The RuMa Hotel and Residences

My partner and I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special with their warm hospitality and helpfulness. The room was superb—spacious, impeccably clean, and oh so comfortable. The cherry on top was the breathtaking view that we enjoyed from our window. We also loved the hotel pool; it was a perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch stay!

This hotel experience was so good for my husband and I. We loved the room, it was so spacious and everything was carefully thought out to make things look so good and be practical. I love the plan of the bathroom which had so much room and was so comfortable to get ready in. The mini bar was nicely stacked with plenty of water and soft drink and also coffee and tea and at no extra cost. The service was amazing with staff being so friendly and helpful. The location was great and allowed us to walk to a beautiful park and big shopping mall. The breakfast was amazing with such a great range of choice. Thanks to all the wonderful staff!

The Ruma KL exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel boasts fantastic facilities, including a stunning rooftop pool with breathtaking city views. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need. I am most likely to enjoy staying in this room.Breakfast at Atas spread was diverse and delicious, offering a variety of both local and international options. The quality of the food was excellent, and the service was impeccable.The staff at The Ruma KL were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always went the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Their service was top-notch, making me feel truly valued as a guest.Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at ruma KL and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

Best pillows..they were fluffy. Nice tub too. I enjoyed my stay. Staffs were so helpful in carrying my luggages and providing me an alternative bag when my tote bag was torn. Food was superb at Santai. There the staff was kind enough to volunteer to snap pics for me as i was taking selfies only most of the time.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service experience I have encountered. I have sent several emails inquiring about room decoration options for a proposal, but I have not received a single response. This lack of communication is quite disappointing, especially since I admire the room design of your hotel and was looking forward to planning this special event with you. I hope your customer service team can address this issue and provide a prompt response to my inquiry. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

An incredible 2 night stay. The room was amazing with a view of the Petronas towers (although we did have to pay to upgrade). The room had automatic blinders, no light was let in during the night so we had a great night sleep. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. We probably had the best hotel breakfast, amazing! The hotel was very modern and sleep with lovely Christmas decorations. Thank you for a great stay! We would jump at staying again.

It hurts me to give this hotel 3 stars, after the outstanding check-in experience and fascinating hospitality; the fact that this rating was due to the level of sound-proofing. We could hear the people talking in the corridors as if they were with us in the room. We could hear the neighboring guest laughing and talking as well. We struggled to sleep for two night with little to almost no sleep on both nights. The feeling that someone could hear us made very conscious when talking my or waking in our own room. The main strength for a hotel is the quality of sleep, even if the bed was great, but this was our main issue. ————————————— Again, this review has been difficult as everything was great except for that; which quality of sleep as it is the main objective for booking a hotel, right? ——— We are grateful for the people who were at our service and the attention to details for the service and the place design. We hope the next time we visit this place, I could update this review to 4 stars instead.
