The Roost is a vibrant neighborhood restaurant and bar that perfectly captures the energy of the local scene. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the upbeat, welcoming atmosphere. The crowd skews younger—college students, young professionals, and locals all gathering to enjoy good food, great drinks, and even better company. The space is designed with sports fans in mind, featuring an impressive number of TVs strategically placed throughout the bar and dining area. No matter where you sit, you’re guaranteed a great view of the game. Whether it’s college football, basketball, or a big weekend matchup, The Roost makes sure you're in the heart of the action. Our server, Ella, was a standout. She was attentive, friendly, and effortlessly kept up with the fast-paced environment. She offered great recommendations and made us feel genuinely taken care of, which added a personal touch to the experience. Prices were more than reasonable, especially considering the quality of both the food and the overall experience. Whether you're stopping in for a casual dinner, catching a game with friends, or just grabbing a drink at the bar, The Roost delivers a fun, energetic atmosphere with solid service and a crowd that makes the place feel alive. We’ll definitely be back—this is the kind of spot that quickly becomes a local favorite.

Google
Waitress could have been better. After I gave her my card and she brought me back the receipt to sign and put tip, I put 0 because we were tipping CASH, she looks at the receipt then looks at us with the receipt in her hand with a attitude and said “ so no tip ok” and once I told her we were tipping cash her demeanor changed ( good way) but she could have handled that differently.

I had a different experience than the person I dined with at this place. The atmosphere was great. It was a little loud, but that's to be expected, and good for a bar. We decided to dine here based on reviews and photos online, but upon arrival we could not find anything resembling what we saw online on the menu. Our server explained that what we saw online was most likely a "brunch special item." We made our selections for entrees and an appetizer from the menu. The appetizer, buffalo chicken dip, arrived very quickly and was very tasty. We both agreed that the appetizer was good. When the entrees arrived, that's when our experiences parted ways. I ordered fish & chips with a twist, sweet potato fries instead of regular fries. My fish filet seemed to be a large, well seasoned, freshly battered, not frozen, piece of fish which was moist and flaky and tasted great. My sweet potato fries were perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and soft and tender on the inside. My fiance ordered a burger and regular fries. His comments about his meal were "the fries were cold and the burger was dry " Overall, I was pleased, he was disappointed. But I'd return to try their brunch!

Google
Food was delicious and waitress was very kind. It’s more of a bar atmosphere (loud with lots of sports on and music) but never felt uncomfortable with our kids- everyone at the bar was friendly and kind. Bathrooms needed some attention but overall a great experience.

Google
Respectfully, buy new security. Seems like they need an ID scanner after the bouncer tried to take my real ID.. and let my identical twin brother in right after.. what? Do better.

Google
God bless the rolled tenders here. Great spot to watch a game and see live music. Always a "highly recommend" for any Avondale goers.

Google
What's not to love about this place? The bartenders are friendly, the customers are happy to be there, and the food - especially the spicy quesadillas - is better than you would expect. Great place to watch a game at the bar or grab a table and hang with friends.

This place has it all. Between the food and the service…everything is perfect. The food is amazing for bar food and the service was even better. Indulge and try the cheese fries.

Yelp
Absolutely love the roost! I have frequented this bar a lot over the past few years! Lately my friends and I have been going to the music bingo on Wednesday nights at 7 and it's a blast. The vibes are great and I always meet someone new while there. The bar tenders and servers are amazing and the chefs know what they're doing!!!! Don't sleep on the food! Buff chicken dip- YUM (friend group favorite) Seared tuna-YUM Pork quesadilla-YUM All their food is delicious! Hope to see you on the dance floor!

Yelp
All staff members were nice and helpful as soon as you walk in. Our waitress Meredith was very attentive. Tuesdays are steak night - steak of the day (NY strip pictured), baked potato or other designated side, & veggie (broccoli or asparagus) for $16.99 The steak was so good! Very tender, well-seasoned, and cooked exactly the way I ordered. Loaded baked potato was also good - bacon and cheese inside, yum! The broccoli was my favorite part. Steamed, but not mushy with a buttery, garlicky flavor - so delicious. I only wish my bowl was filled more ha. Atmosphere is typical for a bar, the lighting is nice inside. Seems like a place where locals like to hang out. Would go again!

Yelp
As a band member playing at The Roost, I can say this is a very fun place. However, when it gets busy, you should have a waitstaff keeping an eye on your drinks instead of having to bug the bar (who only pay attention to the ones seated there-no 'shoulder serivce'). Also going to the bathroom is a chore working through the crowd, but I always like playing here! They have been pleasant and generous to us multiple times as a band.

