"Seasonal cheer comes in many forms. Of course, the halls are decked and the trees trimmed, but it’s the heartwarming holiday happenings that really take the jubilation up a notch. The unveiling of the life-size gingerbread house is a beloved annual activity (it’s also a brilliant backdrop for Christmas cards and frame-worthy photos to gift loved ones back home). Families can create sweet memories by decorating mini gingerbread masterpieces together. The whimsical Teddy Bear Tea features tasty kid-approved treats, festive decor, and joyful music. We are regular annual guests and are never disappointed by our stays. The brilliant Ladies and Gentlemen at the property deliver a seemless and excellent service which we appreciate greatly being slightly older than most guests. Yes the property needs a significant update with plumbing issues in our room and the noisy event tent below our room (a high golf course view room) but the location and ambiance make it a very peaceful and delightful place to stay-we were there for 11 nights. We understand that the property is due to be modernised in a couple of years-not before time. Yes there are frustrations but the overall ambiance and spotless service leave one feeling relaxed and satisfied that despite the significant room costs plus extras (resort fees, taxes and parking fees) very good value has been delivered. We shall be back.

Great location and facility. As always the Ritz doesn’t disappoint in providing a luxury experience by being intentional with everything they do. The attention to detail when it comes to service is impeccable. Well done Ritz! Also impressive is valet taking care of charging your electric vehicle during your stay in order to be always charged up when leaving the facility.

We had a great time at this resort. The service was excellent from all of the staff we met. A special shout out to Luz at the front desk. She was friendly and made sure my daughter felt special for her birthday weekend celebration. I love that they offer a shuttle between both resorts. This gave us the option to check the beach out and the restaurants. The property is clean and well maintained. The resort is good for kids. There is a play room, water slides, lazy river, and of course the pool and seating area were great. Although it was a busy weekend, we found good seating and felt we had good space. We will definitely return.

We just returned and I will say that the property and service are fantastic. When my wife booked it, I was very skeptical as to whether a golf resort could be kid friendly and I was proven so wrong. There were activities for the kids daily and everyone at the resort was so good with our children. I’d like to particularly thank Leanna at the lounge and Will and Oscar by the pool for their fantastic service. We will be back.

My family and I always go to the Ritz hotel because of quality and elegance but this time it left us disappointed. The food was super bland, comparable to a school cafeteria. Service was good but we got here late after going to the cinema and there was no one at the lobby. This hotel leaves a lot to desire, Ritz should make sure the quality of their hotels is good across the board.

Check in was very quick, although no welcome drink as the other Ritz Carlton’s do. Room was spacious with the Ritz marble bathroom and toiletries. The breakfast restaurant aaa a bit bland but the selection was good and service was great. We had the opportunity to meet Joey, the bar back from the pool area as he was filling in for the lobby bartender. His smile was infectious and he made us great cocktails. We then saw him the next day at the pool bar and he was serving drinks there too. He should be promoted to sever! He was awesome. The pool was filled with young children and an adult pool would have been a nice option for couples. Valet service was prompt. Overall a good stay but I prefer the level of luxury at the beach resort in Naples.

Google
We recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton and were absolutely delighted with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with exceptional care and attention. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

One of the highlights of our stay was how wonderfully they took care of our puppy. The staff showed genuine affection and provided excellent care, making our furry friend feel right at home. This level of service truly made our stay memorable.

We highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton for anyone looking for a luxurious and pet-friendly getaway. We can't wait to return!

I won't stay anywhere else. From Juan at the front desk going OVER AND ABOUT TEN FEET ABOVE! Then Wil with ONE L at the pool is my new BFF! Oh and my sweet angel Samula on the slides. Five hugs! That's what I got! Housekeeping is better than anywhere else period. The spa was the hubby's favorite. Amber and Charlie but I call him Chuck at the bar! Did I I mention Juan!!!!!!!!!! This is what luxury is about! I am now a real housewife and will never go back 😂💚

Becky L.

Yelp
The Ritz sets the bar so unrealistically high, it's in a standard all on its own. The staff is so helpful and always welcoming. The rooms are immaculate and the turn down service is a sweet treat. They think of EVERYTHING and because it was me and hubby on a special trip, we had several complimentary treats delivered to our door. The bed is comfortable we decided to order the same mattress for our home. I love it when we get to stay here.

Andrew B.

Yelp
Fantastic all around stay. Each time we've stayed here we enjoyed everything from the rooms to the area, to the friendliness of the staff. The grounds are beautiful, it's a great place to have a conference, and the building itself is kept in top condition.

Mauricio T.

Yelp
Ritz always makes you feel like a million dollars. If you want to have a great getaway or a stay cation . I would highly recommend this place

Adam J.

