The Reveler

I went here with a friend to watch the Oklahoma Sooners play Alabama in football since there was an Oklahoma Alumni and Friends group there. It is a wonderful place to watch a game. They have a good selection of beers on tap and the food was pretty typical bar food. The place is well kept and the restrooms are clean.

A bit on the pricier end for food, but can't speak to their drinks Of the things I tried and heard about, I think it's: Nachos >= Chicken tender > Burger > Pizza >> Mac'n'cheese side Service is good and cute decor. Fun bar with the galactic ducks. Has a lot of fun events to hang out with people

Above average bar food. Cheesesteak and tots were excellent - as good as or better than most you'll get in Philly. Skillet cookie was also solid. Bartender was attentive. Went on a Tuesday night for what I thought was music bingo but just turned out to be regular bingo which was a little lackluster but it's big and a nice place. I'd go back.

Just got home from a lousy experience. I was the only person in the restaurant. Ordered a beer and a to-go order. Ordered two beers, both kegs tapped. All good, they changed it right away. Order took a little bit but came and left. Only to get home and they didn’t have my order of fries. (Hindsight. Should’ve checked the order while there). But man, how do you mess up when there’s only one food ticket?

3 burgers, margarita pizza, whiskey salmon were all really good. Shrimp on the shrimp po’ boy were phenomenal. Mike the GM took care of some issues for us very well. Definitely worth another visit.

Ordered pizza special..Please, somebody in the kitchen teach whoever cuts the pizzas, that a 16 inch pie is not cut in a 5x5 pattern, it’s 3x3 or sometimes 3x2. The pieces in my pie are comical, kind of like this review( but also honest and fair ) Dough and toppings are tasty, seems like they use high quality ingredients, served crispy. The top is undercooked for my liking, if ordered well done bottom possibly would be burnt . Seems like some more experimentation could be done with dough. Bartender was very all about “business”. not very friendly or welcoming. I understand a lot of people these days are socially awkward, but definitely not somebody I would want to be the face and personality of my bar, even on a Monday. Seemed like the floor manager was lurking around the bar, I made eye contact a few times, nodded pleasantly, no response… I wasn’t able to appreciate his service to other patrons for comparison, so no hash judgment. I live two blocks away and I’d really appreciate this place to step it up..I’d like it to be my neighborhood Place but it’s just not good enough yet…And I’m a cheap date . Much love to those grinding it out in the bars of this dirty old town.

Super fun, staff was great, even if they were slightly understaffed for the event.

Great sports bar. So much fun. Wziter was a little slow and forgot a couple things but very nice. Fantastic atmosphere. People cheered and danced with each other. Cheered the Eagles in Chicago. But being fun. Really great. Packed full.

Huge place inside with a really fun game day atmosphere for the Eagles. The pizza is pretty good and a good size, but it did have tomato chunks in the sauce which I wasn't quite a fan of, but it was still very tasty despite that and was kind of a tavern style of pizza. Beware ordering food during a crazy packed game day, but the service was friendly and made sure I eventually got my pizza.

Came here for a game and they had it showing on all the TVs around me and my group. I appreciate this! The wings were decent, but the huge soft pretzel is what really stole the show. It was delicious and split between 5 of us.

My bestie's beau won a free party at this bar. It was a great local neighborhood bar nestled in Roscoe Village with flat screens everywhere. The atmosphere was chill and friendly. Jack was our waiter and he was amazing. He was very attentive and the seven of us always had a drink in hand and one waiting on the side . The nachos tray was a big hit for the group. Thank you, Jack and to my lucky friend! We had a lovely power hour :) and will stop in again!