Yelp
A group of us decided to hit up The Roost for Sunday brunch summer 2022. It brought back a ton of memories as I used to live in West Ashley years ago and we were here all the time. I love a brunch spot that has lots of egg dish options because that is my go to. The guys got burritos and the girls got the hangover bowl. I wasn't starving so I had tons of leftovers that heated up great. The price was reasonable for drinks and food. 6 of us ate and drank for $140 before tip. The vibe is super chill and they have tons of TVs with sports on which is totally my jam. If you are looking for a laid back bar vibe brunch in West Ashley, The Roost is a perfect option. PS They have a location on James Island too so be sure to specify when meeting up!!!

Yelp
I f#cking love this joint. I do, i really do. Disclaimer: I don't live in or anywhere near Charleston or South Carolina for that matter. So why go to The Roost, Brad? Great question! I have some friends that relocated from San Diego to Charleston that I visit about twice a year and The Roost has definitely become part of our usual routine. From watching playoff baseball with a cold drink in hand to throwing down an order of those delicious chicken tenders, this is my kind of place. The kind of place that I'd be happy to stroll into dead-ass sober during the daylight and crawl out the front door piss drunk as they're closing the doors. The Roost is a great little bar. Hardly a dive, but kind of a dive... does that make any sense? It doesn't need to make sense. Just roll in, grab a drink, have some fun. Is that so hard?!
google avatar

Amber A.

Yelp
Best chicken tenders I've ever had in my life. Crazy fun college football scene. Sort of an elevated, upscale dive bar type of setting. But SERIOUS about the chicken tenders.
google avatar

Yelp
Be very careful opening a tab here because they will hand your CC back to you and then if you don't close it, they will ring you up! Last season I made this mistake twice and both times my CC was charged for my tab PLUS an extra tab! One time the extra tab was $90! The bartenders are kinda reckless. Also, it's not really a sports bar in my opinion because all of their taps are heavy craft beers, good luck drinking those for 4 quarters of a game! I understand they have lite beers in a bottle but this is supposed to be a sports bar, not an Irish pub. Lastly, the food is just bad, even for bar food. If you are hungry stop by McDonald's before going here, seriously.

Yelp
Great specials for football Sunday. The food was good, nothing special but good for a quick bite.

Kara P.

Yelp
Chef Franklin is the BEST!! He came to talk to us about our meal, totally unprompted and just totally sold us on coming back to try his other specialities. Seriously good flavorful food. Awesome service. We got chicken tenders (sounds boring but chef made them amazingggggg) and a patty melt that was so so tasty. 10/10.
google avatar

Jess R.

Yelp
Came here to watch the football games which was awesome since they had tv's everywhere! The food was good, ordered the Buffalo chicken dip and wings to start! Loved the Buffalo chicken wrap and French dip.

Yelp
Mathematical approach to finding good tidings without going to the beaches for Friday afternoon lunch and a pint The number of bars in a given area divided by the space you need to travel to achieve them, answer West of the Ash, 800s block. The Roost is a personal favorite of mine for the simple reasons that I always find myself hoping for. Good food, good drink, good service -- (No earth shattering news there) but consistency being the wildcard at other bar and restaurant eateries. Bartender Brian whips up some super fast beverages with a sincere smile with southerly sincerity that keeps me returning each and every time. Dry rubs rule my roost as to wing preferences, The Roost proudly offers a choice if seven, three to four more than the norm. Garlic Sirracha and Old Bay came to me within minutes and again, were consistently scrumptious. No need to have that question mark lurking being menu items that suggest a poorly prepared dish. Dontcha just feel better knowing that? I for one certainly do.
google avatar

Yelp
Definitely the best spot for brunch on the south side of Charleston. The whole group loved everything they got, and between service, food quality, and drinks, it was an awesome time. I had the hangover bowl which would definitely be my go to recommendation to get a whole lot of food and so many tastes and flavors to enjoy. The atmosphere was also really awesome inside as well! The sports bar scene, open area. and cool and joyous vibe made it a place I wish I could've stayed at all day to keep the party rolling! Can't wait time fo back and definitely looking forward to heading there for a dinner one evening too!

Yelp
Great hangout. Friendly atmosphere and Sean and Alexhandra behind the bar are excellent at their craft. Extremely social and enjoyable to talk to. Good bar food as well.

