The Residences at Chastain Apartments

This is a great place to live! Helen, the property manager, goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and well taken care of. The maintenance team is prompt and reliable whenever repairs are needed. It’s also very dog-friendly — my Bulldog absolutely loves it here. If you’re looking for a safe community with attentive staff and nice neighbors, this is the place for you!

My wife has lived at this apartment complex for eight years, and I’ve been here for the past two—and we both couldn’t be happier. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with everything we need right at our fingertips. We especially want to give a huge shoutout to Helen, the manager, who goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel cared for and heard.

I scheduled a tour for today and received more than 1 confirmation, but when I arrived their offices were closed for Labor Day. I made this appointment several days ago and someone should have reached out to reschedule it or at least let me know. Very unorganized to not update your office hours or tour schedule for Holidays you’re not in. I drove all the way from Grant Park.

This is a great apartment complex to rent at. I always had a transparent communication line for any maintenance needs or questions for the property manager (Helen Medina) / staff when I lived here. The other tenants are courteous of others and respect quiet hours. You’ll be in great hands if Helen is there.

Moved in with my family within the first few months of the place opening and we've been here ever since going on 11 years. The nicest people around and you get that true sense of community here.

I love this place. We lived here in 2017 left and came back 2022. Our lease is ending June 2024 and the only reason we’re leaving is because we got a house. Helen the property manager is a sweetheart! She was so understanding and amazing to my family and I. Mike the leasing agent is another really sweet person,very friendly and helpful. The 2 maintenance guys Hill and Jose are amazing!!!!!! They’re always on top of any work order I put in and very professional. It’s also a very clean, quiet and peaceful complex! I’m truly going to miss living here. 😢♥️ Thank you all for an amazing living experience!

Staff is very responsive, helpful and friendly. Apartments are spacious and nice and the community as a whole is very safe and quite. We love living here.

I lived here for a year and a half and just moved out for a townhouse. I'd recommend living here for anyone. While the pricing per unit is probably average, if not very slightly above, the rest of Buckhead, you get more value for what you pay for than other apartment complexes. Pool is clean, residents are very nice, management knew me by name and apartment number as soon as I moved in, and the maintenance team is timely and effective. It was also so convenient not having to worry about guest parking, as there is plenty of space and no designated spots. It is more of a community than an apartment complex. I've lived in several Buckhead apartments, and this one was the best. It's also nice being right on Roswell Road but tucked away so it's not too loud. My unit price for new move-in's has gone up a solid amount since I moved in, but that is par for the course for Atlanta right now.

Wonderful residences at Chastain experience. Small and boutique. Friendly staff. Great pool and workout facilities and clubhouse with Starbucks coffee machine for free.

I lived here for about a year and a half and absolutely loved it. Management here is really on top of their game. Helen and Megan in the front office are the sweetest and are always accommodating. They genuinely care about the residents here and want to make sure they are happy. The maintenance guys are great too! And they would show up very quickly after putting in a work order or maintenance request. There were also many many friendly residents here. It is very dog friendly as well! Oh and I can't forget the location is fantastic. I really never had any issues here, overall it was a great place to live.

I love everything about The Residences of Chastain!!! My apartment, the on-site leasing team, maintenance staff, the residences and pets. Everyone (I've met and talked to) is very friendly. I feel like the people I've interacted with are family. I've never had that feeling and I've lived in apartments for about 20 years. We have resident appreciation breakfast once a month. Helen and Megan (leasing agents) are very personable, in the year I've been living here they have never been rude to anyone, on the contrary they are very accommodating. Chris (maintenance) responds to maintenance requests within 24 hours. He's a MVP in my book. The clubhouse is furnished in very inviting and comfortable furniture. The saltwater pool has a Miami feel with a grill for bar-be-que. The gym is conveniently located across the hall from the clubhouse and mailboxes. I have a 2 bedroom 2-1/2 bathroom apartment that feels like a stay-cation everyday. I love coming home. If you're not a cook the kitchen will change that, it's beautifully done in granite with stainless steel appliances. The rooms are big and the bathrooms have granite counters. The majority of the residents are awesome. We do have a few grouchy people who sometimes think they own the clubhouse (totally ignore them this is community territory). It is located within 15 minutes to stores, malls and night life entertainment. My daughter and I love living here!!! If you are grouchy, rude and inconsiderate please find somewhere else to live, we won't miss you. There is harmony here and we want it to stay that way!!!

First time I have ever lived in an apartment complex and have been so pleased. The properties management team are always thoughtful and helpful, not to mention how immaculate everything is kept. This is a must live in community!
