The food here is INCREDIBLE and operated by Loving hardworking and dedicated people that care immensely about the quality of food they give out. Clearly Phillip White, emphasis on the white, doesn't understand Filipino flavors/foods. Sorry your mad about that $21 mich ultra, bud.

Me and my family had severe food poisoning from eating here. Very disappointed in the food as a filipino. Go elsewhere

Gross. Not realistic. Vegetarian adobo poutine?! Too much vinegar. Disgusting.

Yelp
I am not sure what's with the negative reviews. I had a good experience at the Chase Center. I went to the Chase Center on August 3, 2024 to see Olivia Rodrigo. Obviously we had to wait and get checked by security to get in. We got our drinks, and we went to grab our seats, which were in section 209. The sound was good, Olivia sounded great. The only downside was the speakers were blocking the top half of the screen, meaning we could barely see the visuals. Also, the traffic was terrible when we exited out of the venue. So 4/5 stars for that reason. But this venue isn't as bad as people made it seem like. Olivia Rodrigo, you were amazing as always. Thank you for letting us Spill our GUTS at your show.

Yelp
Chase Center, is an incredible arena for fans of all ages. The sleek, modern design ensures that every seat, even in the nosebleeds, offers a clear, unobstructed view of the court--no light fixtures or other fans blocking your experience! The atmosphere is electric, with top-notch sound and lighting that make every game feel special. The interior is spacious, comfortable, and filled with great amenities. Kudos to the Warriors and the design team for creating such a fan-friendly, unforgettable experience. If you're catching a game, this is the place to be! GO DUBS!!

Yelp
As a person who's lived in San Francisco for 15 years and the Bay Area almost all of his life, seeing Chase Center with 3.5 stars is pretty befuddling. Chase Center is truly a 5 star experience. Okay, it's actually a 4.5 star experience because they carry Pepsi products instead of Coke (the goat) but I am going to round up for the sake of boosting Chase's score. I've been to every major arena in the area -- the Tank in San Jose, Oakland Arena (formerly Oracle), Golden 1 Center, and even went to the brand new Intuit Dome in Inglewood -- and Chase Center is still the best, most consistent experience I've had for a venue this size. Whether attending a basketball game or a concert I have always found the space and its amenities to be nothing short of excellent. The seats are comfortable, and having sat everywhere from the 15th row of the lower level to the very top up against the wall, I can confirm there isn't a bad seat in the house. Of course the experience is different, and it's nice having access to the special lounges in the closer lower section, but the uppers have their charm too, and a night at Chase is always a good night. The food is also the best of any arena I've ever been to. Not just the food itself, but the layout and presentation is next to none. You're at a big sporting event so it's not going to be cheap, but considering the quality and speed I think the prices are very fair. If you can afford it I highly recommend the lobster roll from Sam's Chowder House. It's $30 but comes loaded with lobster on a soft buttery bread and is a very tasty, protein-forward choice that rivals any other in-arena options. For a cheaper meal you can't go wrong with a slice of pizza from Tony G's or a basket of surprisingly tasty, peppery, and plentiful chicken tenders with fries. There is even a place that specializes specifically in desserts that offers cookies, brownies, cotton candy, kettle corn, and a donut ice cream sundae. Coming to Chase Center is FUN! On the more technical side, getting into the venue is always quick and easy, and the layout of the bathrooms and water fountains makes trips around the arena a breeze. Chase Center is also the first place I ever encountered a soda fountain at an arena, where you can buy one soda cup for $10 and drink all night long. Even though I wish it was Coke instead of Pepsi, that's a helluva deal, and something I always look forward to when I make it to an event at the best arena in the Bay.

Yelp
SCREAMING! Came here to see Kacey Musgraves. Especially exciting because I moved out of San Francisco just as the Chase Center was finishing construction. Super special to fly back and come to a concert here with friends. Definitely plan transportation in advance, whether driving or taking Uber or the train. Security lines got a little confusing and in general it felt chaotic. Plenty of concession stands with overpriced beverages. Might be worth paying for VIP at concerts because the GA section had terrible visibility. But overall a massive gorgeous venue, designed to accommodate a TON of traffic. Would come back for a Warriors game!

Yelp
Recently went here to Jojo last night. He was really funny comedian. We also checked out the preseason game where we got the Steph Curry Olympic bobble head, which was really fun. The Chase Center is so electric almost feels like the Oracle arena. The fans are always rocking here. The vibes are immaculate. Food is 10 out of 10. It's definitely the best NBA All-Star arena.

