Spanning over 120 acres, this is a vibrant hub of shopping, food and entertainment. There is an extensive selection of goods from fresh produce to plushies. For children there are rides, and a vintage carousel. There are rows and rows of vendors, and the atmosphere is so lively and colorful! It’s more like a community experience.

There's something for everyone here! Amazing food (lunch, dinner, sweet treats, fresh fruit and vegetables), clothing (formal wear, dresses, shirts pants), shoes (boots, sandals, slides), accessories (phone charms, selfie sticks, self defense tools), bags of all kinds (backpacks, purses, satchels, fanny packs), off-brand products (great place to find bootleg items that are trending - from Nikes to Labubus), hair accessories, air brushed shirts, and so much more. I've never had a bad time coming here ❣️

Google
Nice place. Some of the stores are repetitive. However food and fresh juice options are on point! Also, several stages with live bands.

Google
Better vibe than most shopping malls, to be honest. A lot of different kinds of toys and plushies. Interesting stuff like furniture, potted plants, power tools and tires. A healthy amount of fresh produce. But less cooked food variety than a fully-active mall or farmer's market.

Google
It’s a pretty cool experience but you need to set your expectations. They have shops (new and used stuff), food, drink, entertainment, and even kids rides. It’s a great way to spend a Saturday or Sunday. Walk, eat, shop. Clearly there’s a lot of cheap stuff and knock offs. But there are hidden gems. I’d say a great place to shop for cowboy hats and boots. Produce is decent. Might as well go on Saturday instead of Sunday to save $10 on parking.

Some of my favorite childhood memories include coming to this place… always something to see & enjoy, from shopping to live entertainment. There’s always something for the whole family. $10 parking fee

Google
Direct access from BART, don't be fooled by Google maps. Walk around the North end of the station and straight into the market. Food, drinks, entertainment, a huge selection of shopping options, play spaces for kids, and more. One of the seemingly infinite variety of things to see and do in the Bay area. $5 entry.

The weather was perfect. It was so breezy for our trip here. I enjoyed walking around this flea market. The flea market has a mini carnival and gaming area. There's a playground for kids as well. There's atms everyone. There's even music and beer.

Yelp
San Jose Flea Market foods and snacks are certainly very good around here. BART is just right there. I still prefer coming on Saturdays (walk-in admission $3) and Sundays (walk-in admission $5) whenever possible because more vendors are onsite and more customers are roaming the place. I don't pay for parking onsite. Instead, I can always find free parking across the streets near retail and apartment buildings. Walking is good for you. Weekdays are quite boring though. I can always find good bargains on clothes/socks/undergarments/shoes. Sellers are always chatty and negotiable people. Everyone is kind and nice. Flea markets are great places to buy things at a bargain or discount, especially if you pay in cash. Farmers market section is perfect for fruits/nuts/vegetables/candies/etc. Varieties are good here. This time, I came for good vanilla soft serve ice cream cone $4.75 each. You can choose cup if you want. Chocolate flavor is available. Staffs are good people. There's affordable food trucks if you want burritos/tacos/nachos/etc. Want to buy toys/makeup products/blankets/rugs/kitchen items/backpacks? This flea market is a true blessing and great addition to city of San Jose. I absolutely love the Gardens by the Bay live music entertainment and foods section. Awesome place to walk around and enjoy. The place has so much potential. Glad they didn't shutdown. There's still good weekend vibes out here. I will keep revisiting to grab delicious bites if I'm in the area again. Inexpensive. They've got huge yummy fully loaded baked potatoes onsite which I absolutely love. Must love it.

