I’m so grateful I have them one more shot! I recently moved to the area and had a pleasant interaction with one of their bud tenders, but the product just wasn’t right for me. I stopped in again on my way home from work and was blown away with Budtender Erica! She took the time to understand what I didn’t like about the previous strain I purchased and used her expertise to get me exactly what I needed. I’m thrilled with the edibles she recommended and she found me a perfect strain in a cart (and found one on their sale menu to boot!) I hope she’s there every time I go back!

Miles was an awesome bud tender. IHe addressed my needs perfectly. I am visiting from Texas and love the stores ambiance and vibe. Lots of great products to choose from.

Great place, good selection, the budtenders are always super nice. I just wish the website worked :( I've tried on three different browsers and two different devices but it always ends up timing out and giving me a 504 error whenever I try to use search filters.

I've loved coming here and now I'm reluctant to say why. Yesterday, August 20th, I went into Reef was immediately interrogated about my eye glasses. They're not sunglasses, but transition lenses and have a very slight tint to them. You can still see my eyes clearly. I was literally just there to purchase product, but instead I was treated like I was going to rob the place. I felt uncomfortable walking around the store without my corrective eyeglasses, I cannot see things at a distance without them, it's all blurry. The saddest thing about this is that I now I have to find a new spot to go to.

I met a real life Angel at this dispensary who gave me some excellent recommendations with a lovely smile. I especially love that they donate some of every sale to your choice of very worthy causes; I chose The Sophia Way Women's Shelter. Beautiful store, awesome bud tenders, will definitely be back next time I'm in Seattle.

My budtender's name was Faith! Not only were they helpful and patient with me but also I found them quite attractive. I'm sure that's not appropriate for a review of their service as an employee at The Reef but it certainly had me leaving with a big ol smile on my face. Smitten perhaps?

A great experience from the time I entered the store until I left. As a transplanted creator from CO, I enjoy trying new brands and strains to cultivate my creative experiences. Each budtender openly made suggestions as I conveyed my experiential agenda, and I am amazed at how spot-on the suggestions were. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a trusted source in cannabis knowledge, selections, and overall vibe. And the flower and preroll prices are amazing.

Amazing people work here. Probably my favorite shop since I've been to most of the others and was not impressed. The Reef employees take a bit longer with each customer but when they help you, you understand why the wait. I'm bringing my medical card here because I know they care about their customers. Best experience yet in a Seattle pot shop.

I've visited twice while I've been in town and I can honestly say I'm impressed. I'm from Florida, so we are strictly recreational. I love that Washington is recreational and that the pricing isn't out of control. I found their pricing to be on par with what I pay back home. I was introduced to their ap by a friend, and when I used it to place an order, I got 30% off my first order! And you get 15% off every time you use it, which is a great incentive, and probably helps them considerably. Plus the AP is easy to use. Their store has a great Jaques Cousteau mural on the side of the building and a nice quasi nautical theme inside. It's neat and very clean. They ask your ID at the door, and then allow you in. I found their staff to be really friendly and knowledgeable. They are LGBTQIA friendly and on today's world that's a huge plus. If I lived in Seattle, I'd use this as my dispensery all the time.

I love this place, great vibes and they even let you pick a charity to donate to! The Budtenders are always super nice, efficient and knowledgable. This place was closed down for a bit and I hated having to go to Uncle Ikes happy to have the reef back up and running!

Was here a while ago I stopped coming in from a previous experience of a employee confronting a customer about how often they come in and never tipped they were going back and forward and the employee repeatedly stated the customer had no say in what to expect as a customer because they never tipped stunned how unprofessional they were I looked and realized I wasn't the only one hearing this there were sour faces as expected my lucky day today they helped me and I read their name tag riley I wish anyone other than them helped me that put a bad taste in my mouth I came here almost every day before then now they have discounts I decided to pop in we will see if I will be back

It was my first time coming to this club and the selections were insane! Didn't expect them to have that many preroll selections, my 30% off discount for being a first timer as well as their other different deals! Service was quick and easy too! Line was long but it went by quickly! And it'll really go by fast if you already have an idea of what you want, "Grab and go"! I'll definitely come back to this club whenever I'm back in town!

High quality cannibas at refreshingly reasonable prices. The Reef is a Washington company, with 3 locations (no affiliation with Reef Dispensaries in Las Vegas). Their shops are clean and nicely merchandised, with an impressive selection of flower, edibles, concentrates, and more. My husband and I stopped in while visiting Seattle (from California) to stock up on pre-rolls for our trip. Pro tip: do not fly with weed, even from one legal state to another, as airspace is federally regulated. We happened to come in during happy hour, so pre-rolls were 25% off. Various deals and discounts are listed on their website. The woman who helped us was genuinely friendly, and the flower was excellent. We will definitely come back for all of our marijuana needs when we are in town. Cash only.