Yelp
I was able to experience the Chase Center to attend a Kygo concert and it was awesome! Seriously felt like every seat was planned out thoughtfully, as there are no bad views. The center stayed cool (A/C pumpin), despite the full event. Acoustics were great. The music sounded so great. We found it really easy to access the bathrooms and grab refreshments from our seats. It felt super safe upon arrival with everyone going through a metal detector. The Center has shops and restaurants to check out before you enter the building too.

Yelp
Chase Center is a beautiful arena! A few days ago I got to attend a free Open House for prospective Warriors subscribers. I've never been inside CC for a basketball game. Not seen any concerts there either. I got the run of the house. Checked out the various special VIP areas and saw the NBA trophies that the Warriors won. Chase Center provided beverages and snacks for guests. I walked down to center court. Enjoyed the view. What a nice place for sports and entertainment.

Yelp
Date: Wednesday, June 12th, 2024 Time: 8pm What: Janet Jackson & Nelly Concert Seats: Section 217, Row 13, Seats 1 & 2 *Can Bud Light ($16) x3 *Aquafina ($8) x3 *Can Une Femme Sparkling Rose ($16.50) I've been to Chase several times for Warriors games. This was my first time for a concert. We didn't want to spend too much, so we sat in the uppers. At least we were by the aisle so it was easy to get in and out to grab beverages. Note for future me, I should definitely get my drank on before the concert. At $16ish a can, the beverages added up fast. Not to mention the cost of water! Plus, they don't give you the cap for the H2O, so I couldn't shove it in my jacket pocket. I felt like I had to finish it since there was only one cup holder and I used that for my beer. Yeah, first world problems, but I didn't think Chase wouldn't discourage staying hydrated while drinking liquor. Anyways, I gotta look up their water bottle policy since paying $24 for 3 bottles of water is a little ridiculous. Especially when you have to down it since there's no where to put it, Enough about drinking costs. The concert was fun and our seats were fine. Tho the sound wasn't very good. It was waaay too loud. So loud, I could barely hear Janet and Nelly. Regardless, I had a good time since I adore Janet. In regards to the Warriors, I still have a soft spot for Oracle since I went to sooo many games there. Chase seems to be missing that Roaracle heart. Tho I do think their outdoor area is lovely. Watched a few games there while sitting outside at Dumpling Time. REVIEW #3455

Yelp
I've been to Chase Center a few times now for a couple Warriors games and also a Jo Koy comedy show. It's one of the nicest sporting arenas I've ever seen. It's 10x nicer than their old Oakland arena. Thrive City is gorgeous especially at night. It's worth it to arrive earlier than your event starts. My favorite thing at Chase Center is their Tanduay Bar, they have a couple locations inside the arena. It's a Filipino Rum Bar and they have a blended cocktail that's blue and yellow! I've tried the Filipino food stand Sarap Shop and sorry to say it actually wasn't good. I got their Longanisa Dirty dog and that wasn't worth the price. I'd skip that. On my most recent visit I got a pastrami sandwich from Sadie's Delicatessen and that was a better choice. Their merch stores could have better items in my opinion, you'll find better Warriors fan gear elsewhere. Other than that, Chase Center is gorgeous, and the arena looks so nice! The light shows during the games are a thing to see! I can't wait to come back for more games next season!

Yelp
My whole family and I went to Chase to see the Warriors game. It was the first time for all of us to see them play at Chase. For mom, it was her first basketball game ever. As we gathered in the lobby after security, a guest relations worker named Dale came up and greeted us. He asked us if it was our first time in Chase Center. Was it that obvious? Lol. He began telling us about the restaurants and amenities available. He saw that our mom uses a cane for walking. He offered to get a wheelchair and pushed our mom up all the way up to our seats. That was awesome! He continued telling us tips and when we got to our seats, he said that after the game, he would be back with the wheelchair and push our mom back outside. Dale, you're awesome! Thanks for coming back afterwards and being so kind to us. Oh yeah, Chase is a beautiful venue. Super clean and lots of food choices. The concession people were nice. And the Warriors won! But Dale was equally the highlight of our visit as was the win!

Yelp
It is a nice venue for the event. Not a lot of room in the seats. They no longer allow you to have covers on drinks, cups or bottles. Makes it hard to carry a lot of items back to your seat. Cost is outrages, but most stadium venues are. If you want to share a drink either drink from the same container or bring fold up cups, because they charge you if you want anything extra.

