The Roost Guesthouse was an amazingly comfortable AirBnB. It was adorable and so well equipped with anything you need. It’s walking distance to the adorable town of Livingston. The owners were incredibly accommodating and even offered me eggs from their chickens as well as being a resource for me to build my own tiny dream home like theirs one day. I would highly recommend staying there to anyone visiting the area. This place is straight out of a magazine and should not be missed!!

We stayed at The Roost for two nights, but wished we would have stayed longer! The tiny house was bright, airy, spacious, stylish, and with a ton of storage. Even with our luggage (we were a family of four with two young kids) we were very comfortable! It was also immaculate in terms of cleanliness. The place is really well situated—a short walk away from downtown Livingston. Carolyn was a communicative and helpful host. She put together this comprehensive booklet that included great recommendations for cafes and restaurants, among other local attractions. Check-in and checkout were contactless and seamless. Would definitely recommend. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful time staying at The Roost! It was the perfect size for our family. The space was so warm and inviting and had many thoughtful details throughout. We enjoyed the morning light coming through the windows and the front yard for sunset dinners. The hosts are super friendly and very helpful for recommendations to local spots. Highly recommend! We will be staying again for sure!

If I could give 10 stars I would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at “The Roost” was great. Carolyn made the entire process from beginning to end a breeze. The tiny house was spotless and fully equipped with everything to make our stay perfect and cozy. The pictures shown are exactly the way it looks. Spotless! The location could not be better as you can easily walk to most area restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if available plan to stay again in the future! If you are planning a trip to the Livingston area “The Roost” is a perfect choice!

Greeted by a bunch of dead flies and roaches on the floor upon our arrival. Location is far from Yellowstone and not worth it. Host is also rude. Would not recommend to anyone.
