This place is great for its fried chicken tender prices, types of spices, menu and overall value. Good service at this location as well. I would rate the chicken 4/5 because I prefer thicker breading / more chicken, but still tasted great.

Totally impressed with my visit here. The chicken tenders were juicy and packed with rich flavor. The blaze seasoning had a lively kick that matched my usual spice comfort level without overwhelming anything. The team working here is cheerful and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Tasty food, great people and a spot worth visiting again.

That place and service was absolutely amazing the chicken sandwich with a honey butter was off the charts best chicken sandwich I ever had. The shrimp the macaroni and cheese the waffles the chicken strips are the best I've ever had. If you guys ever drive by make sure you stop and get their food you won't be disappointed 10 Stars

The food is excellent!! Just two guys running in but they bring such great customer service and definitely recommend 20/10 to anyone in the Venice beach/ LA area to try it out! The chicken is super crispy and nice and spicy and you can choose your spice level which is awesome. The Mac and cheese is super creamy and cheesy and the wedges are amazingly crispy. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

At The Red Chickz, they offer a great selection of food and spice levels. We had the Honey Butter Sandwich and Cauliflower Bites with “Spark” spice level. The heat was real, but the flavor was amazing. The service was fast and friendly, and the overall vibe was casual and fun. We ate outside in the evening — it was a bit breezy, but totally worth it for the food.

Ordered some red chickz to eat at the job site. I ordered the original chicken sandwich which was 9.99 discount today on Thursday and let me tell ya man it didn’t disappoint at all. It’s my first time trying it and it was delicious. The chicken was chunky and tender and the seasoning and spices were really good. I’m definitely coming back for more.

The Red Chickz in Culver City. Pretty good. In my opinion, the breading could use some flavor, but it's crunchy as hell. Definitely a good coating. The mild is nothing special in terms of heat. The medium is mild, and that's not me bragging. I do my best to assure people who don't like anything too hot what heat levels are really like. I don't like to see people suffer. I chose not to go hot this time, as I like to taste the food before I add heat to it, unless the place is specifically known for spicy food. M-F they have a lunch special from 11-3PM. $9.99 for a sandwich and a side, or two tenders and a side (Normally $13.50). On Thursdays, they have a special, also. $2.00 per tender. These tenders are LARGE. Definitely worth the price. I got the original chicken sandwich with a side of Mac and cheese. The sandwich is a single (but large) tender on a bun, topped with their signature comeback sauce, pickles, and some colesaw. The side of Mac and cheese is super cheesy and quite filling for a side. I also got two tenders, one mild and one medium. (Read above what I thought of those if you forgot.) All in all, I recommend this place at least once. Their "Comeback" sauce is tasty, and a good addition to the chicken, considering the lack of any seasoning in the breading. I've been here twice, now, and I'd visit again. The chicken is really tender. I'll probably try their French Toast sandwich next time. It's basically the Original, except that, instead of a bun, it comes on french toast, minus the comeback sauce. I got the sandwich and side for lunch and the two tenders for later. Good stuff. The place is VERY small, with a little counter space, two tables inside, and a few outside tables. Their parking lot is decent but can fill up very quickly, and the space is tight, so smaller vehicles are better off your going into their lot. There's some street parking, too. If it's busy, expect to wait at least ten minutes for them to fill your order, as a lot of people are walking in the door to order, as well as people ordering online to pick up their food. They don't do orders by size of the order, they do it in the order it came in, so dont expect to get your order quicker if you only ordered one tender. The last time I came, I ate in with a friend, qw both ordered a couple of tenders (I ordered three, which were one too many, but I brought the last one home and ate it the next day), with sides of potato wedges, cheese curds, breaded pickle chips, and cauliflower bites. I'd say the cauliflower was the best of the four, with the curds, pickles chips and wedges following in order of most favorote to least. All were good with neither of the last three being bad in any way, but the cauliflower was the best in my opinion. If I had one complaint, it's that I paid an extra dollar for cheese on the sandwich and I didn't get it. I took the order home, so I didn't notice until I got back and opened the box, and it was further than I wanted to drive back for them to fix it. It's a minor complaint, but, considering I did pay for the cheese, it would have been nice to get it. It may have just been how busy they were, but that's their job, so I took off one start for that alone. It's the only thing that wasn't perfect about the experience. Still, once again, a great spot.