Yelp
Always find something I never knew I needed when I come here. Service is great. Selection is top tier Can get food value for your money here. Don't forget to negotiate! 10/10 will return

Yelp
Just wanted to give a heads-up about this lady named Elvira who sells party favors. She's right next to the person selling gold chains and stuff. I ended up overpaying for seven favors, but that's not really the issue--it's more about how I was treated. We agreed on one thing, and she ended up giving me something else. She only sells party favors for weddings, baptisms, and first communions. The place is pretty cramped with stuff everywhere, making it tough to get through the aisles. There's a guy there too, who I think is her husband. Honestly, the way she interacts with people makes me think you'd be really disappointed if you have her handle your party favors.

Yelp
Was excited to come here but we only stayed for 30-40 mins. You have to pay for parking which I think is ridiculous. They sell a lot of junk here and a lot of the booths were not very inviting. My child didn't really want to browse and I don't blame her. We definitely don't plan on returning.

Yelp
I haven't been to the SJ flea market in years!!! DECADES!!! I'm pretty sure it was 1997-ish the last time I was here. Obviously so much has changed. There's a parking lot or you can get here by BART. There are tons of food booths and food trucks with tables to sit at. Lots of stores that sell fruits/veggies, candy, toys, trinkets, jewelry, clothes, baptismal gowns, first communion dresses, fabrics, santos, piñatas, etc. The ambience is pretty similar to the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul, La Boqieria in Barcelona or the tiangge in the Philippines. The people are friendly and helpful. As for value, things are pretty expensive. Parking alone is expensive ($10 on Saturdays and $20 on Sundays - GAH!!!) and I didn't really find any deals. Some produce were more expensive at the flea market than at a grocery store. Come here if you're looking for Mexican goodies. I was looking for giant piñatas, the game, Loteria, the cooking tool to make buñuelos, pan dulce, and specific fresh exotic fruits.

Yelp
Had a great evening at the Flea Market. I had no idea that created this venue and admission is FREE!I will come back as everyone here in crowd was mellow and having a good time. Bring a lawn chair as seating is limited.

Yelp
What....When did parking cost $20. bucks here?!! Owners of San Jose Flea Market, this is highly priced! FYI, the parking lot rate is $20. on Sundays and $10. on Saturdays. I assume customers will try to avoid parking their vehicles here on Sundays or it won't be as crowded on Sundays due to this parking rate, that makes me feel sorry for all the vendors since when we visited it didn't look crowded. I know its hard work for them to set up and stuff and also pay their vendor fees. I've visited San Jose Flea Market before Covid and took Uber here, We would have Uber or walk it from our hotel but we we had a super busy Sunday, it was a quick visit to the San Jose Flea Market, but waste of $20. spent since we didn't really buy much, unless I could bring home all those plants back to Honolulu. hehe. Besides the high parking rate and its not even a theme park, we made the most of our one hour time limit here, My big kids split up , while me and other half browsed quickly together. This flea market is HUGE & colorful! With only one hour, we just short cut thru the lanes, one section has the garage sale items, one section is farmers market, ( produce, fruits) Garden and plants are not in one section. The only thing that caught my eyes and made me happy was looking at all the plants. I really wanted to buy those plants but I will have to clear Agriculture bringing it back. I noticed the prices for the plants and veggies, fruits, are lower than back home. I enjoyed looking at the fresh fruits veggies. Some of the fruits and veggies are new to me, like the cactus, interesting- nice green color and didn't know you could eat them. What did we all purchase here, my son 2 key chains, my daughter- nothing, my other half- phone cords, and for me, some fruits, 2 floral tops for my mother, package of green forks, and a lucky bamboo plant, the ones that goes in water. Support the local vendors but I say avoid the $20. parking fees. ( greed) only the owner of San Jose Flea Market, benefits from this. Go on Saturdays, $10. is much better than paying double!! When I visit San Jose, I will visit, but will walk it from my hotel.

