It's the Salty Donut! What's not to like? It was my first time at the Seminole Heights location. I've only been to the one in Hyde Park Village. We were greeted right away, and the service was great! We arrived in the afternoon on a weekday. I can totally see why people mention the parking situation. There's not that many spaces dedicated to this business. Fortunately, there were 2 spaces left. It was our lucky day! I was hoping to get the Toasted Banana Milk donut. It was sold out. So, I went with the Brown Butter & Salt one. It was richer than I thought it would be, but full of flavor. I think my favorite so far is the Cinnamon Pear Crumble. It was one of their seasonal flavors. That's what I love about Salty Donut. There are new flavors every 6-8 weeks to include vegan ones. I also forgot to mention the Dirty Pistachio Chai that just happened to be available for one day only during National Coffee Week. It was excellent! I hope they add this to their everyday menu. The service was great! We found a table on the porch near a fan. It was a relaxing visit.

Nothing about this experience was salty (except for some of the donuts)! Not only is this new Salty Donut location SO adorable, but the workers are so sweet which made the overall visit so great. We got there early early one morning, a few minutes before they even technically opened so we went to walk around the patio area to check it out- and one of the workers came out to greet us and let us know they were open which was so kind. I’ve been to another Salty Donut location so I was excited to come back and try more of their donuts. They have really unique flavors and everything is so gourmet. But let me tell you, the brown butter donut seems so plain but it might be the best donut they serve. It’s one I’ll be dreaming about coming back to get. Of course, there aren’t really many bad options here. The guava and cheese donut has the perfect balance of sweet icing and tangy guava filling along with croissant crust on top. They have “cragels” here which are a bagel that’s croissant pasty-based which is fun. I also tried a salted caramel latte that was really nice because it wasn’t overly sweet. They have some other drink options as well like lemonade, teas or matcha. Along with regular donuts they do have donut holes too- I quite like the oreo-dusted one. Overall this is such an adorable new spot with an abudance of outdoor seating, bright smiles cork the workers and yummy treats!

This Salty location checks off all the boxes, good coffee, amazing donuts, and even better vibes! Courtney is awesome! She explained all the options for donuts and even the house made coffee syrups. All the donuts are baked fresh in house daily, so you get a delicious donut every time. The outdoor seating is great for relaxing and enjoy the weather on nice days. Courtney and Alyse were so helpful and the customer service was great. I will definitely be coming back to this location for more amazing vibes and treats!

Google
WOW! What an absolutely incredible experience from the service, to the atmosphere, and of course- the delicious food. I cannot say enough positive things about Courtney. She was so kind, helpful, informative and really just gave out of the park service. It’s really refreshing to come across such attentive and friendly people, it’s not always easy to come by. I’m so glad I tried this place out and I will absolutely be back! BTW, make sure to try the buffalo chicken croissant. It’s warm and delicious!

Google
The donuts are always top notch. I love that they have rotating flavors. Staff is super friendly! If you see the manager Courtney, tell her PJ said hello! She's the absolute best. Their savory items are also super good and so is there coffee selection! The only pet peeve I have about this particular location is the parking situation. However! Pro tip, park directly across the street! That business is good about letting Salty customers Park in their parking lot. But didn't go anywhere near the bridal shop next door or you'll get towed when though they have like 20 spaces and limited traffic 👀

Google
I’m so happy I finally got to try Salty Donut. I’ve been wanting to come here for a while, after hearing it was so good from friends. I grabbed their brown butter salt cake donut with their cinnamon cereal milk latte. It was hard to pick which donut I wanted, but went off the cashiers recommendation and I was not disappointed. It was so good, it was salty and sweet, but not overly sweet. I get why the place I called The Salty Donut. I also bought another one to share with a colleague. I loved the coffee. I got my order to go, so I wasn’t able to check out the seating situation. It looked like they had ample outdoor seating, both covered and uncovered. I will definitely be back to try more donuts and enjoy their coffee! Parking is VERY limited so keep that in mind!