Craving crispy bites with a kick? I tried chicken tenders ($2 each) with Spark (medium heat) and Bonfire (spicy). Spark lacked flavor, but Bonfire brought the heat—spice lovers, go for Bonfire or higher! I think the $2 for 1 tender is on Thursdays. Also, they serve Halal chicken. And those who cannot have meat, they have cauliflower as their veg option. The tenders were crunchy and tender but not juicy. I also tried cheese curds, a Midwest favorite, but they tasted like cold mozzarella sticks—not for me. The real highlight? The great atmosphere and solid music. Would I come back? Definitely, for the vibes.

I hit The Chickz on the regular because Thursdays are two dollar tenders. That is some excellent value and the product is so consistently great. The heat here is legit. The 2nd one from hottest will get your attention and sweat glands pumping. I like it it's manageable but usually go Blaze now 3 down. My wife ordered the Inferno one night and all I can say is doesn't Burns Twice , but Three Times. The staff is always friendly and do a good job getting orders correct, including well done potato wedges which are exceptional especially when WD. Sauces are a nice addition, more so for taters but ComeBack sauce pairs well with the spice. A few tables and high top counter seating inside, 3-4 picnic tables outside. This place can get pretty busy with dine in and take out /delivery so order times reach 15 minutes regularly.

If you like spicy this place definitely packs a punch. The bonfire which comes with ghost pepper is definitely reserved for those who can handle serious spice. The first bite is ok. It's the 2nd and 3rd that really starts to bring the heat. But if you like spicy then start here and if you're really brave try the blaze then inferno. I'm curious to try their other menu items like the sandwiches. But I'd start with the signature tenders if it's your first time!

Probably the crunchiest Nashville hot fried chicken I ever got. In a good way. The lunch special also seems too good to be true, two huge tenders, toast, and a side for 9.99! Lady at the cash register was also so friendly and upbeat. When food, service, and value are top notch, I highly recommend

Came here on a Thursday for the first time ever. I had been very excited to try this place for a while because I had seen posts and heard from friends about $2 tenders on Thursday. I had opened a rewards account and scheduled a pick up order for 8 pm. We decided to get 6 tenders, a combination of spark (medium), bonfire (hot), and blaze (x-hot). For sides, we got a large fry, Mac and cheese and the cheese curds (bonfire spice level). A medium shake is $5 on Thursdays so we got one strawberry and one chocolate. We also received a free molten chocolate cake for signing up for the rewards. Then we ordered 2 50¢ containers of comeback sauce. Parking was easy when we arrived. There's a lot and street parking. The restaurant was pretty busy. A decent line of people ordering and also people picking up online orders. Our food ended up being ready a few minutes after 8 pm. All the employees seemed friendly and one even came to double check our order as we sat outside using one of the tables because he had forgotten my blaze tender. The inside is small and a little cramped and I don't think there are customer restrooms. But there were 4 large tables outside and it seemed like most people were getting their food to go. For the shakes, I'd say they were pretty standard and nothing too special. A good deal for the Thursday price. The strawberry tasted a little artificial and no chunks of real strawberry so I did like the chocolate more. Honestly necessary with the spicy meal though for some refreshing relief! The tenders were all very crispy crunchy and moist inside. The blaze was pretty spicy. I'm glad I got 1 to try and would probably continue to get just 1. The bonfire was probably the perfect spice level for me and my boyfriend said the spark was perfect for him. The chicken was very flavorful but honestly, not my favorite spicy friend chicken ever. Main Chick is definitely my favorite and I feel like they put a little sugar in their seasoning and more sweetness in their signature sauce. However, $2 tender and even their typical $4 tender makes it worth it! I'd be happy to come here more often if they had one in SFV. I'd probably try one of their sweeter sauces next time and wouldn't get the comeback again. The cheese curds were good, gotta eat them fast so the cheese stays pulling but they had good flavor. The Mac and cheese was standard, nothing special and don't need to get again. The fries were well seasoned and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I typically prefer a very crunchy smaller fry but for wedges, I would get these again! The lava cake was also good, soft and not too sweet. Overall an excellent deal and totally worth it for the price whether it's Thursday or not! Would come back!