Yelp
The bf suggested checking out Berryessa Flea Market. I've seen this spot from BART and walked by before but never went in. There was a classic car gathering in one of the parking lots, which was neat. $10 parking on Sat, or $3/person walk in. Sat morning is quieter, reminds me of the Asia night markets + giant garage sale. They have different areas for food vendors, second hand and new clothing, shoes, home and kitchen goods, toys, electronics, Mexican cultural knick knacks. Food selection is American and Mexican / Central American. Come with cash, as some stalls are cash only. Decent place to check out but I wouldn't necessarily come back to shop here.

Yelp
Family spot for a chill day n minimal cost. Would recommend when it's not too hot. Lots of random stuff to buy

Yelp
I hadn't gone back to the flea market in quite some time . This visit was both nostalgic as well as hopeful for the new way forward. Parking : I am happy to report they accept Apple Pay. Friday Parking - $5 Saturday Parking - $10 Sunday Parking - $20 Free Saturday/Sunday Parking before 8 AM. NOTICE: Parking across the street may get your car towed. Our visit : We came to walk around and browse the selections with my partner and 2 year old son . We didn't really have a plan of action just to make sure we ate at the beer garden to have some bomb birria tacos . The new way forward I was talking about : the flea market has definitely progressed in terms of some cashless vendors and of course cash is king at the flea but if you don't want to get charged to take money out at the various ATM machines ( planning ahead to pull out cash prior to arriving is a must ). Beer garden: it's literally adjacent to the Bart station so convenient! Sometimes the parking closest to this side gets packed and you'll be redirected to the other lot . This exact situation happened to us that we parked far but we didn't have trouble locating the lively beer garden and the ConnSaborAMexico taco truck . Happy shopping !

Yelp
Beem coming here since I was a kid. It has went through a lot of changes through out the years, but it still remains one of my favorite flea markets to attend. I enjoy the food, drinks, music and the overall atmosphere.

Yelp
I was visiting The Flea Market at Berryessa in San Jose. It was nice to see all kinds of beautiful stuff other than yummy food and fresh fruit. I enjoyed walking around and taste all kinds of sweets. I experienced very good service and kind people. I got myself a beautiful Mexican sandals and a gorgeous heart purse. I totally recommend this place for everyone. It has many stuff for all ages and is nice to spend time here with friends and family.

Yelp
They have a lil bit of everything up there!! You will definitely be surprised at all the Blessings and bargains at this place!!

Yelp
Sooo different now. Love that u don't have to do the long walk under the bridge. Great music. Good food.

Adriana V.

Yelp
So many different vendors And really good food. We bought botas, quesobirrias, cute jewelry, and Mexican blankets.
google avatar

Juan V.

Yelp
It seemed as if I was stepping back in time. There are lots of items being sold along with drink and food. Vendors of all types are here with different offerings.

Areli M.

Yelp
Everything is good you can find lots of great things and great food .. parking is 20$ really expensive if you ask me but over all good place to go to
google avatar

Yelp
If you're looking for stuff you don't need, then this is the place for you. If you're also looking for inflated prices on counterfeit goods, then this is the place for you! I didn't buy anything here today, but I just still in awe in what I saw. This is an interesting place for sure. So many random things that it just seems like you're in bizarro world. Come here with an open mind, and you might have a good experience.
google avatar

Yelp
This place is not bad. It has a lot of options in terms of shops. I came here to check out the game station booth. It is nice but priced pretty much the same as most game stores. There is not much of a deal there unfortunately but I do think the staff is nice. The other stores are not bad. I went on a non super busy day. It does not have a ton of shade when walking around so just be aware of that on sunny hot days. You mostly would want to come here for clothes and such but they do have a bunch of different things. The food here is not too bad. It is nothing too fancy but pretty good food. There is an entrance fee to get in. I am not sure what the parking fee would be. Overall not a bad place to go if you want to find some clothing or small trinket deals. Not so much for electronic.