Yelp
Open air, close to the pool, the bar /restaurant is called Ria: a Modern Latin American Street Food hotel outlet. The food was super-fresh and well done. Just what you'd expect from a Ritz-Carlton. Would definitely go back and play a round of golf there too!

Jeff C.

Yelp
It's not a typical Ritz Carlton. The grounds are lacking of Ritz Carlton expectations. Not a relaxing atmosphere at all. The winding river (lazy river) is decent. A LOT OF KIDS!!! It is more of a club than a resort in nature. We strongly prefer the Ritz Carlton Naples Beach Club to Ritz Carlton Tiburon.

Isabella K.

Yelp
If you're looking for a family-friendly destination in Florida, the Ritz Carlton Naples Golf Resort Tiburón is the right place for you. Their pool area features a waterpark with several slides, a lazy river and kids zone . There are several activities throughout the day at the pool and the adjacent lawn such as balloon art and lawn games. They also pass out complimentary snacks for the kids throughout the day. The Resort also has a huge golf course. Starting from July 6 '23, guests will be able to take a complimentary shuttle service to the beach resort and use all the amenities over there. I loved the little coffee shop they had and got my Mocca and oatmeal fix every morning. My son loved the donut lollipops. I wished there would have been more variety food wise in general but I feel like this is one of the Covid aftermaths which they are working on to improve.

Marcus S.

Yelp
Subpar. At best. While the sister property on the beach is pristine, this golf club leaves something to be desired. While the service is impeccable and the staff is amazing, the rooms are outdated. The furnishings had nicks and cuts in them and looked like a luxury hotel from the 90s. The pool area was not relaxing because of the number of children everywhere and rude parents that didn't care about how loud and disruptive the kids were. There should be an adults only pool, but no, childish pandemonium everywhere. If you want a relaxing experience, come when children are in school. Other than that, great staff, amenities and good food.

Andrea R.

Yelp
We usually spend the winter holidays in my hometown of Boca Raton, but like to break up our time there a bit. Many months before the holidays we booked a suite at the Ritz Carlton golf resort. According to the stellar reviews this was the better resort for my kids since they had just put in a new water park at the pool...and then we could shuttle back and forth to the Ritz Beach Resort. However, Hurricane Ian had other plans for Naples and the Ritz Beach Resort was closed when we were there. Due to the devastation in Naples we considered moving our trip elsewhere, but decided to give it a shot...and I'm glad we did because it was still a great week in Naples even with some things closed. The Ritz Tiburon is a smaller resort, but I like when it doesn't take 20 minutes to walk to your room. Our suite was a little outdated, but comfortable. We learned on this trip that for our family of 5 it's preferable to have 2 connecting rooms vs a suite (King Bed + Sofa Bed + Pullout), but we made it work! I did hear they are about to redo the rooms so I'm sure the next time we stay here they'll be even better. We don't really golf so we missed out on taking advantage of the infamous tiburon golf resort, but my 10 year old took a very expensive, but fun lesson with a pro named Tom. He liked it so much that he begged us to sign him up again the next day! The kids favorite part of the resort were the water slides and the lazy river.I love a good lazy river myself. The bottom of it tore of my kids feet (when they did it without the tube) so I recommend bringing water shoes for them. I stayed in the tube the entire time so no feet issues for me. I do think they should add a lifeguard to watch the back of the river with all the small children going around. I do wish there was a separate adult pool to enjoy some kid free time, but think you can get that at the Ritz Beach Resort when it reopens. I was super excited for daily tennis drills, but unfortunately the tennis pro had a medical emergency the day I arrived. He did text me that he's OK and recovering, which I'm so glad to hear! We arranged some privates with his friend and another tennis pro, Krishnan, who I picked up some good tips from, but based on the price of the privates would have loved to do the drills. I always prefer playing with others as well! I have heard really good things about their usual tennis pro (Joe) so would be interested in taking lessons with him when he recovers and is back on the court. Golf is definitely the main focus of this resort and the system for booking tennis courts is a little disorganized thru the pro shop. They also could use a staff member out at the tennis courts helping people manage their court reservations. Krishnan had to keep stopping our lessons to do this, which isn't really fair to his customers who are paying so much for private lessons. I think we ate and drank at all the restaurants in the resort. The breakfast buffet was an amazing deal for kids at $15 and seemed to keep them full for many hours (as it should for the way they piled their plates). I loved their frittata from the menu as well and ate that daily. Ria is outside so it was a little cold for the cooler days we had, but perfect once the weather warmed up. And we loved when there was live music at the bar downstairs, which should occur every night (not just the weekends over the holidays). It turned out to be a lovely week and we enjoyed exploring Naples as well. I would definitely stay here again, but probably opt for 2 connecting rooms and would look forward to taking advantage of the Beach Resort too.

