We came here twice while passing through Vegas and will DEFINITELY be stopping here any time we're in the area. The prices and deals really can't be beat!! Other places are MUCH more expensive and you just know you're paying for their building and decor. This place is very clean and nice but smaller to pass the savings on to you. The people are warm and personable and SO helpful. Gotti and Amanda helped us and an older lady (I didn't remember her name). They are all super knowledgeable and helpful in finding exactly what we wanted for taste and results. They do have delivery, which is amazing but you should really come in so you can meet and talk with the great people here. Go here. It will become your new favorite!

I visited The Sanctuary Spa in Tradition today. I received The MOST amazing facial by Kathy! Wow! 🤩 It was a beautiful facility, awesome location and everyone was so inviting and friendly. Look no further for all of your pampering needs!

What a cool store. Got to come and see another store on our retail tour of Vegas. This store was our 9th and last store. Staff: A+ Great people who helped us quickly and effectively. I recently visited The Sanctuary dispensary in Las Vegas, and I was very impressed with my experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they were happy to answer any questions I had. The selection of products was wide and varied, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The prices were reasonable, especially with our community discount and I was able to get a good deal on the products I purchased. Overall, I had a great experience at The Sanctuary dispensary, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

It's nice dispensary. Around 7pm there was a 5 people line to enter to the showroom area, they allow people take their time to look around shop and make questions. The selection wasn't that much, only a few products and strains but everything high quality. Is it true also that Las Vegas is in shortage of weed and weed related products since started to sell recreational.

*UPDATE* WILL NOT COME HERE FOR CARTRIDGES AGAIN!! THEY DONT WORK & NO EXCHANGE?! REALLY?! We came here looking for a deal we saw on WeedMaps, but they have a LOT more deals in store. I thought that they wouldn't have products with high THC. Turns out, they do!! Proof is in these pictures 😍 we got 3 carts (buy 2 get 1 free, so $60 for 3 0.5 G of carts!!) Cart 1 is Daytime Pineapple Express (yellow & black) at 86.78% THC Cart 2 (green & black) Hybrid Runtz at 96.53% THC Cart 3 (purple & black) Northern Lights 87.55% Flower is Candyland at 23.47% & Afternoon Delight at 29.25%!!!! As a matter of fact, im so highly medicated that I can't even finish this review. It's some good product 👌 😌

Nickandro is amazing! He's so helpful and friendly. Every time I go in there he always makes me feel welcome and takes his time with helping me even when I have no clue with what I want. I feel like they have the best deal in town and the quality is also great. Have recommended them to everyone I know!

Always use this place! You don't get tourist prices, yet still close for a quick Uber/Lyft ride. Very knowledgeable and kind staff. Love it! Won't go anywhere else going forward.

Terrible dispensary. Herb trash, my budtender was trash, emailed manager as I was told to do because he cares so much, LIES! All I got was excuses for the lack of accurate information provided by various employees.. don't waste your time, money, energy, or an email.

Just ordered 20 prerolls for delivery from this dispensary and my husband ALWAYS looks at the THC level, Myrcene, Limoneme, Betacaryophyllene ...as we do not order anything less than 27% THC... the rest of the things we look at is bonus if they have it... He ordered 20 ice cream cake prerolls @27% THC and the Myrcene was over 7%... Just got the delivery and it is 22% THC and the Myrcene was 2.655%!! We called customer service because we got something we didn't order and we spoke to Abri... she stated the only thing they can do is give us 1 free preroll for the issue!!!!! We purchase a lot from this dispensary (loyal customers) and they offer us 1 free preroll and we are stuck with 20 prerolls at 22% !!! I don't think we can continue to spend our money at a place like this and it sucks because we really liked this place..

Been coming to this location for almost two years. Sammiey and Nickandro are the main reason. They're always smiling and brighten the mood. Great customer service, friendly, funny and knowledgeable. The price on the oz are great and recently been producing some great looking buds on their oz selections. Keep it up and I'll keep coming here! Thank you! Much love!