Yelp
Been here a couple of times now for concerts and definitely enjoy it. The staff have always been extremely helpful, as it can be a bit confusing to navigate. Most recently went to see Olivia Rodrigo and had an amazing experience. The staff were all very friendly and gave us directions without asking. I believe it is smaller than SAP Center in San Jose, which I like because it feels like we're closer to the artist. Did GA for Bad Bunny, and again, had a good experience with the staff.

Yelp
Happy to finally experience the chase center aka WARRIORS STADIUM for my first time this holiday season with my bff for the warriors game here. Its such a beautiful arena and you can see the game from every angle within. They def designed it very well for all of us and I think it hosts more that the oracle did as well. They have tons of things to see and do at Thrive City. I wish we had more time to spend walking around the area and check out all the stores in the area before entering the stadium. Now inside the stadium, there are plenty of vendors, eateries, and shops as well. Make sure you have ample amount of time to check it all out before or after the game. I think the most eye catching vendor to me and my best friend was the hennessy bar inside the stadium. WE loved the bar and their drinks. I was looking for the chicken and waffle cone but could not find them from our location so I will have to come back to try it. They also have a visa lounge that I will have to check out next time as well. DEF loved and enjoyed my time there. Cant wait to see another game and for the Warriors to get another W while Im there! Cant forget to mention the warriors team store is absolutely stunning and I came out $100+ later haha. GO WARRIORS!!!!

Yelp
California Love---2Pac harmony in my head I went to a Warriors game with my uncle recently to see the Dubs play the Clippers. Me and my uncle both love basketball. He played in college and I played in high school. We both played ball in NYC. My uncle even met Lew Alcindor before he became Kareem and served him an ice cream cone in NY. I played basketball at the Goat Park in Harlem and met the Goat there. Kareem called him the greatest ball player to never have made it pro. For every Air Jordan there are many players like the Goat who didn't make it. My high school basketball coach tried out for the Chicago Bulls and played semi pro ball with John Starks who went on to play for the Knicks. Last Summer me and my beloved went to NY and did a yatra aka pilgrimage to Rucker Park in Harlem to watch both women and men Summer league with live announcers that was incredible. Rucker Park is legendary. I bleed blue and gold. Strength in numbers. Me and my uncle are huge Warriors fans. It was a splurge to see the Warriors live. I won't say how much we paid yet it was a splurge and was a special memory that we both will have. I am deducting one star because tickets are very expensive. I have gone to see the Knicks and NY Liberty aka Women's pro teams in NY. I have seen the Orlando Magic in FL when Shaq was playing with Penny Hardaway. We had very good seats. It was fun to watch the teams warm up. I love Harden with his big yogi beard and he is a legend with his crossovers hitting the three with pull back shots, drawing fouls etc. I also was awesome to see Westbrook. He is a strong and emotional player. Westbrook is one of only two players to average a triple double aka points, rebounds, and assists for a whole season. He and the Big O aka Oscar Robertson. After Westbrook achieved this the reporter asked How does it feel? Westbrook said I don't care about the line. We lost. You got to love Westbrook. Dubs were phenomenal. Steph Curry is one of the greats and can create to nail threes and drive in for acrobatic lay ups. One of the best ever. Draymond got hurt yet came back. I loved seeing spirited GPII do his thing. Podziemski has been playing very good lately and nice to see him do his thing. Fun exciting and close game. Much entertainment. During half time when we went to use the rest room a full live jazz band was playing the instrumental to California Love by 2Pac that was awesome. We were up all game yet was a close game and the Clippers came back in the end to win by five. Glad we went. Apparently there is the only fully vegan restaurant here at the Chase Center yet we opted to go to Mission Chinese Food for an early dinner before the game. See previous review. We might return for another game. Let's see. We also checked out the G league team aka Santa Cruz Warriors and Steve Kerr's son coaches there which was also fan. Go Warriors!

Yelp
I went for the bobble heads last night. Both of them when entering were opened already. Then we bought one and it was already opened. Then we bought another one and that one was OK. Did you guys go through them to find the gold bobbleheads? Someone did. They box was creased and bent and the part that closes it was falling out on three of them. Maybe be more fair. We noticed the ones inside the store were untouched but we had already bought the two extras or we would've went there.