Came in on a rainy day for some hot chicken. It definitely warms the body. Tried the last 4 spice levels and they know spice AND flavor. They have parking so we chose this over the DTLA location. Small dining area but it was clean. They were all very kind and our order came out pretty quickly despite the constant flow of online orders stacked at the counter. My only complaints are that there isn't a fountain machine cause i needed ice bad for that spice. Also I bought a lot food but didn't like how they charged for sauce. I'm not asking for a gallon but I was not even given a complimentary serving of sauce.

Can you even think of a better deal in town for hot chicken?! The answer is NO! For $2 a tender, without fault (except when we are out of town) my husband and I are here for their Thursday tender deal on the weekly. Parking is kind of chaotic (lot is oriented kind of weird) but usually with a decent amount of influx/efflux of people where you usually won't have issues with finding parking. There's also some curbside parking as well. ** Service: easy to order through their app (download it to get rewards) and pick up to save time waiting and more time eating delicious crispy chicken. They also know our names by now I think.. some weeks are busier than others, but usually very timely with our orders that coincide with the estimated time on the app ** Ambience: kind of small inside, some tables outside as well if you want to chow down ASAP. Nothing fancy but no complaints on my end. Usually lots of foot traffic on Thursdays. ** Food: I will be coming here every week until I develop intolerance to spicy food or fried chicken-- it's the thing I look forward to on Thursdays! You can choose between different levels of spice (even no spice) if you can't handle super spicy food. The crisp is immaculate, breading is not overdone/too thick where ratios are off compared to portion of the actual chicken. For the most part the chicken is usually cooked well/moist (only a handful of occasions where I can recall it was on the drier side). And, to repeat myself for the nth time, can you really beat this $2/tender deal? This literally feeds three people for $21 on Thursdays. I will forever be loyal to Red Chickz while I remain in the area (legitimately have not eaten hot chicken anywhere for the past 4 months, just reviewed our credit card statement, and I beg you to open up a location near me whenever I move out of town. MAKE YOUR STOP AT RED CHICKZ THIS NEXT UPCOMING THURSDAY BECAUSE IF YOU ARE NOT YOU ARE MISSING OUT.

We got the $9.99 lunch special, with comes with a menu item + a side. I got the honey butter chicken sandwich and cheese curds. I am absolutely in love with the honey butter sandwich!! The worker was also super sweet, and we'd definitely come back to eat here again :)

Great halal chicken spot with definitely the crunchiest chicken! Was looking for some new halal hot chicken spots, saw this came up on Yelp and was pleasantly surprised to check it out. Went on a weekday and placed a pick up order and the order pickup process was easy and swift and the food was hot. I noticed later that they had a Thursday special for $2 tenders which is awesome and that they have a lunch special. I got the hot level and when reading the other reviews they said it shouldn't be too hot, but it did get a little hotter when compared to other hot chicken spots and I generally like spicy so I would recommend medium to people who want flavor but not too much spice, but for people who want it hot then hot is good. The only negative about the chicken is that some parts were a little dry, but I did air fry it before eating it so it might have been my fault. Will update when I try it fresh fresh at the restaurant. The inside was nice and there is a parking lot right next to the restaurant so don't have to worry about parking and they also have outside seating. I'll definitely come back again for the $2 tenders on Thursday and maybe the sandwich another day.

Chicken was definitely crunchy and tasty but a tad bit dry. For $2 tenders it's pretty good (Thursday deal). We also got the corn but it was bland, just tasted like boiled corn, could've used a little more flavor n texture. Service was great! Everyone was really nice. Clean space, a staff came and wiped our tables before we sat down.