Yelp
I joined friends at the Roost for lunch today for the first time in awhile. Upon entering, I noticed the same thing I have noticed before-a smell that reminds me of sewage. I believe I noted this in my previous review. I chose to ignore it today as my friends had chosen Roost for our lunch. Our server was very friendly and attentive. I split the Buffalo chicken wrap with my friend and I ordered sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries were absolutely delicious. I would go back just for those. We were both disappointed in the wrap and didn't think it was very good. It had too much sauce which made the wrap soggy. It took awhile for us to get the check and then to pay it. Evidently, there was a big party in the back that was causing the delay. I think they were understaffed today. I like Roost, but am deterred from going due to the smell. Otherwise, I would return more often.

Yelp
This local bar in Avondale is the place to watch all things Gamecock as well as your favorite team. The beer is cold and the bartenders are fast and friendly. I had chicken wings and their version of loaded tots. I crave the tots. The ahi tuna we had as an appetizer and was fantastic.

Yelp
I really really enjoy going to this little bar. Ive been a few times - during the weekend, on a friday night and during the week for happy hour after work. Every time I go - there is great service, great choice in craft beers, and delicious food. We have sat at the bar, at a table inside and outside - still get consistent and friendly service. I can honestly say the only other bars I have gone to with that kind of consistency are the places near my home where I am a regular. Which is why I get that consistency in those places. ----- So my point being - this place is awesome and you dont have to be a regular to be treated like one. Want to watch the game? Plenty of TVs for whatever game you are looking for. Wings? yupp - good sized, not too puny and over 10 wet AND dry rubs to choose from. Appetizers - definitely try the spring rolls or the cheese fries. And dont let the jalapeno bacon throw you off - its actually subtle enough to give it just a small kick and still have the bacon flavor. Love them! They also have a nice covered patio area on the side for those nice sunny afternoons when you want some sunshine and fresh air. The only bad thing about it is that it is too far from Summerville. Which isnt their fault, but it makes it hard to visit it as much as I would like. Parking can be a bit of a bear - but that is true of any of the places that you might go to in the Avondale area. I highly recommend an Uber so you dont have to deal with the parking issue. Otherwise - this place is fantabulous.

Yelp
After visiting The Roost on a Friday night, I was highly disappointed by not only uncooked food but also a smug attitude from management. I would not advise anyone to eat here if you'd like to avoid salmonella and enjoy fully cooked meals. Sincerely, Concerned food connoisseur!

Yelp
This is the perfect place to go and watch the Gamecocks play. There are ample televisions, lots of seating with tables that can easily be pushed together for big groups, and also plenty of bar seating if that's your preference. Drinks are very reasonably priced along with the food. Food selections are more bar-food, but this is a bar, so... duh. While there isn't much room in their dedicated lot (maybe 8-10 spots?) at least parking in the area is free and you will eventually find a spot. They have different specials during the week nights (food and drink) and the occasional bands that come through. While this isn't the place to come for fancy food and drinks, it deserves a 5 star rating for being exactly what you think it should be -- a great local sports bar.
google avatar

Rick T.

Yelp
Wrong beer order one bartender running the whole place. Nachos and chicken tenders were ok nothing special today. Wait time was very long, pity as I heard good things.
google avatar

Kevin E.

Yelp
Local place in the trendy Avondale area, always a lot of activity. Daily drink and food specials, including happy hours, make for nice discounts, like $3 champagne on Thursdays. Multiple TVs for sports enthusiasts and an outdoor area for nice weather, which happens almost year-round in Charleston. We had wings which were just OK, probably would not rush back to order them. We were the first customers in the bar one afternoon and the place already smelled like a dirty bar at 1:00am after a busy night. Service was fine but we like other places in the area better.
google avatar

Roger123 A.

Yelp
Really nice place, bar was nice and they had a good selection of drafts. Bartender from NOVA was a pleasure to speak with. We just had a drink while killing some time, so no food. Parking caught me a bit off-guard, when you pull in a guy comes up and days it's $5 to park but you get a $5 off coupon and get your money back. Wasn't sure if it was a shakedown. Turned out to be legit.
google avatar

Chris S.

Yelp
One of my favorite spots for live music and night life in the Avondale district of Charleston. They also have a terrific menu if your looking to grab a great lunch, dinner, or even brunch! Live music almost every night of the week, multiple TVs for sports, and a kickass burger special coupled with trivia on Mondays makes the Roost a must! I particularly enjoy the outdoor patio where you can escape the noise and strike up some friendly conversations with strangers year round. There is a small area with select arcade games as well. The only downfall of this place is that there is not on site parking, although parking can usually be secured pretty easily in the encompassing neighborhood and side streets. Word on the street is that the place is also a Giants bar, boo Go Ravens.