Yelp
I stayed here a few weeks ago for 3 nights (for a VIP Art Auction event). I love the rooms, the soft bed, the coffee maker, the giant TV, the modern bathroom, closet with iron and ironing board, the desk, the 2 seated sofa and the huge patio. The hallways are nicely decorated. There are 2 restaurants and a coffee shop plus many ballrooms and a business center plus outside, golf course, pool and water slides. Parking is either self park ($20/night) or valey ($30/night) plus car charging stations. There is a shuttle which takes people to the other Ritz-Carlton by the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great amenities and really comfortable stay. Worth the drive from Broward.

Yelp
The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort Naples has enhanced there already wonderful Hotel by adding an excellent outdoor restaurant, a larger pool, a lazy river, and a splash park. The LPGA tournament was in play at the Golf Resort when we arrived for our short stay, so we did not have an opportunity to enjoy their iconic golf course. However, we did manage to enjoy their restaurants and outdoor activities.

Toni E.

Yelp
Ritz Triburon Fourth of July Celebration did not disappoint! The buffet had even more options than they listed and everything was absolutely delicious! Loved that they had seating options inside & out! Plus, an amazing fireworks show we could see from our balcony!

Rick C.

Yelp
Beautiful hotel. Staff was unbelievable. Received the "Your Special " treatment. Wish could have stayed longer. Next time bringing the clubs. Course looked amazing

Bobbie D.

Yelp
Grounds were beautiful and very family friendly! Here the week of 4th of July and wasn't too crowded. Convenient having a shuttle to and from the beach resort!

Melissa M.

Yelp
The property itself is absolutely stunning, with lush gardens and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. My room was spacious and comfortable, complete with modern amenities and luxurious linens that made my stay so inviting. The staff provided excellent turn-down service each night, ensuring my bedding was crisp and refreshed for my night's sleep. If you're looking for an unforgettable place to stay in Naples then look no further than The Ritz Carlton! They truly have it all!

Tobipitu R.

Yelp
First time staying at a Ritz Carlton. We don't play golf so unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy all this resort has to offer. Our room was impeccable, staff were all friendly and ready to help whenever we had questions. They have full time valet parking but also the option to self park if you prefer. Multiple restaurants that we didn't get to try as we were mostly out. We think it would be good for the shuttle to start running a little earlier (9:30am is kind of late to start a beach day - especially when it rains the rest of the day). Will be visiting back!

Yelp
This is about Ria: My friends, son, husband, and I were dining at the Latin American restaurant-Ria. We had made a reservation through the concierge ahead of time. It was actually very hard to find on the property, as we didn't realize that it was outside. It is adjacent to the pool area. It was a beautiful night to sit outside. Not muggy at all. Our friends had gotten there before us and we're easily able to sit down under the reservation that we made. My friends are vegan and they were able to easily accommodate them the entire way through even add dessert. They made them delicious tacos with sweet potato and quinoa. They actually both said "it was the best taco they've ever had." I had a shrimp taco which was delicious, a little heavy on the sauce, but that's just my taste and my husband had the beef tacos. My husband and I traded one shrimp for one beef and I would agree with him when he said that there was a little bit too much beef in there. A little bit on the dryer side so it was hard to take in. We also had cocktails and ordered the empanadas which were delicious, but definitely shareable as they are heavy and filling. Our friends shared the chips and guac. We already knew that the chips, guacamole, and salsa were delicious because we had some at lunch at the pool which I'm assuming is the same fare. The service was excellent the whole way through. Very attentive, never had to wait, very accommodating and every way especially to our baby. We opted for the raspberry sorbet for dessert. I shared with my husband and my friend with her husband. It was yummy, but I'm not a huge sorbet fan so I guess I'm not a good judge of that. Overall, I thought this was a fun experience. Lively environment, beautiful evening, and it's always amazing at the Ritz.

Yelp
It's pricey but it's top notch. The seevxie the grounds the pools as good as it gets. Also shuttle over ti the beach club. Award winning Greg Norman golf course makes it a must stay for avid golfers. Highly recommend

Tamerlan G.

Yelp
Had a great weekend stay . Best part of this hotel is its small size . Pool was still packed but we had a cabana and mostly there were people with kids which was enjoyable . Service as expected and water slides added some additional fun ,would recommend for a stay- cation. Room was clean updated and as expected as well. Our dogs were welcome which gave it an extra bonus