This was my first time ordering from Red Chickz and I was thoroughly impressed. I ordered the 3 piece Chicken Tenders with a Bonfire spice level and they were perfect. Nice and crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The side I ordered were the Potato wedges which were great too! The portion was huge. Also the side sauce is very good. The amount of heat was perfect to my liking. Not overbearing whatsoever. I highly recommend Red Chickz.

Absolutely unreal. Best fried chicken sandwich I have had in my life and that's coming from a self-proclaimed fast food connoisseur. Crazy crispy sandwiches with perfect seasoning. Of course no surprise their fries are equally top notch. Mac and cheese is so cheesy. Will be 100% coming back. My man Luis gave us excellent service and great laughs! EDIT: YO the vanilla milkshake and chocolate cake are also bussin!!! Oh no I'm gonna gain weight. I'm doomed

Had a GREAT time here today! Martin was super helpful. He broke down the spice levels and gave us fair warning about the heat from "Bonfire", so i cant imagine the rest . Food was great. I had the honey butter sandwich and it was super good. Definitely will be coming back !

Our son's favorite place was kind of a let down. This is a small place so the restroom is on the outside of the building and man was it a disaster. The restroom needed cleaning badly. The food was ok but all four family members had upset stomachs later that afternoon. The clerk forgot part of my order that I had to ask for. Even though he was friendly and busy, I appreciated his hustle but maybe that is why the restroom is in poor shape.

BEST CHICKEN IN LA!!! came here on a Thursday evening at around 6 PM with my husband, but after we got our food, a large line did start forming so we're lucky that we got there early! PARKING: Plenty of spaces in a parking lot. super easy. FOOD: highly recommend the chicken sandwich and the chicken tenders. The two dollar tendies on Thursday is such a great deal! These were the most CRISPY and flavorful tenders I've ever had. 1000/10 will come back and recommend to others. The spice level was great even the spicy ones still had some good flavor to it. I will say that I think I would stick to hot or below-- the extra hot was a little too much for me... and I like spice!!!

I loved this place! The people behind the counter were friendly and immediately asked if we had been there before. When I said that we hadn't, she said that they have a $9.99 combo lunch menu and said that there most popular sandwiches were the Honey Butter butter and the original. I opted for the original while my partner ordered with honey butter with wedge potatoes. There are one a couple of the table inside of the restaurant but there are picnic style tables outside. It was a nice day so we sat down outside. The cashier brought our food out when it was ready. The chicken was crunchy and although there was spice, it wasn't too hot. I ordered medium and can take heat but mild medium and hot can be relative, I would go with hot the next time I visit. That sandwich was delicious but what really sold me were the crispy wedge potatoes. My only minor complaint was that they sell canned and bottled drinks, and there wasn't a recycling bin to put them in. I am a fan!

Service was great! Food came out super quick. I will say portions are GENEROUS! I think I can eat but I could only finish one tender and half of my Mac n cheese. It's a clean trendy vibe inside. I feel like this would be the perfect meal to pick up on your way to the beach. But also, PARKING LOT, yes, you heard me right, free parking if you do choose to dine in which we did. Honestly you can skip on the corn ribs they were pretty greasy and kinda whatever for me. The cheese curds that my brother got as a side for his sando were very yummy, I'd recommend those for sure. The sauce is (in our server's words) "like canes but less peppery" which I think is the perfect description. I'd say we'll be back but I kinda feel like I just ran a marathon after eating so much so I'll have to digest before I make big decisions.

Tried The Red Chickz for the first time and wow--it did not disappoint! We ordered the Original Sandwich and the Loaded Fries. Everything was honestly so good, no complaints at all. The sandwich was flavorful and crispy. Super delicious but the fries are definitely a shareable portion--easily enough for 2-3 people! What really made the experience even better was the amazing service. The cashier was incredibly sweet and welcoming. She took the time to walk us through the menu and offered some great recommendations, which we ended up loving. This place really hit the spot and I'll definitely be coming back. Honestly, it deserves way more hype!

