The property is beautifully maintained, the rooms are elegant and comfortable, and the dining options are outstanding. Every detail reflects the legendary Ritz-Carlton commitment to luxury and excellence.||What impressed me most, however, was the extraordinary level of service throughout the hotel. Every team member I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel special. This level of consistency does not happen by chance — it is a reflection of great leadership.||I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Karan Jain, the General Manager, for his hard work and dedication in upholding such high standards of hospitality. - Used a 35k point voucher—excellent redemption value. - Booked directly on points without elite status, so can’t comment on lounge access or upgrades. - Service throughout the hotel was exceptional; staff were consistently warm and attentive. - The onsite manager stood out for his hospitality and insightful local recommendations. (so sorry I forgot his name :( if i can find it i will update! ) - The swimming pool offers impressive night views of the city skyline; swimming caps are required but conveniently provided. - Guest rooms feature a classic early-2000s Chinese five-star design—slightly dated, but still elegant and comfortable. Despite the traditional decor, the overall quality and attention to detail remain at a true five-star standard.

Very good location with free parking. The most impressive part of my stay was the executive lounge. I had a wonderful free afternoon tea, with stunning view. You can basically eat five meals in the lounge. The service at the lounge is also excellent, with staff can call you by name, and pretty much know what you want if you have visited before. The rooms are a bit old, but provides all you need. I like the high quality slippers and I took a few pairs home😂

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Rooms are being renovated, we had an old one so looks a bit oldish. If you can opt for a new one. Very happy with the lounge - good food, good wines and quiet atmosphere. Disappointed by the pool: only 8 beds is clearly not enough. And there is space to put some more so why so few? We ended up sitting on chairs by the pool… all in all good hotel, but I would not put it at par with a MO or Four Seasons.

I and my colleagues had a wonderful stay in this hotel and everything was perfect. This is partly related to the our luxurious rooms, versatile and delicious breakfast items, room's cleanliness ,outside breathtaking views ,gym facilities and also its vicinity. But, the most important thing was the staff kind, professional and respectful behaviour. All the time, all members working at this hotel, with any rank from bottom to the top ,they wanted to make you sure we are quite well catered for in any aspect. They were really and truly friendly .I, myself was touched by this level of warm, sincerity and kindness. I became friend with staff and felt completely at home. to be honest it was hard to leave and say goodbye. Miss you all, particularly Jack, Austin, and Annie.|Looking forward to meeting you again

We had a truly exceptional stay at The Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen. Perfectly situated near Futian train station, the hotel offers both convenience and luxury. The staff provided impeccable service, consistently warm and professional throughout our visit. Breakfast was a delight, with a wide array of delicious options. The facilities—including the gym, sauna, and swimming pool—were pristine and lived up to the high standards one expects from this prestigious brand. I wholeheartedly recommend this property for anyone seeking comfort and sophistication in Shenzhen.

A pretty perfect stay!I am traveling a lot around the globe and stay in 5* hotels.There are plenty of high-end luxury hotels in the Futian area.I am happy that I chose the Ritz-Carlton. Not just that the location is ideal - from the moment I entered the property until I left I felt a true warm hospitality. Especially Miya (reception) went above and beyond to make the stay memorable - always with a warm smile, very responsive and kind - it almost felt like having a personal assistant. Also helpful was, that her English is very good.Having a big outdoor pool is fantastic to have after a busy day, and for me it was also a perfect start into the day, after having a gorgeous breakfast (good choice also for Europeans). I appreciate the barista-coffee.The room might not be the newest (Scandinavian-like) design. However, it was in an immaculate state, perfectly clean, spacious, with plenty of well-positioned international plugs (no adapter needed) and very comfortable. And most important to me: with a very quiet A/C.So all in all: I truly can recommend this hotel, and when coming back to Shenzhen I for sure will stay here again.

The staff there were warm, professional, and always attentive, making every moment in the lounge feel special.We’d like to give a special thanks to our accommodation service ambassador, Mandy, whose dedication and kindness made a lasting impression. She remembered all of our names and consistently went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable. Her thoughtfulness and warm demeanor especially stood out in how she treated my shy daughter — taking time to engage with her and even surprising her with thoughtful gifts. It was truly heartwarming and made our family feel incredibly welcomed.
