The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen

Our recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service and hospitality once again exceeded our expectations.We chose to stay at this hotel again this year specifically because of the outstanding service we experienced during our visit last year — and we’re so glad we did. The consistency in excellence truly sets this hotel apart, and without a doubt, we will choose The Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen again for our future visits.This time, we were fortunate to receive an upgrade to one of the top floors, which gave us access to the Executive Lounge — a highlight of our stay. The lounge was beautifully maintained, offering a relaxing environment with delicious refreshments and impeccable service throughout the day. The staff there were warm, professional, and always attentive, making every moment in the lounge feel special.We’d like to give a special thanks to our accommodation service ambassador, Mandy, whose dedication and kindness made a lasting impression. She remembered all of our names and consistently went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable. Her thoughtfulness and warm demeanor especially stood out in how she treated my shy daughter — taking time to engage with her and even surprising her with thoughtful gifts. It was truly heartwarming and made our family feel incredibly welcomed.

I and my colleagues had a wonderful stay in this hotel and everything was perfect. This is partly related to the our luxurious rooms, versatile and delicious breakfast items, room's cleanliness ,outside breathtaking views ,gym facilities and also its vicinity. But, the most important thing was the staff kind, professional and respectful behaviour. All the time, all members working at this hotel, with any rank from bottom to the top ,they wanted to make you sure we are quite well catered for in any aspect. They were really and truly friendly .I, myself was touched by this level of warm, sincerity and kindness. I became friend with staff and felt completely at home. to be honest it was hard to leave and say goodbye. Miss you all, particularly Jack, Austin, and Annie.|Looking forward to meeting you again

My wife and I stayed here with family and had a really great experience. The front desk team was impressive — they were attentive and genuinely cared about how our stay was going. It didn’t feel like just routine service; they really made an effort to check in and see if everything was okay.Breakfast was also excellent. Lots of variety, and tasted very good. It definitely stood out compared to many other hotels.All the staff we came across were friendly and professional, which made a big difference. A special shoutout to the General Manager, Mr. Karen Jain — he was warm, down-to-earth, and clearly leads by example. You could tell the team respected him and followed his approach to guest service.Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Shenzhen.

the front desk and house keeping are excellent. I only try the chinese restaurant and almost before it was close for the night. The food quality, given the price charged, is average. But the restaurant service staff are excellent. This balance the food quality for the price charged. On the whole very enjoyable stay and will not hesitate to come back and recommend to my friends

A pretty perfect stay!I am traveling a lot around the globe and stay in 5* hotels.There are plenty of high-end luxury hotels in the Futian area.I am happy that I chose the Ritz-Carlton. Not just that the location is ideal - from the moment I entered the property until I left I felt a true warm hospitality. Especially Miya (reception) went above and beyond to make the stay memorable - always with a warm smile, very responsive and kind - it almost felt like having a personal assistant. Also helpful was, that her English is very good.Having a big outdoor pool is fantastic to have after a busy day, and for me it was also a perfect start into the day, after having a gorgeous breakfast (good choice also for Europeans). I appreciate the barista-coffee.The room might not be the newest (Scandinavian-like) design. However, it was in an immaculate state, perfectly clean, spacious, with plenty of well-positioned international plugs (no adapter needed) and very comfortable. And most important to me: with a very quiet A/C.So all in all: I truly can recommend this hotel, and when coming back to Shenzhen I for sure will stay here again.

Checked in room 1701 28th June 2025 for a two-night stay. Room is nice and spacious bed comfortable. Hotel staff had been kind enough to decorate the room and gave us a small cake as it’s our anniversary (see pics).|Had dinner at the Chinese restaurant. Great food, excellent services. |And yet…. I found a dead cockroach in my room this morning. Good thing I am notparticularly afraid of cockroaches and that it’s dead. |But DEAD COCKROACH in a guest room?? How did that happen??

Impressive good experience in the executive lounge with the lovely service by Mandy Li. Tasted cocktails , afternoon tea , breakfast , lunch and dinner. Good environment and vibe is good. Besides, the room is nice but the smell of the cleaning liquid is too strong in room. Hotel provided an air-refresher, hope it can improve when cost again next time .

Lovely hotel, love the view at the bathroom. Food was good, had 6 types of pillow to select, friendly staff. Gym was great, best hotel gym I’ve been. They even had free body fat measuring machine and trainers