Came here on a Sunday morning to watch F1. I've walked by here a bunch of times, but it was my first time stopping in. In terms of coming here to watch an event, their sound system wasn't working so they used the TV audio. It was muffled and went in and out...I wish there were subtitles on so I could tell what was going on :( Service wise, I realized at the end there was only 1 SERVER!! For the whole restaurant!!! Drinks were ungodly slow...even beers that were on tap and mimosas were slow :( Honestly the only redeeming thing was the food. It came out hot and fresh, and actually was decent compared to where we used to go to watch F1. The tots were crispy and the chicken tenders had little breading and a lot of chicken (just the way I like them), although they were slightly over cooked. At least they came out hot! Our friend ordered a beer and it took 45 min+ for the waitress to come tell him they were out of what he ordered. No problem, he ordered another beer. That beer took forever to come and after a comical amount of time it finally came and the waitress said she would comp it. They then proceeded to charge him for both on the receipt :((. I guess they thought we wouldn't look? When we asked the waitress about it she just said "yeah" and took it back to adjust it... Overall I'm not sure I'll be back. It's a place to go to watch a race, but not a good one. Pretty disappointing experience overall.

Came in on a random weekday to try something new - but come to find out, this is the sister location of another frequently visited bar we go to: The Butcher's Tap. Overall, not blown away. Don't get me wrong, the food was good, service was good and the beer was cold - nothing was "wow"! Restaurants are just trying to stay afloat, so I definitely get it - the standard median is always something to strive for. I dig consistency, so I'm not sad about it. There seems to big sidewalk area for outside dining - would not hesitate to come back when the sun finally decides to show itself...

Price is absurd.... ordered a spicy jalapeño margarita... lucky if there was 3oz of liquid. $15...ice must be pricey

Not a huge selection, but good quality for each item. The food was well seasoned and paired well with beer. Cheese curds were lightly buttered and quite tasty. The smash burger was small but well seasoned. Pass on the cocktails (I ordered the cucumber lime gimlet and it was overwhelming lime flavored) and stick with the beer menu.

Service was incredible. Our server was so attentive and informative! Nachos were delicious, only knock would be that the pork was lacking much flavor. I got the wings, they were great and it was a generous serving. My wife got the button burger and she loved it. She got tots and enjoyed them, I got fries and they were just okay. Definitely get the tots over the fries. It wasn't very busy when we were there but the atmosphere was welcoming and we had a good experience overall.

This spot is a great sports bar and grill! There are TVs along ever wall and corner in this larger space. The customer service was also great being greeted, seated and hosted immediately. We had 2 servers who presented us with the drink menu which has specials Monday -Sunday! It was great to see a sports bar menu with multiple options and good food.

Came in the other week for dinner. Service was great as they were taking forever to bring out one of the wraps the table ordered. There wasn't really any explanation as to why it took so long - if it got lost or what - but our server came back and proactively said I've talked to the manager and we've comp'd the wrap, whic hwas very much appreciated and great customer service as the other three of us were waiting with our food sitting in front of us. The food itself was good. We started with some cheese curds which were great, randomly shaped and much more natural than the pre-cut frozen stuff. I got a philly cheesesteak which was a bit oddly proportioned as it had a LOT of bread and not as much peppers or cheese. I basically took off the top half of the hero roll and ate an open-faced sandwich, it was still good, but needed more cheese/peppers/onions. Pretty big beer menu too with plenty of local options. Would come back.

Had a Cuban (so good!) and shrimp po boy, also very good, spicy. Side salad as the side and even that was good. Large patio w/tvs and nice flowers.

You guys: we LOVE The Reveler. We've been coming here for years, watching as this place has evolved in décor and menu. We eat here most Tuesdays or Thursdays after baseball. Our kid is obsessed with the beef and button burger. Service is always great. They have fun events. There's a lot I could say about what a great local establishment The Reveler is. But this review isn't about that. This review is about what gave The Reveler a permanent spot in our hearts and made it our always-go-to bar going forward. Tonight, The Reveler hosted us as a group of 14: ten 8 and 9 year olds and 4 adults. We were a LOUD and... energetic bunch. And everything was amazing. It started when I emailed The Reveler to see if they would even accommodate a table of 10 kids on a Saturday night. I emailed back and forth with Steve, who was always so responsive and helpful. When we showed up (a little bit late, I might add), the table was set and ready to go which was great because our kids were hungry. Our server was patient with each kid as they ordered their meal, even when each kid asked the same questions (c'mon, weren't any of you listening?!) or when they were being picky and choosy. The food came out quickly and completely correct. Steve, the server, and other restaurant staff kept coming by to check on us and to make sure we had everything we need. They also let us bring in an outside ice cream cake AND they cut it and plated it for us, which a lot of restaurants won't do. They made our son feel so special because they specifically cut it so that he got the part with his name on it (and his piece was bigger than everyone else's). At a different point in the night, another server (manager?) came over with Halloween candy for the kids. And at different times, when Steve checked on us, he also checked on the kids table and really treated them like the adults they were trying to be. This was big for us - he really made them feel special! Overall, we had such a good night that I had to come right home and right this review. I am a firm believer in the saying "you go for the food, you come back for the service" and while The Reveler was always our favorite spot, tonight just solidified what an amazing establishment they are. Thank you, Reveler team - we love you guys!

