The Red Drum

Had a terrific dinner at the Red Drum. It has an interesting and varied menu. Everything is scratch made and the dishes we had, although mundane, were delicious! Our server, Katie H., was outstanding. Attentive, but not overly so, accommodating, pleasant, and efficient. We started with the chips and salsa. This comes with both a red and a green salsa. Both were so good we took whatever we had left home. They were tasty, tangy, and spicy. I had the wood grilled cheeseburger with sweet potato fries. I asked for it grilled medium well and it was perfect. It comes with lettuce, tomato, and onion. It was as good as the picture looks. My wife had the grilled chicken salad. I didn't have any, but she said it was excellent (and she's very trustworthy). Oh, and I had an Espresso Martini, also delicious. A little pricey at $80 (not including tax and tip), but considering we had an appetizer and a drink along with the quality of the food and the great service, I think worth it.

Great local spot, generous pours in the wine department, all plates were full loaded and massive portions and yet the flavors kept coming! Our server was great, I forgot her name but she did a bang up job. The place was a bit dark lighting design wise but that is my only critique! I highly recommend the pork chop and shashito peppers!

This was my first time doing the Brunch at Red Drum and I recommend reservations as we did. We sat on the patio and enjoyed libations and the wonderful menu items. Our server Lexi was very attentive and pleasant. The food was delicious and enjoyed by all in attendance.

We ate here with 8 people and everyone loved the food. From kids quesadills to Pan Seared Sea Scallops, everything was delicious. It's a really nice atmosphere that feels different than most restaurants. Low light and old wooden doors make you feel like you are in a different time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the Pan Seared Sea Scallops were the best Scallops I have ever had.

Great Father’s Day brunch experience after a tentative start. Though it took a good 15 minutes before our server arrived, she owned it and comp’d our dessert without us ever having to say a word! Great integrity! Mimosa and Bloody Mary to start with an appetizer of Fried Shrimp. Fresh and very lightly fried. Our entrées were Shrimp and Grits and Eggs Benedict followed by the house made doughnuts with caramel cream. Everything was prepared to perfection. Truly worth the visit.

My family and I went there Saturday night on a fluke and had an amazing experience! From the hostess (forgot her name, I think it was Kailey) to the server (Rob) to management (Charlie) we were accommodated without making the proper reservation. Not only is the staff amazing but the food was amazing. We ordered a number of items and the standout for me and my family was the fresh guacamole (we are from CA, so we are picky about our guac), smoked salmon dip with the fresh tortillas, and the jumbo shrimp. I had the special of the night which was the Mahi Mahi and it was amazing (I should probably stop saying amazing) the only thing I would change is adding more salted caramel to the fresh whip cream for the doughnuts but that’s because we were fighting over it. We were seated in the private dining room which I don’t believe they were supposed to open that area yet but we are glad they did and we got to have a memorable dinner. I would highly recommend the private dining room for special events just be warned that it is a working wine cellar so the staff do come in and out but they are all friendly and they we’re doing their job. So, the prices are kind of crazy but the food, the food is exceptional. The French fries are, dare I say it, the best I have ever tasted (very yummy). The chicken is fantastic and the desserts are heavenly. So, if you are willing to pay the price, it is definitely worth it.

An often overlooked gem in the realm of Charleston restaurant scene. Great service, cozy atmosphere and amazing food! Don't sleep on Red Drum, so good and thank you for taking care of my family tonight!