Red Chickz is cool hot chicken spot that has a few locations in LA this one specifically is in Culver City. Their service was really good and friendly. The food came out really fast and the outdoor seating looks awesome. I got the honey butter chicken sandwich and I go the bonfire which is kind of like the basic hot maybe a bit more. The sandwich was good and the fries were nice and seasoned but if felt like the fries could have been hotter temperature wise. The sandwich was good the honey butter adds a good balance to it but if I were to try it again I would go up in spice level. The tender was a lot bigger than I expected it to be which great a nice crunch good flavor. Solid. 3/5

I've gotta say first that Nima is so kind and amazing!! For the food, I got the two piece chicken tender and my friend got the sandwich; it's the perfect spot to grab a quick bite for lunch or dinner. I got medium spicy but it wasn't too spicy so you can definitely go higher if you like spicy I'd come here over other places just for the service :)

The Red Chickz is a Halal Nashville Hot Chicken spot. There are better options in town, but there's a large dedicated parking lot and shorter wait times, which is nice for an LA restaurant. For the food: The food is made-to-order so expect 10-15 min wait. The Honey Butter Chicken Sandwich is crispy and satisfying. It doesn't come with any toppings, so I put the coleslaw side into the sandwich. The corn ribs were dry and tough to eat. I'd skip those. They use to have $2 chicken tender special on Thursdays which would be a good deal for Thursday Night Football or Game Night.

Picked up a 10 piece to go. Parking is easy here, and service was good. I got 5 spark (medium) and 5 glow (level below medium). Took about 12 minutes for them to bring the food. The chicken pieces were large, and there was a generous serving of sauce and pickles. The chicken was heavily seasoned, and had a nice crunch and smell. The chicken meat itself was pretty decent but a little drier than I would prefer. The sauce is great, and it's your typical Nashville hot chicken sauce. Spice wise, glow had some kick and spark was mildly spicier. I'd say that if you have a low tolerance, glow is the way to go. Overall, it was pretty decent and it's comparable flavor wise to other hot chicken places, but it's better value due to the multiple promotions they have (they have lunch specials Monday through Friday, and $2 tenders on Thursday).

This place is the bomb. I had their chicken tenders and cheese curds, delicious! Their chicken tenders are huge and filling, not mention very crispy. Cheese curds are amazing! I recommend going Thursday because they have their $2 tender deal every Thursday. Their $9.99 lunch special, Mon-Fri 11am-3pm, is worth the deal. Staff was friendly and service was impeccable. It does get crowded around lunch time so it is challenging to find seating, also theirs limited seating. It does take some time to get your food because they're so many people eating there, but it's worth the wait. The ambiance is pretty packed, you can take it to go if you can't find seating. But 6 out of 5 for me!

$2 DOLLA TENDIE THURSDAY!! I have the special privilege of hearing this yelled across the house every Thursday as my boyfriend wakes up and gets a text from RedChickz about this deal. For some odd reason I read $2 and I went driving in thinking I was going to get a meal each for me and for my boyfriend for $2 each. Oops. Instead the deal is $2 per chicken tender. The sauces, sides, sandwiches are all the same non discounted price. For me personally it's not a great enough of a deal for me to go out of my way to get this spot but it is yummy (I legally have to say this as my bf looks over my shoulder). I personally like the cheese curds, the main sauce and one maybe, two tenders. For spice level I like one glow (Level 2) and one spark (Level 3). Cole slaw is a nice balance to it but not needed and not necessarily done exceptionally differently that you have to get it from here as opposed to just make it from home.

I walk past Red Chickz pretty often, and there is almost always a huge line out the door, regardless of the hour. My friends and I were in the mood for some fried chicken and decided to place an order for pickup. Long story short - we LOVED it I encountered some technical glitches on their online ordering platform but was eventually able to place our order. We just happened to order on a Thursday and were pleasantly surprised with their Thursday specials! $2 each for chicken tenders is such a great deal, and I couldn't believe how generous the portions were! The tenders were still perfectly crispy and juicy by the time we brought them back home, and I appreciate a place that doesn't play around with the spice I think I got the third spice level, and while I enjoyed the kick, I'm ready to light my taste buds on fire even more next time We also ordered mac n cheese, coleslaw, and cheese curds, and everything hit the spot perfectly. I can't comment on the dine-in ambiance since we ordered takeout, but I am 1000% planning on coming back many more times, preferably on Thursdays haha. I'm so happy to have tried this spot!

