This place was awesome. The food is great. If you like Jazz and Blues music genres, this is a soothing place to dine and enjoy yourself. We celebrated a birthday on a Sunday with 16 people, and the staff was flexible to get our party in and out with great service. The owner was friendly and engaged in conversation with our party. The band sang happy birthday to our special birthday lady. The parking is mostly in the back of the building due to the bustling activities and shops in the area. We will attend again.

Lively and upscale bar atmosphere. There was a terrific band at noon on Sunday that was playing super chill music. We got the Cobb salad and a few mocktails. The salad was delicious.

Last night, my friends and I went to Roxy for dinner to celebrate a birthday, and unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience with our server, Andrew OG. He took a long time to take our order, and throughout the evening, we could hardly find him when we needed to ask for anything. When he finally did come over, he seemed to have an attitude and acted like he didn’t want to be there. He was short with his words and didn’t respond when one of our friends asked about the cost of a bottle. I’ve dined at Roxy many times and have always had good service, so this was surprising. I understand that gratuity is automatically added for large parties, but it felt like the server didn’t put any effort into earning his tip. It seemed like he knew he was getting a good tip regardless and didn’t care to provide great service. We were told that the bill would be split four ways, but when it came time to pay, we were given one single bill. Andrew was nowhere to be found when we tried to ask about it. We didn’t mind the gratuity; we just wanted the bill split as promised. The birthday girl had to speak to the manager to finally get the issue resolved. The server returned with the split checks but didn’t offer any apology for the confusion or the poor service. We spent over $700 and were really disappointed with the experience. It was not what we expected, especially for a special occasion.

Ashley went out of her way to accommodate our table on a crowded night. She really gave extra effort rarely seen in customer service. Andrew our server also was super welcoming and recommended a great wine. Customer service and atmosphere was the Best!

I’ve been coming to Roxy since the early 80’s when I was a kid so I have a long standing love for this place, but it needs to be known their falafel 🧆 is HANDS DOWN the best you will have. Nowhere can top it. Went with my bestie for brunch/lunch and we shared the falafel as an app. She got the charred Caesar salad and I got the avocado toast. Charred Caesar is excellent, the flavor of the little bit of char with their homemade dressing is soooo good! Avocado toast is fun with the addition of burrata giving it a bit of extra creaminess combined with the egg. We had a glass of their pino noir, also good. I enjoy the lively atmosphere and live music but there is an outside patio if you want it a bit quieter. Definitely recommend and of course, will be back!

Great little restaurant in Encinitas! First and foremost, find street parking because that is definitely hard. We had reservations but I don't think you really need one, especially on a weekday. We sat on the patio because the music was too loud. If I had come here by myself, I would've LOVED the music but I was meeting a friend and wanted to talk. There was also a football game on, which made things louder. We ordered the blistered shishito peppers, the salmon and the penne pasta with shrimp. They had happy hour until 11 pm or something, which was awesome! I got their Chardonnay and my friend got one of their IPAs. The shishito peppers were excellent! Blistered as they should be, with delicious barbecue sauce and lime to go with. One pepper was fairly spicy, the rest were not. Amongst the salmon and the pasta, the pasta definitely won hands down. The salmon was cooked appropriately, but I think I would've liked it better with risotto or something similar, rather than just veggies. The pasta, on the other hand, was creamy, melt-y, with veggies and herbs and the shrimp was cooked very well! Even two days later, the leftovers tasted delicious. The Chardonnay was from Sonoma and I liked it. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed coming here! I shall be back (but maybe when there isn't a football game on!).

**LIVE MUSIC EVERY DAY/NIGHT** Good food, but a bit overpriced (hence 4 stars) even though you're paying for dinner and a free show I guess it balances out. Outdoor seating with heaters close enough to hear and see the live band. Mixed ages depending on the night/artist; if it matters call ahead✨ Bomb brussels w/bacon 🤤 + decent burger + a ginger beer(not fountain soda) + tip= $45-$50 ish. Not the bitiest ginger beer, so my drink was meh, but everything else was good, not amazing😀 Garlic fries, can't F that up.. Mac'n cheese is delicious, not amazing.. Cocktails aren't strong, but also delicious

Such a great restaurant! The risotto, brussels sprouts, falafel ball, kale salad, salmon, and margaritas were phenomenal! Gluten free and vegetarian, friendly! Love the ambience of the outdoor seating area.