Incredible dinner on the patio at 8pm. We sat by ourselves (table of 3) with surrounding heaters that took the chill of the night. 70's music playing in the background (Earth, Wind and Fire) and then some Van Morrison. Set the mood for a happy dining experience! Our waiter was a PRO and brought us everything we needed before we asked! Can't recall his name but he was absolutely charming and polite! My husband and daughter ordered the cheeseburger with fries. They both were happy and the fries were addictive! My seared scallops were perfectly cooked and the grits were stone cut and had a nice texture. Definitely cooked with heavy cream which is a must. The corn salsa made the dish over-the-top. Will order again! Red Drum is consistently fabulous and we will come back again and again!5/5 stars

I cannot believe I waited so long to eat here! I loved absolutely everything I had. The chicken was tender and flavorful and the potatoes were creamy with the perfect amount of seasoning. The real show stopper here though was the Crab Nachos ... they were a special so if you don't get the pleasure come back and keep checking for them! I will probably dream about those forever. It's a low key place in the Shem Creek area but away from all the chaos of Shem. Perfect for group dining or date night. It has an excellent wine list, the patio has great lighting and heaters for the winter.

The $70 steak was bland And the duck wings were chewy. I've been here before and had way better food so I'd love to know if they hired a new kitchen staff member because the food was definitely not worth what they were charging this time.

Busy Saturday night and the bar/inside dining room was hopping. Waitress was great. Filet was just ok. I prefer my steak hot/warm and this was not. Not even warm enough to melt the garlic butter pad that came on top of it. Enchiladas were just ok. Fish was the better of the three.

$$$LESSON LEARNED!!!! You no that thing that Yelp tries to help you with as far as pricing? When they have the dollar signs illustrated to show you how expensive or not expensive for places? I'm just browsing through pictures liking what I've seen and saving restaurants on my collections. $$$ Paying no mind to the dollar signs that are trying to warn me. And it cost me tonight. I'm taking my son out for his birthday and we're all sitting down at the table looking at the menu. This is the fourth place we've been to because every restaurant we were at was booked up for a whole hour. $$$ This was the only restaurant we found that we can be seated in 40 minutes or less. Is Charleston be coming overcrowded or was it the holiday traffic? Anywho the three of us looked at the menus and made eye contact with each other immediately. All eyes saying "What did we just walked into"?Which immediately went to"Nah Dad, What did "you" just walked into". Lmao. But we powered through $$$ . The menus pretty limited which means that and the pricing says they are very good at the few things they do. So SHOW ME THE MONEY!!! Show me reasons your so expensive. First of all this valet parking don't see that everywhere. Second of all there's a bodyguard but some people will call a bouncer. You don't see that everywhere. There's two guys walking around checking on everybody making sure everything's all right continuously. One guy looks like the muscle for the soprano family he's wearing Adidas sambas. The other guys wearing a pair of vans and cracking jokes more like Dad jokes to everybody. I know money when I see money and their tenants are not discussing anything these have to be the owners. Owners checking on tables?? don't see that everyday. Then there was the fresh smell of seafood throughout the building. $$$ That is always a winner with me letting me know I'm in the right place. So I'm starting to really understand things. I really wanted to try the chicken quesadillas I keep seeing on the pictures. This place has been on my list for over a year. They came out they were not as pretty as the pictures I saw but I got to admit they were pretty damn good. You only get six but they're nothing like I've ever tasted. I cannot put my finger on these fries they're so hard to describe. I think they're homemade but not sure. Very stringy and well seasoned. There's a flavor coming from them that almost feels like they were soaked in this flavor. It doesn't come off as something sprinkled on them. I can't put my finger on them but you definitely want to eat these with a fork they are so damn good. The chicken sandwich had an extremely salty salsa but that buttermilk fried chicken was rocking. The grill chicken sandwich taste like the chicken was fresh off The grill in the backyard. $$$ Chef's kiss. The burger seem to have a high quality of beef. So I guess they do what they do and do that extremely high clip. I was definitely pleased with everything. I want a glass of wine so bad. But could not bring myself to pay $18 for a glass of chardonnay. I will be back after scratching off the winning scratch off. $$$

Always wonderful service and food at Red Rum. Best happy hour and brunch around!! Consistently delicious and great atmosphere!