Yelp
Flea markets get a bad wrap. However when I come here I feel like I've been transported to a traditional market in Mexico, which I've visited a few times. There's so many goods that you can choose from and bargain for. I love the traditional stalls that sell traditional market goods like cultural clothing, calavera skulls and home decor. There's an area reserved for vintage clothing as well. Can I also mention the abundance of food? The trucks aren't as expensive but with inflation, their prices had to go up. The food, drink and atmosphere are so relaxed and chill. Not to mention the live music that plays makes this place a great spot to just take a stroll, grab some lunch and even do some shopping. You don't see places like this anymore and I hope that this place never goes away!
google avatar

Dee K.

Yelp
$7 parking on Saturdays, $15 on Sundays. I come for the food, my wife and daughter like to browse the arts & crafts tables. Mango passion fruit juice, birria tacos, elote, soft serve, cherry blue raspberry Icee, fresh roasted peanuts - roll me outta here. Sometimes it's crowded, the stalls get a little repetitive, and maybe it's time to stop the horse rides but come for the diversity and the community experience, stay for the food and support the small local businesses/vendors.
google avatar

Amber B.

Yelp
I feel a little funny writing a review for the flea market, but it was so much fun going, I had to! And a LOT bigger than I remember. I heard it's closing down in the next few years, which is such a shame. It will be sorely missed.
google avatar

Jade M.

Yelp
This us my furst time at the flea market where you can get great deals. I was trying to find autgentic traditiinsl candies, nuts, seeds and food items. Thus us,where you get the stuff. A lit of clothes, shirts, sweaters, used stuff like tools, roys and other antiques. Sometimes you can haggle, but just ask first. Customer service is nice for every vendor here in tge flea market. Din't firget the fruit juices while you're here. Nice! I will come back here until their last day in 2024.
google avatar

Kathleen O.

Yelp
Haven't been to the flea market in years! But we heard that they made some updates so we decided to check it out for ourselves! We were specifically looking for the beer garden area! Once we got there they had a dj playing some good music and also a bar area for beers and drinks! There were a bunch of food trucks and the weekend we went they had a lot of vintage clothing stalls. It was cool looking through all the clothes. Overall great vibe!

Yelp
Date: 8/28/2021 Time: 2: 43 PM 82° Hot & hazy I don't remember when was the last time I have been to this flea market. I believe it was the late 80's when I had my burgundy Buick Skylark. Parking in the lot across the street from the flea market was about $10. Back then was also my first time having garlic fries from one of the vendors. I used to find bargains at the flea market - clothes, toys, record albums, kitchen gadgets, etc. This time around I saw more tee shirts on the clothes rack and toys. Even though I did not roam around too far to do more browsing, I stayed close to the garden area in the shade. I don't do well in hot weather. Before I forget, admission is $2.00 per person. Highlight of my visit: DJ playing old school music and the food truck that sold street tacos, super tacos de birria, birria ramen, quesabirria and different flavored agua frescas. Besides I like how close this flea market is to the Berryessa BART Station. Okay, husband wants to visit the flea market next Saturday. It's going to be all aboard the train to Berryessa and the flea market.
google avatar

Jerry D.

Yelp
This used to be a great flea market. On this trip, I noticed most of the stuff was manufactured and not really "flea quality". They didn't have anything unusual or antiques pretty much a lot of schlock.
google avatar

Tommy C.

Yelp
$15 parking on Sunday. Includes admission (bring the whole family in the minivan for max value) Lots to see, buy, and eat. Vendors offering new and used items for sale. Including sunglasses, made in Mexico items, furniture, bikes, cookware, and toys. Services include haircut, waxing, and manicure. Food options were plentiful. Authentic, Mexican food like taco, churro, roasted corn, bakery, fruits, mangonada, and beers.
google avatar

Emily L.

Yelp
Love the ambience and variety of cute little stands they have here it's definitely a very fun experience and to come with people. The food they have is also really yummy I had a very delicious Mangonada. my only complaint is the parking I do not understand why it's $20 but takes me literally over an hour to park.
google avatar

Learnee L.