This place is going to be my new go to place when in Seattle. I usually go to Ike's, but the service here is way better and I think the selection as well. Grabbed 5 J's, 2 double packs and 1 single, and a vape cartridge all for under $60 out the door. Coming from SF where marijuana is everywhere, I think thats a great deal and was cheaper than SF! I found that the prices were super reasonable, and it helped that all items were priced as is without surprise taxes at the end. I love that! The battery we got has been super great too, and it's a nice matte feel.

I was driving the other day and passed this place, and it looked so cool that I had my friend turn around so I could take a picture outside and check out the inside. They really have an amazing aesthetic. I had a lot of questions about how using weed could help my many medical problems because I am disabled, and the staff was so knowledgeable and friendly. I mostly dealt with Angel, and he helped me, answeing all of my questions for like 20 minutes, despite the fact that I told him in the beginning that I couldn't afford to purchase anything that day. The Reef is honestly one of my favorite dispensaries in the Seattle area. They have great discounts and a good selection of quality & budget cannabis! They're management and staff are super friendly and helpful; as well as remember me. The dispensary is one of the few dispensaries in the Seattle area that actually cares about the well-being of not only their employees, but their customers. During the 2020 quarantine, The Reef started giving discounts to restaurant workers and others effected by COVID. What I love the most is that the store literally puts their money where their mouth is. They closed the stores on several occasions so their staff could participate in the protests last summer, as well as every time multiple staff members got sick with covid! Any business willing to loose money to do what's right will always get my coin. If you're looking for a great dispensary to visit on your trip to Seattle or maybe just looking for a new dispensary home, check out The Reef!

I won't be returning to this spot after repeated poor service and unnecessarily hostile employees. While they have an alright selection and some of the better prices in the city, someone should tell the staff that working in the cannabis industry is no excuse for a lack of professionalism. Unless you really love those diners whose schtick is to treat everyone like garbage for fun, walk your money down one more block to Uncle Ike's.

Took my friend here when he arrived to town and we were thoroughly impressed. I don't know anything about what's being sold here but the customer service was top notch and I felt like I was dealing with a friend. I believe her name was Megan? Orange Beanie... hope you get the props you deserve!

The person helping me was incredibly helpful, I told her what I was looking for and my budget and she pointed me in the right direction. The milk chocolate chocolate edibles were very strong! Also this weed shop donates 5% of the profit back to charity, they had three to choose from and you get to decide which, which is awesome and makes me want to go back.

Walked in not knowing exactly what I was looking for, feeling a little like a fish out of water. David H made me feel totally comfortable, talked at length about different options and answered my MANY questions. I will drive from Snoqualmie to this store from now on. Less important is the totally cool aesthetic. Worth the drive!

Always great help from the bud tenders. Everyone's super down to earth and kind! Love Kola (sorry if I spelt that wrong). Kola gave me tons of tips on edibles, tinctures, and blunts. I've been eating my greens for a while and tend to stay away from smoking. But I wanna try smoking and Kola went above and beyond giving me tips on how I could go about smoking so I wouldn't over do it and so I would enjoy it. Love yah Kola!!!

I have shopped at the Reef since they opened, and I have received nothing short of stellar service. From the guards to the bud tenders to the manager- all have shown me kindness. I do wish they'd reinstate a higher discount for online orders, but I like their philanthropy. Mad props to my bud tender today- I think her name was Megan! She's the one who got me to leave a review here- phenomenal customer service skills! I see a lot of feedback about the door staff on here, and let me specifically address the fact that the two gentlemen I see at the door at the Reef (while not the smiliest men) have always been kind to my femme queer self. I have never felt like they were rude, but merely doing their jobs and not getting distracted. Get over yourselves people! You're buying legal recreational cannabis - chill out.

This place is unfortunately staffed. First purchase was a gift my boyfriend got me - they sold him a PAX Era with a bunch of ugly engraving on it and didn't tell him. It was cheap but they didn't explain that it was engraved and it was really disappointing. Second purchase was worse. I asked specifically for cartridges for the same ugly PAX Era and they sold me the wrong kind, but they also won't make refunds even when it's their fault. I'm mostly annoyed because they make mistakes and then make it sound like it's illegal to refund you which is not true.

Meh. Huge real estate. Very little inventory for edibles. Plus, you have to look at it through these artsy window displays and there's no sense of what's actually available. Not sure the market they're going for, but the prices are higher than typical and the edible selection is severely lacking. All they had we're different kinds of fruit chews. C'mon. There's lots of great edibles out there besides fruit chews. I don't want to give Ike more money; he's a trash human. But I'm really struggling to find a shop with a decent edibles selection. Had high hopes for this place because of the size of the store, but walked out really disappointed.

I always have good experiences at this store! My dog loves to come with me, too. It's hit or miss at the other dispensaries I have been to in Seattle, so this is my go-to spot.

This place was neat. There's a counter for prerolled joints and a counter for edibles and flower. The people were helpful and nice. You will need to have your ID to get in and it is cash only. The ATM is free if you forgot which is awesome. All around great experience and the outside is super cute too!

