The Rose

I have never dealt with the type of service that I experienced here.The night was going great until 11pm when the night got busy. as people rolled in from the other bars that had closed. Once everyone began to show up, our waitress completely left us, never checking back in for at least two hours. We stayed for a while longer, when a glass was broken at our table. I spoke to our waitress who rolled her eyes and walked away when we were asking for help. We then went to the bartender, who was nice enough to send over the bus boy to help clean up and the bartender told us they would replace the glass when the waitress came back, as we had to order and close our tab with the waitress. The waitress never came back and after waiting 40 minutes with no drinks, no waitress, nothing we wanted to leave. We went to the bar to get help for our party and the waitress walked past us and to the rest of the party when she found out we were trying to close our tab. Our waitress did not honor what the bartender told us and charged us for the broken drinks, which she explained by saying that she never said she would take it off, the bartender did, and that we broke the drinks, its not her fault. When we left no tip to cover the cost of the two drinks lost (one that was broken, one that had glass shards due to the broken glass and which we did not ask to replace) she proceeded to accost us for a tip and told us that another party “was spending $2000 dollars and got her priority and we didn’t matter” even though she was begging for a tip from us on our $300 tab. She went to the person who was drunk and vulnerable, begging for a tip and trying to fake cry to gain sympathy after the receipt was signed and the transaction was done. We felt forced to give her a cash tip to leave us alone after hours of being unattended too, charged more than we were informed, told we didn’t matter, and arguing for money while saying she was making more at another table. We will never go back. how terrible and horrible of a waitress, i expect more from a busy bar in a quiet calm town.

We were a little buzzed when we arrived. The vibe was incredible. Blizzard outside, but we knew the chains rule. Bartender knew a couple brews would do.. Cut us off, and said "Appreciate you gentlemen, cant serve you anymore" A dozen patrons decided we needed more That town is the most generous place I have ever been! Bartender was tipped generously. Next morning we had to skirt the pass, Teton pass. 4x4 only with chains

What a blast this place was. Really fun people to be with. This is a bartenders bar. Bartender was very knowledgeable and they specialize in special drinks like Manhattan’s. A number of very good sweet vermouth’s to choose from. Come here for a great non-cowboy experience. Not that there’s anything wrong with that! (Seinfeld) With tip, we spent about $100 for two but we drank quite a few special drinks! LOL Didn’t have food, so no rating

Vienna is as the absolute best server, so helpful and recommended me an amazing drink. Will definitely be back!!

If you’re in Jackson Hole and looking for the best drinks in town without rubbing elbows with tourists in cowboy hats who just discovered whiskey, do yourself a favor and head to The Rose. This place is the definition of a hidden gem—lowkey vibes, top-tier cocktails, and bartenders who actually know what they’re doing (looking at you, Million Dollar Cowboy Bar… you tried or actually no, you didn’t, with your horrible cocktails). Connor and Sal are absolute legends behind the bar. Not only are they incredibly nice, but they mix drinks that will ruin all other bars for you. I asked for a Mountain Mule (as a Moscow Mule fanatic), and Connor made one so smooth I briefly considered quitting my job and moving to Jackson just to drink it regularly. Meanwhile, Sal whipped up a custom cocktail that wasn’t even on the menu—some magical concoction with Prosecco that tasted like a sunset on a Wyoming mountaintop but with a much better buzz. The best part? No gimmicks, no overpriced mediocre drinks, just pure cocktail excellence in a chill setting. If you’re still sipping watered-down whiskey sours elsewhere, I almost feel bad for you. Almost.

Came here for a quality craft cocktail in a town with generic bars and we weren't disappointed! 6 friends had Old Fashions, Ya Mon, So Fresh & So Clean and the ultimate, a Last Word. All were expertly made and delicious.

Seems to be under new ownership as of June 2023; we were the first to see their full menu! Mark talked with me a few minutes to find the right sip for me. Our House Old Fashioned and Gin de Vine were tasty, but it was a bit warm in the bar for us to enjoy another round. Looks like a cool place with lots of room, music videos playing on the TVs, and I think a spot for live music as well.

