Santa Monica’s LDH Kitchen The Robata Does a Wild Japanese Light Show | Eater LA

"Opened in the former Cadet space along Wilshire Boulevard in Santa Monica, this dramatic new Japanese restaurant marks the first U.S. dining venture for LDH, the massive Asian conglomerate whose LDH Kitchen umbrella brings together multiple brands. The project centers on robatayaki-format cooking—quickly grilled dishes over hot charcoal served directly to diners—and the menu mixes seared meats and sides with items like fried chicken katsu cutlets, sushi rolls, and a full cocktail program with a focus on sake. The interior is notable for an over-the-top lighting rig more akin to stage or nightclub production, producing sweeps and swirls of color and shifting landscape imagery that create a trippy, high-energy atmosphere. After limited friends-and-family service, it is now open nightly from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m." - Farley Elliott

The most decadent Japanese Restaurant in Dubai. Yes the price of the menu is eye watering but it is truly as authentic as it get in Japan. The team of Robata is same as TakaHisa. The attention to detail and care taken is unparalleled. The respect of the ingredients and how they showcase it

The food was fresh, perfectly served with attention to detail, and the plating was very nice. They also have a good selection of desserts. I have the best ramen which I have ever had in Dubai! One of the best Japanese restaurants in Dubai.

If you're looking for a premium dining experience that screams luxury and elegance, look no further than The Robata at Caesars Palace Dubai. 💓 From the stunning Ain Dubai view and exquisite ambiance to the exceptional service and mouth-watering Japanese food and sake, this culinary gem deserves all the accolades it gets and is hands down one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. My personal favorites were the Wagyu Beef Ultimate Chateaubriand Steak and the Wagyu Beef Katsu Sand. If you live in Dubai or are visiting soon, definitely add this luxury dining experience to your bucket list! Thank you for having me, Robata and I can't wait to go back! ♥️

Definitely the best Japanese restaurant in Dubai. If you are a Japanese food lover you should try it at least once. You can enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine prepared by Japanese chefs using the finest Japanese ingredients. After dinner, I suggest you enjoy a Doragon Shisha on the terrace with a wonderful view.

Just visited The Robata at Caesars Palace, amazing ambience. You can feel the authenticity of the Japanese cuisine. We sat at the higher tables and had a variety of different menu items but of course we also had Robata, we had some vegetables and lobster, and I would recommend everything on the menu HANDS DOWN.

I recently dined at this Japanese restaurant in Dubai, and the experience was phenomenal. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the elegant ambiance. The food was a masterpiece – each dish was a perfect blend of flavors and textures. I couldn't get enough of their sushi! Five stars all the way.