Yelp
This place rocks (pun intended)!!! My husband and I came here on a Saturday evening in January and loved everything about it. First of all, it wasn't busy which surprised us, but maybe it was the time of year. We read reviews that it was dog friendly and planned on sitting inside after signing a waiver. I guess they don't do the waiver anymore and let dogs in because they said they couldn't sit us inside even with the dog. We sat just behind the gate so we were outside but felt inside. We ended up moving MORE outside after learning the heater above our table was broken. The heaters on the patio crank and we were just fine. We could still hear the live music which is so nice to have. The service was great. Food came out very promptly and hot. Our cups were never empty and we didn't get pestered. Our waiter also recommended the cheese curds which were not on the menu and they were DELICIOUS! So flavorful on their own with herbs in the breading. YUM. I recommend eating with a little marina. The ranch was good, but not needed because it masked the great flavor. For entrees my husband got the bucatini carbonara with chicken and I got the beef stroganoff. My husband said his pasta didn't even need the chicken, it was so good on its own. My beef stroganoff.... Good Lord it was good. I could eat that in the daily and die happy. They said the menu is seasonal but I sure hope the stroganoff is there was I come back because I WILL BE BACK. PS. They also made a banging Shirley temple with a perfect Sprite to grenadine ratio.

Yelp
After a long day of hiking, my good friend and I decided to stop here for a cocktail. The Roxy Encinitas was established in 1978 and was originally a restaurant and Ice cream place. It is the longest operating business in Encinitas. It has been through a recent remodel in 2016 and continues to serve the North County coastal community. I had never been here before, but it's a favorite watering hole for my friend. We received really good service from the bartender. I went with a Cosmopolitan and my friend had a Vodka Martini. Both drinks were stellar! Atmosphere is very inviting and relaxing just as a beach bar should be. They feature live entertainment nightly as well. Be sure to park behind the restaurant or street parking is available. We did not have time to eat but I plan to return in the future to try their food.

Yelp
Stopped by the Roxy a while back for Sunday brunch and was delightfully impressed. I've heard great things over the years and the place certainly lived up to the praise. Right in the middle of downtown Encinitas, the Roxy offers a large space that included live music. The chicken and waffles were fantastic and my girlfriend enjoyed her Kale salad. They say their Bloody Marys are the best in town - not sure if it's the best I've had in SD, but it was very delicious. Service was friendly and quick- looking forward to coming back next time I'm by the coast.

Yelp
This place (a landmark in Encinitas for decades) is officially now the worst restaurant in the area. Wow has it gone downhill. Gone are the days of the authentic middle eastern fare mixed with a bevy of other freshly homemade foods and veggies. Prices up and quality down. I'm sure the prior owners are horrified. Thank GOD they still have their food truck at the fairgrounds. Don't bother getting the Artichoker sandwich at the restaurant. What a complete waste. The nerve they have to still call it that! And FFS you can close the windows and doors when it's 50 degrees outside and people inside are freezing! Or bring a customer a lemon wedge ON A PLATE not with your nasty dirty hands. Gross. Never ever again. End of a damn era.

Yelp
This past Saturday while out and about in the Porsche with the top down, on a beautiful California morning, the end of the drive was Encinitas and our stomachs were growling for a meal and a beverage. After parking the car shortly before 1PM, we took a stroll along the main street in search of a proper establishment to meet our dining needs, and Roxy looked like the place. Nestled along the street, boasting sidewalk seating with ultimate "people watching" opportunities, the only additional requirement was a good menu, and their brunch menu checked all the boxes! After being seated, we were welcomed and greeted by Lucie and offered some cool water as we began the selection process. Arriving at the Pastrami Benedict, Chicken & Waffles, and two Pample Mousse Cocktails, we proceeded to gaze at the never ending parade of people passing before us. Roxy is very hipster, casual, dog friendly, beachy, and comfortable with outdoor and indoor seating. On Saturdays after 1PM, there is a 3.95% entertainment fee for live musical performances. When the food and beverages arrived, everything looked very delicious! The Pastrami Benedict was topped with perfectly prepared egg that oozed a rich yolk over the dish, and a single bite was heavenly, and the side of fried potatoes crisp on the outside and tender on the inside and completely complemented the dish. As for the Chicken and Waffles; it was presented on skewers and looked as if it was missing something. Somewhat of a "de-constructed" Chicken and Waffles consisting of just a drizzle of syrup on the plate. The chicken tenders were moist, and the waffles pieces were dry! Visually, I thought the plate was lacking cohesion and flavor. Requested additional syrup, but it didn't rescue the entrée, and it was not visually appealing. The cocktails were extremely refreshing, and complemented the meal and the ambiance of the establishment, aside from the unnecessary musical entertainment. Great customer service provided by Lucie! Very attentive, pleasant, professional, and accommodating. Overall, a great time, and I will return for the Pastrami Benedict!