Yelp
First visit to Naples, Florida and I stayed here for 5 nights. Great place for golfers but even if you're not, you will enjoy the hotel. You know the Ritz-Carlton has exceptionally good staff and their service is phenomenal. They are the reason why the trip was even more enjoyable. Every staff I've encountered during my stay were just wonderful. Coffee Shop - if you want a quick bite to eat before you head out for golf or something, order their breakfast sandwich or burrito! Make sure you call them to place an order because it will take them 15+ minutes. Coffee is aromatic, nice & dark! Limonea - provides breakfast. A la carte or buffet. Food is fresh and clean. Bella Vista is their lounge/bar who also provides great food. I've enjoyed drinks and food from here during my stay. Ria - pool side restaurant. Latin inspired dishes and drinks. Loved their fish sandwich. Empanada and shrimp cocktail was good too. Tiburon golf course is beautifully designed by Greg Norman but very challenging course for sure. Greens are very fast (gold course) and tricky but fun course. No need to worry about not having the clubs because you can rent the clubs (Callaway). They will give you balls (6 - but may need more), glove & even shoes. Pool - if you are traveling with the little ones, you will be spending some time at the pool. They've got great water slides, lazy river, & kiddie pool for them to enjoy. It was great for adults too. Order some frozen cocktail drinks enjoy beautiful Florida sun. There is a shuttle to their beach resort and is about 15 minutes away. You will get to enjoy the beach and they've got great beach front restaurant called Gumbo Limbo. If you like peace and quiet, this location maybe better than the beach resort because there is active construction (addition) going on at the beach resort right now.

Tommy B.

Yelp
I enjoyed my stay . Very nice Ritz . Very nice employees and service . Thank goodness I chose to park my Bentley instead of Valet. As I was sitting in my car in the parking lot I watched the Valet workers parking and retrieving vehicles. They speed through the lot like it's a NASCAR track. It was scary watching them considering children were walking through the parking lot. They could've easily killed some innocent child due to the reckless driving. When retrieving a vehicle to drive to the main entrance they start the vehicle and immediately put the car in drive and push the accelerator pedal hard . What's the hurry guys? You should never use the valet service at this Ritz!

Britt Z.

Yelp
This upscale golf resort has 257 guest rooms and 38 suites, it is also home to the Tiburon Golf Club which was designed by Greg Norman. The hotel was built in 2002 with a renovation in 2015. With that being said, I was surprised to see worn out carpet in the hallways. The hotel is spotless and the property is beautiful. The lush grounds have an abundance of tropical palm trees, ponds and a fire pit, not to mention the lovely golf course view. The resort has a few restaurants, a day spa, pool, fitness center and two golf courses located at Tiburon. I loved seeing so many guests traveling with their dogs! The resort is pet friendly and all of the dogs I met looked happy & quite content vacationing at such a grand hotel. Luxury amenities, valet parking, 24 hour room service, diverse cuisine, lush greens and the golf course view makes this the ideal spot for a weekend getaway. Worn out carpeting or not, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The hotel is sophisticated but far from being pretentious. Shuttle service is provided to and from their beach property just a few miles away. I'm not a golfer but the golf resort is so tranquil I didn't want to leave. Our room had a balcony with a view of the golf course. The room itself was on the small side but the bathroom was large and luxurious. Great mattress and pillows-I slept great! Edith was awesome and she kept us fully stocked up on towels, bottled water, shampoo etc. I don't know if our room was just assigned to her or if she is part of the management team, if she's not she should be. Edith is the reason my trip was perfect and she is an asset to the Ritz Carlton. The "reconnect" package included daily breakfast for two at Lemonia (separate review) and a daily resort credit of $100 which was put to good use at Bella Vista (separate review) and the rest was spent on gifts in one of the stores. Ericka handled everything for us; champagne upon arrival to the pretty flowers, box of truffles and chilled bottle of champagne that was delivered to our room on the second day. Ericka and Edith went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing & it was. The icing on the cake were the two handwritten thank you notes that were delivered with our gifts. One was from the guest relations manager and guess who the 2nd card was from? It was from Edith! I 100% recommend staying here when in Naples.

Craig G.

Yelp
The best hotel and staff you can find. My wife and I frequent this Ritz and love coming back again and again! They really care about their customers and the staff goes the extra mile to ensure you have the best stay! From the valet, to the bar, to the front desk. All top notch! Highly recommended!!

Donatella A.

Yelp
kids had a blast perfect family getaway with water slides pool and decent food and attentive service

Natalie P.

Yelp
Is there ever anything negative to say about theRitz? Husband and I went for the weekend. The service was amazing- as expected. Room was very comfortable. Food, drinks, pool, water park, everything was fab. Going back next weekend and I'm counting down the days!

Yelp
Just completed my annual stay with my daughter to watch the LPGA Championship at Tiburon. The hotel never disappoints. Big shout out to Kelly Toncray, Amenities Coordinator. I had some mobility issues this year due to upcoming back surgery and Kelly went above and beyond to help me out. During our email exchange I mentioned how my daughter enjoys the giant cookies in the Club Lounge each year. When we arrived to our room there was a note from Kelly and some of those famous cookies all wrapped up for my daughter. Outstanding! She continued to go above and beyond when my usual 4PM check out as Titanium Life Member was changed to 1PM. Kelly fixed it right away. Another highlight are the two gentlemen that were working the Club Lounge Saturday night. I did not get their names, but they were top notch, super professional and exemplify what the Ritz Carlton brand stands for. We are already looking forward to next year.