Yelp
I haven't been in here for years!! Like at least 15 years! Sunny Saturday morning and this place is still empty. If you need cash they have atms around. Be sure they work tho. Restrooms are available. Parking is huge but expect to park further away. I like the plants and fruits/veggies area. Reasonable prices. They have taco trucks too and coffee! Little this and that being sold just like a typical flea market. Make sure you wear comfy shoes.
google avatar

Yelp
A nice day trip to get out of the house from any BART Station as its right there at it. Lots of food vendors and merchandise. Mostly Jewelery type stuff, Furniture and clothing. Saw some cell phone vendors as well. Unfortunately we got there in the middle of the day it seemed like 2ish or so and some vendors were running out of food. Beer stands are here . $6 for a Modelo Can and $11 for a Modelo Michelada can. Much cheaper in the liquor store for average of $3.99 per can. Admission is $3 per person and venue is wheel chair friendly. Again it's right outside Bart you can't miss it. Round trip standard fare from Hayward to Berryessa $10.30 per person.
google avatar

JoAnn Y.

Yelp
It's ok. Same five kinds of merchandise, hats, clothes, toys, cosmetics, food, a smattering of tools and electronics, and some. random things like mattresses and haircuts. It's a staple of San Jose and interesting to see, but the DeAnza flea market is better.
google avatar

Rose L.

Yelp
I'm reviewing the flea market based on my recent visit to the Moon Festival. Everything in regards to the moon festival was so disorganized. There wasn't a map of the vendors or shops that was provided. I even messaged the folks on Instagram for a map and they never responded. Alongside that, the vendors were subpar. Lets start from worst to best. They had this drink spot called Maktub. No menu provided and a long wait. At the end of the wait, they bait you and tell you that a drink is 9 bucks. I'm a involuntary practioner of a sunk cost fallacy and though since I've waited for so long I may as well buy a drink. I shouldn't have listened. The drink was subpar for 9 bucks and I was seeing red. The whipped cream was the only good part of this imbalanced excuse for a oreo shake. It was more cookie than creme. It also took 15 minutes to make my drink though there were only five parties ahead of me. Then I tried out a Mexican food truck near by. By golly, the food was average for such a long wait. 13 bucks for two tacos and a quesabirria. So not worth it. Then the fried chicken was whatever. It wasn't flavorful and slightly overcooked Entertainment was subpar. Just a DJ and some bean bags laid out as entertainment along with a few other booths unrelated to the moon festival open. Towards the end there was a fashion show and lion dancing which was cool bit there were 2 other hours with basic entertainment.. The Flea Market has to step it up for real.
google avatar

Yelp
Ok, first off... parking on Sunday is $20. That kinda hurts a little, I'm not gonna lie. Granted, they have their own parking lot and it's freaking huge so you'll be able to find parking regardless. Distance to the entrance is another story, but you'll see crowds of people walking and know which way to go. My boyfriend and I have never been to this flea market and was surprised by how massive this place actually is. It seems like you can buy anything you want here or haggle for a good deal if you want. We've seen people buy large pieces of furniture & mattresses. Weekend crowds seem pretty packed so social distancing (is that even still a thing...) isn't really possible. Most folks didn't have masks on. There's food trucks inside, jungle gym, multiple different vendors, and even though the website says service dogs only there was still multiple dogs in strollers or walking around so... We ate tacos, walked around in circles till we lost track of where we came from, and left with nothing extra, but it was still a fun experience regardless.
google avatar

Harris P.

Yelp
First of all, it's a Mexican style flea market, you can find everything here! For tourists, make sure you go on weekends (Saturday or Sunday), they also open on Wednesday and Friday. But only limited vendor there,l. I went there on both Wednesday and Saturday. Wednesday around noon, there're only 10-15 cars in the parking lot and around 10 vendors in the market. Saturday, parking is $7 but a lot of vendors. You can go on Sunday too but the parking is $15 so I suggest go on Saturday! The market is huge, you can easily spend couple hours there. To be honest, I'm from LA and I don't found a lot of things to do or place to visit in San Jose but this market is pretty cool to check it out.
google avatar

Michael L.

