We stayed at The Saint Hotel, New Orleans during our visit to New Orleans and appreciated the hotel’s stylish and modern design. The location is excellent, right on the edge of the French Quarter and within easy walking distance of Canal Street, Bourbon Street and many major sights.
The room was comfortable and thoughtfully designed, making it a cool and contemporary base after long days exploring the city. We also appreciated the added sense of security: later in the evening, access to the lobby is restricted to keycard holders only, which felt reassuring in such a lively area.
However, the “breakfast” was disappointing and far below the level you would expect from a hotel like this. A pastry and a juice in a plastic bag hardly qualifies as breakfast, especially in a city famous for its food culture.
Overall, a stylish and very well-located hotel, but definitely plan to enjoy breakfast elsewhere.