Meh. Is a pretty good way to describe the Reveler. I wish this wasn't the case as we live so close. However, we sat down and our service wasn't exactly the best. I was brought a drink that I had not ordered that the server had "found" assuming that this was a mistake by the bar and I had just been the recipient of some luck of fate I proceeding to drink the drink. The check came and I had been charged for the second drink. We investigated and the it was determined that the server himself had been mistaken and had brought the drink to the wrong table. I will say the found wasn't exactly my favorite either. The meat appeared dry and the avocado toast wasn't phenomenal for the price. It is cute and clean though, the drinks are ultimately good. Just I wouldn't go here for food... or awesome service.

An Iowa bar located in Roscoe Village, this is one of my favorites to watch Hawkeye games at. They have good game day specials, $5 Surly drafts and $6 stadium cups, but besides that they have a great craft beer list with plenty varieties and breweries to choose from, along with a full food menu. There's plenty of space to watch the game, with lots of tables inside and outside, along with bar seating. They also do a raffle for prizes at halftime that's free to enter. Parking is pretty easy around the place as well. Staff were all nice and friendly and service was fast. I'd gladly come back to watch another game here, or just in general.

The Reveler is a wonderful establishment, with great food and lots of TV's. The buffalo wings were delicious and we also got the nachos with pulled pork. The server was very nice too which made for a great experience.

Best place to go for eagles games!! Jamie our server was amazing and so friendly we love him!! Food is great and drinks are great too!!! Soo much fun!! GO EAGLES!

Decent food but the service was absolutely horrible. Our waitress was so unbelievably rude to us. I chalked it up to a bad day but after reading through other reviews it seems this is a problem others are experiencing as well.

OMG! GO HERE!! We found our way to this place when there was a snafu with our brunch reservation at a place nearby. We didn't find ourselves in a losing situation, though. We were able to walk right in even with restricted capacity due to COVID. The interior was really clean and very cozy looking. Fun vintage artwork and giant TVs showcasing all the sports. (‍) Our server Coleen introduced herself with so much warmth and appreciation; little did she know we were so appreciative to be here. She was fantastic. We were offered a drink right away. $15 bottomless mimosas? Sign me up! We ordered appetizers and lunch meals. All four of us moaned about how great our entrees were. In summation: GREAT atmosphere. GREAT service. GREAT drinks and GREAT food. I can't wake to make this place my regular spot.

My biggest impression of this place is clean. I mean it's squeaky clean. Outside, inside, bathroom, just clean. We went because we heard they have a great Bloody Mary Bar. Yes, they do. Lots of sauces, spices, olives, pickles, peppers, cheese, sausage, pizza (yes, pizza), and my favorite, quesadillas. The mix is ordinary, but you can really make it your own. The place opens at 11, but the Bloody bar wasn't ready until after 12. We also had lunch. I had the Diablo XXX Chicken sandwich with the sauce on the side. Very happy I did that as it was super spicy - habanero mixed with Buffalo sauce. The chicken was just okay, not super tasty, definitely needed salt but there was no salt on the table. Our server was great but she did disappear when it got a little busier. Go for the Bloody bar after noon and maybe skip the food.

Staff is as nice as can be. Will be back here. Need more words for this damn ass yelp review so yeah this place is cool

I would highly recommend The Reveler for a private event! I threw my husband a surprise party and it couldn't have gone better! The manager, Rovy, was very organized and helpful through planning and day of he was on top it. The bartenders and staff were great. The food and atmosphere was awesome! I was very happy with how awesome the party turned out.