Yelp
Discovered this place over the New Year's Eve weekend leading up to 2018. My new favorite bar. My bar...
google avatar

Scotty C.

Yelp
The Roost is one of my favorite spots in Avondale. You can always find a crowd there and usually some live music to get the party started. I guess it quality's as a sports bar and I'm pretty sure the "Roost" is referring to the Gamecocks. It does have sports bar attributes, (TV's, Chicken Wings, & Big U shaped bar) but so much more as well. The Drinks are pretty cheap, Sunday brunch, live music, lively crowd, and tasty snacks. I love the Ahi Tuna. It's much thicker than other places I have had it. It makes the dish more filling and you're really getting what you pay for. The peanut sauce is thicker as well and adds a friendly flavor. The Roost is in the Avondale neighborhood so if you're looking to bar hop, you're in the perfect location.
google avatar

Mark L.

Yelp
One of the newest additions to Avondale in West Ashley. This bar and grille compliments the area well. It is spacious with a long bar and a strong drink and food selection menu. It is a well rounded crowd and televisions throughout. If you want a casual spacious bar to hand out, play a little Buck Hunter or watch a game, this is a good place to hang out.
google avatar

Julie T.

Yelp
What a wonderful neighborhood hang-out! The staff is super friendly, the drinks are good and strong, the beer and wine selection are WAY better than average, and the food is PROPER! The entire establishment from the tables to the restrooms is super clean, and tidy. as a matter of fact the ladies bathroom was one of the cleanest, most pleasant bathrooms I've ever seen. The Hubs and I showed up at 6:30 on a briskly busy Friday evening. The bar tender cheerfully told us that it was Happy Hour until 7 and handed us a little Happy Hour food menu. We got a pair of beers and ordered the "seared tuna" from the menu in front of us. That tuna was the most proper thing I've eaten since moving here from Los Angeles! It was the perfect size, perfect doneness, and the sauce and side salad were well balanced and beautiful paired with the slices of tuna. Happy, we then asked for Full Menus and we ordered dinner. The hubs got the "fish and Chips" and I ordered the "grilled veggie wrap with a side salad". The hubs fish was fresh and crispy, and he ate everything between exclamations of how good it was. I swear if we were not in public he would have picked up and LICKED the plate! My veggie wrap was actually better than most. It was filled with lots of grilled portabella mushrooms, bell peppers, lettuce, arugula, and cheese. Definitely a "two hander" kind of wrap. I have to say though that I needed to add salt, but I am a bit of a salt-aholic, so if I think it needs salt, it's probably just fine for normal people. The Roost meets all of my guidelines for a great restaurant: 1) they are consistent in cleanliness 2) they are consistent on very good to great service 3) they are consistent on offering amazing food at reasonable prices 4) I would return 5) I would order the same food again

Yelp
Im giving 4 cause ive been a few times. Sometimes this place trips up e.g... today some of our chips were stale as if they put fresh on top of old. Tomato basil soup the mrs got was thick but extremely flavorful. Buff chix dip i liked, creamy not crazy spicy but could've used more chix... but i like this place... atmosphere it's outta this world.

Yelp
Excellent place, great atmosphere. The French Onion soup was excellent and the nachos were great. Nice place to get out.

Yelp
Chill... Another business trip that led me to this place for time to unwind and simply chill. Came in on a Saturday night with a friend. I've been on this vegan/vegetarian diet for a few months so finding things on a "bar" menu is always a little like being on 'Survivor' or 'Naked and Afraid'. Anywho, I ordered veggie flatbread which was pretty good (ate around the cheese). Drinks were fab-U-lous! Our waitress was a little slow but I think the crowd picked up unexpectedly and she was in the weeds. Luckily, she had supportive colleagues who were nice enough to take our order and check in on us in her absence. Diverse and friendly crowd. Definitely on my revisit list when in Charleston, again. #TellingYouWhatIThink because #DPursuitIsReal

Larry L.

Yelp
This place doesn't believe in Covid. Not a single person including wait staff wearing masks. Over crowded on March 5. Unbelievable for us but I suppose, if you feel invincible, you may like it. Just don't die for a lousy buffalo chicken dip and over priced beer.
google avatar

Stuart P.

Yelp
Perfectly cooked chicken wings. Every bite was perfect. Never dry, a must try if your in the area even though there is a lot of Carolina gear everywhere! #GoTigers
google avatar

Danielle M V.