Yelp
Saw a Blink-182 concert at the Chase Center last night, and it was a good time! It was my first time going to this venue, so I didn't really know what to expect. I purchased parking beforehand, which wasn't super complicated: they had people out on the street by the garage and people inside telling you where to park. Before the doors a little after 6 (maybe 6:05-6:10), my brother and I chilled in the quad area right outside the arena. If you want to grab a bite before the show, there's a Gott's outpost (which looked slammed) and dumpling restaurant called Dumpling Time. There was also a merch station hawking new Blink-182 gear in addition to stations inside. I'm not sure if they have that for every show, tho. Once we were inside the stadium, we grabbed some food from one of the Tony G's Slice House booths. As expected, it was very expensive, seeing as each slice was $14 and a bottle of water cost $8. The pizza was greasy and there weren't many options, but it's stadium food, so you've got to set your expectations. At least the slices were a decent size. The best part about the Chase Center was our seats. We were seated in the first row of 114, which gave us a great view of the stage and the rest of the stadium. It was cool being able to look up and see how high up all the seats go. There are large screens positioned over the stage, which enable people who aren't close enough to get a good look at who's preforming. My brother and I both thought the concert was super fun: everything sounded great, the lighting and pyrotechnics were impressive, and Blink-182 was as good as ever. All in all, the Chase Center is a pretty solid concert venue.

Yelp
The facility is exceptionally nice, it's massive, and there's a lot to offer as far as food and drinks. BE AWARE, majority of the food spots are kiosk only. Even when there is no line, which is sometimes frustrating when you see the workers just standing there on their phones. I went to the Incubus concert on September 12, 2024 and I was seated in the United Airlines Portal 6. I approached City Bistro in portal 5 and there was no customers and no line. There was a tall woman who was on her phone and as I approached she pointed to the kiosk. I ordered a soft serve ice cream on the kiosk and the moment the order went through the woman looked up at me and said "we don't have that." I told her my transaction had already processed and I asked for a refund for my $11 dolllar soft serve ice cream I just paid for. The lady went to grab someone else and then continued to stand there on her phone. No one was able to figure out how to give my a refund. A gentleman came and attempted to help me and told me to write down my card info and he said he would take it to his "boss" and I would receive a refund. I checked my banking info yesterday, September 16th, and there was no refund and the transaction processed and I was charged for my invisible soft serve ice cream I never received. I had to file a dispute with Chase center and I was credited my $11 dollars. Very disappointed in that experience, I will now bother the workers who get paid to just stand there on their phones and make sure they have what I'm paying for on the kiosk. I advise you do the same because once you pay you will not get your money back. As for the tall lady who worked at City Bistro, if you don't like your job of serving customers in customer service, get another one.

Yelp
This is for the $uicideboy$ show recently: This was my first time here and it felt first class. I was on the floor so your experience may very! Cold water was available to grab in plastic cups as soon as you exit the floor, staff was very friendly/ helpful, sound was great! Not much else to say! I took the BART here (Muni exit), then transferred on a light rail train (that's connected to the BART station) which takes you directly to the venue so you don't even have to use the garage if you plan your trip right. Hope to come back here to see Deftones!

