The Rock at La Cantera

The Rock was awesome! We attended the Rock and R&B! It was worth it and totally fun! Music and all types of different genres of music! People of all cultures and races we there! I had a great time! Oct 25th is their Halloween party! I will not be able to attend but go and see for yourselves! T. Nelson

Nice place to hang out on the weekend. Great place to let the kids play. Game on the big screen. Really cool vibe. They have a raspas and an ice cream vendors. It'd be cool if they had a good truck though.

The Rock at la Cantera it is a kids and family friendly. Has a little water splash for small kids. All around looks nice and clean. Very nice large screen to show Movies and other stuff they play. This place could be nice for New Year’s Eve Count down celebrations with live music and activities for the night. For the people in charge please relocate those trees for better screen visibility.

Took my daughter to play at the splash pad. She loved it but, some of the water goes pretty high for the tiny ones. I love how they had food for us there too. She had chicken tenders and strawberries and I had the goat cheese grilled cheese with tomato soup it was really good. The kids meal is very decent size so brought home for my oldest to finish off lol. They do have adult drinks as well and I also really like how they offer water for the kids to have while at the splash pad too. I was told they have a coffee spot too but, It wasn’t open when I came. Hopefully next time I can try the coffee. Very nice spot for the little ones and moms to have a nice play date with friends.

Country music series was everything and the some. Great bands, family friendly, good food options. Will definitely be at the next show. Don’t forget to bring your lawn chair!

The Rock is such a fun place to hang out at. They always have something going on and it’s fun for all ages. I’ve purchased VIP tickets for the last few events I’ve attended and the experience was well worth the money. These tickets included food, drink tickets, VIP parking and a great view of the stage. The bartending staff was quick and attentive and the food was top tier. Definitely a place to check out!

Great venue to visit for any occasion. They have a great amount of space for large crowds, food trucks, etc. very welcoming atmosphere for families and definitely kid friendly since they offer a splashpad. The bathrooms are also very big and surprisingly clean since their staff are so attentive.

I attended a business networking mixer hosted by ABC (Any Baby Can organization at the Spurs Club at La Cantara. There was a great turnout of businesses and ABC ran the registration of the event seamlessly. And, it's always great to meet friends who also attended the event, like Rudy Rubio, President of Pearl Rotary Club here in San Antonio Texas. The Rock at La Cantara is very upscale and perfect for professional events. The Spurs Club was on the 3rd floor overlooking the Spurs basketball court. It was a really nice event and great location. I highly recommend the Rock of La Cantara and the Spurs Club.

The Rock at La Cantera is always part of my 3.5 mile walk during the weekends . We live very nearby just a 3 minutes walk from our place . After I walk at the trails infront of it , I go straight to the Rock, I feel safe and secure as there are always people in there . It' is also very family friendly . Every now and then I see some ongoing events and sometimes on special occasions my husband and I would dine at the Roca and Martillo. It's a very wholesome venue for events or just simply hanging out with the family.

Another event held at The Rock that's close to my heart. Came here for the Light the Lamp for Blood Cancer Walk 2025. First time apparently here in SA and it was really touching. Booths of sponsors everywhere and people supported the event in a celebratory way reminding cancer stricken family and friends are empowered and not alone. Amazing venue for an amazing cause. (It helps that they have food and water in the venue. Try the Roca & Martillo!

Awesome experience. Went for the country music series they have on Saturdays for a period of time. Was really excited that drinks and food are not an arm and a leg. It's very affordable. Plus it's free to these events. Heard some top notch music that I feel we should have paid for. Great place for a family night out. It's fun. Go. You will like it.

Such a nice open air gathering spot! There is a basketball court, a splash pad, a large grassy area and lots of parking all the way around it. They often show movies and games on their big screen and have tons of events. When they have their events, they also have bars set up. They've recently added a huge covering, so that makes it a lot more comfortable. We live around the corner, so have gone to lots of events...there is a nice stage with fantastic sound system. Last night they had a Juneteenth celebration, followed by several DJs. Always a lot of fun!

This place has become one of my favorite venues for outdoor activities. It's pretty spacious. You can bring your lawn chairs and blankets. They have a splash pad for the kids. They have events going on every week. I went for the live band karaoke and it was super fun. When they do have events, they don't let you bring in outside food or drink. They do sell food and drink on site. The restaurant also sells drinks to take to the lawn. I especially like that it is dog friendly. Parking is available on site and free. I It is located behind the apartments at La Cantera so there's plenty of ways to get here. During the day, there's not a lot of shade.

Parking: plenty of parking all around. Services: there's food, activities, and nice green space. Look up events & check out this space!. Great location!!

It's a nice venue. It's super clean and surprisingly quiet for a sports venue. There are just spots, but there is a walk across the courtyard to get to the restrooms or anywhere else. There's a nice restaurant adjacent to it. I never expected to be watching a Spurs game on a large screen outdoor place. I enjoyed it.

Love the free events they hold here on the weekends. This spot is so perfect for families wanting to have a little fun! Lots of Outdoor activities, food and drinks.

Lovely menu, they even had frozen lemonade and frozen pain killers. Lovely staff, beautiful and well kept space. There even seems to be a trail around the rock. Plenty of people walk their dogs on the trail and they have Christmas decor up.

Enjoy music, pop up shops, Bingo, movie night and of course, watch the big Spurs games on the jumbo screen. There are good food trucks and a variety of drinks to enjoy at your on cost. Parking is within walking distance and available via lots and on the nearby streets. I encourage you to go and enjoy soon.

Met up with some friends for Rhythm & Beats- Neon Night. We also met up with our Meet & Greet San Antonio Group and what a night it was! The DJ's were doing their thing, everyone was just out having a good time. It was just a vibe!

Very beautiful park to hang out with friend and family. Plus there is a biking/walking trail nearby that goes to the Rim shopping area.

Amazing ambience and the event was so fun. The area is very open and spacious that you don't feel like you're crammed in. Beautiful look overall

Took my kids to the splash pad! Great environment. Lots of things to do. Movie night, splash pad, basketball, restaurant, out door bar, shaded seating area. Amazing! Absolutely recommend!