A group of 8 girls visiting from Houston. Had brunch on St. Patrick's Day. Amazing, Oustanding, Unbelievable, Delicious - just a few words to describe the food and drinks here. Do yourself a flavor and book a table! Our waitress was the best! Debby H

One of my favorite happy hour spots in town that I probably frequent way too much, is @thereddrum in Mt. Pleasant. They have good deals on specialty cocktails, wine, beer as well as a nice variety of appetizers on the happy hour menu. They also have the best bartenders who are so professional and friendly and make it a point to remember the customers names and drink orders. First, I will start off with my favorite appetizer from them, and it is the Shrimp Quesadilla with the oh so good, red voodoo sauce. I always try to order an extra side of that voodoo sauce because it is so yummy. Also posted is the chicken version of their quesadilla with black oaxacan chile sauce, also very good. Next are their Potato Flautas that were stuffed with mashed potatoes, bacon & cheese. The flautas aren't my favorite because they have a heavy smoke flavor, and I am not a fan of smoky food items, but if you like that taste, you would love them! Such a generous portion and very filling. When my friends and I go to happy hour at Red Drum, we also like to split a basked of their happy hour fries. They are thin cut, sprinkled with cheese and cooked to perfection and are plenty enough to share! And lastly, if I am really hungry, I will order their happy hour burger. It's the perfect portion for me and it comes with a ton of fries. It's delicious and definitely one of the best deals on their happy hour menu.

Food was really good. Atmosphere was fun on a Sunday funday for brunch. Service was attentive and the waitress very personable. Love the mixed drink menu. Parking was good since you can park across the street on Sunday but not sure the parking situation on other days. I would love to go back in cooler weather and sit outside.

One of my favorite restaurants in Mt P! Sit out on the patio if it is a nice day or night. Cocktails are delicious - lemon drop martini, espresso martini and the margarita our the top drinks we always order Chips, salsa and guac are a must to start with... chips are always warm and guac is so fresh. Fried shrimp are also a good app! My FAVORITE flank steak ever, ever. They just recently took it off the menu because of the increasing prices of meat. Hoping it comes back soon! Mashed potatoes are a must if you get a steak, so yum The pork chop is also a 10/10 & delicious, we always split this and the steak Scallops are a great size and the portion size is also great... very delicious if you like seafood Fish tacos were a great size piece of fish in each taco and it was grouper the night we went recently... fresh and yummy Portion sizes are great and you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu! The burger and chicken sandwich are what we normally get when we aren't starving and both are great. HH at the bar area is great and normally you can get a reservation same day or walk in for a table (sometimes might be a little bit of a wait). Must always finish a good meal with a good dessert (they are all so yummy)!

I was so happy to finally check this place out as many people have recommended it. It was quite unassuming from the outside but the level of professionalism and food quality is awesome. I love their outside seating, even if its on a busy road. It's very cozy inside as well. Their portions are quite large so I was fine with 2 appetizers, 1 being shared with the table. Their shishito peppers were refreshing and the tuna was awesome. I highly recommend this restaurant. There is a private parking lot, its a bit small so there is some street parking down the street if needed.

Top notch service, food and nice atmosphere. Always spot on. If in Mt Pleasant or Charleston don't miss it.

Seems like a great place for the bar or outdoor seating with a party crowd, otherwise there is little to praise. For context we went to Nico's and Hanks with friends in the past month and for essentially the same price had excellent meals and service. Among the disappointing aspects were the fact that we rushed through our meal with our bill coming within 30 minutes of sitting down. The food was pretty good, but I would say it would be a good value at 30% less. My wife got a salad with shrimp for $29 and had to order a $9 side of fries (BBQ shrimp was delicious). We ordered the quesadilla with shrimp appetizer and I could only find two very small pieces of shrimp. I'm guessing because so many people are moving into the area that places like this can charge what they want as it was packed, but not worth the price.