Yelp
Naples ritz We booked with Amex fine hotels and resorts that gives you an early check-in when available. At check-in, there were rooms ready but we were offered an upgrade to the "Vice Presidential Suite" for $400. I agreed, paid and then was told the room was being cleaned and they'd call shortly when it was ready. This is after the front desk associate led me to believe it was ready, I also had given him $50 gratuity. Two hours later our room isn't ready, we are told check-in is at 4 and they give suites special attention. We flagged our frustration and the fact that we would have never taken the upgrade if we hadn't been led to believe it was ready such as other rooms previously offered with zero care from the staff. At this point, we decide to get things from our luggage, we are directed outside to find our 15k+ in luggage sitting outside on the concrete bathing in the sun, totally accessible by anyone. I personally went and took things out of my bag 3 times without ever being questioned. Around 3:30 we finally get the call our room is ready. This "Vice Presidential suite" is simply a one bedroom suite on the third floor begging for a facelift and in desperate need of a deep cleaning. We notice the balcony is a complete mess with food and crumbs all over and immediately request for it to be cleaned. Overall, the room was dated, warn, and not clean. There was pieces of furniture with visible dust build up, the sliding glass doors had zero visibility because they need to be replaced. The bathroom shower was clogged and within minutes several inches of water filled the shower after the shortest of showers, to make matters worse, If the shower door was left open, the entire room smelled like sewage. During our entire stay, we constantly felt we were working to get the staffs attention, weather it be to help with issues with the room, a request at one of the restaurants, or service at the pool. The majority of the staff acted to be inconvenienced by the smallest requests. The pool seating, because of such limited space, a majority of guests end up having chairs setup between the pool and golf course on artificial grass. There was a wedding taking place during our stay and the ceremony looked over this makeshift seating area. We were traveling with three young kids, at every ritz we've ever stayed at they've provided various goodies for kids, almost always at minimum there are mini robes, a bath kit, stuffed animal, and other various items. We received nothing, when I called down asking for a l bathing kit and robes for the kids I was told they don't have them. Ironically, I purchased most of these items later that day in gift shop. There were several other issues with our stay but on our last day, my wife ordered lunch at the pool, the forgot half the order and one item was wrong, she chased the staff around to get our kids lunches but gave up after an hour. Later that day, I got a call to close the tab, I shared our frustration with the manager on duty who assured me her GM would be following up with me, that was over two weeks ago and I'm still waiting. There are many great ritz properties, I assure you this isn't one of them. To help illustrate how overpriced this worn down poorly staffed resort is, we were in Marco Island/ Naples for a week and ordered a bottle of caymus every night, never paying more than $200 for a wine that retails under $100, at this property, they charge $365.

Jo H.

Yelp
Not as bad as the beach resort but really sub-standard for the price. The bars are never open. It's just not enjoyable! There was some crud stuck to the ceiling in the bathroom! Gross!!!!

Ray I.

Yelp
Hard not to give a Ritz property 5 stars and this location is no exception. Just down the road from their "sister" property on the beach - this property is home to the golf course and is much more suited for business conferences. The staff as always was excellent, and of course once you take a deep breath at the food and beverage prices, all is well.

Yelp
what a great facility it was so lovely to have Golf and stay at the golf resort but also have access to the beach resort via shuttle bus. our golf experience was somewhat confusing because we are beginners and part of a group as this was somewhat of a work related stay for my husband and his company organized goff for us a few days...... however I was at my leisure and enjoyed all the amenities you had and it was an endless joy and a true vacation in a sense for me The people who were setting us up on golf carts were fantastic we had 2 chances to play and both times we were greeted like they were expecting us which made me feel comfortable as a beginner. On our first golf adventure we had a older gentleman with glasses as our caddie or guide around the course and he did not seam to be interested in our experience until it was time for us to finish our day and at that time he seamed to wake up as it was time to receive gratuity but over all we felt alone and it was a very intimidating experience for me. However a few days later we played again and was so much fun and a completely different vibe our caddie was Ronnie and he was so enjoyable and was completely interested in our enjoyment and made me feel comfortable as I am a somewhat clumsy golfer he seamed to be very aware of the situation and even set my driver club in away that made me have success and my husband said that this caddie knew the course very well he made our golf so fun. When leaving golf the valet helped us locate the shuttle back to the beach hotel where he drove us in a golf cart back to the main building and we spent the next few days shuttling back and forth to the beach hotel and we where so welcomed by the staff over there it was like we had two hotels at our disposal my original thought was that we should stay at the beach hotel but the way the system worked at both places was so lovely with the way the concierge explained shuttle times and things of that nature. Our family will be having another trip to Naples in the future and as a person who's mostly seen what is East Coast Florida the west coast experience was so much more personal and relaxing we truly felt welcomed . thanks so much and I highly recommend the ritz Carlton experience to anyone interested in Naples Lori Case

Yelp
The Ritz puts on the Ritz! Beautiful hotel. Lovely rooms and suites. Restaurants are amazing. Bar is beautiful. Breakfast brunch is divine and delicious.