I frequent this dispensary because it's the closest to me but I don't really recommend it compared to some others. The debit/credit card machine is down sometimes. They do have an ATM but there have been times where that was down too. I do not recommend delivery. The estimated delivery time was from 5-8 and we didn't get our order until almost 10. This isn't the first time this has happened so it's going to be a no for me moving forward. The only thing that gives this place a 3 star is the staff because they are always friendly when I go inside. And the product is always in stock as well.

This place is a joke! It's not just me either look at their reviews. Several people that I know that have shopped here for their weed have had horrible experience either with their customer service or product. Apart from that, this business at this specific location (1324 S. 3rd st.) and their security officer must have a side deal (racket system) with Titan Towing Company. They have no signs warning of towing cars or anything on the parking spots across the shop and only have their small sign right in front of their building on their handicap spot, which is very deceiving. There were several people that got towed due to this and for no reason since their shop was empty and all parking spots were available in front of their shop. The security officer was smug about it and gave the impression that he does this all the time. The little sign they have in front of their building makes it look like it's only for that parking spot too. Not sure if the owner even knows that the security officer is doing this behind his/her back but for sure the security officer is getting a side deal out of towing cars for no reason. I pretty much threw away $360 out the window which I could have used at your shop. Definitely never buying from here again!

I always order delivery from this place and I love it! A shout out to Jeffery, he's delivered our weed multiple times and he is so so kind! He always makes it a pleasant experience with his positivity! Also, I get an oz for a really reasonable price! I highly recommend!

They ask top shelf prices for weed that is not flushed correctly . When you ask to be refunded or traded for better weed they tell you there is nothing they can do for you contact the cultivator. Which is a huge slap in the face to someone coming in counting on them to supply their top shelf weed while in town Definitely save your money and just go to cookies if your looking for the top shelf clean smoke

These foos know what they're selling and know what they're talking about. A lot of dispensaries will just read some generic label or online description to you when you ask about terpenes and specify your wants with a flower. Dude in the afternoon around 4 pm knows wtf is up tho. The only bud tender to give me precise science backed, review backed , and accurate info on the kind of flower and effect I'm looking for. Other dispensaries just be like "yeah this in indica /sativa and it should be cool. " over here tho nah. Dude in the afternoon knows what's up he doesn't go by genetic ass selling points. I asked for an indica that wouldn't make me hella hungry and he found one that was perfect that still got me blown.

This place false advertisers the THC content and also sold me trimmings. . Claiming it as shake.. it is NOT shake.. it's leaves!

Started off well with the very friendly and informative front desk girl and some guy promoting some sort of product. It was definitely looking up. Once we got called in that back door opened and the extremely loud music in a very small room smacks you in the face. The line probably had 6 people in front of me. I was informed by the front desk girl that they accepted card or I could help myself to the atm (they both charge the same fee basically). So I decided to pay with my card because I wasn't sure how much money to take out. Only one budtender out of 4 accepted card. Of course she was the absolute slowest budtender I have ever dealt with. Her name was Sasha I could barely hear her and I kinda felt like I had to yell at her so she could hear me. The iPad wouldn't work then it was time to swipe my card she asked to see my Identification then said I couldn't use that card. I was confused then she was like "the name doesn't match." I was like "what do you mean it's my name!" she was like "ohhh yes" She asked for my cell phone number to send me a code to verify even more. Lol u we waited 2 minutes and nothing was arriving so she then said "your going to have to use the atm." I was so over it all at that point I waited and extra like 25-30 mins to wait for Sasha only to be forced to use the atm anyway. Never again! Also she wasn't going to give me my promotion deal. Which was just a coupon if I spent over $40. Which I spent like $115.

I've tried to shop at this location twice . Once when it was "Canopi" and today it was named "The Sanctuary ". Both times were the same. My spouse and I waited about 10 minutes in the lobby. Then another 20 minutes standing around in the "Showroom". Then we left.