My wife and I had an amazing dinner a couple of nights ago. Food was absolutely delicious. We shared three appetizers, duck wings, fried shrimp and crabmeat tostitos. For the entree, my wife ordered the fish special and I had the wood grilled chicken. Sides with entrees were just perfect pairings that complemented the dishes while being out of the ordinary. It was nothing short of amazing. The service was wonderful and the ambiance was laidback, but classy. We will definitely be back!

The waiter was no smiles until the end of the meal, didn't get a refill till we were done and my medium well burger was not!! We ate out side and flies everywhere!!

Food, service and Ambience were the best of the best. The vegetables were delicious salmon so good and the dessert was outstanding.. The owner/chef took the time to speak with us. All experience was beautiful.

We had a delicious brunch at Red Drum today. I had a mimosa and mom had a Bloody Mary. The mimosa was a good size ($8). We started with the smoked salmon dip that was very good. The chips were fresh and hot. For my meal, I had the shrimp and grits. Definitely the winner! It was absolutely delicious with a nice portion of shrimp. Mom had the fork and knife tacos, but the eggs were watery which made that dish not as good. The service was excellent-our server was kind and attentive. We will definitely return!

This place is phenomenal. Got the potato flautas with bacon and cheese for an app. Had the pan seared sea scallops for dinner. Everything went so well together. Got a couple old fashioned drinks too. Everything was amazing and service was great.

Food was outstanding! Very disappointed that my wife and I used a gift card we received and were charged a 3% "card" fee for using it because it was a "card" and not cash. The gift card might have been purchased by cash, or purchased by credit card, neither we nor the restaurant knew but they charged us the 3% anyway. A gift card should be considered CASH. The man who was apparently in charge said their system would not allow them to credit us so essentially tough luck see you later. I questioned him about them making 3% additional profit on each of these transactions at the customers expense and he said they use the money to pay for their employees health care costs.

If you want a great place to take a date, I highly recommend red drum restaurant. A very impressive experience. The food was out of this world. The weight staff are professional and are on top of things.

One of the only places I still enjoy is Mt P. Quality food, service, and ambiance. If you are looking to impress, attend dinner here. If you are looking for a good meal, attend dinner here. Seriously, the only downfall is parking, but valet is there to help, so truly no worry.

Great service and great food! My husband and I got the guacamole and chips. The guacamole was very made fresh and the chips were very good. My husband got the burger which was yummy and the shoestring fries were great. I got the blackened fish tacos with sweet potato fries. The tacos were good but I did think the sauce overpowered the flavor of the fish. The sweet potato fries were perfect.

Solid, well established venue. All their food is good, pricing is fair, service is experienced and professional (for the most part), and bar area rocks. Only draw back, the place is a dungeon, but don't let that stop you.

Service wasn't overly great, my pork chop came out rare. I hate sending food back but had to. Even if it was cooked properly, the flavor was just meh.

Wow I've passed this place so often in Shem creek and I never knew how good it was. The restaurant is more business casual, but seemed like a lot of people come before a night out and spend time at their bar that was busy the entire night. The food here is so fresh and quality it was incredible. The smoked salmon dip had actual chunks of salmon and was amazing!! The steak was an unbeatable option! With the bar being busy it was quite loud and the lighting is a bit darker but I would 100000/10 recommend for a nicer date night or to bring visitors

To begin with, it was so hot inside that it was very uncomfortable. Our server was very apathetic. She rushed us and seemed like the last thing she wanted to do is wait tables there. The food was mediocre. I had the grilled chicken sandwich. It was dry and tough. My husband had the burger and thought it was good. The guacamole was some of the best I've ever had. When our checks came, we were charged 20% for being a party of eight and 3.5% because we used a credit card! So a burger, a chicken sandwich, 2 beers and a glass of wine cost 110.00. We've had better at Rivertowne Public House for a lot less. My recommendation is to skip this place and go somewhere more reasonable and where you are actually appreciated.