Every time I have been here it has been an absolute delight to interact with the lovely humans who work here. I just got off the phone with Matthew who provided such compassionate and kind service when answering questions about high dose CBD products to help with extreme anxiety side effects of my steroid inhaler. They were so patient and took their time to make sure they found the right products for me, and even went over ingredients for allergy concerns. It honestly made me feel so much better after the depressing call with the pharmacy saying there was nothing they could do to help with the side effects. Regardless of what product you are looking for this is the place to go.

I was on my way to check out The Reef. I noticed a person who I assumed was an unhoused selling incense around the corner from their door. The security guard told him he had to leave. There were some back and forth about whose property it was. The man went to the corner of the intersection and the security guard walked around the block. When the security guard came to where the person was they called them a, "f-ing bum" and smacked the container that held the incense out of the mans hand. I don't know all the history here obviously, but at no point did I see any reason for this type of aggression and violence against an unhoused person. If your employees are treating people this way, then I have no interest in your shop, this is an unkind way to treat people with verbal and physical harassment. I'm not asking for a boycott of The Reef. But if an employee feels so frustrated that they feel like they can use stigmatizing language and violence towards someone, then I think compassion, stress management, and deescalation trainings would be useful.

Nothing I bought here worked. Waste of $110. Go somewhere more reliable or buy something you set on fire with flame not a battery.

Great staff, great selection, AMAZING prices. It's a win for me and this place. My only regret is I won't be living as close to it anymore.

AVOID! Guys checking ids, two separate guys each were shitty. The guy-guy shit gets old quick! Way friendlier, helpful, staff up on 15th and taking my business there! Please avoid until they figure out their customer service issues

This place has a pretty decent array of edibles and good stock on everything else aside from pieces. The people who work there are always super nice and they seem pretty helpful (I always order ahead online so i wouldn't really know). You get a 10% discount from ordering online and they're cash only but they do have ATM

Too pricy and the often selected brands on sale aren't worth the up charge. You're better off buying top shelf from Ruckus Recreational on their Top Shelf Tuesday 20% sale. Plus, they have cheaper weed that's not up charged too.

I am writing this review because of my experience coming from the store tonight around 8:00 p.m. I went to take out $80 from the cash machine but soon after walking away realise I forgotten to grab the money. I then brought it up to one of the people working in asked if they could check the cameras to see if the person who picked up my money could be identified, this took a couple minutes. By the time they realised to the person was they had already left the store. I want to thank the security guard the lady who was taking out cash after me and the manager who helped me Shaina.(I think that was her name, its in my receipt. Brown straight hair, thin frame, really kind) They checked the cameras and even identified a rewards phone number of the person who stole the money from the ATM but this person must have used someone else is rewards because it didn't match who they were. Shaina maintain professionalism and showed empathy towards my situation during the entire time, She even offered me a generous discount. I just wanted to thank all the members of the reef store for how they handled my situation tonight. It's how you guys treat your customers that make me come back each time. They offer great selection, great prices, and their employees really are the best. I will choose the reef over Uncle Ike store any day. Thank you for doing everything you could! (And to the person who pocketed my cash, your character is weak, and you will get what's coming to you)

What a great experience! I arrived at the last moment and was welcomed warmly by the doorman and host. I asked for something with kick for less than $60 and the person helping brought me out four products patiently explaining their attributes. The place is brightly lit. You get the product you're looking at. No small thing to me. And the doorman has a good soul. Go for it!

As a native to Northern California nearly 30 years: I've been very fortunate enough to have a wide variety of options and a network that I trusted when getting marijuana and accessories. After moving here I was really disappointed by the customer service I received from competing shops. I really hate feeling rushed or spoken down to. There's a whole new array of Washington strains and products I've never seen in California! That shouldn't have however had the conclusion drawn that I'm uneducated and misinformed. At Reef I had a completely different experience! Everyone was so friendly, kind helpful and informed. I didn't feel rushed or overly pestered as I like to just look around on my own sometimes. I always feel very well taken care of and leaving like I got the best bang for my buck. Great team here!

BUYER BEWARE: Your ID must be scanned for their database before you are allowed to enter. While I condone inspecting my license for age and conformance to the spirit of the law, I object to my details being captured digitally. The staff were kind and apologetic, claiming no bad would come from it but I politely disagree. Won't be back

Honestly all the times I have been here I am let down. I asked the bud tender to recommend their favorite joints and it always feels like I'm being steered towards the most expensive product and it's never good.

Workers are delightful and knowledgeable about everything. Love this place! Love it so much and I'm happy I got to come here on our trip!

Highly recommend. Order online for 15% off, shuffle down the street two blocks and have a bag full of great product waiting for me? Yeah... I've been in at least half a dozen times this month, and have always received excellent customer service. I used to work as a budtender (medical) and this is a totally different experience; things are prepackaged, there are no in-house concentrates and you can't smell anything, but that's just a standard recreational thing. What they offer is a great collection of very beautiful and pricey flower, some nice budget-friendly options and a lot of great selections in between. If you're looking for high CBD strains, they have several really good ones and the recommendations are usually spot-on. A great addition to the neighborhood (though I can't help missing the neon pizza sign...) and a regular stop on my errand route.