Very quick and easy. After having a terrible experience at a different place, it was satisfying to experience the "home" feel from this place. The girl in the lobby was very genuine and as I waited to be called in. The cart I got blowed my past purchase out of the water and hit harder in my opinion.

I would mostly say the same thing about this location as I do about the North location. The inherent challenges at each location are reflective of the parent company itself. Overpriced products and not so great selection. Although the staff at this location are much more attentive and friendly as a result of respective management - I believe. House brand flower "Sacred Herb" is just their old "Solaris" label as a rebranded bait and switch - irradiated flower with poor test results. Solaris shake and trim is loaded with fan leaves and stems from poor deconstruction practices at their company grow. A typical run of the mill hustle and stress - grow to dispensary business model. Typical of the Vegas market but there are still way better options. Despite the staff presentation that this company is inclusive and diverse in their hiring practices and culture at their dispensaries - it is not so much the case at their grow. I was offended by several racist and homophobic remarks that I witnessed from their staff at Solaris Farms on several occasions (even from upper management). I think it is sad when employees diminish others on the basis of race/sexuality/gender. Despite the flower being poor quality, this is my main reason for not supporting the Sanctuary/Solaris/Sacred Herb brands.

I ordered 3 cartridges at noon to be delivered from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The driver got here at around 5:40 on 4/20 (the busiest day of the year). I was originally mad because they weren't answering any of my phone calls when I wanted to ask for updates but the product got here safe and sound, so that's all that matters. THREE 900 mg Church cartridges for $118 is also a STEAL of a discount so I'm a happy boi now.

Best visit I've ever had at a dispensary. The bud tenders Christian, Sasha, and manager Roman are fabulous and super informational. Made sure to make us feel welcomed. We will definitely be back.

Yes they are overpriced, and that has to do with location; however THEY DO HAVE POINTS DISCOUNTS & DEALS. I'm not sure about the weirdo below, because a few of the staff members are white hispanic AND black. The store manager is white, assistant manager black, & the lead is I believe Hispanic.

This dispensary had exemplary customer service at one time. Since then, the receptionists and weed tenders have become rude. Around 12 PM, I had come in to drop off a customer whom I was driving to simply inquire about driver kickbacks and the woman was absolutely rude. I was about to check in but her tone and attitude were so bad that I had decided to permanently cease bringing customers, making recommendations to my passengers and personally patronizing this establishment altogether. Jadin has great receptionists and weedtenders. The vibe has become hostile and management should know about it. Hire better receptionists/security personnel. They need hospitality training.

If i could give this place zero stars i would So you get a "20%" off purchase if you're a first time customer , i wanted pre roll pack but the budtender said they're out so i got one infused pre roll for $30 bucks. After my purchase i asked about my discount that he didn't give me, he told me well if you want to buy something else I'll put that discount, there prices are a little high so i said it's fine. TONIGHT I LIT MY JOINT AND IT COMPLETELY BURNED TO THE TIP INSTANTLY like it was mostly just rolled paper! That's never happened to me smoking. I didn't get my discount or even weed in my joint come on! Stay away from this place.

Honestly if I could give no stars I would. My experience at 2:00 p.m on august 5, 2021 was the worst when I got back to the bud tender. He was rude, starting yelling at me if he had to repeat something because he was talking so low I couldn't even hear what he was saying. I didn't even get a receipt to my purchase so I don't even know who he was no name tag. He complained he wasn't feeling well and having a shit day. I go to work and have crappy days but when it's time I got to play my part. Best part is this dude got mad and threw my receipt in the garbage because I didn't even leave him a tip. Why would I after this experience. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Their add said 10 pre rolls for 50 yet I came out of pocket 60 and when I asked well you ad said this he responds it's taxes the great ol America. Didn't ask if I wanted to use my rewards nothing. No where on there ad does it say tax excluded so I'm thinking I'm getting 10 for 50. The only upside of this was the person who checked me in and actually was interested in someone else's day and not about there crappy mood. Oh almost forgot the dude tried to make me feel stupid because I asked him how much terps was in the only pre roll they offered for the deal that he said was the only one they were promoting at the time for the deal and he responds with a smart answer about the Thca which of course I know what it means and he goes and asks me do you even know what thca is. Just the worst experience I've ever had at a dispensary. If any management wants to call me I would very much would love to speak to someone in power I'm pretty upset