The thought that at this time in our country that we would be still having decisions made based upon the color of our skin is incredibly disturbing. I had never been to this restaurant and I regret going after having a cocktail I placed an order for food I waited and soon other patrons came 30 minutes or more after I had arrived ordered food and within 20 minutes there food arrived I ordered another cocktail and waited another 30 minutes and no food by the way I ordered duck WI

Excellent owner , staff, food, atmosphere, vibe, etc!! This is a go to place in Mt. Pleasant Everything is delicious. My favorite thing to do is sit at the bar and have their amazing bartenders make me something special using their creativity!! The burgers , amazing !! The shrimp , amazing !! The fries , amazing !! The steak , amazing !! The outside patio, amazing !! Well, you get it.... it's all amazing !! Just go !!

NEVER GOING BACK We have been regulars since the restaurant opened 20 years ago. For the past 13 Christmas eves, we have had the private room reserved for our 18 ish multi family holiday group. Up to this year, it has been fantastic. Let me tell you what happened. There are multiple families involved, some drink wine and eat the prime steak, others are younger on more limited budget and get hamburgers and soda. Each groups bill are considerably different. For the past 13 years, we would speak with the waiter and identify which people were together on a tab. The restaurant then adds tax and mandatory tip. It was a simple process but admittedly would cause the waiter a few extra minutes to make separate checks. The checks came out in minutes once asked This year, the restaurant stated they will only divide the check up to 4 credit cards but it was up to each group to separate the dinners, appetizers, wine, cocktails, and desserts. The we were to calculate each groups tax and gratuity and make sure the final tally added up to their bottom line on the bill. We requested the owner and manager to step in and calculate this for us. They ALL refused and said we should just pay the requested bill and later Venmo each other. Their explanation was that this process was to speed up bill paying. IT DID EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE. We spent 20 minutes arguing that this was their jobs, not ours. They basically told us to pound sand. We then realized the only way we were going to get out of there was to figure it out for ourselves. 30 minutes later after finding pen and paper we started tallying strings of numbers that got us to a subtotal. But that wasn't enough. They wanted us to figure out the tax and gratuity too. The two sides were getting close to a confrontation, instead of a solution. We had now begun arguing amongst ourselves and a quietness came over the prior festive atmosphere. The night had been ruined. AND FOR NO REASON. I was embarrassed and forced to apologize to our guests to whom we recommended this restaurant. They were not happy....no one was. The restaurant should be embarrassed. This was a Complete lack of customer service . Based on the way we were treated, I dont think they really care.

Service & Ambiance was great ! Food was another story! Fried shrimp was inedible as it was too salty and they offered to replace it with another order of the same and it was literally the SAME- too salty! Enchilada had bland chicken mush filling and mole sauce was más o menos!

An amazing place! We had the duck wings which for me a wing is a drum and an flat they only serve the drum but the flavor was clean and juicy and flavorful. The sauce served with them was amazing. I had the shrimp quesadilla which was just ok. We are definitely going back though. I will have dinner next time. I'll let you know how it was.

Quickly became One of my favorite places in the area! Enchiladas were fabulous (we split as an appetizer to try) everything including refried beans done in house! They don't have sangria but we're willing to make me one- which was pretty good ! Filet was awesome! Cooked perfect the first time (how it should be) and my hubby was jealous! Though he loved his scallops too! Will absolutely come back and only requested they serve filet Oscar (filet topped with crab) and also add Hollandaise as a sauce option! Service at the bar was awesome- quick and friendly!

Over the bridge in Mt. P, Red Drum has a great ADULT set up. They're a destination restaurant that has a great stand up bar, full dining room, and private rooms in the back. They have regular, we'll-presented bar food like wings, burgers, and chips...but then the menu jumps up to REAL entrées, like steaks. Both work and fit the décor. Underrated, the enchiladas with homemade hot sauce ROCKED. The leftover green salsa I put on top, put this dish OVER the top. We've been for breakfast, dinner, and yes...we'll be back again!