Yelp
The hotel is pretty good looking from the outside. On the inside, some areas are dated. The rooms are average, and I have seen better at a courtyard. Just an example is the room phones are from the 90s. Guest services are average. I was advised that pets can stay. However, I was never told about the 250 pet fee for one night's stay. The pet fee was more than the room rate. The pool hotel staff is young and immature. " I'm cleaning up now so I can go home early." Why would you say that to guests who are still enjoying the pool at 630pm. The front desk doesn't answer the phone at 9 pm. There were no sheets in the room for the pull out bed. Not what I expected from a Ritz Carlton.

Yelp
Well appointed hotel. All clarity- I was here for two nights (for a meeting) but never was able to get out and see the grounds. Arrived at night and left early 36 hrs later. It's not an ovefwheing or over posh lobby- just cozy. Not stuffy nor over the top. They did offer a vending machine for your mini champagne needs. Loved this idea and wished I was here on pleasure! Check in was easy and effecencirnt. The room was spacious and had plenty of extra toiletries. I really loved the extra touches: several free mini waters, large water or snacks and mini bar (purchase) suit rack, and beauty tools (q tips and cotton pads). Outside near the front they offered both a runners station (maps, bottled water, towels) and a pool/beach station (bags of towels, water, pre-portioned and labeled sunscreen). Really loved this touch and wish other hotels would take note! Food was enjoyable- Enjoyed a well prepared grilled salmon for roomservice (the simple things are sometimes so much appreciated). The meeting food was also good- one night we had a lobster and prime rib with Mahi. They have each person am entire lobster and it was cooked perfectly. I enjoyed their bread pudding with bananas. I would recommend this property to anyone! It was an excelled stay and the grounds looked beautiful on the in-room TV!

Yelp
My boyfriend lives in another city & many times has stayed at this Ritz when he is visiting, they never disappoint! We decided to spend the day at the pool instead Saturday instead of going out or doing anything else and the weather was supposed to be perfect for that. We made a great choice, the day was sooo beautiful so some family joined us for the day as well. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, allowing us to move our stuff into the cabana a little before the "official start time." Marcus took care of us all day he was very nice and friendly. No matter what we asked, he did it with a smile. I did notice other staff and management around the pool area checking on other patrons and us as well, ensuring everyone was good or if there was anything more they could help with. The staff all around the hotel is really great too. You seem to interact with them once and they remember details and names. The valet included, i didn't have to even give my name, they remembered us & our cars after the first interaction. The beds are very comfortable and the room had a nice view of the front entrance which is beautifully lined with plush grass and palm trees. We did have a little ac glitch but the engineer came right away and took care of the issue, he was also very nice & fixed the issue quickly. I later went to the front desk to ask for late check out & was asked how the A/C was the the previous night. Very nice touch, try really make you feel like they care. I live in Naples but didn't want to go home. Definitely a nice staycation! We will be back! :) --ohhh! I almost forgot my new best part at this Ritz, they have a Moët Vending Machine! I'll share some pics! Make sure to check it out when in Naples! :)

Yelp
Property was beautiful and the staff very attentive, we were promised a tent for the kids for our room it s was advertised on website and in the notes. When we arrived they stated they didn't do it anymore- When I apostle to the manager he apologized but then to my surprise fopuhnd a tent and set it up - this meant a lot to the children! Overall we had a great time the food was ok for hotel, the rooms was spacious and clean and it was a lovely getaway. the only comment was water slides I wish they had more options! overall lovely experience

Yelp
My mom and I stayed here at the end of February/beginning of March to celebrate getting vaccinated. The hotel was spotless, the staff was professional and accommodating, and we loved spending time at the other Ritz using the shuttle. I loved the piano bar and the beach area was clean. We will return.

Yelp
Fantastic service and staff! Sean at the front desk took great care of our reservation and sent chocolate strawberries and champagne to our room! We arrived around 1:30 AM after my daughter's wedding in Virginia. We were given a warm welcome and a glass of champagne! Coffee was delivered in time to watch the sun rise! Our room overlooked the golf course and terrace. Only 4 stars due to lack of seating throughout the property especially shaded seating during the heat of the day. (We were told they will be adding some) However every staff member was willing and able to please everyone in our group. From the valet, front desk, restaurant, banquet staff, bartenders, housekeeping and room service every one of these staff members sincerely cared and did all they could to make our stay wonderful! We sincerely thank you all ! Especially Sean!

