The Ruma Hotel and Residences

The food was simply amazing; it was a memorable and emotional experience. Every dish told us a story with personal touches from the chefs. The staff were knowledgeable about their whole menu and struck the difficult balance of being both attentive and also allowing enough time and space for the customer to decide, giving advice where needed without overwhelming the customer by creating any pressure. It took us a long time to choose, and the staff came to take our order just as we had decided which shows how they care for their customer; Mr. Bell, Mr. Mubassir and Ms. Dee were great hosts. As for the food; Chef Suhalmi's Signature - Beef Rib Rendang Tok was delicious with the silky tender meat sliding off the bone and the juices melting into pure aroma in the mouth. The Duck Dengdeng and Otak Otak were also unique takes on these dishes and they were again very aromatic. We enjoyed the whole experience and would love to come back again. Came in a 3day vacation at KL. What a breathtaking hotel. The whole Hospitality is superb. The beautiful building, rooms, services and the comfort is excellent. The location to iconic buildings and 3 malls is impressive. We are not disappointed at the hotel after reading previous reviews before booking. We had 2 incidents at hotel but the response of the staff was swift. We will come back. Thank you

The beds are one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Customer service was fantastic. Internet was fast & everyone was very helpful ! The luggage guys & the wonderful welcoming ladies with drinks are always smiling & welcoming us back. ||Just I hope they add valet car parking because the hotel is very luxurious & provides everything besides that ! ||I request early check in but unfortunately my room wasn’t gonna be ready until 3 PM & I was forced to pay for an upgrade & check in early :(

It’s been a while since my recovery from surgery, and I’m truly glad to be back at RuMa Hotel. The front desk team, Eni and Kiky, gave me such a warm welcome and even remembered me from my last stay last year.Shout of to both of them! The service at RuMa is still as excellent as I remembered. Breakfast was delightful, and the room was spotless, exactly as I expected from the very beginning.

We stayed at The RuMa Hotel in Kuala Lumpur this May for our honeymoon and had an exceptional experience. The room was beautifully modern, with a stunning city view and all the amenities you could ask for. The location is also ideal—very central and convenient for exploring the city. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which featured an incredibly wide selection of both local and international dishes, all fresh and delicious. The room service menu also offered a great variety, and everything we ordered was excellent. The swimming pool area was another standout—modern, peaceful, and offering amazing views of the city skyline. It was the perfect place to relax after a day out. All the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay, always going out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after. Overall, The RuMa offered the perfect mix of comfort, luxury, and convenience. We would absolutely recommend it, especially for a special occasion like a honeymoon.

We had such a great stay at The RuMa during our time in Kuala Lumpur. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome — everyone was genuinely kind, helpful, and professional. It really felt like they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel itself is beautiful and super relaxing. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a really nice, calming vibe. We loved the little touches throughout the stay that made it feel special, not just another hotel. The pool area was a great spot to unwind, and the breakfast was honestly one of the best we’ve had at a hotel. Overall, it was such a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in KL. Came for my anniversary. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly. Amazing barber, pool and spa located within the building. Has a dark, social media vibe to the hotel. Would definitely come back here again next time I'm in KL

🇩🇿 I stayed at The RuMa for 5 nights, and it was an excellent experience overall. What stood out the most was the staff — always smiling and genuinely kind. The hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, and the location is ideal — close to all important facilities like shopping malls and the iconic Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur. Breakfast was delicious with great variety, and the pool was peaceful with a lovely view. Thank you to all the staff for such warm hospitality. A memorable stay, and I’ll definitely return!