Dated and dark interior. The menu is top notch with mostly fresh ideas. Staff is attentive, genuine and pleasant.

Every time we visit Charleston this is a must go dinner. It's always great and tastes fantastic! I got the chicken for the first time and it was 10/10. Highly recommend!

Expensive and mediocre service . We were with a group (8) and charged 20 % tip automatically and 3% for using a credit card . There is no ambiance to the place the food we had was very ordinary. Anyway we won't go back .

We haven't been to Red Drum since my pre-Yelping days and decided to give it another try. Though last minute, we secured a table with Resy and dropped the car off at the valet station. (Red Drum offers walk-in dining room seating but encourages reservations). The dining room is large and dimly lit with the best option for light, a table in front of the glass door leading into the porch. Unfortunately, this was the server's path to outside diners and after 5 nerve racking minutes of that heavy door opening and closing, Joe asked for us to be moved, albeit, to a table with poor lighting. Our meal was straight forward ... drinks, two starters, two entrees. My Bloody Mary was juicy; Joe's Red was fine; portions were generous and the pricing was, for the most part, competitive. While each dish had the makings of 'fabulous' nothing stood out. Joe's Tortilla Soup was missing the bite he expected and seemed lacking ingredients to bulk it up. I've tasted better just about everywhere and for $9.00, we agreed it was overpriced and downright disappointing. My peppery Arugula Salad ($13.00) should have been insanely delicious ... loaded with chunks of tart Granny Smith apples, thickly cut, diced bacon, bits of crunchy toasted pecan and pinches of creamy goat cheese ... but again, the dish missed the mark. It was heavily tossed in a dressing, described as honey thyme vinaigrette, but all I tasted was oil. Ugh. Joe's salmon ($29.00) was prepared as ordered and was a generous portion, perhaps 7 ounces. Served over a corn cake (there was corn, too), it was fine ... but perhaps a bit overpriced, compared to similar dishes/set-ups all around town. My Bucatini ($19.00) with scallops and clams was photo-shoot worthy but again, was underwhelming. The pasta was a perfect al dente and the amount of shellfish was adequate; however, the scallops were clearly not seared and the red chile corn broth was missing the corn and the chile punch anticipated per the menu. We were actually considering sharing a dessert as I noticed one of my faves, peanut butter cheesecake, but again, I was disappointed when our terrific server, Eric, returned to tell us that it was sold out. Bummer. I noticed another diner devouring what looked to be juicy burger, plated with a large order of fries and would consider coming back for lighter fare, or maybe, as a brunch option for out of town guests, but for entrees, we'll pass.

Extremely disappointed in what used to be one of the finer restaurants in the area. The identity of the restaurant is lost. Is it Mexican, bar food or seafood? I honestly have not had a more awful meal in this community in my life. I wish you luck Red Drum the culinary experience here needs vast improvements. Quit riding on the wings other Mt. Pleasant greats. FYI, We ordered a diversity of apps , meals and dessert.

Great setting, service, and food! They have a variety of options to choose from which is always great. Not going to lie, other than what I make possibly the best guac I have ever had! The shrimp were very tasty and fresh, my wife got the fried chicken tacos and they were amazing. A must try if you're in Charleston. Glad a good friend of mine who lives there recommended it!

Back after 10 years and the food is still as delicious as our first visit. Made a reservation and were seated on the patio shortly after we arrived. We order the fish tacos and one of their salads topped with grilled shrimp. The fish tacos were some of the best we have ever had. The entree salad was fresh and crisp and the shrimp were grilled perfectly. I wish we had more of an appetite, the main entrees coming out of the kitchen looked delicious. The service was ok, if I were to guess, our server was most likely new. I will definitely be back on my next visit. Highly recommend this place, great food, atmosphere and friendly service.

Very good food but way overpriced. $65 steaks, $24 hamburgers... I've been coming here for years but I think they priced themselves too high now. It is just a shame. I like the enchiladas and the chicken taco (both are about $24). The mahi is also very good.

