Absolutely fantastic little restaurant. Great service, friendly staff and surprised us with a Happy Anniversary dessert for myself and my wife's wedding anniversary. The food was amazing; absolutely gorgeous and made.to perfection. I would highly recommend anyone looking for that extra little experience that won't break the bank.

Wow lovely hidden gem This small French restaurant was extremely welcoming- bravo The food was fantastic The desserts were sublime 😎 You know it’s good when everyone scraps the plates 🤣 There is a good reason they are in Michelin guide

Fabulous meal. Covid secure. Top quality ingredients used in all dishes and cooked very well. Service was good, friendly efficient waitress and nice gaps between courses. Did not feel rushed at all. Loved all the food. Would definitely return.

A lovely little restaurant. Was very quiet when we went. The place is lovely. The staff friendly and helpful. Not your everyday food sold here, so it was a nice change to try something different. The sides are enough to share and unique and really nice. I had the monkfish and it was yum. Not really a place to bring kids due to the type of meals. But a must go to place

Cosy restaurant with a great wee menu! We enjoyed our rib on the bone steaks (they were tasty bits of meat cooked just how we'd asked!), the bearnaise sauce was lovely and fresh and the truffle fries were good as well. Drinks wise I really enjoyed my earl grey ice tea and espresso martini, and the ice cream and macarons were perfect to finish wish. Well worth a return visit to try the rest of the menu!

6 of us went for Sunday lunch to celebrate our eldest turning 9. I can't fault our visit. We were made to feel very welcome. I took cake in for the birthday boy. Our youngest loved the kids menu and the birthday boy ate every last scrap of his roast dinner. My mum had soup, two of us had pork belly and one breaded plaice to start. Every single one was packed with flavour and perfectly cooked. We all had the roast beef. It was thinly sliced, soft, juicy and pink. The carrots and parsnips were roast beautifully as well as perfect roast potatoes and a fluffy Yorkshire pud. We cheekily asked for more gravy as it was so good. My youngest had the macaroni cheese, again it was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavour. The wine list is excellent and there is a lovely selection of aperitifs. We can't wait to have an occasion to return!

Yelp
This was one of the best meals I have ever had in Scotland! I went in with my five-year-old daughter at about 545 PM. The decor was modern and it was spotlessly clean. The waitress was very friendly. I had the Ayreshire pork belly as a starter, which was absolutely delicious! I ordered the duck breast as a main. The waitress disclosed to me that they usually cook them medium, which would be in accordance with the taste of most people in Scotland Who tend to like their meat more well done. I had mine a perfect medium rare and it was delicious! I would definitely return!