Update: my bf and I came back for dinner on a Wednesday night, and it was a much better experience!! We sat at the bar and the bartenders were AWESOME- everyone we interacted with was so friendly. Bf got the cajun chicken pasta- this was my favorite. It was so good and had a bit of a kick to it. I had the chicken fried chicken which was also really good, but I'd say the pasta was better. My only complaint is that they still don't have specials yet (although bartender said they are coming very soon) and they don't have a dessert menu, just milkshakes. Seems like they are headed in a good direction, and it's only a few blocks from my house so I'll definitely be back!

I wanted to have pizza from a place close by. Decided to try this one. It came fairly quickly. The driver didn't have it in a insulated pouch he just had a box in is hand then went back for, not two cans of cola but two plastic glasses of it. I opened it and saw what can best be described as reheated frozen pizza with overcooked cheese topping some jardiniera and a couple of pieces of sausage. The tasteless crust was hard as a rock. I really am trying to think of something that was edible on it but I can't. I for the life of me cannot think of why someone would consider selling this for delivery much less buying it to eat. Maybe if I were intoxicated at a bar and became really hungry....nope!

The music was too loud. The service was spotty. And then they had the volume turned way up for basketball. Food was ok. We ended up going across the street to Commonwealth.

Tremendously underrated food and very good drinks. Although pretty much every other bar is packed and this one isn't, that shouldn't sway one's decision to visit.

Disappointed in our most recent visit. We have been coming to this establishment for years but this may be the last time until they make changes. We ordered food and a couple of drinks which was completely fine. The two disappointments were that when we received our bill, Reveler now adds on a 3.99% service charge. When we asked what that was for they said it covers the credit card charge. Major foul in our opinion if you want to keep customers. The second issue was that we ordered a Don Julio Anejo. When the server brought it to us they said that they were out and indicated they poured a Casamigos. This is the most expensive tequila they probably have on the shelf. Because we feel like they overcharged us we had to reduce the tip, which unfortunately the server did a fine job. Restaurant prices have increased pretty significantly and there has to be a ceiling on what you're going to leave.

They bribe people with shots to write 5 star google reviews. LoL This place is fun but theres absolutely no night life here and they adverstise it. I live in the neigborhood, i come by this place many times a week at night, all the lights on, TVs, MUSIC etc......but no people in there after 1030pm. EMPTY. They should probably get a clue from ALL THE OTHER bar & restuarants IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. This inst a nightlife destination bar or area. Great place for an Eagles game. Big downer is its an Iowa football bar, epic waste of space supporting a football program that has been irrelevent for the past 25yrs. Lose the CC fee. Your processing doesnt cost that much

Do not come here. It is hugely disappointing and not worth the money. What a terribly disappointing time our group had at the Reveler. My bf and I went to Iowa and western Michigan respectively, which matters later in the story and we arrived first. We had a different server come up to us 3 times with conflicting information but finally we got an app and drinks ordered. Our friends arrived to watch the game and one of the asked for ONE of the numerous tvs to be changed to a different college football game and they have some deal with Iowa? So they said no. Lol yeah right. We are ordering drinks and food and having a hard time even getting the server to come back. We are asked to enter the raffle-- all of us were-- including the ones not wearing Iowa gear which was about half the table , and nothing was mentioned as they asked for so much of our personal info that they had "rules" as to who could even win. I got my name drawn and walked up and was immediately- and publicly- dismissed bc of what I was wearing (WMU sweatshirt). So we came here, got our friends to come here, spent hundreds of dollars, and we get treated with unsportsmanlike conduct??? I don't care about the prizes but it was the principle. To wrap up, the food was all bad, the spinach dip was terrible and had no taste. The wrap I got was not good. We waited SO LONG for the other food -meanwhile the bar was half empty. The food was bland and gross. We had to track our server down the entire time for service. The management was the worst of all. We will never be back and I will spread the word to others to not come here.

We just has a 1 year old birthday party at The Reveler. We had a private side room with sliding doors to a private outdoor space, and a private bar manned perfectly by Jamie. He and the rest of the team assigned to our space made sure the drinks were filled quickly, food kept coming and were on top of what we needed. While this worked great for a kids party, it would work great for any get together. There are tons of TV's in the private space to watch any sports you want. Especially fun during football.