Well, you know that short season we all wait for every Spring and then our favorite restaurant says..."We've got Softies!". We come before they are gone. Red Drum offered some very nice Soft Shell Crabs last night. It also happened to be $5 BRose Thursday special. (BRose bc guys like the special too). Back to my eating experience. The Soft Shell Crab were lightly dusted in panko then deep flash fried. They were served on top of a very nice pillowing mound of beautifully charred poblano peppers and corn with blistered tomatoes topped with a flavorful sexy texmex crema. Red Drum offered some of the largest softies I've ever encountered. GET THEM WHILE YOU CAN. The season isn't that long but we wait patiently every year. This review is certainly not in order of delicacies. We first had the never ever disappointing fried shrimp appetizer. You like fried shrimp? These are some of the best fried shrimp in this coastal town. This appetizer paired with a salad could easily be a meal. As we sat at the bar, my first task was to order my always go to...cosmo! Delicious. The Bartenders are wizards of mixology. Needless to say I enjoyed my favorite! After dinner I encountered a new to me Willamette Valley Pinot Noir. Smooth, subtle fruit flavored wine from the Patricia Green Cellars. Give it a try! Lastly, you guys and gals at Red Drum are always on their A Game. Great service, quality menu items and for goodness sakes don't leave without having dessert! We saw people starting with dessert which is also fashionable. Go ahead make your reservation before the delectable ever succulent Soft Shell Crab season is over. They won't last long!!!

Had brunch here for the first time with a group of friends on Sunday. You definitely need a reservation because the restaurant was packed! It would be really lovely to sit outside on a day with nice weather. Unfortunately for us it was raining, so we sat inside in one of the dining rooms. I had a single Bellini because I was driving but if you have a DD or can take an Uber I would highly recommend taking advantage of their bottomless deal- $16 for bottomless mimosas or bellinis. If you plan on having more than 2 drinks, it is an excellent deal. Especially because they are not skimpy with the champagne! For food, I had the fork and knife tacos. I liked everything about it on paper, but it didn't pack as much of a flavor punch as I was expecting it to. And there was not much variation in texture, everything was just soft. It was the right amount of food for me though! Just enough that I feel full but not so much that I felt greasy or heavy. Our friend ordered the rum cake for us to all try and WOW what a treat! I highly recommend (though you may want to split with someone as it is very rich). To us, what set this rumcake apart from others was the beautiful, caramelized crust it had. Overall, a solid place for brunch in terms of drinks and the rum cake. The tacos weren't particularly memorable, but they did the job.

Red Drum for 15+ years has had a great vibe in the bar, comfortable dining area and overall consistently good food. Definitely a favorite spot for a long time and a hopefully a long time to come!

I had been here once before but it had been many years. This place is a nice low key place to grab some good food. Can be very causal or a great date night place. The cocktails we had were not the best, however can't beat a glass of wine on the patio. I had the fish and my fiancé had the pork chop. Both were superb but for a cool day you can't beat the thick cut pork chop. It is in the most delicious reduction.

Absolutely delicious meal tonight and wonderful service! Had the Wahoo special and it most definitely did not disappoint. The fish was cooked perfectly and the size was generous. It was served with a delicious combination of asparagus, green beans, spinach, mushrooms, tomato and a perfect sauce. The atmosphere was perfect and our server was the perfect combination of extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. We will be back! Espresso martini was perfect!

Great place for food and drinks. Bartenders attentive and personable. Either inside or the outside dining and bar area. Owners are hard working and very cool. And a must to check out their lunch truck.

We went here for New Year's Eve. This place has a very nice atmosphere and most menu items were good. I did not like the scallops or refried bean skillet so I would pass on those items. The bill for the 6 of us very easily reached 300 so it is meant for very special occasions but went did order a lot of things on the menu. The only photos I got were on the dessert. I would go back but only for another special occasion. This place was also time consuming.