Yelp
We attended a concert at Chase Center last week for the first time ever. Based on other reviews from around the web, I got a parking ticket @ the Mercedes Benz garage ahead of time which is really convenient but a little confusing to find due to them having two streets blocked off. Thankfully Google maps just kept rerouting us until we got there! Several people were posted outside of the garage to help with directing traffic. Have your mobile ticket ready in advance to show to the two different attendants prior to being allowed entrance. Unsure if it's standard for all events but they also had a K9 walk around the car before we got to pull all the way down and into the garage. Once again, just follow the direction of the attendants and they will tell you where to park. Thankfully the spots were a normal size and not stupid small like most parking garages. If you're a newbie to navigating large garages, take a picture of your parking space number and your parking section number (especially if you plan to drink or smoke! ). Don't be that person after the event lost pressing the panic button on your car alarm. ;) Ok, so parking wasn't too bad - then finding the elevator was the next 'to do'. There is signage but when in doubt, ask one of the attendants in a bright vest standing around (they were helpful). There are only two elevators that get you literally right in front of the entrance - a few places to eat (dumplings, roadhouse, coffee, dessert). There was a mobile dispensary posted up in the middle of the chaos right next to the merch booth. Everyone seemed to be pretty impressed by the amount of smoke it was generating. Security lines moved relatively fast - a few people had to throw something away or put their belongings in the car. An email goes out well before the event with "Know Before You Go" info so just pay attention to that and don't get caught up being that person holding up the line. Inside the arena can be a little confusing; I've been to the airport multiple times and can follow signs but this was something else. Once again, I asked one of the attendants standing around where to go. Once @ our portal entrance, there was an attendant checking tickets to make sure we belonged there. We were in Sec 110, Row 4 and the view was great minus a tall pole with something on top that blocked a small portion of the view. At the beginning of the show, our section was pretty empty but by the time the main event was performing, it seemed like everyone from the top part of our section had all migrated down next to us. Also thought it was weird when we purchased a bottled water and gatorade, before giving them to us, they removed and took the bottle caps. When I asked what the purpose of that was, I was told - the promoters see them as a throwing hazard. Hold up, my bottle cap is a throwing hazard? What about me throwing the empty bottle? Wouldn't that be more dangerous? Not that I would, just thinking through a hypothetical scenario that we are trying to avoid! Clearly it has been a problem at one time or another otherwise they wouldn't be enforcing it - just saying. Actual performance was on point minus a few technical difficulties that were not their fault. LOTS and LOTS of smoke - gonna say ~ 80% of our section and the stadium as a whole was blazing. If you didn't bring it or smoke it, you were still inhaling it. Leaving the stadium and garage after the event wasn't too bad; only delay was waiting on the elevator (one was out of order). There has to be stairs as an alternative but I honestly didn't try to find them. Much love to $uicideboy$ - Grey Day Tour 2024.

Yelp
I really enjoy coming to this venue! With a venue in Mission Bay, I feel a lot safer going to concerts these days. It's one of the newer ones in the Bay Area, so the interior is clean and easy to navigate to your seat. Lots of staff and security! A lot of big artists come here like P!NK, Arctic Monkeys, SZA, Drake, Sam Smith, and more! Sound quality here has never done me wrong. Special effects and visuals are always great. I'd definitely recommend coming when an artist with GREAT VOCALS is here. Probably not an amazing venue for raves. My one gripe would be the lack of parking. The garages sell out quickly and the lots nearby are $50+ on a typical event day. If there's a ballgame at Oracle Park the same day? GOOD LUCK.

Yelp
First time visiting the Chase Center for a Janet Jackson concert and it was truly a treat . The stadium is very nice , love the design interior and seating . A good view from any seat . Also appreciate the public transportation option with Muni and Bart accessible. The facility is beautiful and excellent acoustics. The concert we enjoyed was amazing

Yelp
The drop off from our Lyft driver went smooth and easy. We arrived half an hour before the 7:30 show, and getting to our seats went without a hitch. Of course, the prices for food and drink are hiked up considerably; we got chicken strips and fries, a sparkling water, and a bottled water for $40. If you use your Chase card, you got $5 off of (I think) $30 if you spent at least that much. We sat in Portal 5, section 104, row 6, seats 14 and 15. It was closer than I expected which was nice but the seats were really narrow and there is t much leg room, especially if you're tall. In examining the seating, next time I would mind keeping the same section but I'd want row 1, sears 1 and 2 so I could stretch my leg((s) into the aisle. The sound system came across loud and clear, so listening to the concert and hearing the artist surround you drowned out most of the talking, if there was any, around you. Since it's an inside venue, there was plenty of ventilation which kept the smoke from any Vapers out of the way. The downside is if you take an Uber/Lyft then getting picked up can be a challenge due to traffic and the fact there's no signage as to where you should wait at.

Yelp
Mixed feelings about this venue. We went for the Olivia Rodrigo concert. Getting in was pretty smooth, but once inside it was a little wild. I feel like there is no flow. Everything is crammed crowded and the walkways are at a standstill. The lines for concessions and bathrooms are ridiculous. So long and don't move. The concessions are also very pricy. $10 for a drink, and if you order a bottle drink, they take the lid? No lids or straws provided. I'm not from San Francisco, so maybe this is the norm, but it's super inconvenient. The sound for the concert was decent. Not great but nothing to complain about.

Yelp
Help dropped off my cousin and her husband here at the Chase Center for a concert event and it was packed.