Recently opened new bar where Riverview once was, they really did a great job on the inside! This is gonna be a top ten: 1.) Great bar, many TV's & good spot to watch games! 2.) Theres actually 2 bars and self service taps charged by the oz. 3.) Really nice restaurant area; they even have a hostess stand? 4.) Beautiful bathrooms as well as a fireplace! 5.) Staff is terrible; bartender kept looking at watch. Couldn't wait to roll 6.) Relief bartender never even acknowledged us or said one word? 7.) Menus are HUGE, like Dennys & they hand you 3 upon arrival? 8.) Food needs help, you can't serve marginal grub in a joint like this. 9.) Prices a tad on the high side, especially the self serve brew. 10. No specials of any sort on drinks or food? We'll be back to give it another shot as of now this review stands... Talk Later??

There's a lot of reviews out there where people may have had a bad experience and are upset about their money and time spent on entertainment. You're never going to get 100% positive reviews when you're running a business- so you have to use your own internal BS meter to filter out the ones who are just angry in general and spend most of their time complaining on these websites. The Reveler is relatively new to the Roscoe Village area, been renovated as of last summer. As with any new establishment, there's going to be some points (as in any visit) where things can go wrong. Where I find many people are unwilling to say anything and just leave angry- it doesn't give the opportunity for a new place to understand where they may improve, or where they may be lacking. So have a conversation with your server or bartender. It shouldn't be awkward, you both want what's best for yourself and the business. I got off track. The reason I was so fired up is because I read all of the newest reviews and I don't think it gives a fair assessment of this place. I have spent a good amount of time here drinking, and some of it eating. Sometimes you order something that you aren't familiar with- and you don't like it. That's a part of life. You tried something and it wasn't to your expectations. IF there was an issue with execution- then yes, give your feedback. But if you think the food is not up to what you expected, then give that feedback as well. I have not had any issues with service or food here. I have found that the staff is always friendly. They do have a large area to cover, so sometimes it gets busy. Be patient, or order yourself a larger drink to keep yourself covered. I have had their pizzas, which are very good. Some of their appetizers are unique- some people when they order pimento cheese and it comes with a sleeve of saltines...that's my perfect evening to watch sports and have a few cocktails. Their dips are great! The honey Cheve bites are unreal. You get the sweet from the locally sourced honey and the tang from the goat cheese. Deep fried to perfection for the right texture juxtaposition. They do some private parties and it can get loud. But it's a bar, with lots of televisions, plenty of dart boards, and really clean bathrooms- which is no small feat these days. I suggest if you had a bad experience, send me a personal message. Let's meet up there, I'll order you a drink (or a couple shots) and we'll eat some of some of their snacks and dips, maybe some pizza- and let's talk about what you think? I am confident you'll leave with a better opinion than you came in with. Give it a shot. Remember if you don't like crowds- then don't go DURING MARCH MADNESS, OR BRUNCH HOURS....or during any Iowa sporting event.

Service was shit! Waited 30min for drinks, Server didn't know what's Remy Martin first, second they didn't had Hennessy , my friend asked what cognac they got? She wasn't sure. In the end they bring her Courvoisier without asking if she would like. People who came after us got served before us. Server told us but they order only beer. Really ?? Where is my beer? That i been waiting for 30min? It's not the waitresses fault it's the managers fault or owners they didn't teach her and gave her the job. We asked for extra pesto because on the sandwich couldn't even taste it there was nothing from pesto. They were very quick to add 50cents for extra pesto??? I don't care for this 50cents really I just find it stupid! And this COVID Surcharge? Really? For what for coming and giving you my money and supporting your small business? (if there was any hand sanitiser on the table at least ) Lol Don't order their pizzas for real.. the crust was defrost and on top added some tomato paste and cheese. No flavour really. (You could taste nothing) I don't give 1 star because of the Nachos and Mac&Cheese They were decent!

