We were delighted with our hotel. It was close to activities at or near Buckingham Palace, good bars/restaurants, shopping, and the On/Off buses. We found it to be well-cared for from the entrance and lobby. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We found the ice water in the lobby so refreshing after walking to see some of the sites. An extra perk was the candy dish with the Starburst type candy! Although our hotel was smaller than we find in the U.S., they were clean and comfortable. We loved London, and if/when we return, we would definitely choose The Resident Victoria!

Great location, lovely hotel and priced just right. My flight landed at 8:30 am and while the rooms weren’t ready, they let me leave my luggage behind and let me know they’d call me when the room was ready. I wasn’t expecting anything before the standard 3:00 pm check in but they called me at 1:45 and let me check in! Staff is very friendly and helpful, room is clean. Bathroom is neat. Everything is on the smaller side but I didn’t expect much from a central London location! There’s filtered water in the room, and basic amenities. All in all, I got what I expected and I’m happy with the experience.

Everything about our stay was great. We spent four nights at The Resident. The location is perfect for walking to everything in Westminster and the Victoria underground station is just a couple blocks away for everything else. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Also, Lawrence offered some excellent advice for things to do, especially since we were traveling with our parents. The rooms are nicely designed and comfortable (and surprisingly quiet). We especially appreciated the small kitchenette. We spent a lot of time hanging out in the lobby, chatting with other guests during the even wine hour. We would absolutely stay here again.

Am so thrilled that we chose The Resident Victoria while visiting London. The front desk was extremely friendly and went out of their way to suggest places, travel directions, etc. Mirela, Reception Mgr., went out of her way to make sure our room was comfortable and greeted us with a smile each day! Great location and so close to Victoria Station make this hotel a fantastic choice. Comfy beds, Nespresso machine, tea and evening reception added to the terrific experience. Thanks for making our anniversary one we will not forget!

I recently stayed at The Resident Victoria Hotel and had an exceptional experience. The location is perfect, nestled in the heart of the city with easy access to major attractions and public transport. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and featured all the modern amenities I could ask for. Overall, my stay was comfortable, convenient, and thoroughly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I did a lot of research before booking this hotel and I was not disappointed . The location is perfect, close to the Victoria tube station. Very walkable to Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, Westminster Abbey etc. The staff are so friendly and helpful especially Lawrence. He offered helpful advice on travel and grocery stores. The early check in if you join was helpful for our early arrival. The refrigerator and kitchen items were helpful to us. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The Resident Victoria is in a great location, staff are polite and helpful, rooms clean, thoughtful layout and have all you could need including a kitchenette. Beds v comfy and a window that opens for fresh air. The Resident offers 25% discount for Forces (inc Veterans), NHS and Social Care workers. A thoughtful and respectful scheme.

We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it. The location is great, close to train stations, metros, Buckingham Palace, and more, but is still fairly quiet and private feeling. The room is fairly small, but nicely decorated and has a small kitchen as well as table and chair. The staff was excellent, both the day and night staff were friendly, greeted us when entering, and were happy to help with any issues that came up.