Google
I tried the Brown Butter & Salt donut, and the Samoa Cookie Dough donut—both were good, but the BB & Salt was the standout. Absolutely loved it. The Samoa tasted like the girl scount cookie! I’m already planning to come back and try the Peach Cobbler and Oreo flavors next. Parking was a bit of a hassle, but we managed. The outdoor seating area was great—plenty of tables, umbrellas, and a nice vibe. Inside the building was pretty hot, like the AC wasn’t working, but that might’ve just been a fluke that day. The service was fantastic. The staff was friendly and had great recommendations. I’m definitely coming back, especially to finally try the cheddar cragel I’ve heard so much about.

Google
Such a fun breakfast spot! The cinnamon cereal milk latte was delicious, as was their egg and cheese croissant, brown butter donut, and key lime donut. I can’t wait to go back for more! The staff was very friendly as well. The only down side is extremely limited parking and no inside seating (we went while it was raining and hung out on the porch), so just come prepared for that.

Yelp
The Salty Donut is such a gem! Their donuts are great and i absolutely love that they offer gluten free or vegan options. Every time I'm in the area i have to try them! I've been a few times so I'm finally writing a review. My absolute favorite is their GF toasted banana milk donut. It's not too sweet and if u warm it up for a few seconds, it's perfect! All of their donuts have been good and the portion of the donut makes it worth the money even with the being pricy! I also ordered the matcha w/ oat milk and banana cream cold foam. It was good but my taste buds may have wanted it sweeter lol The girls have always been nice when I come in. The place is clean. There's options where u can sit on the porch or in their patio area. The parking is VERY limited in the back so carpool if u must! Don't park in the parking lot next to it because u will get towed! Definitely worth checking out. I'm telling myself it's the healthiest donut shop in the area lol

Yelp
The salty donut here has a lot more options and other locations. Their donuts are still very good and nice and fluffy. I don't think that they're super amazing. I think that some of their flavors are a little off. I can't really explain why. Otherwise, still pretty good donut. Their coffees are great. I think they are more on the pretty side. They're prettier than they taste, but the taste is so good. Staff is very friendly and prepares food and drinks quickly. The restaurant itself doesn't have much seating. Definitely more of a takeout place. They do have all their donuts on display, which is nice so you can choose.

Yelp
To begin, the first time I went to The Salty Donut was about a month ago for a Yelp Elite Experience. I gave a 5 star rating then and I'm giving a 5 star rating now. The fact that I returned and plan on coming back means I really like it here. So far I have not experienced any parking issues as I've been here on weekdays around 7:30AM. This time around I ordered on the App and got $5 off my first order. I arrived about 10 minutes later than my requested pick up time. However, I really liked the fact that they warmed up my Ham and Cheese Croissant the moment I got there and made sure my Hot Salted Caramel Latte was also freshly made and hot. They did this without my having to request it. The wait was probably only 2 minutes. I really appreciated it because by the time I got to work (5min drive), the croissant was still toasty and warm and the coffee was perfect. Had they not done this, it would have been cold because of my late pick up. Now truth be told, I have gluten intolerance/sensitivity and should avoid gluten. Once in a while I'll have the occasional gluten treat along with my digestive enzymes. You should know that they do offer a gluten-free donut (which is delicious), but I was in the mood for savory today. I wish I would have had time before work to relax on their tropical patio, but I was in a rush to get to work. I will be back! The only thing that would make this place better is of they had more gluten-free options.

Yelp
Nice ambiance especially when it's nice weather to sit outside. Friendly staff. The coffee was acidic and the two donuts we ordered ( guava and pistachios) were way too sweet for us. The hojicha was diluted and didn't have a significant taste of the tea.

Yelp
Courtney is the best! She absolutely loves what she does. You couldn't ask for better service. She knew everyone who walked in the door who has a pre-order. It's a cute little donut shop with awesome covered outside seating. Happy 10th birthday to the Salty! Make sure to try out their birthday menu items.

Yelp
This was my second time here in less than a week. The first time I came for a Yelp experience. I really loved this location, & setting so I had to come back. This time around I had my birthday coupon. I got a free donut. Guess what? I got the same donut as I did the first time. Guava and cheese. It's so tasty and very sweet. It's filled to the rim which I love filled donuts. This is easily one I can have a few servings of just bc I eat a little at a time with the sweetness. But I seriously love guava and cheese so this one called my name. The people working here are amazing, they are so friendly, & I always leave smiling. They care for their customers and it shows. I can't wait to come back, & bring my hubby. He will love it too!