Yelp
The food was pretty good and the best part of the experience The service was so-so and pretty pushy to get drinks The ambiance is definitely on the louder side. Too much for me. And finally the prices are way too high

Yelp
We were walking around Encinitas and thought we'd take a chance on the Roxy. It looked like a nice vibe with a great patio. Upon entering we asked to sit on the patio which was pretty empty. We were told by the hostess that the patio was not available for a private party. OK. So we took a table inside. The server was great. He was friendly and attentive. The food was just ok. The drinks were just ok. Everything was just..... O.K. Nothing great. Nothing special Oh... and we watched other people walk up and get seated on the patio. There was no special event. No party. The only thing interesting was that Dan Plant (KUSI News) was eating there too). I probably won't go back.

Yelp
I came here on a Saturday around 230 with some friends to grab a bite to eat and a couple drinks. I love that they have happy hour every day from 3 to 6 PM!! We were instantly seated and ordered the cheese curds to share and then my friend got the Pastrami Benedict. I really loved the seasoning on the cheese curds and would order them again. My friend said she loved the Benedict too, and it was a huge portion. For drinks, we tried quite a few! I got the margarita and Mexican mule, which were both tasty. I love that they make a classic margarita here. The bloody Mary's are also super fun and they each come with a little mini beer. Unfortunately, they did run out of bloody Mary and sangria stuff so that was disappointing. The service was a little slow, but overall, they were pretty friendly. It's a super fun atmosphere here with live music and lots of people hanging out.

Yelp
Roxy got a big spike in business after Covid. This restaurant was once a very funky restaurant with delicious food has manifested as a club with loud music. I liked it a lot better before. Last Friday my girlfriend had her birthday there and I arrived with my guest. Our group did not have a reservation so I headed to the bar to get a drink. An overzealous waiter was determined to take my order instead of letting me order from the bartender, even before I decided where I would be standing. I asked him for 2 drinks and the check, but he somehow forgot the check. I did not like this waiter one bit. Maybe it was his ridiculous looking outfit with suspenders and a bow tie, but more likely it was because he was unfriendly and greedy. I finally got him to give me a check and noticed the 4% surcharge and that he added his own tip to my bill. He gave me a paper receipt with the tip area blank so that I would double tip him. Apparently at the end of the evening the waiter presented the group with a ridiculous bill with random items that nobody claimed and the host got stuck with hundreds of dollars in bogus charges. Some people liked the loud music but it gave me a headache. I would never pick this restaurant, but I probably would go to another birthday party there and I would be prepared to ignore the server with the same determination that he had when he stalked me for my drink order.

Yelp
I came here for an event and must say the service was good under those circumstances. The servers were attentive and friendly. The food is good and I would recommend if you're in the area. Parkinson's can be tricky but that's to be expected for the area.

Holly M.

Yelp
Bacardi was awesome. He took such good care of us & it was our first time here! Awesome atmosphere and the service was immaculate.

Rhondie B.

Yelp
Food was really good, I'm a vegetarian so had several options. Love the open feeling for dining options inside and out. The live bands are always fun, dance floor isn't huge but its big enough to have fun, and there's a large bar.

Kathryn Y.

Yelp
Great food! Had live music on a Thursday night. They were really busy and the staff was able to keep up. Yummy!

Rick B.

Yelp
Had lunch here the other day. Great location with a nice theme. We shared an appetizer of crispy falafel balls. Very tastey. I ordered a turkey club with fries. I really liked the dressing they used. The sandwich was hearty, not skimpy at all. The fries were incredibly good. Fairly large, crispy and flavorful. As we were visiting each other we didn't want to be rushed, we weren't. Took care of us without hovering. The menu could have used some chicken items, but I was happy with my meal.

Tim B.

Yelp
The Roxy has always been a go to place in Encinitas. Amber and Ryan are great bartenders. I haven't eaten there so I can't comment on the food but it looks pretty good. Take a jacket as it's always pretty cold sitting at the bar.

Rachel G.

Yelp
The Roxy is a fun happy hour/ casual dinner spot with a bar, lots of seating, and live music. It's located on a lively street and is a close walk to the beach. I recommend taking friends here who are visiting and want to see the Encinitas area. We were seated immediately at an outdoor table and our server was super friendly. Our food came out quickly and tasted great! I ordered the Kale-fornia salad with chicken. If you're looking for a lighter dinner option I would highly recommend! The Moscow mule was also great. I will definitely be back to try their burger and other menu items.