Visited the Reveler for dinner one week night and it was so much cuter than Riverview was (no offense Riverview...). The space has been totally updated and is much brighter than before. The bathrooms are a particular improvement! It was relatively empty as we were early, but service was great and the spot was so welcoming that we almost didn't notice that we were one of few tables (we also tried to visit during the Roscoe Village Halloween Parade and it was PACKED, so this spot is definitely popular). Food is good - I would say it wasn't phenomenal, but quite good. I think as the restaurant matures, the menu may also. Very child friendly and also good for groups. An improvement to the corner from crowd favorite Riverview - a brighter spot for dinner, brunch, lunch, etc. Worth a vist.

Amanda is great, treats you like a regular and does a great job! In general good sports bar if you are in the Roscoe area!

I went when it was fairly new, but they didn't have any specials. It was a Saturday during the day and college football was playing. Not another soul in the place while I was there and when I ask what the specials are they tell me they're working on them. Really? Okedoke. Had a $7 beer then hopped over to Commonwealth for $3 mimosas. Too many bars in the area to not have specials, regardless if you're still getting up and running. Get your specials set in stone if you want repeat customers, guys. Come on. This is a restaurant management group, too, that manages tons of bars in Chicago. I feel like they should know how important this is? Willing to give it another try once they've got it together, but for now, I'll be hitting up some neighboring bars.

Great bar for an Eagles fan on game day. But aside from that, Ingrid is one of the best, most energetic and engaged bartenders I've seen in a long time in this town. I will now be a regular here!

Tavern style pizza and great beer list. Awesome patio. The Vindaloo pizza was spicy and delicious! The fried goat cheese balls were heaven. Avocado toast was on point. Gracie was our server and she was so sweet and accommodating. Thanks, Chef Francisco for a great pre Cubs game lunch!

Wanted to try this spot out again, hoping for a pleasant surprise. The chicken tenders were great. The breading was flavorless, but they were crispy and, in fact, jumbo. The sauces were great, as well. The chicken sandwich I ordered would have been perfect, but they forgot the sauce (the main part of the sandwich). When they put the sauce on it, it was amazing, 10/10, except the chicken was way, WAY overdone. Dry and stringy chicken covered in amazing sauce is still edible to a point. The fries were also good. Other than that the service was slow, albeit attentive, the vibe was "empty sports bar with owners that want to see it succeed, but don't want to try TOO hard." It doesn't have a weird stale parm smell anymore, but I probably won't be back for more dry chicken. If you love televisions, sports, families, and at par bar food, this is the spot.

New service charge of 3.99% for credit cards is just ridiculous. Normal credit card fees are around 2% and most places don't charge that to the consumer. It was a pretty small amount on our bill but we won't be coming back. Management is clearly out of touch. They can continue to wonder why their bar is empty and village tap is packed.

If every other restaurant in Roscoe Village has a ptomaine outbreak, then by all means eat here. I guess I'm a glutton for punishment. Shame on me as I take my family to this joint once a year and it's always the same. Just the worst service. I've come to believe it's a management issue as staff training appears to be non-existent. Nobody knows nothin'. Awful. We saw three tables walk out after no service after 20-30 minutes. Food is passable. Get a new general manager...please.

Tried The Reveler with a small group of friends this past Saturday and had a very disappointing first experience. The host didn't ask us if we wanted to sit inside or outside and quickly led us to a back room that was filled with strollers and screaming children. I asked if we could sit outside instead and received an eye roll and sigh and was told to just go find a table outside then. So we brought our menus and waters outside ourselves and found a table. There were many available so I'm not sure why the aversion to offering us outside seating. The waitress came over and our group had to get through about half the beer menu before she said something was in stock. Instead of recommending a beer that was in stock, she just said over and over again "we don't have it." We put in our order of nachos and entrees. The nachos took close to 40 minutes to come out, during which our waitress didn't stop by to ask if we needed anything or address the delay. The nachos and entrees were all pretty average. Everything seemed quickly assembled and didn't have much flavor. Our waitress didn't offer any sort of ketchup, sides, dips, etc either, which is pretty standard for a pub-style place like this. When we wanted another round of drinks she took our orders and brought back 3 out of 4. When we told her one was missing she insisted we didn't order 4 and sighed when we asked for our 4th item. Overall, food was pretty average fare, but the host and service was extremely underwhelming and didn't make us feel welcome. Will not be back.