Yelp
I got 4 donuts to go for a girl's trip and these really made the girls trip extra sweet. The service was wonderful and all types of options. Out of these 4 def recommend the coconut flavored one.

Yelp
Love this place, they have great customer service, knowledgeable about the process and ingredients, providing helpful info about taste and expectations. The vibe is very chill with porch seating under fans or umbrellas at larger tables on the patio. It's well manicured landscape provide a relaxing environment and cool place to take a moment to enjoy your coffee and donuts! My absolute favorite donut is the guava cheesecake it's sweet and a little savory pastelito that's has me swoon. The seasonal flavors were also well balanced. The strawberry tres leches was surprisingly light enjoyable as well. Gotta try them all though! And don't forget to signup for an account to save even more! They helped me at the front, and it's definitely worth it!

Yelp
Salty Donut never disappoints! I absolutely love the Seminole Heights location. It has such a different vibe from Hyde Park. Their outdoor patio is perfect for hanging out, bringing your pup, or even getting some work done. Just a heads up, the parking lot is pretty small so plan ahead. This visit I tried the pumpkin roll donut along with an iced vanilla bean latte. Both were so good! I cannot wait to come back.

Yelp
I love The Salty Donut! This was my first visit to the new location, and the quality is just as amazing as always. There was a short line, but that's to be expected on a weekend. Parking is a bit limited, so keep that in mind. Overall, the donuts were fantastic, the service was great, and the outdoor seating area is super cute!

Yelp
My last day in Tampa, I decided to grab a donut & coffee and found The Salty Donut. My lineup didn't disappoint. The guava + cheese was the star--sweet, creamy, and just like a Puerto Rican pastry. The brown butter & salt cake had that rich nutty flavor that lingers, while the honey & sea salt cragel was light, flaky, and buttery with the perfect hint of salt. Washed it all down with a smooth vanilla bean latte... pure happiness in every sip. Staff were very friendly, patient and helpful with making my donut selections. Loved the decor, it's a small space with limited seating. I will note that I liked the packaging for the donuts. Made it easy to take back home to Va. My favs were definitely the guava & cheese and the cragel.

Yelp
Friday 8/22/25 I first had the salty donut back in April of this year and was completely blown away by their donuts, but specifically the mixed berry cheesecake donut, which was amazing. Luckily, while planning for my Florida visit, I found that the salty donut wasn't just based in Texas and that they had other locations, and some were in Tampa, so I had to put my Florida family on notice. I brought an assorted half dozen to the house and got 2x mixed berry cheese $9.20, strawberry tres leches $4.85, guava & cheese $4.85, cookies n cream cake $4.50, and mini key lime pie $4. - The mixed berry cheesecake was great in April, and it remains great in August, my favorite donut by far. I had my cousin and his friend try it, and they loved it. His friend even said it was the best donut he's ever had. - The strawberry tres leches was pretty good and was my second favorite flavor. Funny enough, I actually thought it was the horchata donut I had back in April due to the cream frosting, which is quite good. - The guava & cheese must be a flavor specific to Florida due to the culture, and it was decent, but the size was noticeably smaller than the others. - The cookies and cream cake donut was alright, but I hoped it would've been a lot better cause I love all things cookies and cream. - The mini key lime pie is yet another unique creation that turned out pretty decent. I'm not much of a key lime pie fan in general, but I liked the concept and execution of the idea. All in all, after a 4-month update, the salty donut is still a special donut spot, and it has a lot to do with its unique and delicious donuts. I would recommend EVERYONE to try that mixed berry cheesecake donut, you won't be disappointed. -- For more FOOD content, follow me on Instagram and TikTok: @issa.cheatday