Celenia M.

Yelp
Food is so yummy! Live music is great, indoor outdoor seating, open concept. Service was a touch behind, but it was crazy busy when we went, which can only mean it's a great place right? Drinks are absolutely a must!

Spry A.

Yelp
Roxy has been a staple for me for decades. They have changed quite a bit from the cool hang out it was in the 80's but the food is still worth driving an hour for in my case. I pretty much order the same thing as always. The falafel burger! Hands down the best burger ever!!!

V. K.

Yelp
I'm just reviewing The Roxy Hamburger. I ordered it medium well and without onions. It comes with fries or salad. I order the fries, they were also delicious, thick and tasty. This is one of the best burgers I've had!!!! The quality of the meat is outstanding just like a well made homemade burger. Price $21

Antonielle C.

Yelp
Do not recommend eating here! Had brunch with a few girlfriends. One plate came with what looked like a cat hair. A second plate came out with a human hair in it. Informed our server, he was nice...however, the manager was lackluster about the poor quality control. A couple of us came out with a stomach ache....and I currently have food poisoning. I don't understand how the food could be so terrible.....from the hairs in 2 plates and getting food poisoning from mine. It seems like simple hygiene could resolve these issues. Yikes.

Matt H.

Yelp
The Roxy rocks. Great food and delicious cocktails. ...

Benito S.

Yelp
The hamburger was amazing and their happy hour menu is pretty good. The outside patio was nice and cool and had plenty of room.

Anola S.

Yelp
Great food and martinis. Service is hit or miss. Great vibes and live music but God forbid you ask them to give you the happy hour popcorn without an eye roll. Old fashioned was just okay.

Morgan M.

Yelp
Wonderful service, beautiful atmosphere and yummy food and drinks. Falafel burger was great. So was skinny Margarita. Music was a tad bit loud but hey - it was a Thursday night! Highly refined!

Yelp
Suppose you're anywhere near this location. It's a must. We stopped by a different location for some gelato and asked about lunch/dinner options. They recommended the Roxy. We stroll the neighborhood for other options. We walked up to the Roxy The service was fantastic. Outdoor seating was great. The weather was perfect, and the burger was a must!

Alicia D.

Yelp
Awesome hamburgers. The French fries are OUT OF THIS WORLD!! Great waitress. Nice atmosphere... but.. careful with the wooden tables. There are splinters!! I got one under my nail. Ouch !!

Cassie J.

Yelp
We've only ever been here at night for drinks, and decided to make a visit for brunch. We really enjoyed it! The food was delicious and the drinks were unique and the staff was super friendly and attentive :) I wish they had live music a little earlier on a Sunday for brunch (they don't start until 1pm) I think that's why it seemed pretty empty. Note: it's pretty open aire on the inside, so in a chilly day, don't count in sitting inside to keep you warm, you'll want a light sweater if you don't get a seat in the sun outside. Biscuits and gravy: good portion size for 2 people and lots of flavor. Chicken and waffle: my husband loved Pastrami Benedict: delicious! The bread and pastrami are super filling. Bees knees: I'd you're not big on ginger, don't get it- it's the most prominent ingredient. Not pictured: the detox - minty and coconutty

Dawn G.

Yelp
I came for my birthday with a friend. First the good: they gave us free dessert for my birthday. Now the bad: we ordered jidori chicken and it came out RAW. It gets worse. They took our chicken and reheated it and brought back the same chicken, now overcooked. And is that even allowed with health and safety codes? To take food that we had eaten part of and recook it? We sent it back and they brought us new meals that just weren't good. We ate a little of it. The live music was good IF you're ok with not being able to hear what anyone at your table is saying. The waiter was nice, but service was slow. Will not be returning.

Alison B.

Yelp
Loved this place-excellent food, friendly service, great atmosphere, and live music! We especially liked the Roxy burger and the chicken Caesar.

Kaytlyn P.

Yelp
Super cute little packers bar! Really good food and nice servers. Cant wait to return.

Feri J.

Yelp
Thanks Brett for your kind response when friend talked to you I have always enjoyed this restaurant and their food I like your location and your dinner and lunch menu Today we only ordered your amazing and delicious desserts I will be back for more great food and beautiful atmosphere By the way I like that you always have some kind of live music Thanks again

Isabelle W.

