The Rooftop at The Manner

Expensive (what isn't in NY?) but very nice. Good selection of cocktails, good food, fun views (12th floor--not too high). Nice servers.

Our night went from good to GREAT because of JP Leon. He went above and beyond- was so so kind to me and my friends. We are locals in the neighborhood and this will be our new spot going forward! Always nice to find a local gem but even better when the people are awesome. Thank you again JP! We will be back soon, cheers!

Came here for a quick drink and rooftop viewing - the snacks are good and there's a nice selection of cocktails and mocktails. We happened to be there on a rainy day but I imagine it would be much more packed with good weather - and the view is totally worth it! If you're looking for a pit stop for drinks, this is a great option.

My first visit here was magical. We had no reservation and were given a sunset table for five, with excellent service and drinks. Unfortunately, my second visit was the opposite. I called ahead to say I would be a few minutes late due to traffic and was told it was fine. At arrival we were told, in a dismissive tone, that our only option was to stand at the bar, despite several empty tables. After waiting, we sat ourselves only once the grace period for other reservations had also passed. Even then, the hostess made a scene, asked us to move, and placed us in the back by a loud group. The table we were told to leave was still empty when we left. The most troubling part was the hostess’s behavior. She ignored me, addressed only my date, and gave him flirtatious stares throughout our visit. Highly unprofessional and very disappointing.

Great views and good atmosphere. Service is really slow and apart from the bartender who was super friendly, the rest of the staff was a bit rude, almost annoyed that you were there.

Fantastic rooftop bar feels like a spot where locals attend, great music, and overall ambience with a perfect view of the city. The drinks were fantastic. The cucumber one was my favorite. The appetizers are a little small, but it’s New York City. Servers were really kind and professional loved it and would return.

Stunning place! Unobstructed views of the city skyline - cozy and comfy feeling. I can recommend the signature cocktails (Spritz Melone is a 10!). Open to the Public Sunday - Thursday: 5pm-11pm // Friday & Saturday: 5pm-12am