Had to wait 15 minutes in the lobby for a pickup order, and then was told they couldn't sell me the items I wanted even though they were advertised on their website. The guy with the cast on his arm, who wasn't even our budtender, was rude as hell. Not chill at all. Spent my money elsewhere. Cost our actual budtender a good tip.

I received a call from blue the delivery manager and he was very professional, great customer service, communication was great, and the prices are very affordable. The delivery driver Wes was so nice and arrived in a timely manner and again great communication. Thank you for a great experience. I'll be sure to order from you guys again. I've been to this location twice and every time I go there is loud ass music playing. One can make the argument that's it's playing that loud to create some sort of vibe; however, the customers I was waiting in line with were irritated because of the long line and the loud ass music. I didn't mind the line, but come one turn the music down.

I haven't been into a brick and mortar location but I have gotten delivery. The process was extremely easy and the guy that dropped off my products was incredibly kind, providing time updates once he was close. Only thing that I would suggest is that if a customer orders something that isn't in stock, give them a call or send a text seeing what similar product they'd like to replace it with or if they want to forego that one product entirely. It worked out for me, luckily, but I'm sure there are some people out there who might feel differently. Overall, it was a really good experience.

One of my favorite dispensaries, their service is always on point as are the budtenders. They have a points system that give you $$ off whenever you decide to use it which definitely helps. Diego helped me out this time and let me know all the deals they were having, for sure going to continue coming back here!

Extremely slow staff, only two bud tenders. Looked like a good selection and the price was decent and.... Easy off and on the freeway. But like I said these 2 were damn slow and it looked like they were trying to upsell when there was a line waiting... I let the chick behind me go ahead cause she was on her lunch hour but if I'm driving thru Vegas again I might pick a different place. Oh yeah my 1st timer discount didn't apply because the product I chose was "on sale" and there was a little riff raff hanging around outside

Jesus H was awesome I came in today with a bunch of questions and Jesus answered them all with no hesitation. I took his recommendation on trying out the standard oil carts and so far hasn't disappointed !! Everyone is always so friendly and knowledgeable glad the sanctuary is my new Go-To!!

We were there 4/20 first time there and last Very disappointed with service not for myself But for the three others that were clearly having trouble getting around 2 in wheelchair one had to be carried in then forced to stand in the long line when they had a medical line with no one in it we offered to give them our place in line and we would return to the end of the line we were ignored.. it may be cannabis but you are in a service industry do better Kim Arnold ,Bill Finn

I love this place. They have always been accommodating when any issues arise. They replaced a faulty product I had purchased with ease. Totally recommend!

I've been into this shop many times over the last 2 years and this was my third time and last time placing a delivery order- I placed my order around 11am and was given a delivery window of 12pm-3:00pm, I got a call at 2:45 saying my order was almost heading out but they were out of stock of a 1.5 gram resin and instead replaced it with a .5 gram of something pricier and I should have just canceled my order then because i still wasnt getting what i wanted... They ended up adjusting my price to reflect my original order and then let me know they'd be on their way. A little over 2 hours later (now past 5pm) the driver calls to tell me he is outside but their card system is down so I've now waited almost 6 hours for a simple delivery only to have wasted all that time waiting for nothing. I understand things happen but you guys have had this delivery system in place for over a year now and the service today was just as bad as it was a year ago. Safe to say I won't ever spend money here again, do yourself a favor and go to NUWU.