Atmosphere is chill and service is great. Got an old fashion and mountain mule; definitely recommend.

What an odd little spot in Jackson. We were looking for a spot to grab a nightcap after dinner and I found this spot online. It's online presence gave cocktail bar/lounge...but the vibes gave odd nightclub? The cocktails were fantastic - and the bartender had such a cool energy. We were there on a Friday night and it was clear a DJ was setting up - but in the meantime, they were place a truly great playlist and music videos. This place is also split between the bar area, and a food/game area? It was just an odd spot with little cohesion. We enjoyed our drinks and our time there - and I'd be interested to see it when it's full.

While visiting Jackson, looking for a night cap we found the Rose. Although we only had 1 cocktail each both were really good. I had a unique mix of apple juice, cucumber juice and lime with gin. So different and yummy. My hubby enjoyed his old fashioned. Our server was very nice to check on use twice during our stay. I recommend this cocktail lounge and will come back.

Isa might be the best mixologist in Jackson WY. Do not sleep on this amazing spot. Super fun night life. But seriously come at cocktail hour and see Isa and build you something based on your drink preferences. Our cocktails were incredible! Shelly was also incredible friendly! He helped build the best drinks

Great bartenders, great cocktails. Ask for Isa's special whiskey sour. Perfect after dinner spot. Even met the DJ Will G. before his set. Wonderful person. Great music and vibe.

The best vibe. Pick the "so fresh so clean ". Forget those busy bars ie Silver dollar / cowboy bar. This place is where it's at ! Your welcome :)

The cocktails and service are NEXT LEVEL! The best craft cocktails in Jackson, WY are at The Rose. Mark, the owner is onsite serving, supervising and interacting with customers. The ambiance is upscale with a cool vibe. We were here a year ago and made a point to return to The Rose.

Great spot to go out at night! We stopped by the Rose on a Sunday night. It was Latin night. There was no cover charge. Drinks ranged $5-10. The lounge stays open until 2 am. Mixed crowd of ages and backgrounds. Good vibes. A few high tops and couches. Picks up around 10 or so.

Exercise extreme caution in this establishment. If you're a woman, you know what I'm talking about. The atmopshere was fun, music was great; however, lots of sketchy behaviors from patrons and can't rule out employee involvement/enabling. Ladies, don't drink here if you can help it. Edit to reply to owners comment: any reputable business owner would take an accusation like this extremely serious, no matter the circumstances. I hope that whatever is going on in this establishment among patrons is rooted out swiftly, as it was extremely fun & the drinks were great. However, female patrons especially need to feel safe communing here.

On a chill Friday evening, I came in for a refined libation and found myself a New York Sour (Merlot float) and an Old Fashioned. The bar and wait staff were extremely friendly and the vibe was just what I needed: chill enough to enjoy my drinks and starting to get lively with the live DJ and party goers coming in around 10pm. Definitely a great place to stop by if you're with a group of friends or solo.

My husband and I were in town celebrating our 10 year anniversary and in looking for a cocktail lounge, The Rose was high up on the list. We truly enjoy a well made, classic cocktail, and this met/exceeded what we were looking for. The staff/owner were super friendly and informative. It was a perfect experience!

A man assaulted my friend and they let him back in the bar after we asked him to be kicked out. Then they *initially* refused to call the cops *edit I added the word initially. Not sure it makes the situation better but there you go Mark.

Fast service. Delicious drinks. Great space with plenty of seating. I will definitely be back!

Been coming here for years and even ended up here after our engagement! Tatum makes the absolute best spicy margarita. Thank you all for being a part of the best weekend of my life.

The Pink Garter Theatre is an excellent concert venue. I came here for a sold out show last week, and was pleased with its intimate size and the ease with which I was able to secure a place in the front row. I did find out later that my aunt & uncle's friends left early because they felt that the sound in the back of the theater was distorted, though I can't confirm whether or not that was the case. The sound was great in the front! The Pink Garter Theater shares a lobby and restroom with The Rose restaurant & bar, but there was also a full bar available in the lobby. Waitresses tended to customers seated in the back of the venue. I thought this theater was perfect for a concert in Jackson. If I get the chance, I'll definitely be back!