Yelp
Food is pretty darn good for a sports bar!!! Everything seems to be made fresh, they have a good selection of beers, a full liquor bar and a couple of choices for red/white wine. Plenty of hearty appetizers including ahi tuna! They run different specials on different nights. Tons of TVs with a large bar, several booths and high tables also there is a smoking section outside. Weekends they have live music and sometime through the week they have live trivia. Parking may be a little crazy since this area of West Ashley is a hip/happening spot or because there are some serious games on.

Erin M.

Yelp
Visiting Charleston on a Road trip, and looking for a bar that would play the Bruins Playoff Game. Found the Roost on yelp and loved it. Excellent food and the service from our two bartenders was phenomenal. Our drinks were never empty. The Bruins may have lost but we still left with a smile on our face. Bonus: the trivia host on Mondays was hilarious. Double bonus: half price burgers on Monday's , cooked perfectly.

Yelp
I can't say enough good things about The Roost. I was looking for a casual spot to have a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend's 40th birthday. Even though The Roost doesn't officially take reservations, they did not hesitate to accommodate my large party. The surprise was a complete success, the service was excellent, the food was great and the atmosphere was top-notch. Everyone had a great time! Thank you so much to Raey, Nathan, Ralph, Brian and Kelsey (I hope I got all those names correct) who helped in making it happen!
google avatar

Christine B.

Yelp
It was one of the only places open on thanksgiving evening, so I appreciate that for sure. I always like the atmosphere but usually just go for drinks (1$ mimosas on sunday!), but we were starving tonight. I had buff chx wrap with sweet potato fries and my cohort had the french dip and regular fries. The sweet potato fries were really good, the regular fries were pretty terrible. The wrap was not so much buffalo as just kind of spicy and pretty watery for some reason (?) I would not get that again. The french dip was good... Again, I do appreciate the whole being open on thanksgiving thing. We'll be back because we like it otherwise, and I would get food again to see what else they have going on...the nachos that went by looked great!
google avatar

Christy M.

Yelp
I got the Ahi Tuna (because Scotty recommended it and I tend to agree with him) and it was good, I would def order it again. When I compare it to other places I've gotten ahi tuna price wise, it really is a great deal. I was happy they had Angry Orchard on tap, service was friendly and good. We'll be back.

Yelp
Brought friends today..again...Brandon...the chef..met all our expectations. Crab cake Benedict..for my girl..I got it plain cause I don't eat eggs.Mark got the Hanover Bowl..too much food. My husband Michael wanted a fish sandwich which wasn't on the brunch menu and Brandon kindly made it. Can't complain about anything. 5 star all the way..food..service...quickness..all on point

Yelp
I don't know how the food is, but I will never find out based on the conduct of the guy in the parking lot and the smug manager dennis. There is a guy in the parking lot with a roost shirt on (can't tell what it says from a distance) who approached our car with his hand in a bank bag. Based on how he was dressed, you wouldn't know he was an employee (other than the vague shirt) and has no business walking up on someone's car, much less with his hand in a bank bag as he walks up on my wife and two-year old child from behind. BTW, he approached our car without introducing himself or saying a word, just with his hand in that bag. Not knowing who he was or what his intent was, I motioned for him to stop approaching us three times (we were out of the vehicle and my wife's back was turned to him as he was approaching), and instead of stopping or announcing who he was he simply kept coming. After the third time he finally pulled a card out of the bag and told us we weren't allowed to park there. Again there is no way someone would know pulling off the street that the middle section was reserved parking (4-lane hwy, tight turn, wordy sign). Aside from that, the main issue is the way and manner in which he was approaching my wife and child from behind and without telling me his purpose or listening when I told him to stop three times. Apparently they make people park in the back and around the building of an empty lot if you aren't going to the roost (visually, it looks like a community lot, except for a sign right next to the 4-lane hwy where you can't see it if you are pulling in with any traffic. Tried talking to the manager, and he was immediately argumentative, refused to listen, and told me that it it his parking lot and his guy has been there for 3 years (as if I'm an ignorant idiot for not knowing). I have no problem with reserved parking (though better signage would have avoided the whole thing), but I have a serious problem with people that act shady with my family, then act self-righteous and indignant that I don't know who they are or what their routines are (especially when I told dennis we were visiting and didn't know and brought up the safety issue). He not only couldn't have cared less, but was insulting and arrogant.

