The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen

We stayed at the Ritz Carlton Shenzhen as part of our 30th anniversary holiday. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, our experience was memorable. All the staff were warm, personable, professional and attentive. Our room was elegant, well appointed and comfortable. Special thanks to Bruce (on-duty manager) who made extra efforts to make sure our stay was memorable. Special mention also to Alex Wang /Austin Cui (Concierge Team), Mr.Azharul Islam (Bellman), the front desk team,, the food and beverage team, the housekeeping team, Galina Sorokina (Guest Recogniton) and Jennifer Wang (on-duty manger). We highly recommend the Ritz Carlton Shenzhen and look forward to our next stay..

A truly wonderful couple of nights’ stay at this gorgeous hotel. The recently renovated rooms (on the lower floors for now) are really amazing and we splurged out on club floor access, which is highly recommended. The staff were the highlight of our stay… let me single out Aaron, Kimberley and Erick at the club floor as making the stay so incredibly pleasant. They knew us by name and even remembered what beverage we like. Cannot recommend this hotel more. We also had a pleasant conversation over lobby cocktails with the General Manager. To Mr Jain, you must be so proud of your team, they are truly standouts in the Ritz Carlton family.

The Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen was a showstopper - I came here for a solo holiday and was blown away by the consistent, attentive service by all the staff members, from the concierges to the spa assistants. Special mention to sales and rooms manager Aaron Fan who hand delivered a bear to my room. I was lucky enough to be put in one of their newly renovated suites and the room came with so many thoughtful touches, like extra water, a charging cable, bath bomb and salts (most hotels only give you salts). The gym, sauna were so pleasant and breakfast spread and service were both commendable. I was so unwilling to leave the hotel. Will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend this place to all international travellers. It's also conveniently situated next to a few malls, with easy access to downtown Shenzhen.

The Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen means a great deal to me. Sixteen years ago, my wife and I were married here, and even today, when I close my eyes, I can still feel the happiness of that unforgettable day. Sixteen years have passed, and here we are again—returning to the same hotel and staying in the same room. The experience has been nothing short of wonderful, filled with memories, warmth, and a deep sense of familiarity. Our room, 2307, was beautifully prepared with two elegant swans crafted from towels, and rose petals thoughtfully scattered across the bed. This touching attention to detail truly moved us and made us feel genuinely welcomed and cherished. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team—especially those at the front desk, Club Lounge, and room service. Your exceptional service, professionalism, warmth, and genuine care deeply touched us and made this return stay incredibly meaningful. Finally, a special mention must go to the breakfast, which is truly one of the best in the country. The selection is remarkably extensive, offering an impressive variety to suit every taste, and the quality is outstanding. It was a perfect start to each day of our stay. Thank you for preserving not only the highest standards of hospitality, but also the memories and emotions that make a place truly timeless.

The Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen is our first choice whenever we stay in or around Nanshan. The property is beautifully maintained and carries a timeless charm that never fades. What truly sets it apart is the consistently exceptional, personalised service, an experience the team delivers with heart. I’ve always loved the character of this hotel, not to mention its superb location with everything we need just moments away. During my recent stay, I was especially impressed by Dylan in the All Day Dining restaurant. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and ensured my dining experience was flawless. The next morning, he greeted me by name, checked in on our needs, and once again offered thoughtful assistance. Encounters like this are exactly why we keep returning the team at The Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen simply goes above and beyond every time.

Wanted to share that that the Ritz Carlton in Shenzen is a very nice facility, conveniently located and walkable to many restaurants. The staff were all very accommodating at the front desk, the concierge, the gym, spa, doorman, bellman, the restaurants and the bar where we spent New Year’s Eve. The gym and pool are available early to late and clean and functional. I wanted to note a couple of the staff that worked closely with us, who are Kevin at the Concierge and Avery at the Check-in desk. The tall German man who works the Breakfast lounge was also a delightful and helpful man. This is not to lessen the impact of all those on staff because every single one that we encountered were polite, professional and there to help!

Had an absolutely phenomenal 3 night stay at the Futian location in Shenzhen. The room was immaculate and spacious with a comfortable layout and great view of the city (and the light show that plays across the skyline on the weekends). Great continental breakfast with cuisines from all over the world giving you some nice variety between trying the different local cuisines. The in-house Italian Restaurant, Palleto, was delicious and great value for the quality of service. What really sets this Ritz apart for me was the service. From the moment we stepped onto the premises we were greeted with smiles, professionalism and eagerness to provide exceptional service. This was put on full display when I required full privacy for an important meeting call at midnight. Despite not officially supporting this type of request, Jack personally stayed through the night to ensure I would have no trouble finding a private space and thanks to him, things went without a hitch. Unfortunately for me, this wasn't the only time I had to put their service quality to the test. I had left my coat in the closet after checking out and within 24 hours they had reached out to me about my missing coach and since I had already left the country, they offered to express ship my coat to HK. But wait there is more, when the package didn't arrive in time (due to a holiday in HK), they continue to help coordinate with me to get the package shipped back to Shenzhen and reshipped to another location of my choice. A total mess and nothing I'd ever expect any hotel to help deal with but it really goes to show the level of care and great lengths Ritz Carlton will go for their customers. I'm incredibly impressed and appreciative of these good natured people. Looking forward to my next stay!

Omg, the service is outstanding!!! Every staff that I came contacted with were amazingl. Everyone were very friendly, warm welcoming and very very helpful. The location is great, right next to the Crowne Palaza. The room was big and has great view. The view from the bath tub is next level. I loved everything about this hotel, great details, well trained staff, they all could speak English with my son which is amazing. Thank you for the great experience, we should return 🥰 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