Yelp
And the angels sang! What a cute, charming, delicious new addition to Seminole Heights! Hello there, Salty Donut, bringing such sweet new vibes to the area! I've been to the Salty in Hyde Park and had a great experience... but this one had a whole different feel. It's in a quaint bungalow, with a huge front yard, full of mature trees and so many different tables... and a front porch offering more seating. It's right there on Florida Ave... four blocks north of Hillsborough... just north of the free-standing Domino's pizza building, on the other (west) side of the street. I drove past it the first time, even though the curb appeal is adorable. I parked in back, which was... tricky... but there are lots of nearby side streets. You can take the ramp entrance from back, that runs along the side of the building (the restrooms can be accessed from there). Then you land in that lovely front area I described. It faces east, so the morning light through the oaks is magnificent. But wait, I'm so busy waxing poetic about the environs, I buried the lead: THE FOOD! They have the coolest offerings, including cragels (croissant/bagel mashups), all kinds of toasts (I had honey ricotta!) and, of course, donuts! I had to try the brown butter donut that I had last time, in Hyde Park. It's just as amazing. That's hands down, my favorite donut glaze ever. The whipped ricotta and honey toast was such a great combination of flavors... made even better when the gal who waited on me at the counter-added pistachios! What?! I'm going to have to lie down: so good! And she, btw---so welcoming, warm, friendly, enthusiastic and clearly, she enjoys her job. I'll go back and get her name. What a gem. So, it's clean, it's pretty, there's so much variety, including coffees. These treats are more expensive than most donuts... but they're big and filling-and the quality is off the charts, imo. No seating inside, but in cooler weather, the outside options would be a great place to sit and soak in the yum-of both food and weather. Can you tell I'm excited? This is a total YES for me. Thank you Salty! So glad you're here!

Yelp
I accompanied a friend who went for a Yelp event that I was waitlisted for. The donuts are always top notch. I love that they have rotating flavors. Staff is super friendly! It's a little small inside but they're outside seating area is super quaint and cute! The only pet peeve I have about this particular location is the parking situation. However! Yelp
After attending an event here I knew I must return. I would give 5 stars, but their tea game is lacking. I got an egg & cheese croissant which was very tasty. I ate it on their cute patio. I took a glazed donut, brown butter salt cake and everything cragel to go. My co-worker really enjoyed the glazed donut. I devoured the cragel (note they sell cream cheese for $1, I passed) at lunch and the brown butter salt cake for a pm treat. Both of those items are what will bring me back. The heavily glazed salt cake is the perfect combo of salty sweet. Two locations in Tampa - go! Enjoy

Yelp
Stopped in on my way to the beach this Sunday. The parking was a little tricky so we ended up parking on the other side of the road. The line wasn't too bad I was able to get my order pretty swiftly. They have a beautiful outdoor seating area upfront so you can enjoy your treats. also I found out they do have a restroom on it on the side past the exit. They also have a wheelchair ramp as well that leads to the front. My order I got a iced banana latte and a honey sea salt cragle which is like my new favorite pastry in the morning it's sweet and salty and the bite is flaky but has a little resistance on the bottom. I love it. The latte was really good too nice smooth banana flavor and you could still taste the espresso as well.

Yelp
The Salty Donut and it's such a cute little donut spot in Seminole Heights! I was immediately greeted and served by the nice gentleman at the counter inside. I grabbed a hot ham & cheese croissant and paired it with an iced hibiscus lemonade (seriously the best drink ever). They have the perfect place to sit outside, relax, and enjoy your treats.

Yelp
Brand new donut shop in Seminole Heights, just four and a half blocks north of Hillsborough Avenue on Florida. There is a small parking lot behind the building. Then you take a long boardwalk ramp to the main entrance (which would be great for wheelchairs!). No seating inside but a cute courtyard outside with plenty of tables. I tried to visit opening weekend, but the lines were so long when I passed by that I decided another time would be best. Thankfully, they are open until 6 pm, so I could swing in on my way home from work and have the joint all to myself. When I first walked in I thought they were closed, because all the donut cases were empty, but it turns out they were just cleaning. They had a stand next to the register which showed the donuts that were still available for purchase. Fortunately, they had the seasonal one I wanted - the mixed berry cheesecake. I got a second, wildcard donut, called strawberry tres leches. Each donut was boxed in a separate box, and cost about $5 each; clearly this is not the type of place to buy a dozen for the office. Got home, dug in. The mixed berry cheesecake donut was incredible! So sweet, and so fresh tasting. I loved it, and I am so excited to eat the other half when I get home from work. I did not like the other donut as much, and I got no taste of strawberry in the couple of bites I had, but it was still good. Welcome to the neighborhood - we're so glad you're here!