Stopped by on a Sunday that I didn't feel like cooking, I live in the area and I've noticed their signs for a while. We got the original sandwich hot with Mac and cheese and the tenders with potato wedges. Both were super good but I think the sandwich was better, the coleslaw really balanced the flavors out. The comeback sauce is solid but the true star is the smoky honey mustard! Sooo good! Also the mac and cheese is super good and worth it for a dollar more! The guy working the register was super friendly and when heard it was our first time he threw in a side of cheese curds for free! He even checked in on us mid meal to make sure everything was good despite having a constant flow of takeout orders. We will definitely be back!

Yum!! This place is bomb. And a 9.99 lunch special you truly can't beat that price in LA! The staff is so sweet and the service is super fast :) shout out to Martin!!! My friend and I enjoyed our lunch on their picnic tables out front and it was the perfect day for it!! I recently visited Red Chickz and it definitely lived up to the hype. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor easily some of the best I've had in a long time.

Overall, not bad. The sandwich seemed a little smaller than what I was expecting, and I got it with the lowest amount of heat because for the first time I wanted to experience the flavor of the chicken rather than just the spice. The sandwich itself didn't seem that juicy or flavorful. The coleslaw on top definitely added something to it, but I was expecting more. The order came with potato wedges, and they had more seasoning on them than I wanted. Too many choices for chicken, particularly on this side of town, so doubtful that I will return. They were running a special on DoorDash, which took care of the delivery fee and some of the other transaction charges, so it was worth the risk.

The Red Chickz Honey baked chicken it was delicious Cheese curds really good almost Midwest level I feel like Wisconsin and Midwest have best cheese but this was really good Claudia was so helpful I told her my first time she walked me through the menu all the way to my heat level I give Claudia 5 * for service I had good sampling of the chicken it was really good if you are in the mood for some good chicken this would be the place to go.

Yummy chicken chain with huge chicken tenders and yummy burger! They have promotion on Thursdays for $2 tender all day (for Culver City location only). They have 6 level of heat for spicy lovers! I had: 1. Chicken tenders 2. Chickz special with cheddar cheese 3. Potato wedges 4. Coleslaw

I got their two piece chicken tenders here with their heat of Spark (medium) and comeback sauce to dip. The chicken tenders were massive pieces and it was covered with good seasoning you can see the color of it in the fried chicken! When bit into, it was thick and juicy and hot! The heat was great as it added flavor and the crunchiness of the chicken tenders on the outside combined with its meatiness inside was the perfect texture! I dipped it in their comeback sauce which tasted like chipotle sauce mixed with Cajun seasoning, mayo, and ketchup. I would definitely come back to try their other foods!

I have seen posts from different foodies on different social platforms. I must say it was better than expected and plan to try more items on the menu. I tried the loaded buffalo Mac and cheese.

Fire! My 13yo son chose this place since we were in the area for an appointment he had. Receptive customer service from the moment we walked in. Indoor and outdoor seating was not abundant and the parking lot was on the seedy side. It works though cause it's the middle of Venice Blvd. My son ordered the French Toast and Chicken w/ Glow aka Mild heat level. Said it was the best tasting French Toast he had ever had. Kid's right! I ordered the Taco Tuesday special which was nice at 1/2 off the regular price. I decided on the Bonfire aka Hot heat level. Quick take from the kid: the spicier the chicken the better it tastes; his was good not great while mine was a banger. Never had a tastier Baja taco! Chunky breast with the crispiest breading ever, and the heat. That isht is HOT! Our sides: Potato wedges (yes chef) and Mac 'n Cheese (kid friendly...yeah). Should've gotten cole slaw as a topping for the chicken; will next time. This is a legit find - recommended yummy!