Yelp
Here to see Lionel Richie and Earth, Wind and Fire and we had dinner at a restaurant on the Embarcadero, then took uber to the venue. Firstly, parking for the concert was expensive and we didn't even park next to the venue and chose the Owens Parking Garage a few blocks from the venue. We went with another couple and drove from the East Bay and the spouses dropped us off at the restaurant while they went to park the car at the Owens Parking Garage. Then from the garage, they took Uber to the restaurant and we took uber from the restaurant to Chase Center. The venue is lovely and huge. We sat in the second deck so we couldn't see the singers' faces from where we sat but were able to see them on the screens. If I ever come to a concert here again, I would rather sit closer to the action

Yelp
It's been 4 years since my last review here, and not gonna lie, Joe Lacob and the Warriors have done an amazing job revitalizing this area and making the fan and concert experience one of the best in the Bay. We recently attended a Warriors game, and it was a blast. While tickets can be expensive, the best way to get good value on tickets is to buy day of. We got a great deal on some lower level seats, and had a great time. Security lines went quick, the food and beverage lines ran efficiently, minimal waits all around during a Friday night game. For the food, if there's one thing to get it's easily Hot Dog Bills. It's their twist on the Olympic club burger dog, and it's one of those things I can easily eat 2-3 of at a single game. For the chicken tenders crowd, this is easily one of the best stadium ones I've had. Tony's pizza is pretty tasty as well. Yes, it's stadium pricing but I don't mind paying if it's tasty. Last year, I did attend my first concert (Swedish House Mafia) and Chase is great for concerts IMO. If it's an artist you really like, highly recommend spending the extra to get floor seats because not only did we have a dance floor, you got club access as well. Plenty of space to dance and never felt packed. Overall, love what they've done with the place and can't wait to see how much more it evolves over the years.

Yelp
I don't like the design of the huge screens hanging low over the basketball court and distracting from watching the game on the court. Our seats were not that high up, we were in the raw 18, we could see the players and the game on the court beautifully. But the huge screens above the court are overpowering and your eyes inadvertedly go to the screen and you end up watching the game on the screen instead of watching it on the court. Of course the problem with that is that you can watch the game on the screen at home and not pay so much money for the tickets.

Yelp
The Chase Center stadium is basically a home of Santa Cruz and Golden State Warriors. It's a large stadium and very good time to watch basketball games in person especially with your family and friends. The food court looks nice making it like a nightlife and is located I believe at the first floor. Of course the food is very pricy since they're from a basketball game. The fountain drink dispensers are like the ones that dispense beer. Parking is very hectic especially when leaving the game. Walking to and from the stadium is another thing since it's a long walk for those who parked far, but this is normal. I came here the second time to watch GSW game and it's really nice for the staff to give us bobbleheads whenever we attend the games.

Yelp
Sec 223, Row 18, Seat 23-24 cost $173 total. We paid $50 for parking on top at the UCSF Third Street Garage. For what it was priced, I think our seats were decent however I wished the big screens were on and allowed us a view of the artist. Instead, we were adjacent to the stage the whole time and could barely see the performance. Still, my sister and I both had an amazing time and would come back again. The audio engineer was also amazing too.

Yelp
I have attended a couple of concerts here, one just recently, and both were great experiences. The only reason for the 4 stars vs. 5 is because the sound was not good at the last concert I went to, although I can't say for sure that it was due to the venue, but I assume it was. Parking was a breeze, but expensive. Very expensive. But so worth it! I parked at the structure right in front of the Chase Center, a 1-2 minute walk to the front of the venue. It felt very safe and was very well organized. The venue was clean, staff were friendly, check in was easy. For both concerts I sat in the lower levels and had great views of the shows. As noted above, I felt very safe walking to and from my car. I am looking forward to my next concert (or game) at the Chase Center.

Yelp
I have been here more for sports events but first time attending a concert and even though we encountered a drunk girl who threw up all over my friends from behind and we want to give a huge shout out to Caesar for his help. We are grateful for the extra clothes they gave two of us to change in and even then upgraded us to the club level section and still made our night memorable. All the gratitude to him for and the staff jhene aiko was just stunning and that memory we will cherish forever even during the circumstances we went through.

Yelp
All I have to say is wow! Although my Warriors didn't win, I had a fantastic night. The location of this impressive stadium is stunning. There is so much beautiful architecture and places to eat. It is within walking distance of many things, including beside the water. Being from the Bay I know that the water doesn't equate to a beach (I wouldn't go into San Francisco Bay if someone paid me lol). If the water comforts you as it does me, you will be impressed! This place doesn't have a bad seat. The staff was helpful, and the food looked amazing. We opted to eat elsewhere fearing small portions and bad stadium food, but by the look and smell, I won't make that mistake again!!! If you are a Warriors fan who lives near the stadium or if you fly in for the weekend like I did, you won't regret checking out a game.