Yelp
My first visit to Naples, Florida. I flew to the area to visit a client and decided to take a long weekend with my husband. We rented a car and booked a stay for four nights-- Thursday evening check-in to Monday morning check-out. I've stayed at a few Ritz-Carltons, but I think this one in particular has been my second favorite to date. The staff was incredibly friendly and always more than willing to accommodate us. I'm not much of a golfer, my husband is, but it didn't feel like an overwhelming country-club style hotel as I was expecting. It was quite inviting for, say, many different styles of guests. Additionally, we decided to stay here as the Beach Resort was under construction. I appreciated the R-C's honesty that the construction was quite noisy, however, we were still able to attend the resort's beach on the weekend when construction was quiet. They provide a shuttle from resort-to-resort, but we simply decided to drive. More on this below. Because we were in and out of the hotel quite often and only for a few short days, this is what I had experienced in as much detail: Breakfast-- nothing spectacular, nothing terrible; just simple. I expected a bit more, but it was okay. Pool-- if you want to lounge, the service staff will provide towels, help you choose an area of preference, lay the towels out on lounge chairs and provide you a comfortable stay. They also offer pool-side service, so we ordered cocktails and some lunch which were incredibly delicious. However, you must protect and/or cover your food if leaving unattended as birds will flock the area. This happened to a few other guests while there and it was quite a scene. Lots of bird droppings. We skipped the main pool and decided to take a tube down the lazy river for some (fun) relaxation. I wish the pool allowed clear liquid beverages in plastic rather than no beverages at all-- it would have been nice to sip a drink while lounging on the lazy river, but then again, it's also an area for kids and adults. Drinks were fantastic and we had quite a few. They provide agave straws which by far surpass the paper straws being mandated everywhere. Ria-- the pool side restaurant featured Latin inspired cuisine. I enjoyed my dish, but felt the menu was slightly small. I wish there were more restaurants to enjoy at the hotel. Resort Beach-- so fun; we rented a cabana and met with a friend, the staff was incredibly sweet, encountered some adorable, wild gopher tortoises and had a great time. You're provided a flag which you can raise to let your server know when you need assistance, and she was always quick to respond. Drinks alone were fairly good; we noticed a little bit of inconsistency with the recipes, but we ordered 20 over the course of the day, so we obviously weren't too upset about it. Food was good, too. Only request I'd have from R-C is that they move the beach chair power washing station further away from the cabanas (or even to a private area). For the price of a beach cabana, it's way too invasive, noisy and has so much overspray. Luckily, we were able to move further down to avoid. Car Service-- they offer both self-parking and valet. Originally, we started with valet until the crew lost our car, then lost our keys, in which it took about an hour for them to retrieve. We calmly kept our patience together and they offered us free parking for the remainder of our stay (with reimbursement), but I was quite disappointed. We decided to self-park and make the trek from the self-parking lot to avoid this from happening again. Cleaning-- really poorly done; main reason I rated this hotel 4 stars (almost 3). I fully move into my hotel room first thing, so all my clothing and belongings had been put away, but a few things were left out when I was late for a meeting, especially on the bathroom vanity. Simple, just a few makeup pieces and hair dryer/brush. No personal belongings were even tidied, they didn't remove towels that were clearly dirty, and they didn't even replace pillows back into their original positions. They left empty, old glasses on our desk and chest, which honestly grossed me out, and also didn't remove all the trash. I actually had to tidy up the room to make up for the jobs they weren't doing, and still when they returned, it wasn't well done. All-in-all, worth the stay. Naples is beautiful and has a lot to do for the west coast of Florida. Lots of wealth and great shopping, but also very friendly. Sincerely, La Blonde Critique

Yelp
Disappointed. Checking-out today. I'm a Marriott Gold member. I realize our perks aren't guaranteed. There have been times I have not received one of the perks and it's no big deal--no corresponding bad review because the resort makes up for it in other ways. Overall, I've never had an issue with receiving at least most Gold member benefits on a given stay. Here, we received none of the benefits and the staff communicated the denial of our benefits in a way that left us feeling less than valued loyalty members. We did not receive an upgraded room and the hotel had a pipe burst, which really caused a damper on our stay and those in our group. The straw that broke the camel's back and is causing me to write this review is that we were, on top of all this, not afforded the 2:00 pm checkout option that is standard for Gold members. I wanted to attempt to enjoy the resort on our last day here, but was told--again, in a way that was not apologetic or empathetic to the fact that you are denying us benefits promised by the resort chain--that we would not be granted late checkout. We choose to be loyal Ritz members--regularly paying for rooms at this chain--because we expect a certain treatment and perks when we finally get to enjoy precious vacation time. I'm extremely disappointed that Ritz Carlton Naples does not see the importance of making vacationers feel pampered, does not grant the perks afforded to loyalty members or does so discriminately. If you are a discerning traveler who has high standards, this Ritz may leave you wondering if you accidentally checked in to a Motel 6. Management please look into training your front desk staff on applying member perks fairly and ensuring that all guests are given those perks equally. If you are looking to waste your precious vacation time with cheap treatment of loyalty members, you could give this hotel a try.