Yelp
A dangerous new addition to a neighborhood! The Salty is directly on my route home from the gym and I think it's going to be a problem. Stopped by on their first day open to do my favorite thing which is try out new donut shops, and was absolutely impressed. The Salty is location in a super cute bungalow in the heart of Seminole Heights with a beautiful outdoor seating area which will be wonderful once the weather improves. I tried the classic glazed donut, which is always the litmus test for a donut shop as well as the brown butter, salt cake, doughnut. Both of them were outstanding and really big! Even saving one of them for the next day it maintained its freshness and quality. Egg good donut shop is exactly what the neighborhood has always been missing. Can't wait to try more of their delectable treats!

Yelp
Today was the day to go to The Salty Donut. The ease of parking was good and there was not a long line. I played the cool contest when you walked into the shop. I won $5 off of my order. The manager explained everything. It smelt so good in there. You can see what the staff is doing behind the glass windows I ordered the honey and sea salt cragel with honey butter, this is kinda addictive. I ordered the guava and cheese, berry strawberry cheesecake and brown sugar peach cobbler donuts. Plus, I ordered the hibiscus lemonade tea. All was good. Differently going back in the future.

Yelp
This might be the cutest coffee/donut shop I've been to in a long time. I absolutely love the porch setting. I sit outside and did some work while it was raining and the breeze was everything. Not to mention that the salted caramel latte was extremely flavorful and did not need anything added. As soon as you walk into the coffee shop, the staff is incredibly welcoming, and what I loved most of the display of fresh And uniquely flavored donuts with some amazing fall options. I ended up going with the brown butter and salt cake doughnut and it was so good! This will definitely be a spot that I come back to when I'm in the area and want to change up my scenery of working from home. They also have great WiFi. Love it!

Yelp
Im ecstatic to have my favorite donut shop in South Tampa to open up shop in my part of town I tried them out for the first time a little over a year ago and was pleasantly surprised at how much they tasted like European donuts (just with a lot more toppings)! The dough reminds me of the Polish donuts called "Pączki", as they have dont have preservatives and only stay fresh for less than a day. Love that they are made in house daily just like back home. The staff is always so pleasant and cheerful when ordering and I've never waiting long for anything. Also don't get me started on how clean their kitchens and shops are!! A friend and I came to their Seminole Heights GO and got a chance to score some free items. We got the everything cragel, Oreo cake donut holes, and three donuts: the strawberry dress, leches, guava and cheese, and the brown sugar peach cobbler. To drink I got a cold brew (forgot to ask for no ice so it was okayy) and my friend ordered the matcha lemonade. I can't decide on what was my favorite to say the least. Can't wait to be back already!
google avatar

Jessica T.

Yelp
The Salty just opened in Seminole Heights and I'm already obsessed. These are not your average donuts. They're fun, creative, and genuinely delicious, like flavor combos you didn't even know you wanted until you take that first bite and suddenly you're wondering how you've lived without them. You seriously can't find donuts like this anywhere else in the area. The vibe inside is super chill, cute but not trying too hard. Perfect spot to pop in, treat yourself, and maybe linger a little longer than you planned.
google avatar

Yelp
The Salty Donut is a cute, and cozy spot where you and the family would most definitely love. A good problem you will have is choosing what kind of donut you'd like to try first. I purchased 4 different flavors: The Original, Brown Butter + Salt, Pistachio + White Chocolate, and Guava + Cheese. The donuts are a pretty nice size and they taste amazing! The staff were welcoming and my order came up within minutes. This place is a must visit!!!
google avatar

Jeniffer S.

Yelp
Great spot! The matcha lemonade was unique and refreshing--definitely worth a try. Out of the donuts, the Brown Butter & Salt was the clear winner for me. It nailed that perfect sweet-and-salty balance.