We were big fans of Riverview as a family-friendly place for good beer and sports. We finally got around to checking out the Reveler and were pretty underwhelmed. The space is beautiful for sure and the restrooms have had a needed upgrade. The beer list is respectable but we were surprised there were no specials on drinks. The food was middle of the road bar fare - nothing unique or special about it - but with upscale prices. Overpriced for what it is for sure. Service was good but I think they were understaffed for a weekend afternoon. Our waitress was clearly doing her best but seemed to be serving all of the patio tables along with several inside as well. We felt bad flagging her down for another beer. Overall not a negative experience, but nothing special that will make us come back again soon.

Server's are confused and slow. Took 15 min. Before anyone came with water. Manager needs to get it together.

We used to enjoy coming here just for the location of where we lived. We came for an Iowa game and I wore a plain black shirt. They did a raffle and I won, they told me because I didn't have an Iowa logo on I could not win. My friend also won who had a black tank on and they said she didn't follow the contract they had with Iowa (wtf). I don't care about winning the raffle. They were not nice to us after this happened. Prior to this I ordered a pizza. An hour went by and I asked the server where it was and she said they voided it because they thought I was upset. I was, but I never asked for my food to be voided or anything. On top of all of this we multiple times had to go to the bar to get drinks, service was terrible. I wouldn't recommend this place. Don't come here. There were also multiple other instances where servers came by treating us poorly and it made us want to leave immediately. Rude staff, poor service. Not worth a visit.

Good food, depending on what u order -- great salads, wings, diablo buffalo chicken sandwich (pretty spicy mix of habaneros and buffalo sauce), mac n cheese, tots, and shakes. Burgers (2 4oz patties) were dry, and pepperoni pizza tasted like a frozen pizza. Beer menu is pretty solid, but wish they had some sour beers. Always pretty chill vibe, and easy to grab a table or seat at the bar, with great service. This place is a great addition to the neighborhood -- nice alternative to Commonwealth, Village Pub, etc.

this place went from ok to atrocious really fast... fine ok, maybe the draft beer pulls make this place fun (not a beer drinker)...the pizzas i guess are ok (but i wouldn't go for their pizza. costco and mcd's have this place beat. spinach and artichoke dip served with 10 day old pita bread - you're given about a cupful of dried cheese with chewy artichoke leaves (the part of the artichoke that you should discard) and frozen spinach (read: mush). costco sells a version by the boatload in their refrigerator section and blows this crap away. burgers - straight from the freezer served on sawdusted potato roll. oh and don't get me started on their brussel sprouts salad. one of my HUGEST pet peeves is not including the ingredients listed on the menu. i'm a vegetarian, this is a salad, you can't NOT include an ingredient. it's like omitting the meatballs from the spaghetti and meatballs and then saying "oh yeah the kitchen was out". WTF. no cherry peppers and bottled honey mustard board onto shaved brussels sprouts (like from costco). so bummed as this is primo location in the 'hood.

Went here to watch a Bears game. This place is HUGE. Tons of indoor and outdoor seating and bar seats with easy views of TVs for the game. However the night I was there, I grabbed a seat at the bar and only one bartender was working. That lead to slow and inattentive service. The beer list had some good variety, but I'm not a beer drinker generally. Drink prices were reasonable. The menu didn't mention that a side was included with the sandwich so it was a pleasant surprise that I wasn't charged extra for the side. The menu was standard bar food. I got a burger and my friend got an individual pizza. The pizza came out a good amount of time before my burger did. The burger itself over overly salted such that was all I could taste. Pizza was described as alright. I don't think i'd go in unless I peak in first and see more people behind the bar. And I'd only just drink.

Came here for football and even though the Cowboys suck, the drinks, food, and service were great. Out waitress, Grace, knocked it out of the park by suggesting provolone on the Cheese steak. Great meal and great time!

Came to this spot in August of 2022 and they got a solid brunch deal with $15 bottomless mimosas! Food was great and staff was super friendly! Would def return!