Yelp
Maybe because I came too late to the party. But I went to the San Jose Flea Market for the first time in over 30 years post-Covid shelter in place, and I didn't see anything sold here worth coming for. I left empty handed. Even the food was pretty disappointing based on the quesadilla I ate for lunch. What type goods are sold? There is a farmers market so different types a fruit and vegetables were available. A bunch of different Mexican food trucks and vendors were located in every corner. Bootleg shirts, cheap sunglasses, Jesus and Maria statues abound, Mexican culture art, and used tools for days. Nothing stood out and I felt like I was in a giant bad garage sale. Overall a big disappointment and like I prefaced this yelp with saying maybe it was better back in the day pre-Covid. But now it's not even worth the time to browse through, it's a waste of time.
google avatar

Kimberly E.

Yelp
My friend and I were looking for something to do on a Friday. I'm into thrifting and flea markets and now my friend is too because of the San Jose Flea Market. We've been 2 times already and have a blast everytime. Usually we get candy and sweets along with some other things. My friend collects legos so they got some of those and I enjoy makeup so I got that. I also picked up some stickers for my car. I definitely need to come back here because I saw so many things that I wanted like a kuromi backpack, cowboy boots, self defense tools, and plants. Such a good weekend activity!
google avatar

Truc T.

Yelp
$15 Parking on Weekends with very little to see. Perhaps long ago it was a great place to visit, but based on my recent visit, the overall vibe was pretty eerie as well as there wasn't really much to do honestly besides look at counterfeit products & toys. This place is more of a swapmeet style setup, but most vendors are selling super cheap toys, phone cases, used electronics, clothes, accessories, & fake Pokemon card packs. You can definitely tell when the pack art isn't even real & not aligned/half opened. After walking around for an hour, most vendors really just gave dirty looks, or were not welcoming at all. Luckily I had a decent experience when purchasing a tamale which was pretty good, but overall, my experience was pretty disappointing with everything else. Maybe it used to be better but take your money elsewhere, visit the food markets, Santana Row, eat at San Jose restaurants, this place is just not the sauce to spend your time visiting.
google avatar

Patricia A.

Yelp
The San Jose Flea Market has changed over the years. I remember comimg as child and the venders has lots of treasures and really cheap too. You could come with a couple of bucks and know you would find something to take home. I remember the lady who sold Weiss jewelry and she had some beautiful broaches, pins, bracelets, necklaces, and other nick-nacks. We would alway get corndog at the stand neat the merry go round. When I got older we would get our margaritas there. Its been a while since I've been here and its much smaller, the venders are pricier, and its hard to find a good deal. However, I can always find some deals in the produce area. Lots of Mexican products can easily be found here. Stop on by and see what surprises you find here to take home and enjoy. Saturday parking is way cheaper than Sunday, twice as much on Sunday.

Liv A.

Yelp
It really depends on what you're looking for. I went on a Saturday and it was pretty dead, people wise. Most of the booths sell the same cheaply made prepackaged stuff, and there are no antiques or anything that resembles a yard sale. I love swap meets, and this place is a poor copy of a real one. I'd say about 1/3-1/2 of the booths were not open as well, which was a bummer. Online I read that this place is huge, but compared to other swap meets it's not that large. The one good part, in my opinion, is the food. They have tons of fresh fruit, veg, yummy drinks and snacks. The vendors are also really nice and doing their best. I feel like this place used to be really cool and is now just sort of run down.
google avatar

Deanna L.

Yelp
Love coming here on Sundays! There is so much to look at, eat and buy. Great deals, lots of vendors, delicious treats.
google avatar

Kailey C.