Yelp
Such a fun spot!! I came here for an engagement brunch for my family friends and it was a great vibe. They have a wide selection of food and drink options. I got the breakfast sandwich which was good however the cheese (american) was not my favorite. My friend got the eggs Benedict and thought it was amazing! For drinks I got the skinny cucumber margarita--you will not regret getting this. It is so refreshing and even comes with a side kombucha shot to pour into the drink!! Sounds a little funky but it was seriously amazing. They also had live music which was so fun for the occasion.

Sherry C.

Yelp
This place might be trying to evoke a glamorous era but it looks like it hasn't been throughly cleaned since the depression. Gave me the creeps eating there. I met a girlfriend there Thursday evening. We ate inside since it was a little cool. I shudder to think what the kitchen looks like.

Rhonda H.

Yelp
Went for two birthdays on a Thursday night. We expected 15 people. The hostess informed us that investors of the restaurant were coming in for a party and would take up one big table and overflow of another long table. I asked if she could put a couple tables together and she agreed. I was then informed from her that the manager told her we needed to leave after eating so we gave more space to the other party. I asked if we could just move the tables and she stated that wasn't an option. The manager came out and told us we could have the other long table so we moved. No one from our party was able to just go to the bar and get a drink. The service was slow and we had to go through our waiter. Our server made a huge deal about putting everything on one check and had an attitude about it being difficult for him and that's what they do at all the restaurants in the area. Well bottom line we were overcharged on our bill, waited 30 minutes for someone to get our waiter to pay our bill (asked multiple times). The waiter complained about breaking some payments down and when my friend asked about the over charges he got mad and got the manager. We questioned the overcharges which they removed but basically took 45 mins to be able to leave. Disappointed with the customer service overall especially because 20% tip added on each bill. After reading other reviews I see that I am not the only one commenting on the same problems. The waiter complaining needs to look for another job if he can't handle dealing with customers and providing good customer service.

Vanessa B.

Yelp
Beware!! Take a copy of your receipt or a picture! The server added 20% tip when I did not tip on my card. I left cash. I was a server for many years and I would never scam a customer on a tip even if they tipped me $0! Don't come here the people that work here are shady! Been trying to call them and left a voicemail to get a refund. No one picks up the phone. So disappointing because I wanted to like this place.

Andrew W.

Yelp
Roxy review , Watch Patrick Mc Bride at the rocky from 2 to 4 . Don't miss it . Great drinks and nice ambiance fanatic services.

Jackie T.

Yelp
3 stars for the service 1 star for the food. The service was on point, got seated and ordered right away. Ordered the Roxy scramble. This entree came with potatoes and seasonal fruits. The scramble was served in a small metal bowl along with half of a strawberry cut in three, three blueberries and two slices of a small orange. We had more potatoes on our plate more than anything. The price of this plate was not worth it especially because of the portion.

Monty D.

Yelp
As the name implies, The Roxy Encinitas, is a throwback to the 1920's in ambiance and cocktails. They have live music 7 nights a week, which we were there for a great Jazz quartet. As you can see from my inside pic, this is a relatively small restaurant with the band about to play in close quarters with the diners. We started with the Kale-fornia Salad. As my pic shows it is predominately kale - very fresh and abundant. This was enhanced by the crispy chickpeas (an added crunch), roasted fennel and golden raisins. The vinaigrette was creamy, without any cream, mildly tangy and mildly sweet - no pronounced garlic flavor (I'm a garlic fiend, so this could be my taste buds). The Roxy Burger is an 8oz burger and cooked to order. I could taste the quality beef of the burger - juicy, rich and I had that nice protein satiation. While the brioche bun looks large it readily collapsed while still being able to handle a mouthful of goodness. But the real kicker was those garlic fries - these should be outlawed. Way too good for anyone's waistline or health. While not double dipped, they had a super crunch without being overcooked. The garlic flavor was mild (see my previous disclaimer) and was complimented by the grated parm. I ate way too many of these.

Lilu K.

Yelp
I visited The Roxy Friday night April 12th around 10:30 pm,... There was a live band which was not so great however that did not deter people from having fun as it was packed full and with a line of people outside waiting to get in. One thing that was a major turn off was that as we were being let in by the handsome security/ ( which later I learned was the manager) ,.. He made a point to tell us that he would let us in this time but to TIP him next time... and apparently he is known for doing this on a regular basis,.... i learned after speaking with some regulars. This is not a club and if you want money at the door,... charge admission but don't be so tacky as to tell people to tip you especially as a manger of the establishment ... I have partied in some of the most VIP clubs in NYC, South Beach Miami and Vegas... And this place is a restaurant turn into a bar with live music in the evening.... So I wold say there is room for improvement !

