I was at the pool bar cafe, whatever you call it, the one inside right off the pools. There was no menu on the wall, and I had no idea what to order. I saw the frozen machine where they serve fruit flavors, and I saw Pina Colada, which is my favorite drink. The two ladies who worked there were standing and chatting. I waited for a minute. Finally, the Asian-American female came to me. I informed her that I am deaf and wanted to order a Pina Colada. I pointed to the Pina Colada, then I also pointed to one of the alcohols that mixes with Pina Colada. I pointed to the medium-sized cup. She made the drink, and then I pointed to another drink for my wife. She loves strawberry, and I wanted the same alcohol. She made that drink too.
Finally, she put real fruit (pineapple) on top of my cup. I didn't want it, but it was too late. I gave her a thumbs-up anyway. She did the same thing to my wife's cup, with real strawberries. I paid for the drinks and gave her a 10% tip, because there was no menu and she had me waiting for a minute while she and the other lady chatted.
Two days later, I came in again with my wife. This time, I had the bar menu on my phone. I had looked it up before we came in. We ordered the same drinks we had two days ago. The same female bartender made both drinks, but before she tried them, she grabbed the wrong size cups. I told her we wanted medium cups, and we didn't care if it was more expensive. When it came to the real fruit, we managed to stop her and tell her we didn't want it. She looked at us like we were weird and gave us attitude. I tried to tell her that we didn't like it. We didn't care if it came with the drink on the menu, we just didn't want it. We would throw the fruit away anyway, but we didn't want to waste it. We politely said no thank you. She ignored us, and I was fed up with her attitude. I gave her zero tip. She deserved it. That's why I gave the place one star.
