down…and after doing full body cryo, lymphatic drainage, and compression therapy I feel like a new woman. Amazing experience. Thank you to Jay and The Recovery Room I will be back!

Great experience with Cryo. First time trying it out and will definitely be back. Felt easier than a cold plunge. Jade was super friendly and helpful!
