A stay at The Sanctuary at Alba is well worth it for a retreat away and the ultimate relaxation. Check in was so peaceful and I was offered to bathe or be taken directly to my room; I chose the latter but the staff were excellent organising when I’d like to come back down to make sure everything was ready to go when I was. The rooms are excellent, the small touches like the bath salts and well provisioned mini bar were perfect. Would absolutely stay again!

We had the most incredible stay. It truely is something special and unlike any accommodation we have stayed in on the Peninsula before. Reminiscent of the luxury lodges around Australia. We will be back not just for the wonderful stay but also for the customer service from all staff - you can see the love and intention that goes into every interaction. Thank you.

Poor acoustics, can hear tv and talking from next room. Long walk up hill from Alba. They do offer a golf cart type service to run you up to the rooms but it is hardly convenient. Poor check in procedure, you basically go to the same entrance as Alba where I was told to self check in, with absolutely no info on how to do so. No electrical point in the bathroom which made it very difficult for my partner to do hair etc. No area for toiletries in the bathroom, it is basically a fully disabled bathroom which is fine, but we rightly should expect more for almost a thousand dollars a night! Only 1 roll of toilet paper provided, Room iPad did not work. Would not stay again. Alba springs and spas are 5/5 Rooms are 2/5 Food was a 1/5