Yelp
Been here a couple of times. Both times were great. First here for a corporate event at a private booth for a warrior game. It was great. Game was wonderful. Booth service was typical. Nice view and drinks. We also had complimentary cups for picnic from chase center. It was greatly appreciated. Came here this week for Cirque Du Soleil Corteo. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have it set up in the tent (miss the tent). But I have to say the facility a LOT better here at chase center. We parked at the Mercedes garage and it was a good option with kids. They also have security guard for the parking lot and a lot of people directing traffic. It is well worth the parking fee. The garage is open at 5:30pm btw. There were a lot of food options within. We got the popcorn (super super salty....), pretzel, some water, wine and French Fries. The Fries are actually really good. I would like to try some more food option within next time. Everyone we interacted with was awesome and friendly! Super thoughtful too! Including everyone in parking garage. We had a great time and felt safe the whole time. Would love to come back

Yelp
Finally got a chance to visit this new arena. Although I must be bad luck - we came for the Kings playoff game where the Warriors got blown out by like 20 points. Anyhoo, relatively easy to get to with the central line stopping right in front with easy connections via BART. Walking up, it's such a beautiful venue from the outside. What a juxtaposition from some of the seedy areas that's not far from this location. Ah SF, please clean up your city. What a shame! But I digress. Walking in, it's so much more modern and inviting than Roaracle in past years. Although you don't get the same energy, the space inside here is super nice and clean feeling. Almost too institutional. Restrooms are open and spacious and so are the concourses. Sightlines are nice, albeit steep for the upper seats. Tons of luxe seats and spaces for those in the above my pay grade jobs. The negatives - everything is so damn expensive. I mean, I totally expected it, but $40 for a beer and a white claw??? Ayyyy come on. Just ruins the experience for sure. We almost bought a $20 Bakesale Betty chicken sandwich, which is nothing like the fresh ones you get in Oakland. It was obviously pre fried and ready to go. And I get it. But wow was it dry. And all for $30 with soggy fries. Unfortunately, it's once every few years for us.

Yelp
I had a wonderful experience! I took my boyfriend for his birthday and it was our first time here. We came in pretty early to walk around and check out the store for some merchandise. When it was time, check-in and security was a breeze. There were enough lines to get through pretty quickly. The tickets that I purchased gave us access to the Ultra lounge so it was pretty nice! Everything was clean and it was nice to get a lounge for the night with our own bathrooms away from the public. They have a decent amount of food inside the lounge as well. The food though I wish was better. Everything was overpriced (which was expected) and cold. The tacos we got were cold and the meat was dry. The nachos were fine. Pro-tip to use your Chase card to pay for food and merchandise! The game itself was fun. My boyfriend and I had a great time!

Yelp
I've attended a few concerts here, some where I splurged for tickets, and others where we sat pretty far from the stage. The sound was excellent no matter our location. The place is new, clean, and it just screams fun. There are plenty of lots and parking garages around. There is a nice hotel, bars, and places to grab a bite all within walking distance. This part of SF is always bustling with people, so I feel safe walking by myself. Now, I need to come back for a Warriors home game.

Yelp
Writing this review partially for seat comparison & to warn you all about the food! Came here a few months ago for the Drake concert. I purchased tickets from a friend who could no longer go and sat in section 200 and something. It was SO steep and sometimes scary standing or walking up and down the stairs. I felt as if everyone was piled on top of each other and again, SUPER STEEP I went again for Bad Bunny yesterday and sat in section 115 row 15 and seats were AMAZING. Also super super spacious. Yes there is clearly a price difference between sections given one is upper level and the other is lower level but it's worth the $$$. The nose bleed seats in the 200 sections are not worth it. AVOID THE $15 PIZZA SLICES INSIDE THE UNITED LOUNGE AT ALL COSTS!!!! Looks delicious but it's GREASY OILY CARDBOARD. I threw mine away after two bites. I had to yank the pizza away when biting to even be able to get a piece off. Super disgusting and I'm such a pizza person (and also pregnant) so almost everything is appetizing to me at the moment - this was nowhere near that. A total waste. Play it safe and just grab a hot dog. You've been warned lol

Yelp
My cousin took me to a Warriors game here as a belated 50th birthday present. The seats were amazing and we had a wonderful time. Although the Warriors lost, we would definitely return again and hope for a better end result.