Yelp
After waiting over a year to travel post COVID we found the location, policies and family friendly nature of this property to our liking. A newly opened and well staffed pool area for children and access to a world class golf course was particularly appealing. The hospitality, protocols in place (towels, water and sunscreen in abundance throughout the pool areas) and the genuine thoughtfulness and kindness of the staff throughout this property and its sister location near the beach have been the BEST experience we have encountered at any Ritz property we have stayed at.

Yelp
My family had a great time at the pool and new water park. It was definitely the highlight of the trip, aside from the wonderful customer service that was throughout the resort. I wish I could recall some specific names of the team members that stood out but there were so many. From valet, bell service, front desk, pool attendants, club floor attendants, etc, etc. The service was the difference between a good stay and a great stay. While I gave this review a well deserved 5 stars, there were a couple of things that are worth mentioning so everyone knows what to expect. I had read a lot about furnishings and they are a little worn and dated, but the beds were very comfortable and we had a great night's rest every night. Ok. Here is the good and not so good. First, the good. We were recognized for our elite status and upgraded to a suite. With two kids, and with having to stay indoors for two days due to tropical storm Elsa, this was a life savor for us. Even though the upgrade was not automatically offered at first (I'm still a bit confused on this), they were able to offer it when I inquired. I have already said the water park was awesome. The lifeguards (I know they are contracted) were very professional and as pleasant as the Ritz staff. Also have to give a shout-out to the guests themselves. We have stayed at some resorts or water parks where parents just let the kids run amuck, but we spent a couple pleasurable days there and parents were equally respectful. Lastly, the club attendants were wonderful. My only complaint about the club lounge would be that there are no kid-friendly options. For a very kid friendly resort I was surprised. Aside from that, the staff did everything they could to help out which meant peanut butter and jelly sandwiches in the evenings. Now for the not so good. As a family resort, activities for kids (aside from water park) are limited. There is no Ritz Kidz Club which was a surprise to us. They have one at the beach resort but not at this one. The game room that they had was locked and unsupervised most of the time. Was not sure if that was storm related or not. The other surprise which was a disappointment is no hot tub, not anywhere.

Yelp
Pay the extra and stay at the other Ritz down the road. The Ritz hospitality the one expects is lacking here except for the pool and valet staff.

Yelp
My wife and I spend a romantic weekend at this place and we really loved it. Nearby beach access with chairs and umbrellas available for guest and a great variety of restaurants on site makes it a great combination for a getaway weekend

Yelp
Rooms are not well maintained at all. Very outdated and not in a classy way. I stay in hotels 200 days out of the year and this is by far the least well maintained room I've seen. Service was also poor, upon attempting to check in at 330pm we were told check in is at 4pm so we would have to wait. (That's fine) But for the next hour and a half we were told 4 times by the manager it would only be another 15-20 minutes. Checked in late and it made us miss our dinner that was with an important client. So embarrassing. This ritz is not it, choose elsewhere.

Yelp
The likes: stunning grounds. Shuttle to the Ritz beach resort. Lovely little band in the lounge in the evenings. Really helpful and friendly staff throughout the resort. Appreciated the little welcoming fruit plate The dislikes: the little flies that probably came in on the little fruit plate. I'm allergic to bug bites (these don't bite - but they play on my mind). The flat dead balls in the tennis ball machine. That I was asked to leave the fitness center because my 5 finger vibrams were not deemed proper footwear for the gym.

Yelp
Website states Service Animals are not allowed. ADA Ritz. Shameful. Our service animals are far better patrons compared to human patrons...... Contacted Corp offices...

Yelp
During my stay with my daughter and granddaughter on the weekend of February 25-26, 2023, my car was severely damaged by the valet staff. Not only did they not accept responsibility, they in fact tried to cover it up by marking the valet ticket as showing the damage was already there. I have made several attempts to get in touch with the Marriott per the hotel's instructions and finally just last week received an email that they are looking into the event. I have also been in touch with the general manager and the loss/prevention manager at the hotel, only to be told that they are "continually investigating the matter and sent a note to claims services in an effort to expedite the resolution". My husband and I have provided irrefutable evidence proving that the damage was done at the hotel and yet, over a month later, nothing has been done to rectify the situation. It is extremely disappointing and not at all what we've come to expect while staying at a Ritz Carlton property.

Yelp
Stayed at the hotel last week and it was lovely. Visited the hotel bar after the pool and had a nice exchange with a new bartender Daniel. I would have never known he was new by the way he was working and conversing compared to some other employees behind the bar. Overall great get away experience.