Yelp
So happy I got to finally try the salty donut! This spot has been on my list for a while and I was so excited to see that they opened a new location. Parking is a little tricky so I would recommend going during the week if possible. Everything I tried was amazing but my favorites were the samoas and raspberry cheesecake donuts!

Yelp
Great concept but flawed execution. Was excited when The Salty Donut finally opened in Seminole Heights. I've been there several times since the grand opening and here are my thoughts. The good. - Excellent Intelligencia coffee - Wide variety of novelty donuts and most of them are delicious - Beautiful renovation of a historic bungalow The bad. - Parking is basically non-existent. They only have a handful of spots and if you arrive on Saturday morning there is often a delivery truck blocking either the road or the spots themselves. - No inside dining at all. The interior of the store is extremely cramped and you're always bumping into people while waiting for your order. - Neglected landscaping. What started as an impeccable exterior now has foot high grass growing around the outside eating area. One could probably overlook the negative aspects of the location but if I'm paying almost $13 for a coffee and a donut then I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a premium experience. Given the lack of parking and cramped interior, this store would probably been better as a drive through location.

Yelp
The food is amazing and the coffee is a great compliment for their sweet donuts! Everyone was very friendly and the restaurant was clean and easy to navigate! There are bathrooms which is always nice and they have water available to drink because all the seating is outdoors! Great place to go on a beautiful Florida day!

Yelp
The butterscotch crunch doughnut was amazing! Matcha latte and chai latte were both excellent. Nice outdoor seating available but very limited parking behind the store.

Yelp
We ordered breakfast sandwiches and donuts everything was AMAZING!! The atmosphere was so cozy and everyone was so nice! Thank you for the great food and good vibes!!

Yelp
This cute doughnut shop is such a "sweet" addition to Seminole Heights! We eagerly awaited the grand opening, but waited a few days for the lines to calm down before we checked it out. Even on a random day, the parking situation is not the best -- it's super cramped and narrow back there (at least, my anxiety didn't love navigating it). But anyway, we ordered the samoa cookie brioche doughnut, the brown butter and salt cake doughnut, the everything cragel (with homemade whipped cream cheese), and the honey and sea salt cragel (with homemade whipped honey butter). First, the doughnuts: the samoa doughnut was phenomenal. The bottom is dipped in dark chocolate, and the top has a caramel glaze and coconut flakes. Also, this doughnut was huge. 100% would order this again. But I cannot say the same for the brown butter and salt cake doughnut. Now, I know "salty" is literally in their name... I anticipated it. But this doughnut straight-up tasted like a savory bread to me. If someone gave this to me as part of a blind taste-test, I don't think I would've been able to tell you this was a dessert at all. I only tasted salt. I took one bite and could not take another. My husband ate it and thought it was just OK, but he said he wouldn't order it again either. (Also, during a follow-up visit, he ordered the chocolate sheet cake doughnut, and I took a bite -- that one was also too salty for me, though he liked it. I just think I'm going to steer clear of their cake doughnuts, personally.) Now, the cragels (aka croissant bagels): these were what we were actually looking forward to the most. In particular, I was excited about the everything cragel with the homemade cream cheese. But I made one pretty big mistake -- I took a bite of the honey and sea salt cragel first. Had I not done that, I probably would've liked the everything cragel more... but that honey and sea salt cragel was fantastic. I'm dating myself here, but it reminded me of the honey butter croissants you'd get from the brewery restaurant Hops (I still miss that place). My husband and I both thought this cragel was the best thing we've ordered from here. Also, the homemade cream cheese and honey butter were each $1 and definitely worth ordering! There are still some other items on the menu I'd like to try, including their toasts (I'm a millennial, of course I want to try their avocado toast). They might not be my go-to for cake doughnuts, but overall, I'm a fan of this place and I hope they do well!

Yelp
I went to the Salty Donut for my elite experience, and I was super impressed. The staff were great (even when I accidentally walked into the kitchen) and helped me make decisions. My cold brew was good, and the everything cragel with honey butter SMASHED. I got a brown butter and salt donut for later, which was an excellent decision! My only critique is that the parking lot sucks, so try to walk if you can.

