Room is very nice. Overall facilities are good. People are so friendly and really care about guess. I forgot my car keys and realized it on the plane. Once touch the ground, Ritz-Carlton staff already sent me email with instruction to return my keys. Their respond was very fast and now I am waiting for those key to arrive. Special thanks to the team -Coco Feng, Sam Mu, Samuel Liu, Krystal Liang. This service make me feel so warm and trust in staying at Ritz-Carlton Guangzhou and strongly recommend this hotel to others.||Area that should improve - breakfast, should have more choice of international food. Mini-fridge in the room was not so cold.

Great service. The staff is just amazing. Sam was incredible, and Coco was beyond amazing. She went out of her way to set up our phones to order Didi and even helped order food for us because we were challenged with the language. She truly made us feel like family. This is what a true 5 star is about. Many hotels offer luxury, but customer service is what makes the difference. Breakfast was also very good!

My whole staying experience was smooth and peaceful. I called for making reservation, a gentleman whose name is Junan answered my enquiry in patience and with professionalism. A nice room was prepared for me and the view is stunning! The staffs I met are friendly, shared a lot of travel tips in Guangzhou. This is a hotel definitely worth a visit.

What a wonderful experience at the Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou. From the moment we stepped foot in the lobby we were made to feel welcomed by Freeya and the team. As it was a special occasion (engagement) Freeya, Summer and the team offered us the Carlton-Suite to celebrate this occasion. They went above and beyond to decorate the room with balloons, flowers, a portrait of me and my fiancée and even provided my Fiancée’s favorite cake. We were blown away by the service, not to mention the fantastic pictures they took of us when I was proposing. The whole moment was captured beautifully and effortlessly which made the whole experience so very memorable. Summer, Freeya and the team ensured that each request was met and there efforts were well noted. Overall we were made to feel welcomed and appreciated throughout our stay due to the fantastic service and hospitality of the Ritz Carlton Staff members. We will forever cherish this moment and look forward to returning back to the Ritz Carlton Guangzhou to celebrate future milestones and events. Thank you again!

It's really too bad hotel star ratings stop at 5-stars because the Ritz Carlton in Guangzhou deserves 6-stars. The room is huge, well appointed, and immaculate. They have a Nespresso machine in the room they re-supply for you twice daily. The gym is quite good (dumbbells up to 26Kg), the location is fantastic for food and activities, and the Churchill Bar is amazing! 6-stars.

Dear Mr. Vogt, I have visited your beautiful property with my mother and it is our first time to Guangzhou. Your team of Ladies & Gentlemen have went above and beyond for our stay. Hester set the tone for our stay at the pre-arrival stage, where she coordinated for my mother's birthday. She took down all my little requests with such patience.||Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by both Hester and Anne, who escorted us to our room. To our surprise, apart from the pictures I've sent, they've also prepared balloons, a lovely cake and even personalized note to my mother. These two ladies even went above and beyond to curate itinerary for my mother and I, after knowing it is our first time to Guangzhou. We were truly touched by their gestures and they are true assets!||When we had a small hiccup with our room, Dennis, the Director of Front Office acted promptly and with such professionalism. We enjoyed our last night at your property because of his swiftness and kindness. ||Lastly, we had issues with ordering food delivery and a kind gentleman, Trap from the Guest Services team helped without any hesitation. He even offered personalized recommendations and delivered our food to our room. ||Your team of Ladies & Gentlemen have truly enliven the Ritz-Carlton experience and we will be sure to come back again! Thanks to them, my mother truly enjoyed her birthday stay!

Great service! I checked in yesterday and the check-in experience is great. The night service is excellent. I really love the egg roll snack for night service and a hotel staff gave me more kindly. And it was my mom’s birthday and they gave a cake and set up some balloons in the room. So lovely. Also the view is soooooo good. My room faces to Canton Tower which is really nice. Will visit back!

I’ve stayed over 1,200 nights in Marriott properties worldwide, so it takes a lot for someone to stand out. Freya Zhao did just that. She addressed me by name every single time she saw me. Not once, not twice, but every time. She made sure anything I needed was either already being handled or she was personally guiding me to a solution. Her professionalism, energy, and attention to detail were unmatched. Freya went above and beyond. She wasn’t just doing her job. She made the experience feel personal and elevated. You’re lucky to have someone like her on your team. She’s easily one of the best I’ve come across in any Marriott property.