K R.

Yelp
Loved it. Great brunch. Delicious food. Nice friendly staff! The ambience was nice until the live music started. Will come back!

Denise M.

Yelp
A solid spot! Stopped by with friends after work, and was impressed by the well-made cocktails- I enjoyed my gin fizz, and there are rotating seasonal and more experimental choices too. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, which is always a plus! We got the falafel burger and pork belly adobo, which were flavorful and well-priced. Overall a pleasant option and gotta love sitting outside to people-watch, we'll definitely be back!

Ashley R.

Yelp
Went to this place yesterday. The food was good and I liked our server but man the hostess was really awkward and kind of rude. Weird remarks and attitude given, it was just super off putting. This shouldn't happen at a more upscale restaurant like this. Actually this shouldn't happen in hospitality at all..

Natalia M.

Yelp
One of my favorite spots in Encinitas. I've come here a few times to eat and always leave super happy. The food here is always top notch. Listen, I've been back so many times for the Caesar salad (I add blackened salmon on top), easily the best Caesar I've ever had. I try to recreate it but nothing compares. If you like a Caesar - get it! I came back on Saturday and got the shrimp and grits and my friend got the Belgium waffles. The shrimp and grits was made perfectly. I cleared the plate really quickly lol. My friend loved the waffles! Drinks here are delicious as well. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating! This spot gets super packed on Friday and Saturday night! It's a lot of fun anyway if the week.

Clarissa T.

Yelp
Very chill vibe as you walk up, the music isn't too loud and you can sit inside or outside. Service was good, not super fast but also not overbearing. Cheese curds and fries were delish. Turkey club has a great crust and aioli in it which was awesome. Artichoke sandwich was good, but it definitely needs some perfecting of flavors. Side salad was meh. The star of my table was my Pineapple brulee mocktail. Talk about getting all of the vibes and happy you expect from a well made drink without the alcohol. Perfection. 10/10 would come back here just for the mocktails!

Amanda D.

Yelp
Cute bar and nice ambiance for work gatherings. I was not happy with the food or drink. I ordered the turkey club and it was a gray withered color. Also, I ordered a skinny spicy margarita and am certain it was just a regular sweat and sour margarita. Very disappointed...

If you're in downtown Encinitas, this is the place to go if you're looking for good live music and spirit forward, classic cocktails. The restaurant has a vintage allure that's designed to take you back to the 1920's, making it unique to other beach town restaurants along Coast Highway. After a long Saturday out in the sun, I came here with a few friends while they had a live music playing on the bar area. It was very busy, but the staff seemed energetic and polite which is always impressive during the weekend dinner rush. The Roxy serves brunch, lunch and dinner, with a diverse menu. They also have vegetarian and gluten free modifications available upon request. I'm a gin drinker, so I tried the Gin Rickey made with Hendricks Gin Summer Solstice limited release and fresh rosemary. I'd rate the cocktail a 5/5, refreshing and exactly what I was hoping for. Next we shared an order of the Baked Brie served with bread and grilled apples. It was a solid portion size, so good to share between two to four people. For my main course I chose the Roxy Chef Salad with salmon. While it was nothing unexpected, the greens were crisp and salmon prepared well, so I'd recommend it as a solid option. Overall- the cocktails and atmosphere are great, the food is decent and the cocktails are some of the best that I've had on Encinitas. I highly recommend! Note- It can get busy on the weekends so I'd make a reservation, especially if you're planning to get a table for more than two people.

Yelp
We had a great dining experience especially the food, service, and live music! We ordered the pork belly, beef stroganoff, chicken and dumplings, chef's salad, and French onion soup. All were very good! We all tried each other's dishes and agreed that everything was delicious! The pork belly with its crispy skin on the outside and tender and juicy meat on the inside, was so good! The beef was so tender and the noodles tasted like homemade in the stroganoff. Maybe it was, lol! The chicken was moist and the dumplings tasted great. Overall a great meal. Highly recommend! And who knew in downtown Encinitas that there would be good food and entertainment in one place!

Yelp
They used to have a monster Bloody Mary that was the bomb, hopefully they still do. Takes like 20 min to prepare and after seeing it, I wished I hadn't ordered a sandwich. If there's a Reuben on the menu, they make their own pastrami, I think, which is a nice touch. On the nights they have live music, the place gets jumping and the ratio of female to males approaches and might even exceed 1:1.