Yelp
I went on a Sunday and parking was plenty. The place was incredibly underwhelming. Almost everything was old, used stuff. The stalls were messy and not appealing. I know it's a flea market, but it was one of the worst I've been to. I wouldn't go back.
google avatar

Clarisa C.

Yelp
This is genuinely the cutest and HUGEST and most authentic flea market I've ever been too. And If you are a Latina like me, you will feel like HOME in this beautiful place. Immaculate vibes and energy
google avatar

Nathan U.

Yelp
Great ambiance with dozens and dozens of vendors. Fridays are pretty slow (a quarter or less of the vendors are actually open, hence the five-dollar parking fee instead of the $10-$20 on Sat/Sun). Plenty of parking in the parking lot and you can find pretty much anything at a very great discount new and used.
google avatar

Sonya E.

Yelp
The SJ Flea Market has certainly evolved over the years. It's a lot cleaner and more organized compared to what I remember as a kid. I usually stop by the flea market for one of two reasons -- 1) it's a nice day out and I just want to take a walk while browsing at items I really don't need or 2) I'm in the mood for a bulk purchase of fruits and vegetables. I know either can be accomplished at a grocery store but I like supporting local farmers or entrepreneurs -- it's good for our larger economy. Bring cash as the majority of vendors are not equipped with Square or other card accepting machines. There are ATMs on site but plan ahead so you can save yourself ATM service fees. There are plenty of concession stands so don't worry if you arrive hungry or in the mood to snack. The corn on a stick (with all the fixings) and nachos are a must! Parking fee has increased and will depend on which day you visit. Wear comfortable walking shoes.

Yelp
I've been going to San Jose Flea Market my whole life! I grew up going here every other month or so as a kid! I read a long time ago in the Guiness Book of World Records that this was the largest outdoor flea market in the world! I'm not sure if that's the case anymore though. I hadn't been back in almost a decade but I had the chance to visit last month and I was shocked how much it has changed. There's now apartment housing where the old parking lot used to be. The old car sales lot is now the new parking lot that is right where the new Bart station is. Parking: Wednesdays - FREE Fridays - $3 Saturday - $7 Sunday - $15 There's a lot of vendors that sell items such as clothing, furniture, houseware, toys etc. My favorite is their concession stands where you can get ICEE, nachos, churros etc. Those were my fave as a kid!

Yelp
Parking is free before 8 am. At the price of free, this market is an awesome way to spend half a Sat or sun. Amazing food (if a bit overpriced), lots of seating and shade for rest, plenty of stuff to browse for all members of the family, music, rides for kids, people watching. 5/5 At the price of $7 or $15 for parking...3/5

Yelp
I remember coming here with my parents as a kid. There's a small section of carnival games, a merry-go-round, and a small playground for kids, all actively in use when we were there this weekend, which is kinda questionable during a pandemic... I came specifically for the holiday pop-up market advertised at Garden at the Flea... I did not find a single holiday-themed stall there after wandering as much of it as possible for ~40 minutes. Maybe I didn't look hard enough? Kinda disappointed. There was a live band playing (at the section of the market marked Garden at the Flea) which was neat. Decent amount of vendors for produce and food. If parking wasn't $7 on Saturday and $15 on Sunday, I would consider coming back to check out the various fresh fruits. Did get to try a mangonada (though that was probably more me determined to get something out of it after being disappointed by the non-existent "holiday pop-up market"), which was good ($8, cash only).

Yelp
Parking is now $15 a car. FIFTEEN DOLLARS!! Absolutely ridiculous. I will never drive and park my car here again. Because of all the new parking and BART the actual flea market is smaller than ever. Still LOTS of the factory style items.. t-shirts/clothes, blankets, kitchen stuff, toys. Less random local people selling old personal items from their homes. The produce market is still cool. Lots of food trucks, corn vendors, fruit cups and other snacks are available. The corn is my favorite! I grew up coming to this flea market and love it; but they can miss me with their $15 parking fee.