Yelp
I am so grateful that Chase Center is here in San Francisco. The days of driving all the way to San Jose to watch concerts is now in the past. I've attended so many concerts already. It's a short bike ride away or sometimes we would walk home if we're a bit intoxicated. There's several restaurants all around and it's very close to the T - Third light rail station. Sometimes they would hold free events outside like comedy shows in the summer which I will always make an effort to attend. It's a huge arena but pretty easy to find your section and seat. There are a lot of staffs available to help and the food selection inside is not bad. Bathrooms are relatively kept clean and there's water fountains to refill your reusable water bottles.

Yelp
It is very nice inside and out of the stadium. If you are 5'8" or taller, don't sit in the nose bleed seats. There is very little leg room in any of their seats. But very difficult to sit up there. We will not ever again.

Yelp
the person who sold me my diet soda said "diet soda is the number one killer" as she handed me my soda.

Yelp
I finally attended a concert at the Chase Center (not sure why it took me so long!). I was disappointed that I couldn't get my tickets upgraded, and the drinks and food were overpriced for what you get. I recommend eating out and drinking at the restaurants nearby before heading to the arena. Despite this, I still enjoyed the concert. The staff were very professional and friendly. I didn't have to deal with parking since I parked miles away and walked to the arena. The Chase Center is relatively new, about five years old. I do plan on coming back for future events and concerts.

Yelp
We were invited to a Warriors Game from Wells Fargo, and it was the ultimate experience. Our seats were court side, with a suite/waiter. Our waiter was Mike, and he was wonderful & attentive. When we arrived, we went to the VIP line. As we entered, there were so many ushers that helped guide us to the Wells Fargo suite. Right as we entered, Mike invited us in and prepared drinks for us. Food was available and once the game was about to start, he escorted us to our seats. It was quite an experience!

Yelp
Great venue for a concert. We saw Queen + Adam Lambert here and had a really good experience. We pre-booked parking in a lot that was a little under a mile away, stopped for dinner between the lot and the venue and realized we def could have found free street parking closer. But easy enough to pre-book a lot and walk too. Lots of entrances from the street so try to figure out which one is best for where your seats are located. We walked around in a circle inside before finding the entrance to our section, that was a bit confusing but once you're in, it's set up rather nicely. Each section has it's own bathroom and concession stand plus with all the various ways to get out makes it easy to get out after the event is over. I was happy with our seats and the acoustics/sound was spot on.

Yelp
I was very excited AEW hosted a Revolution event at the Chase Center. I'm really not a fan of downtown parking so I decided to pay extra for garage parking near the arena. We arrived about 2 hours before the event. The parking garage and walking distance to the arena was very easy and simple. We had floor seats so the staff were very helpful leading us there. I really liked the nice food court where you can just grab any food you like. AEW done an amazing job bringing excitement to the show!

Yelp
I came here for the first time with my husband for a Warriors' game a few weeks ago and it was a super easy process getting there and finding our seats. We took Muni since our tickets provide a free ride there and back and it stops right in front of the stadium! The security checkpoint was also pretty quick, maybe waited only about 5-8 minutes in line? Once we got inside, there were several people stationed around to point us in the right direction to our seats. The seats themselves were GREAT. We could see everything and all players very clearly! Will definitely be back for more games!

Yelp
I finally got tickets for the Warriors game on 1/30/24 vs 76ers. I was impressed with the arena. It is modern and beautiful! I enjoyed my time at the game. It is sort of like a maze, somewhat confusing, the people who work at the arena are helpful and direct you and are willing to help you. I am planning on going again to go to another game!

Yelp
A really nice stadium. Everyone I asked for directions to my seat, Model Cantina, was super friendly. These seats were nice because you can stand and not be in anyone's way, and also there is a counter where you can place your free food and drinks (no fee liquor). The seats are a bit high as far as the view.

Yelp
Gorgeous arena for Warrior games or concerts. Parking is terrible, but that should not be surprising for any venue in San Francisco. Nearby lots definitely take advantage of events and jack the prices up. Easy and quick entry process with a lot of metal detectors and security personnel. State of the art building with plenty of restrooms and food options. The self-serve fountain drink stations are a good options if you don't want a beer or cocktail.