Yelp
I live nearby and love that they converted an old home to fit their needs. It speaks to The Salty fitting in well with the neighborhood. I came during their opening weekend and again this past week to try some of their seasonal items. I have become addicted to their cereal milk latte and dream about it often. It sounds odd and when it was initially recommended to me by the staff member I really thought she was crazy. But don't knock it until you try it!! I will say that this latte, along with most items are extremely sweet. I did try their seasonal hojicha latte, as I recently visited Japan and became obsessed with hojicha. This latte was overly sweet and more milk heavy. Not for me personally. The donuts are ok. I think there are better donut shops around, but that's definitely a personal preference. I do like their egg and cheese croissant- simply but good. I didn't realize that they stop serving sandwiches at 3pm so just keep that in mind! All in all, I like their app experience, the unique vibes of each location, and loveee the cereal milk latte.

Yelp
The Salty Donut is a must try, particularly for anyone who enjoys cake style donuts. There are other options on their menu as well but their donuts are absolutely next level. There hasn't been anything there that I haven't enjoyed but, the Guava & Cheese and the Brown Butter & Salt donuts are incredible! Welcome to OSH and wishing "The Salty" continued success.

Yelp
The Salty Donut in Seminole Heights has a very small parking lot in the back, and it fills up quickly, so keep that in mind if you're visiting during busy hours. When I first walked in, I wasn't sure where the line started--it wasn't very clear, and no one directed me. I went left, but then someone came in after me and started ordering right at the cashier, which made things a little confusing. When I got to the counter, I mentioned I wanted to use the InKind app to pay. Since it was my first time, I wasn't familiar with the process, and the cashier seemed a little frustrated, mean face, not welcoming. After paying (and yes I include a tip), I showed her my phone, and she told me I needed to complete the process on the screen--but she never mentioned I'd also need to add a tip there, just can't hit complete; gave me no instructions while I tried several times. A bit more guidance would have gone a long way. That said, the donuts themselves are excellent--fresh, creative, and definitely worth trying. Which is why I'm giving a 4 out of 5. The outdoor seating area is really pretty, and it feels like a great spot to relax and hang out. I just think this location assumes most people already know how their system works, which can make first-timers feel a little lost. A bit more friendliness and direction for new customers would make the experience much smoother. I've also been to the Hyde Park location, which is much larger, better organized, and easier to navigate in terms of where the line starts. While I'd probably go back to Hyde Park more often, I still wanted to check out Seminole Heights since it's new--and I'd come back for the donuts alone.

Yelp
We went for their opening day. The staff was so kind and welcoming. The donuts were fresh and so soft. So happy to have them in the neighborhood! As always in the heights, there is limited parking but you can find street parking nearby without a problem as long as you're respectful of the neighborhood and people's driveways

Yelp
The outside seating area is very nice i under the shade of trees. The variety of donuts is great, supposedly it changes all the time. They have regular and espresso coffee as well as tea. They have these cragels which are a cross between a bagel and a croissant, very tasty w some cream cheese. We had the Guava Cheese donut, chocolate and Banana Cream ...all delicious... the service is also very friendly... the only downside I would say that its a bit on the expensive side and there is no indoor seating so with this Florida heat it becomes more of a pickup and go kind of place until it's cooler.

Yelp
I don't leave a lot of reviews but this was our first time trying the Seminole heights location and I feel I'm being generous giving 3 stars. We ordered the egg and cheese sand which ended up costing $17 which is absurd for the small sand which you get. I ordered an iced latte and it looked almost white with how much milk was added I could not even taste the espresso. If you want coffee and a good breakfast sandwich for a reasonable price just go to The Lab

Yelp
This was my first time going here and I really enjoyed it! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I got to try one of their limited edition lattes and they recommended a couple tasty donuts. The vibe was really nice and I can definitely see myself going back there. Overall, I had a very positive experience.

Yelp
These donuts are so good it literally changed my life. I don't live in the area, so I stopped in to take a peak, I got 4 donuts and every donut was better than the last. These donuts are so good, I'm genuinely upset that I don't live by them. The workers were so kind and amazing too. Cheers to this company!