Yelp
I've been going to the Roost for almost 3 years and it is one of the best places in Avondale. The shrimp tacos are amazing. The staff is so kind. While it looks like a sports bar the truth is in the menu. Healthy choices at a good price. The happier hour I one of the best kept secrets in town. Trivia/live music and great people!
google avatar

Yelp
My boyfriend and I wanted to try a different place in Avondale and had a great lunch at The Roost. I had the Ranger IPA on draft and it was so refreshing. Great IPA and it was a nice cold brew to wash down on a humid day like today. I had the flatbread that had pesto, BBQ, chicken, cheese and onions. I can't say I've had pesto and BBQ sauce together on one dish, but it tasted great. I had a few bites of my boyfriend's chicken sandwich and although I had no complaints, I thought the flatbread was way better. Bar food was great and I would definitely come back to watch a game and chow down some food and beer. This place is well decorated, spacious, and clean. It's a great neighborhood bar with attentive service. We'll be back soon.

Yelp
Service was horrendous on a Monday (trivia night) app was disappointing but the burger was AMAZING! Started with the highly recommended seared ahi tuna....awful! One bite... I was done. It was exactly how it was described but the tuna just wasn't enjoyable even when dredged in the peanut and wasabi, still yuck. I asked how much a rum and Coke was, that was the first question that stumped our waitress on trivia night! Never got an answer. Asked what kind of house rum they have, I was told they didn't have rum, but I could have bourbon. Asked how much a captain and Coke was, that stumped her too...then I said I don't need a drink. She came back moments later with a rum (unknown) and ginger. Oi vay the service kept going downhill! But let's get to the good stuff, the BURGER! I got a burger with bacon, pimento cheese and fried egg. The pimento cheese at this place is heavenly so add a thick cut of amazing bacon and fried egg, well life doesn't get better. The bun was even amazing! The fries were perfect and paired well with any pimento cheese that got lost from my burger! Highly recommend the burger and fries and GET the pimento cheese!!!! May want to opt for a beer on Mondays...less complicated.

Yelp
This is a typical sports bar with tons of TVs. We had a fairly large group, and we sat at a table for one too many hours watching the games and had excellent service. I love that they have Angry Orchard on tap. We all shared a number of apps - chicken wings (the fried ones were great, lemon pepper and hot were just ok), BBQ nachos were fantastic (we ordered a second actually!), the ahi tuna was good, too. My bf ordered shrimp tacos which I found to be really bland, but he liked them.

Yelp
It's good for watching sports and drinking beer (especially if you're a Pats fan), but it's not my favorite place in Charleston, or even in Avondale. I've only eaten here once, and the food wasn't great. Most of the time, I come to meet with friends and grab a drink on a Friday or Saturday night. It's nearly impossible to get the attention of the bartenders, who are nice enough, but nothing special.

Yelp
Saturday night at the Roost. Packed house band was a 1/2hr late getting started. However only of the only bars in the area to have St. Germaine. Once the band started things got going.

Yelp
First walking in there was a fee people at the bar and one table filled, but that was it and this was around 12. The atmosphere was relaxing yet social. There was no waitress and just a gentleman behind the bar handling the whole place. He greeted us maybe 2 minutes after sitting down and got us our drinks. The mimosas were AMAZING and the price was amazing! We ordered after 5 minutes of sitting down and got our food with 10 minutes of ordering. For the fact that this guy ran the bar and the floor I am beyond impressed with him and this place. The price for the food was on point and the taste was devine. I'll definitely be back here! Only downside is they do not serve brunch anymore.

Yelp
It is crowded for football games but fun. There are plenty of TV's for your games and if you have to stand there are places to set your drinks. Apparently there is even a TV in the men's restroom. I think this is sexiest since I would also like to not miss my game when I have to run to the restroom! I am going to start a petition ;) The nachos are good, the wasabi tuna, the calamari and buffalo chicken wrap are some of my favorites.

Yelp
Ate here for brunch with friends. $1 mimosas and $6 mimosa carafes!! Can't beat that! Menu selection had much to choose from. Our table had the crab bene(delicious), country bene(perfect hangover cure), waffle bfast sando and shrimp and grits. Everyone was very happy with their dish. Low key and not stuffy or crowded. Definitely recommend for brunch option in Avondale!

Yelp
Interesting traditional type bar with people more in their thirties and forties sometimes younger sometimes older. The music was traditional classic rock small dance floor but friendly people and the dress code is pretty much "you have to wear some kind of clothing" apparently. As people were coming in wearing pajamas. The service was very good, waitress was very attentive, prices were reasonable.
